The BENEFITS And ADVANTAGES Of Knowing
The BENEFITS of confessing,
To having less and becoming honest with oneself...
When addressing this in complete truthfulness,
Quickly eliminates a need to numb and medicate stress...
To free a mind accepting,
Time for them has come to set aside expectations.
And the ADVANTAGES of knowing,
There are limits to one can stretch to feed wants...
Seems to leave no mental or emotional affects to protect.
Like those who experience worrying themselves to death,
As to how to maintain false images obtained...
Jeopardizing dignity AND a loss of self respect.
Yes...
The BENEFITS And ADVANTAGES Of Knowing,
For those aware and prepared for this...
Can be cost effective.

Knowing What Is Felt Within
There is nothing quite like,
Being honest with oneself.
Knowing what is felt within.
And how it affects...
Without concern of what comes next!
That's the best reality,
One can possibly get.
To admit mistakes...
With a forgiveness that it takes,
For one to move on!
Remaining strong and keeping a faith maintained.
After going through the motions...
Of living a life in pretense,
That 'something' about it has been lived well.
Until something about 'that'
Awakens one out of its limitation.
To realize...
There is nothing quite like,
Being honest with oneself.
Knowing what is felt within.
And how it affects...
Without concern of what comes next!

Self Examination Is a Process That Must Take Place
I am not one up to addressing stress.
Or the affects of neglecting the effects of it.
But those who defend and protect the obviousness
Of their own unhappiness,
Because they choose to keep their stress kept secret...
Can not be helped.
I've dealt with it myself to know the steps.
People who have already decided to over-medicate themselves...
Have chosen not to face their own reflections.
And self examination is a process that must take place,
If anyone is going to progress beyond their afflictions.

Knowing Your Perimeters
knowing your perimeters is not an easy job,
not really expensive, but it takes the mind of the pensive man,
the wiles of the wise and the wit of the wounded
who am i? where am I? what am i?
where am i heeded? where i will stop?
what can i do? what i cannot do?
knowing the length of your arms and feet
the distance of your vision
and knowing what you can touch and
see, and knowing what you cannot
even touch and see no matter how
wide you open your eyes
knowing your place, your fences, the limits
of your garden, the source of your water,
your air, your food, the quiet imagination
knowing what you can give and you can hold,
knowing what you can let go
and what you must keep in your heart forever
knowing the limits of your mind
the stretch of your hands, the number of times that
you can blink your eye,
the right time to fear and the right time to kill
the right time to love and the right time to hate
or just be the foolish man who is so indifferent
i know my limits and i mark my boundaries.
please do not go any further. i am just staying
within the bounds of my hands and feet.
i am seeing you and i am warning you.
i have this detonator. My finger is ready.

Accepting To Protect False Beliefs
The telling of lies told and sold,
To deny in a hiding of one's insecurities...
Does not prevent,
An increasing mental instability...
As witnessed by those,
Not only experiencing buyer's remorse...
But shows the ones who have lied,
Responsible for much that has gone...
Misunderstood most of their lives,
While fighting against denials.
And today...
There is no way of escaping,
With a possibility on either side of truth...
To correct relationships destroyed to redo,
By accepting to protect false beliefs as done.
Or can fix to mend anyone's heart broken,
Of those victimized who have forgiven.
Since they will never be able to erase in time,
From their minds...
The effects of what has happened to them.
Accepting to protect,
False beliefs...
Doesn't shadow,
A truth that's known.
Accepting to protect,
False beliefs...
Doesn't shadow,
A truth that's known.
Accepting to protect,
False beliefs...
Doesn't shadow,
A truth that's known...
To keep those from being aware,
With a clearing of polluted air.

Ideal Of Love
I live out my ideal of love by never setting ultima-
tums or threatening while you live out the complete
opposite: enforcing obedience through threats and
control, criticism and aggression
You believe in brute force while I put my trust in emo-
tions and the rational mind; this creates the perfect
synergy as I accept strict rules in exchange for the
advantages of friendship and help
You are a benevolent dictator and I pay the only price
required - loss of freedom - with amused complaisance,
resigned to my fate, given that freedom to be miserable
and lonely does not appeal to me
Loneliness is worse than death - while you enjoy the be-
nefit of being served with respect by a willing subject; I
enjoy the protection and help of a most loyal oppressor
who is completely trustworthy
And acts with integrity: all these qualities are so much
better than a charismatic, charming lover with sweet
compliments who is unfaithful and false - YOU are
always honest and benevolent
Wisdom taught me it is better to give up superficial freedom
and dignity for the advantage of a kind companion who has
never let me down, who never cheats, who always puts
the kids first; creating a safe home
Where my mind and thoughts are free to roam in a future
universe where true love leaves room for freedom
and dignity also…

The 'Real' In Reality
The advantages those have,
From the affects of being ostracized...
Isolated and shunned.
Is knowing the 'real' in reality they've advocated...
Has for them,
Never been a myth.
Or symbolized in worship,
To be discouraged as a curse!

Joy
Stimulated to motivate,
With an appreciation of it.
Eliminates resistance,
And the fearing of risks.
With,
Benefits to claim.
And with,
Benefits named.
Anticipating debating,
Is not the same.
When one is occupied,
With choices wished to gain.
With,
Benefits to claim.
And with,
Benefits named.
There's a reason one seeks hope and joy.
To rid of a nothingness,
That annoys.
There's a reason one seeks hope and joy.
To rid of a nothingness,
And wanting to know happiness.
Even if a little bit,
People want to pocket some joy.
As if a new toy.
And always theirs...
Never to be destroyed.
Even if a little bit,
People want to pocket some joy.
Stimulated to motivate,
With an appreciation of it.
Eliminates resistance,
And the fearing of risks.
With,
Benefits to claim.
And with,
Benefits named.
Even if a little bit,
People want to pocket some joy.
As if a new toy.
And always theirs...
Never to be destroyed.
Even if a little bit,
People want to pocket some joy.
As if a new toy.
And always theirs...
Never to be destroyed.
Even if a little bit,
People want to pocket some joy.
Joy, joy...
Always there,
To employ.
Even if a little bit,
People want to pocket some joy.

Ignoble Achievement
Conflicting ideals create chaos in the mind,
on the one hand, nobility of self-discipline
and virtue of patience - I tried to acquire
these virtues when I was small - and -
Found it impossible - on the other hand,
the spontaneity of creative fun, finding
happiness in unbridled activity; how to
reconcile dreams of Biblical discipline
With spontaneity - self-discipline requires the
sacrifice of short-term advantages and lesser
goals for long-term benefits, creating a need
for wisdom to know what are these – yet
Love, unconditional acceptance of what-is, still
is the highest ideal; though subject to insight,
knowing which deeds will benefit others and
which won’t – this requires quiet reflection
Violating the rights of others in serving our loved
ones always has bad effects because the means
simply becomes the end - using ignoble means
to achieve a noble purpose quickly degrades
The achievement to the ignoble also, the saddest
effect of any human deed - and -
where does this leave me?

Ultimately Believed
Portraying to be a fool,
Has its benefits...
Eventually to be received.
To accept being one,
Has no advantages.
And ultimately believed.
When one lives to learn to grow,
There is much to comprehend.
Those living not wishing to comprehend,
Have shown what they've learned.
And this reflects.
'Where has all this wisdom you have come from? '
Wisdom?
Is that what it's called?
Well,
It wasn't from a book.
My best teacher has been observation.
And experiencing pain,
Trying to box with concrete walls.
Hearing laughter when I've fallen.
And being perceived for that which I'm not.
Spending a few weeks in complete isolation,
Has helped me to center and focus...
An emotional and crushed mind.
With a getting up off my behind with faith.
And being able to take all kinds of criticisms.
Now...
If that is wisdom,
As you interpret it as something I have...
Then I have a tremendous amount of it.
And I don't know WHY I was picked to have it.
But I'll tell you this...
I awaken each day expressing my gratefulness,
For being blessed to have tolerated much BS!

Priorities To Keep As They Are Kept
I don't care what that's about.
To argue what it shouldn't be.
Or what's been said by who...
Between the 'he-said-she-sayers'.
That's their investment.
Not mine.
And I am not the one to pass judgement,
Or find time to do it.
However...
Maybe one day they will find,
The decisions that they have made...
Brought no benefits to their advantage.
Who knows?
I am grateful to have taken chances,
With faith that is still in place.
I know what that's about.
What I am about.
And how I've been tested.
With a healing done,
From mental and physical wounds.
Those experiences are vivid.
No one can accuse me of not being pleasant,
When I exit from their presence.
And to protect my peace of mind,
My exits have become more and more graceful...
As I age knowing my priorities.
And priorities to keep as they are kept?
I know what that's about to not doubt it.

LIVE For the Sheer Enjoyment Of It
If you wish to surround yourself,
With something that benefits.
Remove yourself from a stagnant environment...
One proclaimed that has exhausted a usefulness.
And learn to live more appreciative,
Of 'all' that is connected to allow an experience.
To prejudge and evaluate what appears to be,
A completed portait of a depiction limited.
On a canvas much too vast and complexed,
To digest and satisfy those who decide...
Research and adventure does not provide,
An unending wealth of revelation...
Can make one physically and mentally sick.
That's if...
One wishes to surround oneself,
With something that benefits,
An habitual repetitiveness.
Like a refilling of a 'needed'
Medical prescription.
One is made to become convinced...
Living with addictions makes more sense.
Do this...
And little time is spent in the frowning of lips!
LIVE for the sheer enjoyment of it.
That's IF...
You wish to surround yourself,
With something that benefits a smile recognized...
On a face that has been missing it!
And leave those with a 'woe-is-me-factor' alone.
What makes you feel you must condone this?

Do not be desirous of having things done quickly. Do not look at small advantages. Desire to have things done quickly prevents their being done thoroughly. Looking at small advantages prevents great affairs from being accomplished.
Approved With an Abundance of Love
If there could be one thing I'd want...
I would wish for love,
To come with benefits!
I would not sit and become one's charity case!
Not me.
I wouldn't think of it!
I could not rest with those selfish thoughts!
However...
I 'would' make sure I was thought of,
On a daily basis...
As a 'foundation' accepting donations!
Approved with an abundance of love,
I would joyfully dispense!
In an arrangement,
Of an exchanged expense!
Knowing someone has given...
And I have happily received!
AND that's not being selfish at all!
That is being blissfully prepared and ready,
To release a satisfying peace!

Made a grave mistake
An all too common place
not the first time back again
it's obvious the risks
outweigh the benefits
should have used our heads
couldn't happen to me

you're not immune

God Already Knows This
Anyone on a mission,
To save my life from demons...
Would be better accepted,
If they prepared me a sandwich.
And quickly left.
The teaching of demons,
And their affects...
Are not on my ears,
When they are not near!
To remind me how effective...
The lessons they leave,
On those remaining in fear to breathe.
I am not living for a deliverance,
Not of that kind.
To leave my mind entrapped,
And conditioned!
By anyone claiming,
To be a missionary in my behave!
And God already knows this.

When Fixed Mindsets Have Been Focused
Common sense is not obtained,
Through an academic process.
Not any that reflects wisdom respected,
By the many earning college degrees.
If experience could be taught,
And brought to a mind fixed on 'things'...
All of life and the quality of it,
Would have had witnessed the benefits of this.
But too busy are those in mental modes,
Driven to succeed and address their greed.
And when fixed mindsets have been focused,
On acquiring attention freed of comprehension...
There is no peace or rest to get if not earned.

Be Restricted To Do This For Months
For one hour of mental and physical stress,
One should take a full day...
To just sit and relax with the getting of rest.
Stress ages with a process,
That eventually affects one's peace of mind.
A few have found this to be true.
While others refuse this and do what they choose.
There is nothing more to say,
To the ones in denial and do things their way.
Experience is the teacher,
For those who have learned to obey.
And I would suggest,
To anyone disbelieving with a stubbornness.
Is to wait until that day they become hospitalized.
With wishes to be freed...
From being pricked by needles endlessly.
And forced to take countless x-rays and tests...
By those who probe calling themselves,
Doctors and nurses and interns...
Viewing you naked as 'everything' is exposed.
Being humbled and embarrassed,
For some is a neccessity!
Be restricted to do this for months at a time.
And that's all it will take...
To shaken one awake from a delusioned mind.
Be restricted to do this for months.
And pray a remedy is found...
To keep whispers overheard,
'We are doing our best but let us try 'this' next'...
With the hopes that the 'next' thing,
Is not your untimely death.
For one hour of mental and physical stress,
One should take a full day...
To just sit and relax with the getting of rest.
Unless...
You are the kind who doesn't mind,
Nervously awaiting the results of a test...
That will either prolong your life,
Or announce within days the time of your death.

Identity
Wearing the wonderful outfit
Speaking one language
Eating habits according to where you belong
Does the culture create a self identity
Kneeling down
Believing in transferred heritage
Accepting the facts and teachings
Is religion that what creates the inner identity
Adapting the different culture and its habits
Seeking for stability and security
Being like a roman in Rome
Flexibility and transformation does it really creates one's self identity
Knowing oneself
Seeing things independently
Accepting ones individualism
Identifying the self - does it makes more sense
Being Kind and compassion
Acceptance of every individual and free thought
Identifying oneself creates the word
Overall being human makes it complete self
