I haven't spoken English with native speakers in several months. I've been speaking Arabic.

Pronunciation Problem
Easily written poems mixing
languages Indonesian plus English.
Alas fatal flaw is found in
communication pronunciation problem.
Rhyming Indonesian words are
incorrectly pronounced by English speakers.
Compounding this problem English
is spoken by very few Indonesians.

Can't Stand It (Live On Letterman)
The way things go
You get so low
Struggle to find your skin
Hey ho
Look out below
Your prayers will never be answered again
Phones still ring
And singers sing
Speakers are speaking in code
What now
Well anyhow
Our prayers will never be answered again
You know it's all beginning
(It's all beginning)
To feel like It's ending
(Feels like It's ending)
No loves as random
As God's love
I can't stand it
I can't stand it
The way things get
You get so high
Funny how we make new friends
Oh hey ho
I gotta go
My prayers will never be answered again
You know It's all beginning
(it's all beginning)
To feel like It's ending
(Feels like It's ending)
No loves as random
As God's love
I can't stand it
I can't stand it
Speakers speaking

Speaking in code
You know It's all beginning
(it's all beginning)
To feel like pretending
(To feel like pretending)
No loves as random
As my love
I can't stand it
I can't stand it
Your prayers will never be answered again

The Gods Above
God has passed a judgement on us,
Ghosts of a distance are speaking with a curse
In the form of runes, and they are speakers
Of a mortal’s demise, and the denizens of the ravine
Are again dragons, and more hoards of gold
Of chinaware and of various silvers.
The runes will subject us to ruin,
But we are in doubt
We cannot strive for the solution
Our time is limited in this world.
Gods have spoken this far,
By passing a judgement over us.

From Worlds Within My Dreams
I feel a kindred with you,
My native...
Land.
And brethren of spoken tongues.
Those of my ancestors,
Every one.
I feel a kindred with you,
My native...
Home I've come to know.
I feel the wind coming to sweep,
And stir the prairies.
I see the tumbleweed roll.
And swirls of dust enfold it!
I feel the rhythm with each drum beat.
I paint those symbols I see,
From skies above.
And when they land,
We beings meet.
We greet as if lost souls.
I feel a kindred with you,
My native...
From worlds within my dreams you've come.
To me and others who have not succumbed...
With misgivings of a tortured faith.
Never in doubt but sometimes clouded!
I feel a kindred with you,
My native...
Land.
And brethren of spoken tongues.
Those of my ancestors,
Every one.
I feel a kindred with you,
My native...
Home I've come to know,
From worlds within my dreams.

This African American Vernacular English shares most of its grammar and vocabulary with other dialects of English. But it is distinct in many ways, and it is more different from standard English than any other dialect spoken in continental North America.

It is no exaggeration to say that the English Bible is, next to Shakespeare, the greatest work in English literature, and that it will have much more influence than even Shakespeare upon the written and spoken language of the English race.

All Come Down
(Here it goes and
There it goes again
Such as innocence
It’s important where and when
I saw that car come in
And back out of my eyes
And along with you
My innocence dies)
It’s been seven years and a week since it happened
And all I see when such irony comes around
Was how it is that though you’re gone
I’m the one whose been buried underground
I haven’t ate in days, haven’t slept in a week
Haven’t spoke in months yet too hoarse to speak
I wish it would all come down soon
I wish I could lie down soon…

I Haven't Forgotten
I haven't forgotten when I meet you first!
I haven't forgotten when I greet you last!
I haven't forgotten your pretty face!
I haven't forgotten your smile and grace!
I haven't forgotten how we started chatting!
I haven't forgotten when we started dating!
I haven't forgotten our last walk together!
I haven't forgotten how I became a loser!
I haven't forgotten how it became too late!
I haven't forgotten when I understood fate!
I haven't forgotten that summer's northwester!
I haven't forgotten and won't forget ever!

There is the fear, common to all English-only speakers, that the chief purpose of foreign languages is to make fun of us. Otherwise, you know, why not just come out and say it?

The English Language
English reminds me of a language too bold,
Speaking this tongue is like a magical realm.
In this realm we spoke too audaciously and lovingly,
To be free and caring about the old, the very youngest old,
A fine and cosy people of strength in the body,
That soon overpowered the standards of everyday life.
English is a spoken language of England,
The old refrain from the seas of language and thought,
For the seas mix their sentences and paragraphs,
Too tired is the sea of too many friends of the water,
Water is fighting for words that carry meaning
With the life to save a slave who asks for the life of meaning.

This Crazy English Language
English is crazy, we do explore
Singular and plural, probe for more
If goose for geese and tooth for teeth
Why isn't the plural of booth, beeth?
English speakers, verbally insane
Learning this language is really a pain
Index to indices, teachers taught
Why didn't those preachers praught?
Feet that smell, noses that run
Away with murder, such a pun
Play at recital, recite at play
Oral asylum, what else could it be?

In a While
I haven't seen you in a while.
I haven't heard you in ages.
This is like a knife in the heart.
We used to be friends.
Where did it go wrong?
Where did we go wrong?
Now that you've came back, you wanna talk to me.
But you left me without a goodbye.
You made me worry for three months.
So I'm not talking to you.

I Really Haven't Got The Time
(Mike Pinder)
You want me to ride
In your car outside
Spend some time with you
Just an hour or two
But I really,
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
I'm a busy man
Workin' when I can
I got no time to lend
I got no time, time to spend
Oh no, I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
Oh no, I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
(Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!)
Instrumental
I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
Oh no, I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
Workin' nine 'til five
Got to stay alive (I've got to stay alive)
Find somebody who (Go find somebody who)
Got some time for you (Who's got the time for you)
But I really
No, no, no, no
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
Oh no, I really
No, no, no, no
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
Really haven't got the time
(Really haven't got time)

Hollywood don't always pay a lot of money. Because we're English they think we're cheap! And you haven't got to be the greediest man in the world. If you want to do something, you go and do it. What's the point of you being paid a lot of money if you haven't got the quality of the film? In the long run you're not doing yourself any favors because you're going to end up in a piece of shit.

Blow Your Speakers Out
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)
Under the stolen lights
feel the rhythm, the rhythm
and it will get you right
sweat it all out of your system
you gotta free your mind
let yourself unwind
cause it's your night night night
so get it right right right come on
can you feel it inside
it likes to go for a ride
i know you need it
i can see it in your eyes
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)
I know you feel the heat
i see you feeling the fire
don't worry bout a thing
fulfill your every desire
the Dj's playing this song
so now you can't go wrong
cause it's your night night night
so do it right right right come on
Can you feel it inside
He likes to go for a ride
i know you need it
i can see it in your eyes
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)
Oh whoa oh
Let me hear you say
Oh whoa oh
this party is never over no no no
oh whoa oh
ler me hear you say
whoa oh!
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)
So hop in your ride
Roll your windows down
cause tonight's your night
get lost in the sound
gotta crank the music loud
baby blow your speakers out (Your speakers out)

He who cannot speak Arabic, should not speak Arabic.
Return To Unity
They took the Native Americans
land in the U S of A
wasn't there a better way?
Did America become more civilized
seems like we haven't changed.
The Earth is in dire straights—
Now we must go back to their way
the way the Native Americans
way of living and philosophy in their day.
They know the Rainbow children
are here now along with Crystals and Indigos
they will help restore the planet
with what they know.
If we don't listen to our children
we will reap what we sow.
