Checkin It Out
Weve got to put our heads together
Im sure that we can work it out
Im weighin up the situation
And checkin it out
Takin it further
Takin it further
Checkin it out
This is a workin situation
Im tellin you without a doubt
Weve gotta pull it all in tight, baby
Checkin it out
Takin it further
Takin it further
Checkin it out
And all the obstacles along the way
Sometimes may feel so tremendous
There are guides and spirits all along the way
Who will befriend us
Lets talk it out across the table
Make sure that we leave nothin out
Get into it like a meditation
Start checkin it out
Takin it further
Takin it further
Checkin it out
And all the obstacles along the way
Sometimes may feel so tremendous
There are guides and spirits all along the way
Who will befriend us
Lets talk it out across the table
Make sure that we leave nothin out
Get into it like a meditation
Start checkin it out
Takin it further
Takin it further
Checkin it out
Checkin it out, now baby

Norman
Semantics nominated by the Teuton.
A prayer to saints and hypocrites
Idiosyncrasy denounced by the faithless
I shall meditate upon my name.
A sound resonating the mediocrities
A noise possessing the peculiarities
An arbitrator of bipolarities
I shall meditate upon my name.
In desolation, in defeat, in confusion
In delight, in bliss, in ebullience.
Signature affixed of pride and ego
I shall meditate upon my name.

Meditation Poem - The Empty Mind
the empty mind is when
you are blessed, totally
absorbed in your work
the empty mind is
when the fragrance of a night bloom
bowled you over giving your mind
an empty space to breathe in
the empty mind is when
you are lost
in the kiss of your loved one
the world becomes one
with the universe and you
the empty mind is when
you meditate on the name
of the divine intelligence
resulting in a centre of bliss
that time has never touched
the empty mind is when
you are in metta meditation
pouring out your love
to all beings those you see
and those you dont
a bliss takes you over
in a sanctum where times
has never had a place

What Would I Like To Do Best
What would I like to do best...
Whenever there is time,
For us to unwind...
Feeling completely rested.
And to have conversation...
Without you nodding.
Pretending to be in deep meditation.
And your snoring that awakens you.
To ask of me to repeat,
What I have just said.
After I prevented you...
From falling to the floor on top of your head!
That's what I would like to do best!
If we could ever get there together.
Without your struggles,
To 'meditate' upon my comments...
That seem to solicit your deep thoughts.

To Meditate.
To meditate, to go off quietly on your own,
To not worry about anything, don't talk on the phone;
To sit apart, from the cares of the noisy day,
This is to meditate, to think, , to learn, to say;
To meditate, in a Christian way, the things of the Lord,
To read, to allow, to listen, to hear the Holy Word;
To learn to wait, and learn to listen, for what God will say,
Don't rush, don't panic, God will teach you in His own Way.

Meditation
When the mind is quiet and in glee,
And of scattered thoughts it is free,
Meditation can be undertaken,
And all sundry thoughts forsaken.
Meditation is an unbroken attention,
In a particular physical position,
And flow of fixed concentration,
With contemplation to a state of intuition.
Meditation brings the mind to clarity,
Whereby therein springs serenity,
All activity is reduced in meditation,
And the mind gravitates to illumination.
Meditation is a virtuous way of life,
Whereby there is control over life,
It entails regulation of the mind,
Negating all wary thoughts that bind.
With meditation, the mind is calm,
Deep peace courses, which is a balm,
Awareness of breath control induces relaxation,
Realizing our unity with Cosmos brings realization.

Television And Watches 412b
WHERE in flat time,
where marbles turn
to gold, and vampires
fill their canteens
with water or coke.
MEDITATE,
MEDITATE, says the man,
for in this story, there
is hope, and a locket
of your lovers hair.
WHERE in flat time,
where the shades are
pulled down, and the
moon starts to weep,
as the lovers depart.
MEDITATE,
MEDITATE, says the man,
for in this story there
is hope, and a locket of
your lovers hair.

Tm Song
Yes you are
Listen
Im in the driveway
Hey what are you talking about?
I saw you on the lawn
Hey you
Hey what?
Will you will you get off my front lawn with your car?
Ahh shut up
What are you doin?
Hey he cant talk to him like that
Yeah whats goin on?
Im gonna call the police
Hey listen
What are you talking about?
I saw the whole thing and youre innocent
You keep out of it
Come on guys lets take off
What are you talking about?
Ah why dont you go arrest me from here?
Whew its time for me to meditate
What time is it?
How long has it been?
Bubbles and ripples floatin through my mind
I must have drifted away
Since I sat down
Where have I been?
The mantra my mantra must have took me away
It must have took me away
Maharishi gave it to me
And I wonder if it set me free
And it did
And hell tell you sometimes it goes real fast and other times it goes
Real slow
Any way you do it its bound to work I know
One two three four
Transcendental meditation should be part of your time
Its simple its easy as making this rhyme
Transcendental meditation really works for me good
More much more than I thought it would

Everywhere I go, I still have time to meditate. People think meditating is sitting there, nobody bothering you, but you can even talk and still meditate.
A Path To Reasoned Thoughts
to read
to think
to contemplate
to meditate
to think on it
to meditate on it
to sleep on it
arise only then
to reply later
as and if you need
as necessity breaths
as and if required
as and if circumstances dictate
is a path to reasoned thoughts

Yoga introduced me to a style of meditation. The only meditation I would have done before would be in the writing of songs.
We tend to think of meditation in only one way. But life itself is a meditation.

Lost In Meditation
(ooh intro)
I am lost in meditation
And my reverie
Brings you back to me
For, in my imagination
Love has lingered on
As though youd never gone
This is just a dream that can not last
When the magic of this mood has passed
So, I sit in meditation
Trying to pretend, this mood will never end
Lost in meditation
And my reverie
Brings you back to me

Meditate
MEDITATE
CHORUS
Just sit back and meditate
(I just want to think about it, just think about it)
Just sit back and think how great
(The love you give, oh)
Just sit back and meditate
(I just want to think about it, just think about it)
There is no way, no one compares to you,
No way no one compares to you.
Its raining I dont really have no place to go,
Hear a voice of quiet in my soul
Saying I should go on just stay home
Saying I should talk to you.
Tell you everything thats on my mind,
Tell you whats going on inside
I dont even know whens the last time that I
(Made time to talk to you)
Ive been so busy runninbout
Always trying to kick it go hang out
(But theres no one else but you)
Oh its you I truly I want to see,
Cause of all the love you give to me and I
CHORUS:
Just sit back and meditate,
On your goodness, your mercy, your grace
Right now I want to just sit back and think how great,
Your love that will never change
I know Im gonna just sit back and meditate,
You have given me all that I need and there is no way,
No one compares to you
No way no one compares to you to me
My tower in times of refuge, my source of life and peace
Your love it falls like raindrops and never seems to cease
Youre the god of all creation; youre the lover of my soul
Given me the air that I breathe
No way I could ever let you go so I
(So I give thanks to you)
More than just for everything youve done,
But for how youve shown me youre the one that I
(Can put my trust into)
So no matter who it is that calls
Im not leaving till your spirit falls one me
CHORUS
Lord who could love me like you do (theres no way)
Be who you are or do what yo

A Highly Evolved Being
A highly evolved being
would not kill,
A highly evolved being,
would meditate and be still.
A highly evolved being
is “positively aware”
of everything including
birds in the air.
A highly evolved being
enjoys everything
and needs nothing.
They do not need see evil to be
“Postively Aware”.
For a highly evolved being
only shares,
and really cares
For all are ALL ONE,
from the same source,
For life becomes a meditation
and everything is a part of the whole,
everything works together
helping each other grow.
Grow and become the best
that they can be,
To be an effect on the future
and make it filled with merriness and glee.

The affairs of the world will go on forever. Do not delay the practice of meditation.
Find Time To Experience Silence
silence
occurs not
in long bursts
silence
occurs not
in measured intervals
silence
is not happening
in counting seconds passage
half an hour
an hour embodied
in still motionless meditation
access
pure potentuality
in dimensions of silence
meditate
concentrated mind
is empty devoid of thought
aid
mental
spiritual perception
cast aside
turmoil thought fever
find time to experience silence
