It seems proper, at all events, that by an early enactment similar to that of other countries the application of public money by an officer of Government to private uses should be made a felony and visited with severe and ignominious punishment.

Death is not only an unusually severe punishment, unusual in its pain, in its finality and in its enormity, but is serves no penal purpose more effectively than a less severe punishment.

Power of Corruption

In the corrupt countries
positioned officials trade the rules,
make money from needy people
sell convenience making system fool.

Bureaucrats, police, politicians
think powerful to do things above law;
make money for their lavish living
their near and dear also, they reward.

People pay bribe to make work easy
and avoidance of punishment;
the officials accept happily, to fulfil
lavish needs and make life decent.

Due to authority's laxity, indifference,
own greed and no transparency;
officials hide rules and exploit
innocence, difficulty and urgency.

Law is as their own egg, they sell
for grant of work, privilege, license
quota, land, avoidance of punishment
evading tax or fine and Govt. payments.

Scammers and black money earners
acquire resources depriving the masses;
they grab power too to manipulate and
force to pay higher price, by poor classes.

Deputed to defend law, but hidden outlaw.
in public eyes, desirous of looking good.
Robbing Government, deceiving people
wish to be ‘white collared Robin Hood'.

Ron allowed us to see right away the private piece of a person about to become very public. I suspect we're going to see more of her very private world - Laura's private experience. I'm not sure yet how public she's going to be about the actions she's going to have to take.

One would expect that private property taken by eminent domain would become land available for public use such as parks and roads. Unfortunately, this decision creates a loophole for government to manipulate the definition of public use simply to generate greater tax revenue.

Private Money

Dynasty private banks hate the State
Dynasty private money hate the fate
we all were told,
The world sold all gold. Honey, honey
Private money. Mankind find in mind,
Front page, low wage,
David Ricardo’s dangerous offence,
Makes no sense. Honey, honey
Private money. Interest of money out of nothing,
You knew the true, anything.
Bless confess negligence,
Birth of earth impotence. Honey, honey
Private money. They are not the world to neglect
The true of this world ugly content.
Their hate will attend tough low blow,
Their fate is a soon end down below. Honey, honey
Private money.

Government

The Government -- I heard about the Government and
I went out to find it. I said I would look closely at
it when I saw it.
Then I saw a policeman dragging a drunken man to
the callaboose. It was the Government in action.
I saw a ward alderman slip into an office one morning
and talk with a judge. Later in the day the judge
dismissed a case against a pickpocket who was a
live ward worker for the alderman. Again I saw
this was the Government, doing things.
I saw militiamen level their rifles at a crowd of
workingmen who were trying to get other workingmen
to stay away from a shop where there was a strike
on. Government in action.
Everywhere I saw that Government is a thing made of
men, that Government has blood and bones, it is
many mouths whispering into many ears, sending
telegrams, aiming rifles, writing orders, saying
"yes" and "no."
Government dies as the men who form it die and are laid
away in their graves and the new Government that
comes after is human, made of heartbeats of blood,
ambitions, lusts, and money running through it all,
money paid and money taken, and money covered
up and spoken of with hushed voices.
A Government is just as secret and mysterious and sensitive
as any human sinner carrying a load of germs,
traditions and corpuscles handed down from
fathers and mothers away back.

The lesser of two evils.

Do gooders have done their best.
To end effective punishment.
Although their ideas fail the test.
Let criminals do as they please.

They’re well aware they’ll get away
with almost any kind of crime.
In the lawless world of today.
In my opinion it’s past time.

To reintroduce discipline.
The birch, the cat and yes the rope.
Society must redefine
soft options which cannot cope.

With those that choose to break the law
To other peoples detriment.
The only way is to restore
a healthy fear of punishment.

The general public would agree
to bring back corporal punishment.
Including the Death Penalty.
But can’t convince the government.

Who fear adverse publicity
and lack the moral fibre to
protect all of society.
Instead of favouring the few.

Who batten on the rest of us
Because the Government daren’t act.
Their arguments are spurious.
I see this as established fact.

Perhaps mine is a biased view.
I could be wrong I must confess.
The question which I put to you.
Do you agree: Say no or yes.

The Boy and the Teacher

Teacher, teacher, 'why is my gram parent going to have to go to a nursing home? '

'Well', says the teacher in disgust. 'The republicans(Defenders of the rich) won't allow the raise of the government budget ceiling(The Amount Of Money That The Government Can Borrow.) they don't want to raise taxes on the job creators(Corporations..). But they want taxes on the workers and cuts in government funded programs to equal the new budget. The Democrats(The Ones Who Believe Our Country Should Be A Nanny State) . Don't want to make the cuts in certain government programs or raise taxes on the poor and want to raise the budget ceiling without paying for it.'

The little boy says 'That don't sound that complicated. Why don't we just tax everyone across the board, according the money they make and have. And Why don't we make cuts in programs that are not necessary. Oh and while were at it why don't we bring back our military slowly. So were not spending 60 billion dollars month in other countries. Why do we have to police other countries? Or even a better question how can we afford too when our debt is so high? '

The teacher responds back, why don't you write your congressmen, senators, and president letters and ask them.

The little boys says, 'Easy they would never read them.'

The teacher a little annoyed says, 'You got answer for everything. And I thought I was the teacher.'

The little boy chirps, 'your darn tooting'.

John F. Kennedy

I believe in an America with a government of men devoted solely to the public interests — men of ability and dedication, free from conflict or corruption or other commitment — a responsible government that is efficient and economical, with a balanced budget over the years of the cycle, reducing its debt in prosperous times — a government willing to entrust the people with the facts that they have — not a businessman's government, with business in the saddle … not a labor government, not a farmer's government, not a government of one section of the country or another, but a government of, for and by the people.
