What the customer demands is last year's model, cheaper. To find out what the customer needs you have to understand what the customer is doing as well as he understands it. Then you build what he needs and you educate him to the fact that he needs it.

If you owe 10,000 dollars, you are a customer of the bank. If you owe 100 million dollars, the bank is a customer of yours.
Retail Dogs - (Belittling Bosses who deserve to get their teeth knocked out)
My boss came down from Ottawa
And said to me in patent awe
Calculated by her reprove
Insuring my full approval
That I am -
'An amazing employee, you really, really are,
And because of your fine contribution,
As a tenant to our establishment
We've decided to reward you
By increasing your working hours
And as a special conciliation
(Much to our jubilation)
We're going to do this just for free
So you won't have to worry
About an increase in your wages
I hope this makes you happy
As it does for all of us
Because we've thought about this
(And unlike my husband) Long and really hard
Your part of our family - in other words a slave
So why would you struggle when we put you in a cage?
Now that Jeannette has a tumor
We won't even bother to recruit
I have confidence in your abilities
(Just as long as there's no liability)
That you can to the work of two men
With just the resources of one man
It will toughen you and make you strong
Multitasking for the long hauls
It will teach you to have patience
And practice good restraint
Just remember _
The customer's right and you are wrong
The customer's right and you are wrong
But why did you give that person a discount?
Anyways I'm so glad you're going to stay
Just don't become sick and everything will be ok'
She smiles and goes on her merry way
Leaving me to resume my inevitable decay
Marking up and Marking down
A life time spent on making cheap discounts
Risking nothing but duty to a hated job
No action or passion just forever grinding on
But hey maybe I'll get this weekend off

Hear Sound Of Bread Seller
Hear song of approaching bread seller
music theme familiar to sell his wares
music to announce his approach teller
music to advertise his meal time wares
but speed racer is far to mobile to purchase last
on his bike he pauses not free cycling rapidly past
down hill in front of customer houses far too fast
his chance of customer sales daily speeds on past
he is a simple Simon selling not his wares
upon this street all his potential customers
cannot catch his corner soon turned retreat
such a salesman swift young foolish athlete
around the corner customers may gather
as up hill he must energy traverse pass slower
but his sales are constantly customer fewer
other salesmen daily pass downhill slow wiser

Sonnet- Life Is Flexible
It is not wrong to make mistakes often;
It is not wrong to do blunders in life;
It is not wrong to see mishaps happen;
It is not wrong to panic 'midst your strife.
It is not wrong to be lazy some days;
It is not wrong to make decisions wrong;
It is not wrong to squander wealth some ways;
It is not wrong to love a thing for long.
It is not wrong to come late while bell chimes,
It is not wrong to selfish be, at times;
It is not wrong to envy some sometimes;
It is not wrong to sin too many times.
It is not wrong to err where others don't;
'Tis wrong to feel guilty when others won't.

I Walk These Streets Alone
I walk these streets alone why U ask, because that's all i know and the reason i'm so ignorant is because him always on the go
I walk these streets alone meeting customer after customer getting in and out of random cars
I walk these streets alone as if the streets are empty as i go on my devilish duty.
I walk these streets alone clueless to the danger surrounding me, as if him invisible to any danger.
I walk the streets alone as if every person i meet sees me as a stranger.
I walk these streets alone, as sad as it may seem i prefer my own company but at times i still get lonely.
I walk these streets alone but don't feel sorry for me, for i know what i'm getting myself into. and i know the consequences if i get caught
I walk these streets alone regardless of what I've been taught...

Sonnet-None Can Dupe The Lord
All things for sale are well-displayed to catch,
The eye of the prospective customer;
The ways in which these are done do matter;
Be it jewellery, garments or wrist-watch.
Jewels are kept in dazzling lights galore;
Raiments are draped on life-sized dolls that speak;
The packaging looks richer all the more;
Tho' quality suffers, selling isn't weak.
But this isn't true for soul of man, beware!
God knows our hearts and minds till death from birth;
He prefers earthenware to silverware!
The real state of soul decides our Mirth.
Let soul be pure or else God won't purchase;
He's the toughest customer, with kind face!

Maybe, Maybe
(mags)
Maybe you were joking
When you said tath you were walking out on me
Maybe, maybe
Maybe I was joking
When I said that I was running out on you
Maybe, maybe
I could be wrong, so wrong
I could be wrong, so wrong
Yes, I could be wrong
I dont know, but its been said
Decisions travel far from heart to head
Maybe, maybe
Maybe it was over
When you chuked me out the rover at full speed
Maybe, maybe
I could be wrong, so wrong
I could be wrong, so wrong
Yes, I could be so wrong

I Need Something Stronger
And I wrote my happiest songs
every child may joy to you
What's wrong?
nothing but the real
it is you that needed something stronger
I need something stronger...
If you have a problem don't hesitate to ask for assistance
What's wrong...
What's wrong?
nothing...
What's wrong...?
What's wrong...?
(What's wrong?)
Wha, wha, wha, wha, wha.....
Can you feel this?
What is that buzzing?
Are you now, or have you ever, moved slowly?
I need something stronger
?????
???????
(What's wrong...?)
(What's wrong...?)
What's wrong?
It's just a matter by you looking it, that's all...
