I still think that I'm playing instruments, not just pushing buttons and there it goes. It's interactive and alive with the sound and the manipulation and it plays like instruments.

What I enjoy most about being on stage is that the natural instruments give you a greater freedom with texture. When you use natural instruments they have their own resonance.

New Potato Caboose
Last leaf fallen bare earth where green was born,
Black madonna two eagles hang against a cloud,
Sun comes up blood red wind yells among the stone,
All graceful instruments are known.
When the windows all are broken and your loves become a toothless crone,
When the voices of the storm sound like a crowd,
Winter morning breaks, youre all alone.
The eyes are blind, blue visions, all a seer can own,
And touching makes the flesh to cry out loud
This ground on which the seed of love is sown,
All graceful instruments are known.

Remembering
There are threads of old sound heard over and over
phrases of Shakespeare or Mozart the slender
wands of the auroras playing out from them
into dark time the passing of a few
migrants high in the night far from the ancient flocks
far from the rest of the words far from the instruments

Music Of Life
Interested in the peace of life?
Your destination is fixed so be appalled.
Musical instruments are in ruins,
Fighting them is a struggle.
What may break will fight and be mighty,
The swords of laughter fence with each other.
They are made of metals, fully metallic
And magical, like their counterparts.
The peace has dissolved when mixed
With the words of music and its instruments.
