Yoga In Gita
Gita provides three ways to bliss.
Devotion to God is Bhakti Yoga.
Dedication to work is Karma Yoga.
Meditation on Supreme is Jnana Yoga.
Bhakti Yoga is for sedentary ones.
Karma Yoga is for energetic ones.
Jnana Yoga is for intellectuals.
Bhakti Yoga is for adults.
Karma Yoga is for youths.
Jnana Yoga is for the old.
Mind, you must perform
Karma Yoga, which gives bread,
Besides Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga

Yoga Is As Yoga Does
(words & music by nelson - burch)
Well I can see that you and yoga will never do
Yoga is as yoga does theres no in-between
Your either with it on the ball or youve blown the scene
I can see lookin at you, you just cant get settled
How can I even move, twistin like a pretzel
(yoga is, yoga does)
(theres no in-between)
(your either with it all the way) or youve blown the scene
(or youve blown the scene)
Come on come on, untwist my legs
Pull my arms a lot
How did I get so tied up
In this yoga knot
You tell me just how I can take this yoga serious
When all it ever gives to me is a pain in my posteriors
(yoga is, yoga does)
(theres no in-between)
(your either with it all the way) or youve blown the scene
(or youve blown the scene)
Stand upside down on your head, feet against the wall
A simple yoga exercise done by one and all
Now cross your eyes and hold your breath, look just like a clown
Yogas sure to catch you if you come falling down
(yoga is, yoga does)
(theres no in-between)
(your either with it all the way) or youve blown the scene
(or youve blown the scene)
(yoga is, yoga does)
(theres no in-between)
(your either with it all the way) or youve blown the scene
(or youve blown the scene)

song of Father Gabriele Amorth
The Daily Mail, UK and Herald Sun (Australia) report on how
Father Gabriele Amroth of the Vatican teaches that yoga and
Harry Potter and the ‘oriental religions’ are
the works of the Devil...the following poem expresses my outrage
at such stupidity and parochialism that still exists
amongst some groups of Europeans even today in their relations
with the East
O yoga yoga
baby baby
sings Father Gabriele Amorth
in the Italian town of Terni
O yoga yoga
no go no go
to yoga yoga
baby baby
all you innocents
and pure
all blessed
and destined for Heaven
no go to yoga yoga
yoga yoga
yogurt is fine
sugar in your yogurt is fine
strawberry and apple
in your yogurt is fine
so eat eat your
yogurt yogurt yogurt
but yoga yoga
O yoga yoga
no go no go no go baby
baby baby
sings Father Gabriele Amorth
in the Italian town of Terni
and also no go to Harry Potter
baby baby baby
no go no go
no go to yoga no to yoga
and no go no go
to Harry Potter
baby baby baby
now say after me:
“yoga yoga yoga
baa baa baa
bad bad bad”
and say after me:
“Harry Potter Harry Potter
moo moo moo
bad bad bad”
O baby baby baby
at our next conference
I’ll teach you
how the Dragon is bad
and how the Chinese got it all wrong
all these centuries
with their Chinese Dragon, Dragon, Dragon
but that’s for next time
next time next time
baby baby baby
for now just repeat after me
your most reverend
Father Gabriele Amorth
in the Italian town of Terni:
O yoga yoga
no go no go
to yoga yoga
baby baby
And say after me
all ye faithful
all ye blessed:
“Harry Potter Harry Potter
moo moo moo
bad bad bad”

Finding Peace Within
Where are your children?
They are awfully quiet this evening.
'We're trying new methods of discipline.
My doctor told me this morning,
I should try yoga to calm my nerves.'
That's great.
So you taught the children?
Is that where they are?
Doing yoga?
'Oh no!
I found an easier way to find peace within.
For a half hour each day...
And for total relaxation,
I tie the kids up and tape their mouths! '
You shouldn't do that.
That's against the law.
'That's where you and I disagree.
I am finding peace within.
And they are helping me locate it!
I told them my doctor suggested I do this,
For at least two weeks.
They believe this is lesson one! '
What is lesson two?
'Total rage!
That is what they will see.
If they forget the rules of lesson one.'
But you're not doing any yoga at all.
'I beg to differ.
It's a slow process.
I am working on my breathing technique.
Calms the nerves!
You should try it.
It's wonderful.'

I Am Calm In The Pain
I AM CALM IN THE PAIN
I am calm in the pain,
And calm in the rejection,
And calm through the insult,
And calm through the anger,
And calm calm calm,
Though I feel so deeply
How I have failed
I am calm
Very calm
So calm
Until suddenly
In the middle of the morning prayer
I begin to cry to God
Cry with a terrible crying
And then when the prayer done
Calm calm calm calm calm.

Remedies to health
Tired?
Katha Yoga sooths aching muscles.
Wired?
Dhyan rests the warring mind.
Uninspired?
Spontaneous movements in
Dance or play tones the sagging thought.
Mired?
Involvement in arts, music or writing
Unlashes the crippled bodily Instincts.

This House Is Not For Sale
Tell 'em that the house is not for sale
We're still livin' here, how come nobody can tell
They're takin' all the furniture, movin' our things
Come on little honey, put your head on my knee
Tell 'em that the house is not for sale
And calm down, calm down, calm down
Calm down, calm down, calm down
Do you remember when we even bought this thing?
I danced you across the wooden floor and you signed the lease
What happened in the car that night?
What happened in the car that night?
Tell 'em that the house is not for sale
And calm down, calm down, calm down
Calm down, calm down, calm down
Calm down
Tell 'em that the house is not for sale
We could grab a couple sheets, yeah, give 'em quite a scare
I remember lyin' on the bedroom floor
You were holding me, little honey, kissin' my soul
Tell 'em that the house is not for sale
And calm down, calm down, calm down
Calm down, calm down, calm down
Calm down
Calm down

The three parts of the theory are analytical ability, the ability to analyze things to judge, to criticize. Creative, the ability to create, to invent and discover and practical, the ability to apply and use what you know.

To Warm Up
Play, walk, gym, swim, yoga-
Each exclusive of the others
In benefits- maintains your health.
In ply the reflex action,
In walk the heart, in gym
The muscles, in swim the resistance
And in yoga the endocrine organs
Would singularly strengthen.

It's Not Over
I come to the place that in spite of what I see GOD! ! has thee ability to change everything.
1,2,3 the doctor said, she would never recover! ! ! But I'm here to tell you she woke up! ! The doctor said there's nothing that they can do! ! ! But prayer can make a believer out of the one who gave the news. They said she would never speak, lol guess WHAT SHE DID........ GOD HAS THEE ABILITY TO TURN EVERYTHING AROUND.

It is a fine thing to have ability, but the ability to discover ability in others is the true test.
There is something that is much more scarce, something finer far, something rarer than ability. It is the ability to recognize ability.

History
That girl stole my heart
When she gave a kiss to me
She opened her arms
And she gave herself to me
That girl stole my heart
When she gave a kiss to me
She opened her arms
And she gave herself to me
I started to explore every possibility
Since she gave a kiss to me
The strength of her appeal
Lies in her ability
To keep a sense of mystery
She made my senses real
When she gave a kiss to me
She made the others history
It's all in the past
The rest is history
It's all in the past
The rest is history
It's all in the past
The rest is history
It's all in the past
That girl stole my heart
When she gave a kiss to me
She opened her arms
And she gave herself to me
That girl stole my heart
When she gave a kiss to me
She opened her arms
And she gave herself to me
I feel like I'm the deal
Since she gave a kiss to me
It felt like electricity
Her lips gave me sensations
Full of authenticity
When she gave a kiss to me
Her kiss had such effect
'cos of it's simplicity
She made the others history
It's all in the past
The rest is history
It's all in the past
The rest is history
It's all in the past
The rest is history
It's all in the past
That girl stole my heart
