Violent Rage

I have been in a violent rage since the day that I was born
First it began when from my mother that I was violently torn
And then from that day that loss of innocence I still do mourn
I am truly the innocent, and at the world I do scorn.

Violence it is with me wherever that I might be
Where friendship is another man's drink, rage is my cup of tea
People enjoy to anger as though that is there strategy
And rage is that result, and the victim is always me.

I think about my past and the major events in my life
My first kiss, my first hug, my siblings and even my wife
But then those events brought me anger and hate and also strife
I was used and abused, cheated on and then stabbed by their knife.

When I wake up in the morning anger is on my mind
And when I go to bed at night my temper is all that I can find
I think of my rage which was caused by friends not being kind
How I wish that my peace and solitude was never left behind.

My life is filled with its outrages, anger and its wrath
I wish now that when I was walking I had taken a more peaceful path
Seems as though I have walked that road for years if correctly I did my math
How I wish that my rage could be removed, as simply by taking a bath.

I am now so tired my body is so old and worn
I wish again and again, I never came out that September morn
My mother was the rose and I indeed was her thorn
How I wish and pray many times over, that I could of been reborn.

Gnawing Anger

She sat looking at me,
Not listening to a word.
Every time we talked, she
Said my opinion was absurd—
You should have seen my face;
The anger I showed was a disgrace.

For years, I have lived with such anger,
Gnawing anger, the kind that lingers
Like roadkill. To be sure, I am not stranger
To rage. Its long bony fingers
Have touched my heart many times,
Urging me to commit heinous crimes.

But to blame anyone for my rage is unjust.
No one is responsible for my fury,
Though I may think so, my eyesight is simply blurry
Anger is seeking a new slave;
As for me, I’d rather be brave,
Before anger puts me deep down in a grave.

Anger (This is not directed at anyone)

You want to know what anger is?
I tell you, you do not!
For it is a feeling that extinguishes all life,
Destruction and rage is what it has in store for you,
Your soul will be tortured at every last minute,
You waste, with anger's villainy.
Anger swears to muderously end all existence,
And it will threaten everyone and everything,
I tell you now...not to fall into it's cunning trap,
For anger can be devious at times.
And if you fall into it, get out quickly,
For every second in there is a second lost to it's wrath,
Be sure to avoid it poet,
Do not be tempted to serve anger.

Rage And Then Regret

Was it rage or regret
Or the love I was feeling
In this age - who's perfect... are you?
Wasn't made to forget
This moment worth stealing
Was it rage or regret or the two
Every morning when I wake up
Wake up dreaming then... wake up dreaming
Build a temple from you fragrance
Build a chapel in your heart
Do you really understand
Do you feel the need to try
Do you even care for me
Do you ever wonder why
Rage and then regret
'Bout as real as real can get
Rage and then regret
Through the violence the angry silence
Does our love grow strong or die
A parachute or a pilot's licence
Do we fall in love or fly
Do you really understand
Do you feel the need to try
Do you even care for me
Do you ever wonder why
Rage and then regret
'Bout as real as real can get
Rage and then regret
The harder we come
The harder we fall
The harder it is to stand tall
The more that we fight
The more that we brawl
The more we're alike - that's all... that's all
Rage and then regret
'Bout as real as real can get
Rage and then regret
Rage and then regret
'Bout as real as real can get
There are things you don't forget
Anger cools to idle threats

Anger does not pay

Anger is red danger
But a familiar stranger

So It came as no surprise
At the times I have paid the price
More than the usual thrice
Before becoming very wise

The judge said
I should have been put in a cage
If one considers all the damage
I brought on with my rage

I knew
My anger was unreasonable
My anger was invincible
My anger was uncontrollable
But still very reversible

You see
In anger I always surrender
To the pressure I am under

In anger, I ungraciously lose
To the one I righteously accuse

In anger, I immoderately protest
Instead of letting things rest
Then trying responsibly to digest
And deal with issues best

So I say, So I say
Anger does not pay
Anger does not stay
Delay it from display
In time it will only go away

Now I know that
Anger does not pay
Anger does not stay
Calmness you should play
Before you begin to fall astray

Anger

Beware of Anger
It is just one letter short of Danger,
Anger present in one's soul
Destructs the body and mind as a whole,
In anger you act foolishly in a fit of rage
Which then creates a very bad image,
Unknowingly you happen to hurt someone
Thereby spoiling all the life's fun,
So do not create place for Anger
In your heart, mind or soul,
For once it settles in you
You are liked by very few,
So try to remain calm & act cool
And do not make yourselves a fool,
You can try this as nothing is impossible
As the word ‘impossible' itself says I'm possible,
So next time if anger resides in your hearts room
Throw it out & see how your life will bloom!

Police Brutality

Guns blaze in rage and anger
leaving another dead
as bullets pierce a
body without armor,
leaving everyone asking the question
why, as no one understand the pain
of a mother

tears held back to show courage
as so called serve and protect
caused some damage
in anger and pain feeling brokenhearted,
left a brother with a gun in outrage

tears came down like rain
but none can wash away
the blood stain
the night you took my brother
left me here in so much pain
i loss all respect for the
badge and the name

Anger 'on trial

Very first one, if this is not liked please bare with me.

Anger always gets a bad rap
but to me and my life,
it is part of that map.
Many obstacles, more disappointments I arrived to
Anger was the emotion,
that helped push me through.

Love, Sadness, and Happiness
they all stand strong,
Anger is always the one to blame
but is not always wrong.

Evil, fury, rage are characteristics
and synonyms of this offense,
your honor, I know Anger....
may I take the stand in his defense.

Hold Onto Your Anger

no amount of positive change in the world
which has advanced the betterment of us
as a species,
has come about by staring into the face of
idiocy, malicious intent, straight out murder,
slavery, oppression & genocide &
then trying to win it over with
concessions &
compassion-
it is discontent & rage
that have come about as a direct result of the forces in this world
which think that they can do to you what they want
when they want-
without it, there would be no
progress.

anger riles the individual
the individual gains strength
the strong individual speaks to another &
two become four,
four become eight-
sooner than later,
anger & anger alone
has brought together a mass of people
who understand that what has been going on
can no longer be so-

SOMETHING
HAS TO CHANGE

anger produces power in the “powerless”
by allowing them the courage to say that there is nothing to lose
when it comes to striving for
rights denied to you-

hold onto your anger
clench it in your fist & never let it go
for what you have inside you is
just-
what you have inside you is a need to utilize every part of your
being &
if your anger is all you have at your disposal
(that which cannot be tainted by those outside you) ,
then it is more beautiful than anything &
it is yours & yours alone-
it is representative of your own voice,
your own life &
your own ability to resist the destruction of your
will.

One voice united for a purpose.
One voice to rise above the others.

Dear hate...

Dear hate...
Who am i meeting today?
Is it Fury? Rage? Pain?
im hosting Depression, anger,
and you...hate. And sadness...
She came yesturday
and she's been crying ever since.
Was it you? Making her cry?
I felt your wars inside of me,
You and anger,
Batteling ferociously, while
Depression sit's in the corner
Turning all black with his soft whispers of
'you aren't enough! ''
And Sadness sobbed
Which fueled your hate
And fueled angers anger.
Pain and Rage burst in
with a bleeding roar
Pain rests on my heart,
tired from her agony,
She bleeds through,
and, God, how it aches.
Rage joins
Yours and angers battle.
Who will rule my actions?
Who will rule my thoughts?
Who will rule my words?
You, and Depression, seem,
to have stolen my thoughts...Ruler of all.
You send Rage an Pain
to weave into my words
and anger and sadness
flow into my actions
All i hear is roaring, sobbing, agony
buzzing in my ears, words, thoughts,
and all i see when i look into the mirror
is fury swimming
in the eyes of a broken soul,
shattered and unwhole
like if i broke the mirror
watched it splinter into a million pieces,
then sent each piece to a different place,
Would they come back?
No...they would be lost forever,
With the mirror frame
Standing bare and empty,
Containing only memories of what used to be
It's wholeness is gone, and it is lost
And if some pieces did come back,
there would still be cracks,
and missing pieces...unwole.
Fixing the mirror, would be like fixing me
...impossible.
And like that frame, frames emptiness
I do to, except for my basic frame
Which is built from Pain, Depression,
Rage, anger, and you...hate.
Yours forever
Your Captured Soul

Anger Rages Inside

Anger is bubbling away at me.
Burning a whole in my heart.
Making me burn with rage.
I have good reason to be angry.

I only wish
I could make them pay.
Put them through
What they did to me.

Anger is destroying me.
For Im hell bent on revenge..
I would love to dish out.
My own justice.
But I cant.

Anger Buabbles away.
Like a swishing sound
Of the waves.
Like a brook babbles
Anger takes ahold.

Why Angry And Sad?

Wake up every morning sad
Go to sleep every night mad
But why sad
Sad cause I’m alive
Mad cause of who I am
Mad that the world would never accept me
Mad cause I cant be me
Feeling like no heaven exist cause I’m living in hell
Feeling like there’s no angels to take me
So why should I smile
Why should I laugh
Why should I wake up every morning happy
Frustration and anger is taking over me every day
I’m living with no happiness
Living with anger
Anger is now my best quality
Anger describes my personality
Anger is inside of me
Anger is me
I’m anger

Abusing Women II

Picture This (I think you can...)
Rearranged in the Shakespearean Sonnet form...
************************

And so he pretends to be your lover,
But blames you for his own ineptitude,
'Til his subliminal rage takes over,
Resorting to brutal acts and language crude,

You protest and he becomes more irate
Anger and resentment builds, blinding him,
He says women lie and he's filled with hate
And suddenly you become his victim,

Used, battered, abused and accused by him,
You do not dare follow where he has led,
His anger is bright and his wits are dimmed
And if you cannot run, you'll wind up dead!

Where you needed love, the back of his hand
Is what you get, so run while you still can!

Anger fills my heart and soul

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,

Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us

He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore

The Angry Young Man

He had so much anger, so much hate
To lash out at someone he couldn’t wait
An innocent bystander walking down the street
This was the one that he would beat.

If she had suspected what lied ahead
She would have turned her back and fled.
With fists flaring he knocked her to the ground
Her jaw broken - she couldn’t make a sound
They say they don’t know how she survived
With the extent of her injuries
they was sure she would die.

She gave a description of what he looked like
And before blacking out she started to fight
They caught him with the description she gave
They saw that he was full of anger and rage.

They say from his step father he had been abused
And fighting back was of no use.
His mother did not believe what he had said
And she turned - and sent him to bed.

He now blamed his mother for what
His step father had done
no one to turn to, no where to run.
She should have - defended her son.

He and his step father are both in jail
Because his mother had truly failed
To hold a man she did not watch her son
Now look at what he has gone and done.

^^ O ^ ^

a halo
and four wings

angels and demons
a head

you give a wing clipped
dipped
rage,

why do you mistake the rage
of the sea
as her anger?

you sing. it is the singing sea
that sings
when you finally left her,

the rage is yours,
on four wings

the halo fades
and turns into the sun

the sun surrenders
its rays

to the petals of the
china flower

four wings, a halo, an angel
falling

it bears the initials of my name

Anger & Rage

All of my anger, all of my rage, Its boiling inside, Like im trapped in a cage!

It want to come out, I want to explode, There's only so much I can take, before I unload..

Its like I can't control it, Its putting me aside, As my monster comes out, On all who have lied.

I fear for the person, Who gets in my way, As my rage pours out, On them this day! ! ! ! !

Caged

Suppres this rage and turn the page.
Keep moving on to better days.
To all the negativity that you've played.
It's brought you down and left you dazed.
What good trails has it blazed?
Pilling up misery in your way.
No good can come.
You're in a cage.
Locked inside with devouring rage.
You can't even have a peaceful day.
You have no hope.
Hanging by this treacherous rope.
Stewing there like a colassal dope.
So move on now and stop this rip.
Try your best to get a grip.
It will be much more pleasent on this trip.
You can't live your life in rage filled time.
Against yourself it's such a crime.
Everonward you should climb.
It gets better without the slime.
That fills your mind with evil chimes.
It's so much better when you've released this line.
The clarity you feel is so sublime.
So once you get past the rage.
You'll be getting to better days.
When you'll be well and before the spill.
Forever happy you're out of jail.
