Melody of a Shattered Soul!
If you give him one of these instruments?
Guitar, Bass, Violin
Mandolin,
Viola, Cello, Banjo
Lute, Bouzouki
Ukulele and more!
His fingers could touch every string
And he sings the deep sorrow
Deeper than an Ocean.
There's no stage for him in this cruel World
And he strums his broken Ukulele
in a dark street corner under a starry night.
You can hear the melody of a shattered soul!

What I enjoy most about being on stage is that the natural instruments give you a greater freedom with texture. When you use natural instruments they have their own resonance.

The ukulele was the first of many instruments they had bought for me. They got me a guitar when I was eleven, which my son Morgan uses until this day. They paid for 3 years of guitar lessons; they bought me a bass fiddle, which I still play.

Music Of Life
Interested in the peace of life?
Your destination is fixed so be appalled.
Musical instruments are in ruins,
Fighting them is a struggle.
What may break will fight and be mighty,
The swords of laughter fence with each other.
They are made of metals, fully metallic
And magical, like their counterparts.
The peace has dissolved when mixed
With the words of music and its instruments.

In most places that are rich in guitar culture, everyone uses their fingers, like in Spain or Africa. In Japan there are string instruments played that way. It is not until you get in the States that you find people using picks.

Right now my mind is on the people who stole our instruments, and, specifically, the person with my guitar, which will no doubt end its days having Green Day songs worked out on it. A better fate was deserved - and while the reverence given to guitars annoys me, I shall miss it.

My stuff was more of a folk coffeehouse thing, with more acoustic guitar, just me doing a single, and then adding on instruments and voices, with emphasis on lyrics and singing and light kind of acoustic jazz.
