God ceases to be God only for those who can admit the possibility of His non-existence, and that conception is in itself the most severe punishment they can suffer.

Death is not only an unusually severe punishment, unusual in its pain, in its finality and in its enormity, but is serves no penal purpose more effectively than a less severe punishment.

The principle inherent in the clause that prohibits pointless infliction of excessive punishment when less severe punishment can adequately achieve the same purposes invalidates the punishment.

Man has the possibility of existence after death. But possibility is one thing and the realization of the possibility is quite a different thing.

Almighty is one
You need not be confused
My existence is never refused
From time to time the question has been raised
Yet the hard core criminals have also praised
You need not think hard
Don't look down but always forward
See above the earth and towards sky
You may never raise the question why?
Why do you remain concerned?
People praise only when they are threatened or cornered
They are ungrateful people
Never know what is called life and struggle
No one gets easy way
Don't think they can easily pass away
They have to suffer here on this earth
Face the pain and anguish at the time of death
Let there remain no doubt
There is nothing to talk about
Each soul on earth owes its existence
To me only as it has been given to them as pure chance
Think about messiahs and emissaries
They have emerged among adversaries
They had their mission to spread the message
Their views, messages are fully inscribed on the pages
People die because of their misdeeds
Their disloyal and aimless life should never be read
They suffer because of their misdoings
Punishment is same for poor and kings
Believe it or not but almighty is one
Its existence can be denied by none
Let there be no doubt in mind
In different form you may always find

Liberty is the possibility of doubting, the possibility of making a mistake, the possibility of searching and experimenting, the possibility of saying No to any authority - literary, artistic, philosophic, religious, social and even political.

No punishment of the unrighteous has ever been too severe in the eyes of the righteous.
I've Had Those Relationships Already
Will I ever fall in love again?
That depends.
If I am kidnapped and blindfolded...
To be left abandoned.
And I am not able to tell the difference
Between quicksand or plain mud,
As I run screaming through a darkened forest.
And I fall in...love!
And, the other possibility?
Amnesia seems to have its benefits.
To awakened without a prior memory,
Is something I have not prioritized just yet.
However...
I'm sure if I tried hard enough,
One of those two developments could happen.
So I do not rule the possibility of falling in love again
Completely out of the picture.
And I'm not one to say 'never'.
Although I must admit to wishing,
That the blindfold is not tied too tight.
And I am not bond and gagged,
By someone who is desperate!
I've had those relationships already.
And being chased naked through the woods,
Is not that easy to explain to a forest ranger.
Especially one willing to admit to having homosexual fantasies!
And all that is sought is an escape,
From any confessed committment.

God's Curse (pt.2)
marriage is God's punishment
to suffer thru this life
so we may want to die
than be someones wife
marriage makes two as one
no wonder its suffocating
two as one
cannot be done
before you tell me im wrong
rush to my judgement
iv already felt Gods
wrath and punishment
i was married to him
for many years
felt more than enough pain
way to many tears

Nothing is harder, yet nothing is more necessary, than to speak of certain things whose existence is neither demonstrable nor probable. The very fact that serious and conscientious men treat them as existing things brings them a step closer to existence and to the possibility of being born.

Justice is exercised in the proper prevention, rather than in the severe punishment, of crime.

Of A Ministry Pitiful, Angry, Mean
Of a Ministry pitiful, angry, mean,
A gallant commander the victim is seen.
For promptitude, vigour, success, does he stand
Condemn'd to receive a severe reprimand!
To his foes I could wish a resemblance in fate:
That they, too, may suffer themselves, soon or late,
The injustice they warrent. But vain is my spite
They cannot so suffer who never do right.

A Truth I Weep
wondering in the maze of life
somewhere i stopped on a hyacinth
O' my hyacinth
picking it in my hands
the fragrance though spread
overwhelmed in the perfume of it
i wanted to admit
the beauty of love i had for it
with a pricking pain
i saw the thorns
never with a hyacinth
but there were they
to grin was my compulsion
to laugh was the only way
to not let the heart break
i know the pain
but cant let you suffer
O' my hyacinth
cant let you suffer
cant let you suffer

Not all of sudden
Why should it happen?
Even if it is unexpected and all of sudden
It is not hunting ground
Where beautiful object is found
Hunters may hunt for easy prey
Try and capture it all the way
Why is it not possible to get free?
Try all the tricks to flee
Yes it may happen all the way
If things are shaped and driven away
What even if you hate but not act!
Surrender to desire and not react
The rapist may rape in his on style
He may not think for a while
The sufferers will face agony lifetime
He might have not thought over it sometimes
It is nature’s principle
All must confine within circle
If certain things are violated
The punishment should be severe and related
It is still a curse and unwarranted
In civil society it is never wanted
One should not be forced to suffer
If that is not voluntarily offered
