Tax assessment rapes
all of value - only one's
memory escapes.

De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da
Don't think me unkind
Words are hard to find
The only cheques I've left unsigned
From the banks of chaos in my mind
And when their eloquence escapes me
Their logic ties me up and rapes me
De do do do, de da da da
Is all I want to say to you
De do do do, de da da da
Their innocence will pull me through
De do do do, de da da da
Is all I want to say to you
De do do do, de da da da
They're meaningless and all that's true
Poets, priests and poiticians
Have words to thank for their positions
Words that scream for your submission
And no one's jamming their transmission
'Cos when their eloquence escapes you
Their logic ties you up and rapes you
De do do do, de da da da
Is all I want to say to you
De do do do, de da da da
Their innocence will pull me through

I Am In Total Agreement With Your Assessment
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is difficult to live with limited funds.
Budgeting to pay for shelter, food and utilities.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is difficult to witness others live being deprived.
While their lives are being ignored.
And/or exploited in a hussle to keep them needy.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
So many now are forced to descend from high horses.
And getting a taste for the first time,
How life is lived without good credit scores.
Or multiple opportunities coming to knock at their doors.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
Very few are not so quick to pass judgement these days.
And knowing from my own experience...
How to remove myself from someone stunned.
Learning they too have become shunned and 'thumbed'
By the very same ones they supported,
At the expense of their own inhumanity.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
But do not believe,
I am here empathetic and prepared to embrace your pain.
I've already been numbed by your reaction to mine.
I see nothing in that to aid my benefit with gain.
Like I said...
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is so vivid.
As if I'm still living it with too much acceptance.

For Kicks
Let me just say this for 'kicks'.
There is a reason 'why' your problems exist.
YOU!
And done with a conscious enjoyment.
You have been in the center of all of it.
Unless...
You are making claims like the others,
To have fallen asleep to get rest.
While someone else commanded your ship.
And as it was allowed to drift,
You were lulled into a deeper noninvolvement.
It's an excuse so many make...
To accuse others for their mistakes!
And staying awake creates the taking of effort!
An effort that escapes from your self-assessment.

Lawless World
Streets paved with blood
From the murders and the rapes
of a lawless world
Our governments send the troops
around the world
Fighting not for justice
but for the oil
And anything else
they can call their own
While the murders
and the rapes
rule our streets

On The Second Night
i like the
wall
of separation
within it
is the silence
that i could
have written
since
i cannot
speak it
i tried
many times to reduce
the color
of silence
into something
like
black here and
white
over there
i want to capture
it in
some letters
like bars
and rectangles
formed
by my hands
i have never
done so
well
i am not good at
capturing
the perfect moment
it escapes
always it escapes
always
it escapes
because it is
free

Making Love With Memories
You poked my blurring eye,
Let me lift your mushy breast.
We aged onwards
While you stroked flaccidity –
Recalling decades of
Blood-gorged coming, shuddering to boot.
I kissed a venerable mouth
Crammed with falsities –
Once brilliant keys
Guarded by crimson lips
Washed by a sensual tongue.
And so we writhed in wrinkles,
Tiring effort, and
Memories.

I Didn't Express That Assessment
I will never find you trustworthy.
'Why?
Because I have the right to change my mind,
When I decide?
And I am not concrete in any decision I make,
To declare I've made one to keep?
And I have never did anything to prove I have integrity? '
That's my feeling about you exactly.
'Well...
Everyone has a right to express their own opinion.
Even though I may not agree to that assessment,
You have of me.'
Remember...
I didn't express that assessment.
You just made it easier not to argue with you.

Come As You Are (LP Version)
Come As You Are"
Come, as you are. As you were.
As I want you to be. As a friend.
As a friend. As an old enemy. Take your time.
Hurry up. The choice is yours. Don't be late.
Take a rest. As a friend. As a old memory, memory, memory, memory.
Come. Dowsed in mud. Soaked in bleach.
As I want you to be. As a trend. As a friend.
As an old memory, memory, memory, memory.
And I swear that I don't have a gun.
No I don't have a gun. No I don't have a gun.
Memory, memory, memory, memory (don't have a gun).
And I swear that I don't have a gun.
No I don't have a gun. No I don't have a gun.
No I don't have a gun. No I don't have a gun. Memory, memory...

Romance like a ghost escapes touching; it is always where you are not, not where you are. The interview or conversation was prose at the time, but it is poetry in the memory.

Sulphur And Brimstone (Revised)
Once I'd mastered cut and paste by cheerfully
bouncing up and down, I transferred my Work
Plan to the assessment instrument making it
sing like a violin, though sadly, an ominous
contrabass creating the song of ‘Rating 3 -
Competent' seldom needing to be asked about
progress of tasks while showing commitment
I am an accomplished advisor ready to guide
anxious colleagues through the disastrous
minefield of Self Assessment, recognized as
inspirational after confessing I worked with
a blinding headache and suffered self-
immolation to get through a never-ending
avalanche of self-referencing questions
I feel justified; my being means something
I help others through pitfalls that threatened
me as I braved brambles of confusion, arriving
in calm waters of Assessment Duly Completed
and handed to HR - the Section spawned in
Hell suffering us the sulphur and brimstone
of self-evaluation!

With No Escapes From It To Exit
There is no other way to address truth,
But to be prepared to be stripped naked...
Bare,
With the exposing of every blemish.
Since truth is not seeking to be impressed.
Truth is on a mission to uncover honesty.
And many are still unbelieving,
The depth of which truth sees without explanation...
To deceive what is already revealed.
When truth is in one's presence and is fully awakened,
With no escapes from it to exit...
Foolish is the time taken to charade in masquerade,
To evade it with a wasting away of one's time.
With no escapes from it to exit,
Truth...
Is very effective!
With no escaping undetected,
Truth...
Is very effective.
Once fed truth it manifests.
And truth will not be neglected...
To reject!
With no escapes from it to exit,
Truth...
Is very effective!
With no escaping undetected,
Truth...
Is very effective.
Once fed truth it manifests.
And truth will not be neglected...
To reject!
With no escapes from it to exit,
Truth...
Is very effective!
With no escapes from it to exit,
Truth...
Is very effective!
And truth will not be neglected...
To reject!

Memory (Thy Shall)
Thy shall not slumber,
Thy shall not wake,
A memory so fragile,
So delicate it may break.
A memory so lost,
So unwanted it tears apart,
Until it dies,
It shall go back to thy start.
A powerful memory it may be,
Or a memory that shall be overlooked,
Thy one shall let it see,
How thy memory is like a book.
But how powerful thy memory is,
It has to be stronger than a good memory,
A memory that has passion and feeling,
A memory that has greatness and becoming myself, I, and me.
Until that kind of memory is shown,
Thy memory shall be looked upon near and far,
Thy memory shall be kept hidden,
Until it shall be who we are.
Thy shall not slumber,
Thy shall not wake,
A memory so fragile,
so delicate it may break.

We are the SWARM
This is who we are, nothing quite like it, nothing
This is coming to a culture that everything is cross-eyed
Open your eyes
We'll be the ones that set civilization back
Open your eyes find out that you're what you see
This won't be the last of us this, this passion
Squirming away, stop eating nothing
We are the swarm that rapes and tricks
This is who we are
The swarm that rapes
Mother Earth
Spreading disease
You'll see us
Salvation, won't you let me
What's that? Your gods will say
Open my eyes find nothing that we can
Answer the swarm
This is prophecy played out.
This is just who we are, the swarm
This is who we are, this is what we do
Rape
This is coming to destruction, you see everything is cross-eyed

I Cannot Be...
i cannot be always the guardian angel
to your stupidity which like a female cow in heat
somehow escapes from the fence when i begin to take my much needed sleep.
when that cat in your hand escapes to eat the moon
i cannot always assume the body of the dog
for in my own weakness i assume the shadow of the mouse
sometimes i let you go and wish that you fall off from that cliff and die for my own
good.

The Dove
Elusive peace
Flies gently as a dove
It fails to soar
the heights with ease
Like the eagle above.
As vague as a dream uncaught
By the net of our memory
the peace that we had sought
Escapes us all...ever so quickly.

The Excellent Robber
This is the story of his excellency
Who is richer than the land
Who have treasures than the nation.
He is the numero uno in the creeks
He is quintessence of flamboyancy.
Surrounding himself with nobles
Who delights in raping the land,
His excellency radiates outward candour
Sanctimoniously preaching moral rectitude,
He detests the pickpockets and
Punishes the babies that lick the soup
But feasts with the looters
Who aided him in banking his loots.
Surreptitiously, he rapes the people
Comatosing the communitity into penury
Metamorphosing people to become beggars.
His excellency rapes.
His excllency deprives.
His excllency steals.
His excellency is a greed.
His excellency is a gangster
Who shoots his people.
His excellency kills
To satisfy his quests
His excellency is an excellent robber.

Time and light and human memory
Time is revealed. Sand used to keep it in a glass vial.
Now time escapes and flies and seeks
The help of light
Takes it to space and travels so fast
To cope up with its longing
She is somewhere out there with the comets and stars
It is overtaking memory
Failing, falling short
Human forgetfulness
But there is such a fast catalyst sensing like
A magical nose
Love, passion, longing, belonging, seeking, wanting to be complete
To be perfect
Memory smells the sweat of her love
And sticks to
Faith: this is her, this is her, and there is nobody else
I cannot be mistaken there can no one else this is her
And time bends
And time stands still
As human memory begs for another meeting for another understanding
Though so short, brief,
It will be a memory of some light years
Smelling sensually sipping the sweat of someone
Somewhere now. Here. Here is forever.
Time travels so slowly with the person you love,
Light infuses, diffuses and intensifies
Pain forces forgetting, letting go what used to be important
Now everything yields, everything must go as destined.

Candid And Vivid
From Rome to Lapaz,
Who then catches a thief and set him free? !
From Los Angeles to Mamprobi,
Who then burns down houses and have never been caught?
From Soeul to Darkuman,
Who then rapes a child and still walks around free?
Life, war, stones, stars;
And like the life from Genesis to Revelation!
But, very candid and vivid.
Knowledge talks and wisdom listens,
But love is the key when you have understanding;
And, i have nothing to hide from you my love.
The darkness comes and it is full of evil!
And like the candid and vivid facts of an affair;
But, who then catches a thief and set him free?
Principles, morals, relationships, love, responsibilities, reliabilities! !
And like the works of the inhabitants of this earth;
But, who then rapes a child and still walks around free?

Giving Up Life
Every year when we do Assessment with a
custom-made Assessment Instrument and I
have to explain why I have not changed into
a machine as yet
When I have to hide my fear of turning into a
robot and secretly rejoice that I have not lost
my feelings as yet - and everybody despises
me as a low achiever
And I receive a low mark for not being competent,
at all - I go through agony, I would LOVE to fit in -
would LOVE to turn into a machine if it could bring
me a feeling of safety
But I cannot kill my soul, stifle my spirit and destroy
my feelings, I don't know how to rejoice at the pros-
pect of killing myself, while I abhor being the most
lowly official alive
I live with the shame because I cannot disown my
inner self, I suspect giving up life is not my decision,
I have tried it before and it never worked - I'm stuck
with being me…
