I Am In Total Agreement With Your Assessment
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is difficult to live with limited funds.
Budgeting to pay for shelter, food and utilities.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is difficult to witness others live being deprived.
While their lives are being ignored.
And/or exploited in a hussle to keep them needy.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
So many now are forced to descend from high horses.
And getting a taste for the first time,
How life is lived without good credit scores.
Or multiple opportunities coming to knock at their doors.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
Very few are not so quick to pass judgement these days.
And knowing from my own experience...
How to remove myself from someone stunned.
Learning they too have become shunned and 'thumbed'
By the very same ones they supported,
At the expense of their own inhumanity.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
But do not believe,
I am here empathetic and prepared to embrace your pain.
I've already been numbed by your reaction to mine.
I see nothing in that to aid my benefit with gain.
Like I said...
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is so vivid.
As if I'm still living it with too much acceptance.

Regional Conditioning
Scanning one from head to toe,
To deliver an incompleted assessment...
Of another,
Upon an initial meeting...
Is a regional conditioning process.
Instead of greeting someone appropriately...
Some have a need to address one's physicality,
With interest first!
As if preparing for an adoption to take place.
And this head to toe scan is noticed,
To be done by those...
Who should be the last,
To think of passing judgement or eyeballing anyone.
However,
When an indoctrination...
Of a conditioning process has been done,
Its aim is to be thorough and childishly delivered.

I Didn't Express That Assessment
I will never find you trustworthy.
'Why?
Because I have the right to change my mind,
When I decide?
And I am not concrete in any decision I make,
To declare I've made one to keep?
And I have never did anything to prove I have integrity? '
That's my feeling about you exactly.
'Well...
Everyone has a right to express their own opinion.
Even though I may not agree to that assessment,
You have of me.'
Remember...
I didn't express that assessment.
You just made it easier not to argue with you.

A Plea
Writers of baseball, attention!
When you're again on the job-
When, in your rage for invention,
You with the language play hob-
Most of your dope we will pardon,
Though of the moth ball it smack;
But-cut out the 'sinister garden,'
Chop the 'initial sack.'
Rake poor old Roget's 'Thesaurus'
For phrases fantastic and queer;
And though on occasions you bore us,
We will refrain from a sneer.
We will endeavour to harden
Ourselves to the rest of your clack,
If you'll cut out the 'sinister garden'
And chop the 'initial sack.'
Singers of words that are scrambled,
Say, if you will, that he 'died,'
Write, if you must, that he 'ambled'-
We shall be last to deride.
But us to the Forest of Arden,
Along with the misanthrope Jaques,
If you cling to the 'sinister garden'
And stick to 'initial sack.'
Speak of the 'sphere's aberration,'
Mention the 'leathery globe,'
Say he got 'free transportation'-
Though that try the patience of Job.
But if you're wise you'll discard en-
Cumbrances such as we thwack-
Especially 'sinister garden'
And the 'initial sack.

Sulphur And Brimstone (Revised)
Once I'd mastered cut and paste by cheerfully
bouncing up and down, I transferred my Work
Plan to the assessment instrument making it
sing like a violin, though sadly, an ominous
contrabass creating the song of ‘Rating 3 -
Competent' seldom needing to be asked about
progress of tasks while showing commitment
I am an accomplished advisor ready to guide
anxious colleagues through the disastrous
minefield of Self Assessment, recognized as
inspirational after confessing I worked with
a blinding headache and suffered self-
immolation to get through a never-ending
avalanche of self-referencing questions
I feel justified; my being means something
I help others through pitfalls that threatened
me as I braved brambles of confusion, arriving
in calm waters of Assessment Duly Completed
and handed to HR - the Section spawned in
Hell suffering us the sulphur and brimstone
of self-evaluation!

Giving Up Life
Every year when we do Assessment with a
custom-made Assessment Instrument and I
have to explain why I have not changed into
a machine as yet
When I have to hide my fear of turning into a
robot and secretly rejoice that I have not lost
my feelings as yet - and everybody despises
me as a low achiever
And I receive a low mark for not being competent,
at all - I go through agony, I would LOVE to fit in -
would LOVE to turn into a machine if it could bring
me a feeling of safety
But I cannot kill my soul, stifle my spirit and destroy
my feelings, I don't know how to rejoice at the pros-
pect of killing myself, while I abhor being the most
lowly official alive
I live with the shame because I cannot disown my
inner self, I suspect giving up life is not my decision,
I have tried it before and it never worked - I'm stuck
with being me…

Smelling Salts
Why do the people with the least intelligence,
Get the most attention?
This is a trick question,
Isn't it?
Are you filming a 'Reality Show'?
Where are the cameras?
'There are not cameras,
I am serious.
Why do you think,
Those of intelligence are the least admired?
And they may be highly qualified too.
But they seem the last to be hired.'
Well...
Let's agree on this.
Look around you.
How much of what 'you' observe,
Is a result of displaying collective competence?
'Can you be more specific? '
I'll try.
But I don't want to blow my cover.
Being considered a fool has gotten me by.
However...
I will offer this as an hypothesis.
'Sure, go ahead.'
If you were in business,
Of selling a commodity or a message.
And you were doing that,
For the purposes of earning money?
Would you just choose to sell to those of intelligence?
Or...
Would you care less who had the money?
As long as your needs were met and addressed?
'But that would not lead to a fair assessment.'
A 'fair' what?
ASSESSMENT?
Here.
Take this. It's free.
And on me.
However...
If for any reason you decide you would like to franchise?
I'll have to charge you a franchise fee.
'What is this? '
Smelling salts!
And trust me...
You have just proven there is a fortune to be made,
In the selling of it.

To Stay In A Shared Mutual Interest
I would love to experience,
That initial spark of love...
With a bit of naïveté.
An innocence that stays,
With a freshness...
That doesn't soon go away.
I would love to experience,
That delicious kiss...
As if that kiss was the first.
And thirst for more,
From that one I adored.
I would love to feel my heart pound.
My speech hurried by incomplete sentences.
And be looked upon,
As if I am the only one in view existing.
I would love to experience,
That initial spark of love...
With a bit of naïveté.
I would,
If I could only forget those times that came...
As I stood babbling to bore,
Until I became ignored.
To be left without a hint of an explanation.
This time I wish,
For just a 'bit' of naïveté...
And not total 'stupiditay'
To stay in a shared mutual interest.

A good listner
I am willing to land ears and prove good listener
I wish to see all kind of flowers and roses as Gardner
It can prove me as sympathizer to people for their cause
In this trouble torn environment one needs to think and pause
Who has the time to watch and look around?
Broad day light murders and bodies are to be found?
It is unhealthy sign and doesn’t look at all very sound
We still have to breathe peacefully and go around
It is individual’s choice to go in for real assessment
There has to be some real and concrete movement
It may not yield any material gain or good fame
It may prove not futile but not lands in shame too
It is known fact that some has to be progressive
Nothing can be achieved by remaining so much aggressive
It may inflame already aggrieved situation
In others field you may term it as love or infatuation
Weep the tears of others if you have real sympathy?
Do it honestly without having any mercy or pity
It may not make you saint or incarnation of God
But you may have all blessings from people with nod
I have known it from initial days
I had trouble in finding critical ways
It helped me a lot from some one’s fine gesture
How can I forget this in shaping the future?
There is need for kind words
You can definitely convey it and forward
It will not cost anything extra I quantum
It will have far reaching impact as minimum
