A Beggar Never Complains?
But one day when somebody offered him a Nasi goreng plate
From an Indonesian Restaurant,
He said; 'Sorry Sir! It's too heavy and a rich diet it seems
I used to cold stale meals and don't know my kinky bowels
Could face the unexpected challenge? '

Myself, Ego, Rooftop Restaurants and the Persian carpet
My Gabardine Coat, Necktie, Van Heusen shirt, Quadroy trouser
And the Dolce & Gabbana classic polished shoes
Like a mirror and I see my wrinkled face.
I take my meals in the Rooftop Restaurants
Most of the time,
I eat shark fin soup and Nasi Goreng
For the dessert a Marshmallow pudding
And I come down with the escalator
See my Alloy wheel Italian sports car Alfa Romeo in the parking lot.
My old Chauffeur takes a catnap there.
We go to Golf links and I strike the ball to infinity with the iron club
And by the time I think of old Chauffeur's teenage fashionable wife.
I gulp two or three Gordon's Gin pegs
And back home late at midnight.
My religious wife sniffs not Alcohol but the rare frgrance of perfumes.
I saw black diamonds in small pieces scattered on my bare body
And I found myself early in the morning sleeping on the Persian carpet
The ticks of my pet Chihuahua's running all over my body,
She still groans on her luxurious bed!

Creep Hymn
The creep
Goes to a restaurant
And order the food to eat at the restaurant
But when the food comes he eats a little bit of the food
Just so he can taste it
And he tells everybody very loud that the food that he order
Taste like shit
And then he takes the plate and throws it on the floor
But he lives the restaurant without pay
The waitress from the restaurant looks everywhere for him in the Restaurant
Sorry waitress he is gone out of the door
And he run away so that you couldn't catch him

Kinky Reggae (feat. The Marley Brothers & The Ghetto Youths Crew)

Uh, ah-oh-oh! I went downtown, (I went downtown)
I saw Miss Brown; (said, I saw Miss Brown)
She had brown sugar (had brown sugar)
All over her booga-wooga. (over her booga-wooga)
I think I might join the fun, (I might join the fun)
But I had to hit and run. (had to hit and run)
See I just can't settle down (just can't settle down)
In a kinky part of town.
Ride on;
Don't you know I've got to (ride on), oh baby,
Ride on; see I just can't settle down. (ride on)
Oh, I'm a leavin' town. (kinky reggae)
Kinky reggae, take me away! (kinky reggae, now) Kinky reggae, now!
Oh, kinky reggae; all I've got to say, kinky reggae, now!
Kinky reggae, oh baby! Kinky reggae, now!
It's gonna be kinky reggae (keep it up). Kinky reggae, now!
An' I would say: ride on, ride on, ride on (ride on)!

But I had to hit and run. (had to hit and run)

I have avoided becoming stale by putting a little water on the plate, lying on the plate, and having myself refreshed in a toaster oven for 23 minutes once every month.

Writing Is Like A Diet
It is not easy to write.
Even if one likes it...
Writing is like a challenge.
An obstacle to face.
And when confronted,
To make use of it...
A discipline applied,
Is what it takes!
It is not easy to write.
Even if one likes it.
Those who do may not sleep,
At night.
Or discover they have lost an appetite.
Writing is like a diet.
And accepting it becomes a way of life.
Those who ask how writing is done...
Usually have no idea,
Of what they must overcome.
Some believe writing is nothing but fun.
But those committed...
Know writing is more like a spouse,
That can be quiet as a mouse.
Then at other times a shouting occurs...
Heard from the inside,
With a wish to come out!
Writing is like a diet.
And accepting it becomes a way of life.
It is not easy to write.
Even if one likes it!
Writing is like a challenge.
An obstacle to face.
And when confronted,
To make use of it...
A discipline applied,
Is what it takes!

Hypocrisy Applied Is Standard Worldwide
notoriously bad treatment is scandalously discussed
a disgracefully common practice in Indonesian hospitals
patients milked with extra unrelated expenses not needed
a few infamous Indonesian hospitals have even specialized
in profit mining patient medical insurance policies maximized
What therefore would a rich savvy business executive person do?
With no time waste not desiring to endure painful treatment delays?
Rich Indonesians high tail it fast flights to Singaporean hospitals?
This can prove to be an expedient time money life saving measure?
Yes Indonesian president sly publicly backs Indonesian hospitals
but quick check the facts jack when illness his family strikes
no his family are not on any flight to Singaporean hospitals
no President's family fly first class to American hospitals
hypocrisy applied is government standard worldwide

Grapefruit Diet
Whos that waddlin down the street
Its just me cause I love to eat
Fudge and twinkies and deviled ham
Whos real flabby? yes, I am!
Every picture of mes
Gotta be an aerial view
Now my doctor tells me
Theres just one thing left to do
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Throw out the pizza and beer
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Oh, get those jelly donuts out of here
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Might seem a little sever
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Im gettin tired of my big fat rear
Blow, fatty!
Well, I used to live on chocolate sauce
Made sumo wrestlers look like kate moss
Walked down an alley and I got stuck
I got more rolls than a pastry truck
When Im all done eating
I eat a little more
When I leave a room
First I gotta grease the door
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Cant have another eclair
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
I gotta decrease my derriere
Im on a grapefruit diet
Im on a grapefruit diet
Im on a grapefruit diet
No more pie now
No more creme brulee
Lay off the gravy
And souffle
No french fri-yi-yies now
No ice cream parfait
Mr. cheese nacho
Stay away
Oh I think Id sell my soul
For a triple patty melt
But I need a boomerang
When I put on my belt
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Lay off the 3 musketeers
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Until my big booty disappears
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
Eat em till theyre comin out of my ears
Grapefruit diet (diet!)
cause I havent seen my feet in years
Im on a grapefruit diet
Im on a grapefruit diet
Im on a grapefruit diet
I think Im about ready for a quarter pounder with extra cheese
I need a side order of onion rings
And dont forget to super-size that

Points
Counting points every day
To try and keep my weight at bay
Low cal this low fat that
Its all to keep me from getting fat
Meer morsels appear upon my plate
Were once was full my mighty plate
Green stuff coming out my ears
I should have buckteeth and rabbit ears
The weight is dropping really slow
I have such a long way to go
Rabbit food and plate so bare
About my weight I really care
Four months down the line
Lost loads of weight and feeling fine
No more grumbling about the food
That balanced diet done me good

Kapau (Indonesian)
Sadjakku pagi ini kapau
Buntjis dan nangka santan
Nasi hangat
Djiwa hangat dihidupkan
Nasi butuh kapau
Biar gurih tambo rendang daging
'Kering & hitam' katamu
Kesabaran api jang membakar putjuk kaju
Setelah bara terbitlah rasa
dari Padang dibawa ke Jogja
Dulu ajahku selalu membawaku kesini

Unexpected
UNEXPECTED
You came not in soft Spring, whose pregnant seed
wonder welcomes with its womb run riot.
You came not when warm Summer's gorging greed
plays havoc both with unstrained growth, strained diet.
You came not during Autumn when most feed
on energy soon spilled, asleep, stilled quiet.
You came on stage engaging Winter’s need -
'magmatude' emotion ocean guyot
spilling promised warmth, - life's wonder-bead...
to counter fears, advancing years’ disquiet.
Harmony, appearing unexpected,
witness bears to humankind perfected.

The bad part about being recognized is that when I walk into a restaurant and sit down, I've got to eat everything on the plate, whether it's good or bad. People would take it as an insult if I did otherwise.

Water!
PH & Litmus
Both papers
Indicate
Acids in your rusty blood.
Drink water as much as you can
And eat fresh fruits.
O it's very expensive Sir!
Our daily bread crumbs
Absorb all the water
In our kinky bowels
And we have already eaten the forbidden fruit
That's why we suffer I think.
Poor man grumbles.
Doctor Anopheles was shocked!

The Tramp On The Street
(grady cole & hazel cole, kinky friedman)
Only a tramp was lazarus sad fate
He who lay down by the rich man s gate.
He begged for some crumbs from the rich man to eat,
He was only a tramp found dead on the street.
If jesus he comes on and knocks on your door
Will he find love and kindness or hatred and war ?
Will you turn him away with nothing to eat ?
Will you leave him to die like a tramp on the street ?
Poor jewboy you ve rambled this cold world alone
Just a-prayin that heaven is no place like home.
May the good lord he bless you and keep you in health
And remember that jesus was a jewboy hisself.

Sexual Soup
A man so sick that the sexual soup
cannot save him -
the chicken soup of sex
which cures everything:
tossed mane of noodles,
bits of pale white meat.
the globules of yellow fat
like love...
But he is a man so sick
no soup can save him.
His throat has healed into a scar.
Rage fills his guts.
He wants to diet on dust.
I offered to feed him
(spoon by spoon)
myself.
I offered my belly as a bowl.
I offered my hands as spoons,
my knees as tongs,
my breasts as the chafing dish
to keep us warm
I offered my navel
as a brandy snifter.
"My tongue is gone," he said,
"I have no teeth.
My mouth is with my mother in the grave.
I've offered up my hunger to the air,
my nostrils to the wind,
my sex to death,
my eyes to nothingness & dust."
"What do you lust for then?"
I asked.
"I lust for nothing."

How Long Should The Last Laugh Take
Their challenge?
To unwind themselves,
From their own entanglements.
My challenge?
To do the best I can,
Not to smile too broadly.
The challenge we face together?
Deciding if forgiveness pays.
Since forgetting is out of the question!
And how long should the last laugh take?
Ten.
Twenty.
Or thirty years?

Even if we give parents all the information they need and we improve school meals and build brand new supermarkets on every corner, none of that matters if when families step into a restaurant, they can't make a healthy choice.

Slim Fast DIE(t) Or Jared’s Subway DIE(t)
What is the world getting to?
People have been killed for Scarsdale Diet,
People have died on the operating table during stomach stapling,
People can die after they have gone the bariatric routes
People have underwent liposuction,
People have spent gobs of money on diet books,
Bally’s fees, diet pills to improve their health and looks.
The answer is, not being on The Biggest Loser,
You have to kill someone in Bentonville, Arkansas,
That’s all.
Broderick Lloyd Laswell
(sounds rather Thurston Howellish) ,
Is suing the Department of Corrections for their food that he gets for his meals.
He weighed at one time 413 lbs. now he is down to skeletal 308 lbs.
What is the big deal?
Broderick is in jail for a murder charge,
He is also suing to get hot dishes,
If he gets convicted of first degree murder and his appeals have been expired,
Then he will gladly get the dish,
for which he wishes,
If that is his wish, he will get,
barring any vindication,
Then he will have a cocktail of sorts,
an after drink called a lethal injection.
