A good exercise for the heart is to bend down and help another up.

Exercise It
Exercise the will to succeed
The will can successfully enjoy itself.
Exercise the mind to proceed
The brain has much in procedure.
Exercise the body and to bleed
Inside the layers of itself.
Exercise again and again, indeed
To enliven the soul for its task.

Beyond The Bend
(words & music by weisman - wise -/ fuller)
Breeze sing a happy song
This heart of mine is singing right along
Dont know where Im going
Dont know where it ends
Till the grass is greener, beyond the bend
I havent got a care
Im just on my way to anywhere
Pocketful of nothing, nothing I can spend
Hope the grass is greener, beyond the bend
Beyond the bend,
Perhaps therell be somebody waiting whos right for me
So I got to move around
And I know Ive got to cover ground
Oh the trip is shorter when you got a friend
Gotta find that rainbow beyond the bend
Beyond the bend, beyond the bend

Right Across The River Bend
Right across the river bend there’s a warm gentle breeze.
Right across the river-bend are trees with yellow leaves.
Right across the river bend the water reflects the sun.
Right across the river bend is a smell of innocence.
Right across the river bend a robin’s egg is broken.
Right across the river-bend are peaceful mountain valleys.
Right across the river bend a dandelion is carried.
Right across the river bend are fields of shiny green grass.
Right across the riverbend are memories made to last.

You can't get rid of it with exercise alone. You can do the most vigorous exercise and only burn up 300 calories in an hour. If you've got fat on your body, the exercise firms and tones the muscles. But when you use that tape measure, what makes it bigger? It's the fat!

Get A BIgger Boat
The way I feel at the current moment is not in good favor,
For tis someone of close relations,
Who has not lived up to good behavior.
Sitting,
Waiting,
Wondering,
Hoping to be in the thoughts of being wrong,
I can’t hope to grasp what lies around thy bend,
Thy bend in the river of happiness that feeds into the delta of love.
But,
One can only see so far around this bend,
For once past the delta,
Ever eternally lies the ocean,
The ocean of sorrow.

The making of...
Trust me; I am a good man, but always like to wink,
With a heart of solid gun, hard to break and bend,
I love my children; Keep them close to my heart,
I love them, I adore them and I work for them.
Tell my drinking buddies, goodness of their studies,
Mostly they talk about politics, Philosophies and ended as tortoise,
Hiding their head in the stupor shell, eyes looking at the offing,
Of course, I love my wife,
She is pretty good and better at the rifle,
She could look through the darkness,
Of my guarded mind and deliberates me,
What I thought and what I had done,
Her nose is worse than the canine,
Could smell the details of my khakis,
Shirt, singlet and even the wallet,
Trust me I love her so much,
To the bottom of that gun,
I actually do not know, ,
What that makes me to fling,
Truly, breaking hearts,
Is not my choice of task,
She has claimed that I break her heart,
Children blasted that their hearts too,
My children behave like the strangers,
Live as the neighbors in my own house,
I look at the horizon to find out the answer,
What went wrong, when I am perfect?
What is not right when I exercise my right?
It is very cruel to live in this house,
Should I run away from the responsibilities?
Should I say sorry and mend the torn?
Should I stay and continue with my tactics?
Would I end up as my buddies, to go for the drinks after work?
Would I end up as the tortoise, to hide from realities?
would I end up in the bench to look at the buildings?

Bend A Little
By: jimmy buffett, buzz cason
1971
Evil, it's been here all along
Good things, they just seem to have come and gone
In my life i have seen so much go wrong
And there's only one way left for us to get along
Chorus:
You got to bend a little one way or the other
You got to leave your mind open to discover
Seems i've been fightin' it all along
You got to bend a little no matter which side you're on
Or soon you'll be gone
Papers, they print it every day
Housewife, wraps the garbage then throws it away
I don't guess she thinks they have that much to say
But when the time is right she'll be the lady with so much to pay
Chorus:
You got to bend a little one way or the other
You got to leave your mind open to discover
Seems i've been fightin' it all along
You got to bend a little no matter which side you're on
Or soon you'll be gone
History, it teaches much too well
Nations, had to rise up before they fell
And my eyes see the story they're tryin' to tell
And tonight i think i heard the final toll of the bell
Chorus:
We better bend a little one way or the other
You got to leave your mind open to discover
Seems i've been fightin' it all along
You've got to bend a little no matter which side you're on
Or soon you'll be gone
Seems i've been fightin' it all along
I've been a fightin' and a fightin'
Got to bend a little no matter which side you're on
It's a long and and dirty battle
It seems i've been fightin' it all along
I've been a tearin' and a pullin'
Got a bend a little no matter which side you're on
Yes i know cause
It seems i've been fightin' it all along
I've been a punchin' and a gougin'
And it seems it don't matter which side you're on
I've been a tearin' and a rippin' and
It seems i've been fightin' it all along

Bend Time Back 'Round
He led me astray
When my mind was weak
That's all I can say
Ba-baby
He filled me with words
And knew I would believe
He's nothing but dirt
Sorry
If you bend time back 'round
Will you bend it to me?
If you bend time back 'round
Will you bend it to me?
If you bend time back 'round
Will you bend it to me?
If you bend time back 'round
Will you bend it to me?
He's a pretty face
Dressed up to the "T"
Nothing but a space
Underneath
I felt like a fool
I turned from you so fast
Time takes me from you
Bend it back
[Chorus]
If I could do it once again
I'd never let the bastard in
He's puttin' on a show
The curtain's crashing down and closin'
I wish to back up my steps
So you'd have nothing to forget
A flip to reality
I wanna pretend you did not see it
Dika dika dy-i-i, dika dika doo
Dika dika dy-i-i, dika dika doo
Dika dika dy-i-i, dika dika doo
Dika dika dy-i-i, dika dika doo
Twisted up in knots
He had me so confused
He turned my every thought
Away from you
I was drifted out
On a fantasy
But now I'm comin' 'round
Back to me
[Instrumental]
Du doop du doop doo, hey- du doop du doop doo
Du doop du doop doo hey- du doop du doop doo
Du doop du doop doo, hey -du doop du doop doo
Du doop du doop doo, hey- du doop du doop doo
If you bend time back
Bend it back to me
(Oh)
If you bend time back
Bend it back to me
(Oh)
(I said)
[Chorus 2x to fade]

All Flowers In Time Bend Towards The Sun
my eyes are
a baptism
oh i am filth
and sing her
into my thoughts
oh phantom elusive thing oh,
all flowers in time bend towards the sun
i know you say that there's no-one for you
but here is one,
all flowers in time bend towards the sun
i know you say that there's no-one for you
but here is one, here is one... here is one
aah, ooh...
one that can never be known
either all drunk with the world at her feet
or sober with no place to go
all flowers in time bend towards the sun
i know you say that there's no-one for you
but here is one,
all flowers in time bend towards the sun
i know you say that there's no-one for you
but here is one, here is one... here is one
aah, ooh...
we could go (......)
we can travel round
fading farther from me
with your face in my window call
when will you weep for me
sweet willow
it's ok to be angry
but not to hurt me
your happiness, yes, yes, yes
darling, darling,
oooh...
all flowers in time bend towards the sun
i know you say that there's no-one for you
but here is one,
all flowers in time bend towards the sun
i know you say that there's no-one for you
but here is one, here is one... here is one

Train Round The Bend
(reed)
Train round the bend
Takin me away from my country
Im sick of the trees
Take me to the city
Train comin round the bend
Oh train comin round the bend
Been in the country oh much too long
Trying to be a farmer
But nothing that I planted never seems to grow
Train comin round the bend
Train comin round the bend
Hey I am just a city boy
And really not the country kind
Oh I need the city streets and I need your light
To see bend comin round the bend
The train comin round the bend
Allright
Ooh ohh
Once
Shes going twice
Shes going ? to the loop? up and down
Shes going twice
Shes going the train comin round the bend
You know the train comin round the bend
And Im out of nowhere
Takin me back where I belong
Ive been here once and I dont take it tonight
For the train comin round the bend
The train comin round the bend
Oooh allright!
