And now let me address all of you, high and low, rich and poor, one with another, to accept of mercy and grace while it is offered to you; Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation; and will you not accept it, now it is offered unto you?

If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence.

Evening Litany
It has so often been said that some people
Create dreams, and others live them…
If I were offered reality, I would refuse it-
Even in my most profound moments of madness, as I live in fear…
If friendship were offered to me, I may accept it, but
With care and caution, for I do not trust many…
-Although- if a tune was played, I would sing to it, because
Music brings to me peace and joy, as it uplifts my wounded spirit…
If one brought me incense, I would let it permeate my castle, for
Its sweetness and delicate scent would soothe me and calm my
Tormented soul…
If the whole world wished to trade with me their madding crowd to
My solitude, I would say” No”, for in
My solitude, I have found freedom of expression of my
Inner creative self, and-
If I were offered the world,
I could never part with my dreams,
For it is in these dreams that I have created,
I have found a home…

From The Banks Of Ganga: VI
The pace set at Gangotri
Never beyond the banks
Some swam for fun
Some dared on rafts
Some took a dip
I washed my feet!
Some offered aarthi
Some offered prasad
Some simply looked at her
I offered myself!
None or nothing
Mattered to her
She flowed…

When Paul went to the Jew first, it was not because it seemed that Israel might yet accept Christ and His kingdom, but simply because God would leave Israel no excuse for rejecting Messiah. Paul confirmed Peter's message, and mightily contended with the Jews everywhere that 'Jesus is the Christ.' And miracles accompanied this confirmation testimony--greater miracles, indeed, than Peter himself had wrought. But, unlike Peter, Paul never offered the kingdom to Israel. His ministry among them was not to turn the nation to Christ, but to save any from among them who might believe, receiving salvation by grace, and to leave the rest without excuse. Thus God was concluding Israel in unbelief and, even at that early date, mightily using Paul to proclaim grace to the Gentiles.

The Good With The Bad
We seem to accept all the good, from God as it comes our way,
But, then God is misunderstood, when we come to a darker day,
Everyone knows that in our life, trials indeed are bound to come,
And men must lean on Jesus Christ, the Lord God’s Eternal Son.
Friend, trials come to all of us, whether or not in God we believe,
And when in God we put our trust, strength from Him we receive,
It is this strength that guides us in, and throughout a darker time,
Giving us God’s peace within, all through God’s gracious design.
Some men may come to the place, as they face a trial in this life,
And may look to God’s grace, while acknowledging Jesus Christ,
For trials God may well conceive, in the path of others my friend,
So others may come to believe, in this lifetime beyond the bend.
All things work together my friend, for all who truly love the Lord,
And His Truth prevails in the end, Truth that through all’s endured,
For all called for God’s purpose, as we live out this temporal life,
As we’re pressed into His service, given His power over all strife.
In this service of Christ our King, there are still trials that we face,
But, He who handles everything, supplies us all with ample grace,
Grace that is offered to everyone, in every land and every nation,
As they embrace God’s only Son, and receive His only Salvation.

From Nothing at All
I can give nothing at all to you, yet daily Lord you see me through,
Supplying all I need and more, while asking nothing from me Lord.
Although I come to you with none, abundance I receive of the Son,
Christ bestows, quite abundantly, gifts and blessings down on me.
For all good gifts are from above, in the Father’s unchanging love,
Bestowed, upon all who believe; Blessings that we simply receive.
With these gifts bestowed on us, you Lord, take us into your trust,
That we use those gifts we receive, in helping all others to believe.
I come to you, without anything; you make me a child of The King,
His child through all of eternity, and all through the gift of Calvary,
Your Only Son, Jesus Christ, offered to all freely as our Sacrifice,
One special gift offered by Grace, to the entire, sinful human race,
Blessings we receive from you Lord, will continue on forevermore,
As the gift you offered at Calvary, is a New Life in Christ Eternally,
That begins on this earthly sod, to continue on with you dear God,
For by Grace you saved my soul, to make a sinner eternally whole.
This empty soul, you have filled, with heavenly gifts, as you willed,
For your Purpose and your Plan, to reach out to every single man.
For with each gift we play a part, in reaching for you a needy heart,
With the One Gift of Salvation, offered by The God of all Creation.

Sonnet: Just Accept God
If God is trying to make pure my soul
Through troubles fresh that crop up every day,
Why should I not with grace accept His role,
And meet the challenges that come my way?
If God is planning new ways to heal
The wounds of soul that sins leave in their wake,
Why should I not accept my new ordeal,
And suffer humbly for my own/ God’s sakes?
If God is seeking to improve my ways,
Most mysteriously, tho’ I can’t say why,
Why should I not better my earthly days,
And listen to the words from One most high?
If God does things all strangely, I must try
To accept humbly and not ask Him why!

What Has Been Denied
One of the main reasons,
People don't know who they are...
Or can respect others to accept,
Is their approach to life.
And a valued place on false pretensions.
People have been made to believe,
And are convinced...
That reality is to be pretended,
And the more pretentious they are...
The more they reflect a 'version' of reality.
Blindly accepted.
And...
Those who are themselves,
And have lived reality...
From an experiencing of it,
Are perceived as being phony.
Although everything they have done...
Is based upon truth as it is,
And have attempted to deliver it.
But are criticized for being nonconformists.
One of the main reasons,
People don't know who they are...
Or can respect others to accept,
Is their approach to life.
One is taught how to live,
And how to act.
What beliefs to accept,
From those created...
And followed 'faithfully'.
And those who live not accepting,
Those beliefs to follow 'faithfully'...
Seem to live freer lives,
Without having lies to follow.
'Why is there so much conflict in the world.
Why are so many people unhappy? '
That's a good question.
And they are the ones who follow,
Taught beliefs.
Without seeking to live life,
To discover it on their own.
They follow and protest yet accept.
'But,
How can you say that? '
I've learned to stand back,
And observe that which has been denied.
My eyes have been open most of my life,
To see things as they are.
Not what I wish them to be.
With eyes open wide.
And apparently my 'version' has offered me,
A more peaceful co-existence.
And that for me is not phony at all.
I only have one face that I've shown.
Have you ever seen me wearing a mask?
To appease others doing it?
'No.'
You should take yours off.
You'll see exactly what I mean.
When you begin to experience life,
So many become offended.

Yet, if we accept the solution offered today by this bill to explore and develop for oil on the coastal plain of ANWR, it will be 5 years, at least, and probably closer to 8 before the first barrel of oil flows from that effort.

We Are So Nitpicking Petty
Do we need someone to lead us?
Someone elected how to treat us?
And if our needs are met,
Will we then stop hen pecking...
Over trivial,
Remedial...
Testaments.
Just to vent!
And ignoring all the messages God has sent.
Do we need someone to lead us?
Someone elected how to treat us?
And if our needs are met,
Will we then stop hen pecking...
Over trivial,
Remedial...
Testaments.
Just to vent!
We are so nitpicking petty,
People never ready to accept the best...
Of what is offered to bless.
We are so nitpicking petty,
People never ready to accept the best.
We've got to keep it petty cause we love to stay upset.
To never be at peace of mind that stays at rest.
Do we need someone to lead us?
Someone elected how to treat us?
And if our needs are met,
Will we then stop hen pecking...
Over trivial,
Remedial...
Testaments.
Just to vent.
And ignoring all the messages God has sent.
We are so nitpicking petty,
People never ready to accept the best...
Of what is offered to bless.
We are so nitpicking petty,
People never ready to accept the best.
We've got to keep it petty cause we love to stay upset.
To confess...
We want to stay the people who will never know rest.

Truths Varying
With truth varying
Victims do par take
The obese become of the depressed
The ignorant becoming belligerent
The greedy becoming of the cheap and hiding their secrets
The vain becoming defensive and bullying till they here what they like
The poor locking their doors hiding and ashamed to be part of this world
The smart pretending to be dumb just fit in.
No one wants to be not accepted
Its hard to accept your different
Its hard to accept you got a problem
Acceptances are key to truths within the bounds of the futility in life.

Accept my sympathy
In all sincerity
It is a pathetic pity
I merely offer sympathy
With such velocity
This sadness born out of the blue
That decides to levy itself on you
In your fixed stillness
I sense your illness
Accept my sympathy
You lost a pet
Somebody made you upset
Accept my sympathy
You lost a friend
Your broken heart is yet to mend
Accept my sympathy
You were once abused
Possibly at times wrongly accused
Accept my sympathy
You marriage is on the rocks
You got divorced, left without a buck
Accept my sympathy
You lost a fortune
Your voice can't sing a decent tune
Accept my sympathy
You lost in love or lost your job
Or perhaps at one stage got robbed
Accept my sympathy
Your life is a mess
Everything around you depresses
Whatever the circumstances
Accept my sympathy
And if I happen to show no sympathy
Please accept my sympathy!

Hymn 34 part 2
None excluded from hope.
Rom. 1:16; 1 Cor. 1:24.
Jesus, thy blessings are not few,
Nor is thy gospel weak;
Thy grace can melt the stubborn Jew,
And bow th' aspiring Greek.
Wide as the reach of Satan's rage
Doth thy salvation flow;
'Tis not confined to sex or age,
The lofty or the low.
While grace is offered to the prince,
The poor may take their share;
No mortal has a just pretence
To perish in despair
Be wise, ye men of strength and wit,
Nor boast your native powers;
But to his sovereign grace submit,
And glory shall be yours.
Come, all ye vilest sinners, come,
He'll form your souls anew;
His gospel and his heart have room
For rebels such as you.
His doctrine is almighty love;
There's virtue in his name
To turn the raven to a dove,
The lion to a lamb.

In Private Conversation
When I accepted,
To take a mission I was given...
It was in private conversation,
And the information 'mine'.
When I was told those obstacles,
Would be my own to remove...
Others thought I needed help,
And they brought judgements...
And 'their' rules.
But...
This was my own ambition,
And my mission.
I had brought ammunition,
To complete my own deeds.
This was my own ambition,
And my mission.
Although...
Those who offered their critique,
Thought their steps would hinder me.
Those who offered their critique...
Not a clue they knew that I had keys.
When I accepted,
To take a mission I was given...
It was in private conversation,
And the information 'mine'.
When I was told those obstacles,

Smasher - Devourer
Fear me not but fear my hell
Man made me so I could kill
Praise me in the name of war
I destroy both rich and poor
I am the way, prepare for salvation
I am the way, prepare for salvation
Strength in time of suffering
Man alone is a weakling
Ascension is what you ask
I will be the fall of man
I am the way, prepare for salvation
I am the way, prepare for salvation
Salvation...
Those of you who dare to stray
I will tear your mind away
Those of you who dare to stray
I will take your life away
Salvation...
I am the way, prepare for salvation
I am the way, prepare for salvation
Salvation...

Every Day People
Sometimes I'm right then I can be wrong
My own beliefs are in my songs
A butcher, a banker, Jack Irons on drums
Makes no difference what group I'm in
I am everyday people
Then it's the blue ones who can't accept
The green ones for living with
The black ones tryin' to be a skinny one
Different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby dooby
Ooh sha sha
We gotta live together
I am no better and neither are you
We're all the same whatever we do
You love me you hate me
You know me and then
Still can't figure out the scene I'm in
I am everyday people
Then it's the new man
That doesn't like the short man
For being such a rich one
That will not help the poor one
Different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on scooby dooby dooby
Ooh sha sha
We got to live together
There is a yellow one that won't
Accept the black one
That won't accept the red one
That won't accept the white one
Different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and
Scooby dooby dooby
Ooh sha sha
I am everyday people

Accept It
Life is hard.
Accept it.
Momentary pleasures
Come and go…
Accept it.
Death evades you
When you need it the most.
Accept it.
Thoughts of death
Come and go…
Accept it.

Too Blinded By Delusion
If you knew they were going to be hit,
By oncoming traffic...
Why did you not offer to them,
Any assistance?
'I offered.
I even insisted to be dismissed.
Then told I thought I knew everything.
Too blinded by delusion...
When I should learn how to accept the facts.'
