Toilet Paper

As I sit on that glorious seat
My pants resting up on my feet
Thinking, toilet paper such a cost
Use it once and then it's lost
It's something we can't do without
Have to have it, that's no doubt
Telephone books would be nice
Wouldn't be soft, probably dice
Can't afford it, what do you do?
When you go potty, and have to poo!

Plexiglass Toilet

Don't sit on the Plexiglas toilet
Said the momma to her son
Wipe the butt clean with the paper
Make it nice for everyone
But don't sit down on the Plexiglas toilet yeah
A boy of 5 stands close to the toilet
Holds the lid up with one hand
Won't let go the lid for fear that
On his banana it will land
Don't sit down on the Plexiglas toilet yeah
Boy goes up he eats the enchilada
With the sauce that burns the heart
Family comes to visit family
Momma says don't belch and fart
Don't sit on the Plexiglas toilet
Said the momma to her son
Wipe the butt clean with the paper
Make it nice for everyone
But don't sit down on the Plexiglas toilet yeah
Everybody Sing!
Don't sit on the Plexiglas toilet
Said the momma to her son
Wipe the butt clean with the paper
Make it nice for everyone
But don't sit down on the Plexiglas toilet yeah
Don't sit on the Plexiglas toilet
Said the momma to her son
Wipe the butt clean with the paper
Make it nice for everyone

I Better Be Good

If I ain't cool
My daddy gonna send me
To Military School
If I ain't nice
My girlie gonna freeze me
With cold shoulder ice
If I'm real late
My teacher gonna use me
For alligator bait
So, I better be good
I better be good
If I jump on the gas
The cops are gonna jump
All over my back
If I smoke too much
Doctor says he's gonna
Put my lungs in a crutch
If I'm caught without my pants
Consuelo's dad is gonna shoot
Until he sees me dance
So, I better be good
I had better be good
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - Uh, uh, uh, uh
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice
You better be nice tonight
If I spray it on the seat
Lady gonna tie a big knot
In the meat
If I spewey too fast
Lover's gonna stick
My Wrangler in a cast
If zipper grabs skin
I'll know I had it out
When I shoulda kept it in
Ow.
I better be good
I better be good
I better be good
Ooh.
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - Uh, uh, uh, uh
Nice, nice, nice
I'd better be nice tonight - yeah
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice

Little Viper

Slice
Dice
Ooh baby, baby how come you never say anything nice
Never ever satisfied
Never get enough
Little Viper
Always so damn mean to me
I just don't understand
Why do you wanna do this to your man?

You're a witch with a capital B
Girl, you're a mastermind of broken hearts
Got mine on a string
Pull, pull, pullin' it along
Feels so wrong
Feel so right
Even when you got me
Singing all night

Slice
Dice
Ooh baby, baby how come you never say anything nice
Never ever satisfied
Never get enough
Little Viper
Always so damn mean to me
I just don't understand
Why do you wanna do this to your man?

On my knees
Beggin' ya please, please
Baby please
There's only so much bad lovin' a man can take
Only so much I'm willin' to fake
Pretendin' we're still the same
The same as we were yesterday
Ooh Little Viper, no way

Slice
Dice
Ooh baby, baby how come you never say anything nice
Never ever satisfied
Never get enough
Little Viper
Always so damn mean to me
I just don't understand
Why do you wanna do this to your man?

Making my move
Gonna try to get closer
Closer to you
Give you one last chance
One last shot to save this love
Before you shove me on out
Forever outta your life

Slice
Dice
Ooh baby, baby how come you never say anything nice
Never ever satisfied
Never get enough
Little Viper
Always so damn mean to me
I just don't understand
Why do you wanna do this to your man?

Loved you like I never loved anyone else
Now I'm startin' to doubt
If we'll ever
Ever get our shh back together again
My guitar and my face lost ago lost their grin
When you started turning away from me and to the gin
Oh baby, baby, can you tell me?
Where did we go wrong, so wrong?

Slice
Dice
Ooh baby, baby how come you never say anything nice
Never ever satisfied
Never get enough
Little Viper
Always so damn mean to me
I just don't understand
Why do you wanna do this to your man?

Slice
Dice
Ooh baby, baby how come you never say anything nice
Never ever satisfied
Never get enough
Little Viper
Always so damn mean to me
I just don't understand
Why do you wanna do this to your man?

Ray Bradbury

I still love books. Nothing a computer can do can compare to a book. You can't really put a book on the Internet. Three companies have offered to put books by me on the Net, and I said, 'If you can make something that has a nice jacket, nice paper with that nice smell, then we'll talk.' All the computer can give you is a manuscript. People don't want to read manuscripts. They want to read books. Books smell good. They look good. You can press them to your bosom. You can carry them in your pocket.

LONELY ISSUE, TOILET TISSUE...by talile ali

ALWAYS SITTING
SOMEWHERE ALONE
DON'T WANNA EVER USE THE
TELEPHONE

WAITING FOR AN
IMPORTANT CALL
A MEETING SOMEWHERE
A JOB THIS FALL

THE CHANGE IN TEMPO
THE UGLY MOOD
THE USE OF STENCIL
AND PASTELS OF NUDES

ALL WET AND ANXIOUS
TO BE AT THE CROSS
AND HOLDING HEATHER
NOT THINKING OF COST

THE WINDOWS CRACKED
WATERS DOWN THE DRAIN
CAN'T HELP FEELING
I JUST CAN'T EXPLAIN

THE THINGS YOU WANTED
THE THINGS YOU BELIEVE
CAN'T STOP THINKING
WHO NEXT YOU'LL DECEIVE

FALL IN THE BED
GIVEN TO FALLS
WHATS UP IN YOUR HEAD
SCRIBBLED UPON WALLS

THE IMAGE THE ACTION
A FIGURE A PLAN
LONELY ISSUE, TOILET TISSUE
A MOISTEN RIGHT HAND

Paid In Full

There are wars that are to be won
And there are wars to be lost
There are lives to be saved
And there are lives to be lost
But mine will come at a higher cost

There are victories that are deserved
And even in those wins, something is lost
There are deaths that are deemed necessary
Despite that, their honor is never lost
But mine will come at a higher cost

There are people that do not agree
And believe that the world is lost
There are others that say it’s saved
Only if the doubt and negativity are lost
But mine will come at a higher cost

There are soldiers that believe in a cause
And believe that American values are not lost
There are my bothers that fight on the line
And there are the brave ones that we have lost
It is those who have paid the higher cost

Words of a Freeman

Let the poetry of others repose in majestic halls:
My poems are filler for paper shredders,
For packing in shipping boxes,
And backing for flypaper sticky strips;
To wipe the muddy soles of shoes
That have seen too much of springtime
In the garden.

Others poetry fills the airwaves, and sits between the covers of books;
My poetry is for grocery lists,
And sudden messages you need to scribble while on the telephone,
And maps to undiscovered geneological treasures
That are only a township away-
To trace the faces of cool tombstones
Under a mid-day sun.

You won't find my poetry near any other kind of list
That doesn't say get bleach, dog food, and toilet paper.
Still, my poetry is from a well lettered life-
I have written all my heartbeats, and most of my sighs
Into sibylline hieroglyphics, from midnight initiations
In the secret brotherhood, of my own soul:
And I will die a freeman, because nobody
Will ever feel the need to own any of these words.

Judging Their Sacrifices

Wouldn't it be nice,
If all it took to live our lives...
Was to sit and blame others,
For what they should do...
To improve 'our' quality of existence.

And those we observe,
Living below those standards...
We believe we deserve,
Would be accused of not fulfilling...
Their potential.

And all we had to do was to approve,
Those things done they do...
By judging their sacrifices.
Wouldn't it be nice...
If all we had to do was demand fresh ice,
For the soft drinks we drank while sitting to complain.

In a small sneak and youve just been had
Is that your scene bin, been what have I seen
Well take a seat, feet, get your feet a seat
Put circle round this this and a circle round that
You put one in the front, and one in the back
Would you show it to your mother or share it with another
Slow down bitch
Oh bitch slow down
Im so good, Im so good, Im so good, man Ive been so good
Im so nice, Im so nice, Im so nice, man Im so nice

Ideas (suggestions invited)

I am an aspirant
To be a poet

Thinking hard
All the time

Ideas are conceived
But they behave like the friends of facebook

Very abrupt and disconnected
While I am in the move

They are prominent
When I am on the potty
Or on the bed

I stand up
They started to become faint

When I put down them
Like of any wife
They lost their charm

Let me keep watch

Let me keep watch
Over your body when
You are resting in peace.
Let me sacrifice
My meditation to you
When you are resting in peace
Let me protect your body
From rotting
When you are resting in peace.
Let me protect your memories
And dreamless dreams
When you are resting in peace.
Let me plant a fruit tree
Above you that I may still eat
When you are resting in peace.
Let me storm the gates of heaven
When you are resting in peace.
Let me give you oblation
Of our experience
When you are resting in peace.
Let me breathe for you
When you are resting in peace.
Let me douse the fires of hell
When you are resting in peace.
Let me glorify your name
When you are resting in peace.
Let me be your counterpoint
When you are resting in peace.
Let me overcome the light
When you are resting in peace.
Let me touch your organs
When you are resting in peace.
Let me drink your water
When you are resting in peace.
Let me describe your bones
When you are resting in peace.
Let me dream your dreams
When you are resting in peace.

Paper

Hold the paper up to the light
(some rays pass right through)
Expose yourself out there for a minute
(some rays pass right through)
Take a little rest when the rays pass through
Take a little time off when the rays pass through
Go ahead and mis it up...go ahead and tie it up
In a long distance telephone call
Hold on to that paper
Hold on to that paper
Hold on becuase its been taken care of
Hold on to that paper
See if you can fit it on the paper
See if you can get it on the paper
See if you can fit it on the paper
See if you can get it on the paper
Had a love affair but it was only paper
(some rays they pass right through)
Had a lot of fun, could have been a lot better
(some rays they pass right through)
Take a little consideration, take every combination
Take a few weeks off, make it tighter, tighter
But it was never, it was never written down
Still might be a chance that it might work out (if you)
Hold on to that paper
Hold on to that paper
Hold on because itll be taken care of
Hold on to that paper
Dont think I can fit it on the paper
Dont think I can get it on the paper
Go ahead and rip up, rip up the paper
Go ahead and tear up, tear up the paper

His Lowness Jason II the Turd

It gotta’ be rough to be a teacher now days.
So my sympathy goes out to Susan Graham,
A 58 year old elementary teacher who taught kindergarten in Yakima, Washington.
She taught a lot of kids throughout the years; but this she wouldn’t ‘handle’ anymore,
She found a piece of one of her students on the floor.
She picked it up and she sent his turd, in a paper towel, with him home, on the bus.
Susan called the father, Jason, at work to if he was aware of his son’s accidental spillage,
The father said he was aware and his son’s extra-clothes were in his backpack.
His wife made the putrid discovery,
Of S$#T.
Jason said,
'She found a clear plastic bag with a piece of fecal matter wrapped up in a brown paper towel with the note on it, '
Did the characters of Sesame Street have to deal with this situation?

The Count say “TWO”, “If you should go number TWO, put in the toilet,
Aw, Aw, Aw, ..”
Big Bird says “You must put your droppings on a statue not on a floor.”
Cookie Monster says “You make cookie, put in pot.”
One blogger wrote, of which I mostly concur,
Rather than keeping the child for detention,
The Blogger writes:
Kudos to this teacher.
The parents are responsible for teaching their child basic hygiene and potty training not the school system. Sounds like the parents and the brat (I don’t agree about that observation) don't believe they have any responsibility or know right from wrong. Give this teacher an award for not being politically correct and teaching the parents and the brat a lesson.

The Gardener XI: Come As You Are

Come as you are; do not loiter over
your toilet.
If your braided hair has loosened if
the parting of your hair be not straight,
if the ribbons of your bodice be not
fastened, do not mind.
Come as you are; do not loiter over
your toilet.
Come, with quick steps over the
grass.
If the raddle come from your feet
because of the dew, of the rings of bells
upon your feet slacken, if pearls drop
out of your chain, do not mind.
Come, with quick steps over the
grass.
Do you see the clouds wrapping the
sky?
Flocks of cranes fly up from the
further river-bank and fitful gusts of
wind rush over the heath.
The anxious cattle run to their stalls
in the village.
Do you see the clouds wrapping the
sky?
In vain you light your toilet lamp
--it flickers and goes out in the
wind.
Who can know that your eyelids
have not been touched with lamp-
black? For your eyes are darker
than rain-clouds.
In vain you light your toilet lamp--
it goes out.
Come as you are; do not loiter over
your toilet.
If the wreath is not woven, who
cares; if the wrist-chain had not been
linked, let it be.
The sky is overcast with clouds--it
is late.
Come as you are; do not loiter over
your toilet.

Going To Be Left To Leave

Wouldn't it be nice,
If we were not enticed by temptations.
And peace wished to exist,
Would not be marketed...
With such a high price to pay for it.

Wouldn't it be nice,
If people lived with values...
Others respected.
And did not discover them to take away.
But left them alone to appreciate.

Wouldn't it be nice,
If those differences God sees fit...
Were actually accepted,
And all who live to witness it...
Would think of themselves as blessed.

Wouldn't it be nice,
If those asleep would awaken with wishes...
To leave behind their selfish ways,
To realize there is only one Earth.
And the Earth comes first.

And no matter who 'has' or believes 'what'...
No one or that which is claimed to possess,
Stays to remain without a transition.
Everything shown is going to be left to leave,
On Earth as it is meant to be.

Right where they are...
The Sun, Moon, Earth and Stars,
Are not in conflict.
If they were...
You and I would not exist,
To make claims of ownership.

Styrofoam Boots/its All Nice On Ice

Well alls not well
But Im told that itll all be quite nice
Youll be drowned in boots like mafia
But your feet will still float like christs
And Ill be damned
They were right
Im drowning upside down
My feet afloat like christs
Im in heaven
Trying to figure out which stack
Theyre going to stuff atheists into
And peter and his monkey laugh
And I laugh with them
Im not sure what at
Well keep you in the back
Polishing halos, baking manna and gas
Well some guy comes in looking a bit like everyone I ever seen
He moves just like crisco disco
Breath 100% listerine
He says looking at something else
But directing everything to me
Ever time anyone gets on their knees to pray
Well it makes my telephone ring
And Ill be damned
He said you were right
No ones running this whole thing
He had a theory too
He said that God takes care of himself
And you of you
Its all nice on ice alright
And its not day
And its not night
But its all nice on ice alright

Took Her To The Moon

(mark nesler/byron hill)
Im not sure what I did just yet
But something kicked in on the night we met
Looks like her hearts out of control
What shes gonna do next, I dont know
Shes already dreaming about a house on the hill
How does she think were gonna pay those bills
When all I can afford is a two room shack
I took her to the moon and I cant bring her back
Now where did my fishing magazines go
Everywhere I look theres another cosmo
Flowers in the kitchen and a new bedspread
Now you tell me, was it something I said
Even old blues taking it rough
She clipped his nails and powdered him up
Her minds running on a one way track
I took her to the moon and I cant bring her back
Wheres that girl that I used to know
The one who said wed better take it slow
What on earth do I do now
To put her feet back on the ground
She goes to the mall but she never says why
She brings home things that a man wont buy
Ive already told her enoughs enough
Now what are we gonna do with all this stuff
She bought a bunch of soap that she wont let me use
A toilet seat cover and hand towels too
The kind you dont touch, just leave em on the rack
I took her to the moon and I cant bring her back
Wheres that girl that I used to know
The one who said wed better take it slow
What on earth do I do now
To put her feet back on the ground
Shes already dreaming about a house on the hill

Love Is The Price

RAP 1:
BABY'S IN THE PARLOUR
WAITING FOR THE RAIN
BEATING LIKE A HAMMER
WASHING OUT HER PAIN
CLEARING LIKE THE ONE
SEVEN YEARS AGO
WHEN HER FIRST BIG LOVE
MELTED LIKE SNOW
BACK THEN SHE DOUBET
IF SHE WOULD EVER FIND A MAN
WHO COULD LOVE HER THAT WAY
THE SAME WAY AGAIN
AND JUST WHEN SHE THOUGHT
SHE'S LIVING IN VAIN
THE MAN OF HER DREAMS
CAME LIKE THE RAIN
REFRAIN:
WHEN LOVE IS THE PRICE
FREEDOM IS THE COST
LOVE IS THE PRICE
FREEDOM IS THE COST
AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK
EVERYTHING IS LOST
LOVE WILL BE YOUR PRICE
AND I KNOW I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING
YES I KNOW I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING
RAP 2:
THEY SPOKE ABOUT HER DREAMS
THEY SPOKE ABOUT LOVE
THEY SPOKE ABOUT THE THINGS SHE WAS SO AFRAID OF
HE HAD THE KEY-WORD
FOR EVERYTHING SHE FELT
SO IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG
TILL HE GOT HER NAILED
PIN ONE'S HOPE ON SOMEONE ELSES LIFE
AND ALL YOUR DREAMS
WILL HURT YOU LIKE A KNIFE
SHE SOON GOT LOST
WHEN LOVE IS THE PRICE
FREEDOM IS THE COST
REFRAIN:
WHEN LOVE IS THE PRICE
FREEDOM IS THE COST
LOVE IS THE PRICE
FREEDOM IS THE COST
AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK
EVERYTHING IS LOST
LOVE WILL BE YOUR PRIZE
AND I KNOW I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING
YES I KNOW I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING
RAP 3:
SHE DIDN'T TRUST THAT VERY FIRST MAN
TO COME INTO HER LIFE TRYING TO UNDERSTAND
WHAT NOBODY EVER COULD BEFORE
HE ONLY MADE HER SEE
THERE IS SOMETHING MORE
TO LEARN ABOUT FREEDOM
TO LEARN ABOUT LOVE
TO HANDLE ALL THE THINGS SHE WAS SO AFRAID OF
TO ALWAYS FOLLOW WHAT SHE REALLY FELT INSIDE
EVERYTHING ELSE WAS A ROLLERCOASTER RIDE
