With Stopwatch In Hand
Berlin, 22 September 1916.
On 17 September one of our
submarines sank a fully
loaded enemy troop transport
in the Mediterranean. The
ship went down in 43 seconds.
This is how Death confronts Technology.
Can bravery contribute still to might?
The clock has stopped. The days have turned to night.
0 spare us, god of war, this agony!
That was a sacrifice to the machine
and not to you who hurtled from its hole.
Here stood an instrument without a soul –
your proud accomplice - with victorious mien.
There stands a mortar. He who built that gun
seeks shelter in a trench, a wretched coward.
While giants fall, by midgets overpowered,
the clockwork fights with time to stop its run.
Take heed, and lake it easy. Otherwise
you'll see a cripple sit behind a desk
and push a button with a grin grotesque –
and London disappears. Surprise, surprise!
The storm clouds gather with destructive power.
What was the time when all this came to pass?
The eye sees dimly in the poison gas -
but hark the striking of the zero hour.
With pranks like that to blow our world apart,
keep God that god from picking up the pieces
as Progress stalks with warhead and prosthesis,
stopwatch in hand, and glory in its heart.

The One
No surprise
Hey that you wanna be the one again
No surprise
You wanna be the one
Heard you had a story to tell
Sold your soul in a kiss and tell
Sliding down on a helter skelter ride
Into yesterday
No way out, the price of fame
Once its told will you be the same
Rolling down on a roller coaster ride
Well be waiting for you
No surprise
Hey that you wanna be the one again
No surprise
No surprise
Hey that you wanna be the one
No surprise
You wanna be the one
Shock the world with your fall from grace
Glory days gone without a trace
No surprise youre a face without a name
But we all still love you
No surprise
Hey that you wanna be the one again
No surprise
No surprise
Hey that you wanna be the one
No surprise
You wanna be the one
Its time to tell you
Were faithful and true
Take us back to the days
When we could dream
cos it makes us happy
No surprise
Hey that you wanna be the one again

When Time Stood Still
Far beyond the things you see
Time rolls on eternally
Got a thing about it
Just cant live without it
Sitting there inside your mind
Just waiting for the clock to chime
On a lonely line
Stood a lonely man
No pictures on an empty wall
No body there no one at all
Just echoes in the ivory halls
When time stood still
Days line up outside the door
Thought time had stopped there was no more
Been a lonely world
Such a lonely world
No pictures on an empty wall
No toulouse, vincent, or pablo
Just echoes in the ivory halls
When time stood still
No big machine or april showers
No submarines no plastic flowers
Just echoes in the ivory towers
When time stood still
When time stood still
When time stood still
When time stood still

The Temple
The temple stands in ruins,
neglected and overgrown,
ravaged by time.
Once it stood proud
and lovers gathered there,
but now it stands crumpled beyond repair
that love ceases to go there anymore
as it slowly disappears into the dust
from which it was born.

The September 19th
I was the favorite of them all
They knew i will always stand tall
and never will i fall
ON TILL THAT SEPTEMBER 19
I had played the hero
I never knew i will be down to zero
ON TILL SEPTEMBER 19
I got to know my true friend
those i thought, wanted my end
they were always playing second
how could i know? if not for that day
SEPTEMBER 19
were all fall apart
Just 8 days to my lovers birthday
just 8 day for a dream to come true
27 was all i got, but the storm got rude
now it was like, i stop to exist
i saw my name in death list
tears flow as my thought went freeze
ALL ON THE SEPTEMBER 19
Now all i got is my bible and me
Just a friend that i can't see
gave me hope has i read
a friend and a lover

9/11: A Day Of Infamy (Chain poem)
September eleventh is a day
Day of infamy that I'll never forget
Forget what with my horrified eyes I watched
Watched coming from my TV screen and that re-played
Re-played showing airplanes flying and hitting straight
Straight into the Pentagon and the Twin Tower buildings
Buildings all around just started to sway and fall
Fall and bringing around so much destruction and death
Death took so many by surprise
Surprise and horror was shown on all faces as we witnessed
Witness and faced before us all this horrible tragedy
Tragedy that filled our hearts with unbearable sorrow and pain
Pain as we saw all this unfolding before our very eyes as we cried
Cried as we watched in horror all this happening
Happening back then and nobody able to stop it that fateful day
Day of so much destruction and sorrow
Sorrow and loss that took place that September eleventh day
Day in which we saw innumerable heroic acts of faith and courage
Courage of spirit hope and love for many that faced death
Death and destruction on this very unforgettable
Unforgettable day September 11,2001

Hole In My Soul
I can feel these four walls around me
I can feel them closing in on me
But I know theres someone out there
Ready and waiting
For the chance to set me free
I dont want nothing
Aint looking for no one
You walk into my life
Well I aint no hopeless romantic
Ive gotta listen to my cautious heart
Ive been dealing with my illusions of love
I built it up and then I tear it apart
And I feel this rising suspicion
That my heart will ever rule my mind
Well Im guilty of love
By my own admission
Come on girl let me do my time
Hey, when I call you
I need to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, when I fall through
I need to fill the hole in my soul
Dont need no sisters of mercy
They set me off like a loaded gun
Aint nothing in this world possessing me
Honey youre the only one
Cant live in this empty sadness
Its more than we can endure
Well wise men say
That love is madness
Come on girl I say that love is the cure
Hey, when I call you
I need to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, when I fall through
I need to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, without you
I will fall through the hole in my soul
Hey, when I call you
I need to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, when I fall through
I need to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, without you
I will fall through the hole in my soul
Hey, I need you
I need you to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, I want you to fill the hole in my soul
Hey, hey, hey, I need you to fill the hole in my soul

A hand in hand
Yes it is you and me
Under the shade of tree
We are bound to be free
To walk together and not to flee
Hand in hand
Still very close friend
We may live together
There is nothing to bother
There is no fear
Fine days to approach near
Storm may wither
We may walk always together
Nothing can change
It is only to manage
Time may soon tell
If everything goes well
It is simple vow
We don’t know how?
We may stick to promise
Only to enjoy and not to surprise
Happy days and pleasant nights
Days to pass on without any fights
Enjoy it to full with all dedication
Pass it to all as good indication

Quartz
I can imagine nothing more tedious
Than trying to have fun with you again
Maybe its just something in my mind
But I hate feeling like Im trying all the time
Its a kind of lie
When we pretend that were still friends
Im sure youre not exactly short of people to
Hang out and laugh at your jokes
Tell you you look great
You wouldnt want me around
Making it all feel forced
..and put down
And every time I smile to wonder if Im laughin at you
And with every little grin you dont want to be wonderin
Just exactly what it is Im taking pleasure in
Although I always said
We were basically the same and all one
All one
Its so easy to persuade myself
Im clockwork and youre quartz
I guess that irony
Will surely be
The death of me
And every time I smile dyou wonder if Im laughin at you?
And with every little grin you dont want to be wonderin..
Although I always said
We were basically the same and all one
All one
Its so easy to persuade myself
Im clockwork and youre quartz
Youre only happy when youre oiled and jewelled
Youre only happy when you wind me up and I know
Youre so reliable it isnt true
And its so easy for me to break down
If I could jump a ride between the skin and silicon then
We could join hands and understand. hallelujah!
But I listen
To the ticking
I guess were worlds apart ...
Its so hard
So hard
I know theres no going back
And you know theres no going back
Youre only happy when youre oiled and jewelled
Youre only happy when youre oiled and jewelled
Youre never happy
I need maintenance
I need patience
Im not foolproof
Im not waterproof
Im not shockproof
Bombproof
Bulletproof
Fireproof
Leakproof
Childproof
Stainproof
Pressureproof
I know I told myself
Were all basically the same and all one all one
Yknow sometimes I just cant help myself
Im clockwork and youre quartz
Im clockwork and youre quartz
I know I never get the balance right
And turn up half an hour late night after night
And being totally dependable is so very commendable
Although youre never wrong
One of these days.. youre just gonna stop.

A Fun of September!
End of summer
And beginning of winter
Is September!
Sand melting heat
And sand wetting rain
Occur in September!
Full grown fruits
And fully blossomed flowers
You see in September!
Heat in the morning
And rain in evening and night
Town gets in September!
Summer holiday ends
And all festivals begin now on
From September on!
September begins
Fast pace of the year ever
With all festivals!
They being Ganesh Chadurthi,
Navrathri, Diwali, Christmas,
New Year and Pongal are...!
Time moves fast
As no boredom ever shows
Head from September!
Fun of September
Starts Autumn, Rain and Winter
All in one....!

The Day You Were Born
From a peaceful night a new day has been born
As the sun slowly peeping from its room
The cold breeze sways its tail as it waves on
Goodbye to darkness, hello beautiful dawn
Days traveled so fast, another year has passed
Hours are loaded with so much tasks
It may escape and to your attention
Forgot that September is ending soon
Yes, it’s September 29, the day you were born
Another abounding year to tally on
Another day to thank our Almighty Lord
For giving you the best life in this world
I don’t know if you’ve waited for this day
This is remarkable yet it may just pass away
You may think this is just the same
Of the other days that come your way
But for me this is a special day
Because without it you don’t exist today
So let me give you this little thing
And do hear what my heart’s saying
I’m a sentimental lady you always say
I’m so dramatic like an actress in a broadway
But sometimes my emotions are good in other way
Like I wrote this on your natal day
I just want to say how lucky I am
To find you as my partner ‘til the end
Hang on, please don’t ever change
Just let your age be on the trail
Oh, how I treasure this morn
September 29 the day you were born
Happy birthday to you my husband
Give yourself a little good time

Serial Blasts
Crushing the tangerines,
escalating the dissent
of lean eyes
for a slaughter in the trench.
Unadorned, the little soft
hole, I watch
display of hair,
teeth and shoes.
Who had conceived
the invasion?
Time clock, you need
a prosthesis to move.
Dehumanize the littered
street. This has become the empire
of death. No crying would
be allowed under the feet.

Woman Machine
She'll do your work in half the time
Never sick and can't go blind
Oh, woman machine
Brains of tape that fill her head
She knows more now than all the dead
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Heart of steel and skin that's cold
Can't wear her out, she can't grow old
Oh, woman machine
She goes to bed when her work is through
She'll do it all, just change the tubes
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine-ine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman
She can't talk back
With no playback
But she'll listen
To all your woe
Trade your old one
For a new one
They just don't make 'em like they used to
No!
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine
Oh, woman machine

The Ship Of Hearts
what is the ship of hearts you ask me!
it is a ship where the hearts roam free.
where all the hearts gather to tell what's the matter.
to speak of loves lost and loves found
and of loves on the rebound.
they will have their conferences of each heart
and how it got its start.
each will speak of what they've gone through
and how to stop it from happening to you.
each heart will have a tale, and how it did fail.
every heart had suffered pain
and the experiences that they had gained.
they will talk of how they gave their heart
and it was torn apart.
so now they gather on this ship
and try to save the hearts thats ripped.
ripped and torn and thrown to the side
and how 'out of this hole, they did climb'.
for no matter what they go through
there will always be someone to
fall in love with you.
so these hearts gather their strength
and learn to fight till the very end.
and on this ship, they now gather as one
and with all this power combined
these tattered heart will all be fine.

Frustrating Seconds
These seconds of time that seem so small
really are not that small at all.
They continuously add up to a minute.
Sixty seconds later and all that's within it
is larger as they pass.
And then they add up to an hour.
Now those seconds have more power.
They move along and soon there'll be
another day gone from you with me.
Seconds, minutes, hours and days
have grown so long in heartfelt ways.
They leave me wondering just how long
these drawn out seconds did me wrong?
I'd love to bundle them up real tight
and little by little squeeze them at night.
And when the dawn is here again
remember all of them and say Amen.
I do not wish my life away.
I just want those seconds to go their way.
Let them add up for another fool.
For these seconds for me are much too cruel.
I don't need seconds, minutes or hours
to remind me of eternity.
I will not count the time anymore
for all it contains is the misery
of being away from you.

September Changes
September is like no other
It's days change color and weather
No other month can say quite the same
For every day, I can feel the change
It's cool breezes start out warm,
Changing to cold throughout every storm
The leaves change and fall
As the Summer leaves and Autumn kisses us all
September maidens feel the change
Like the blue of the sky
Yet the color so deep
Unbelievable beauty
Maidens fall throughout and watch
Each raindropp changing through colors so fast
Yet one streak remains the same
Of that wonderful sapphire rain.
September, unlike any other
Holds you tight, in any weather.
Changes come, no matter where you go
North and you'll get stormy snow
South and feel the heat of summer coming
September does this, no matter what.
Change lives within, Nothing to stop
September is beautiful
And awesome all the same
It's hope for the future and the change
Comes swiftly as we sweep away
The Summer ends and the Autumn begins
Change is all around
With one maiden leaving
And yet, another comes
Born into the world
Of wonderful September
The sapphire skies live on
Through out this wonderful September

In Another Land
In another land where the breeze and the
Trees and flowers were blue
I stood and held your hand.
And the grass grew high and the feathers floated by
I stood and held your hand.
And nobody else's hand will ever do
Nobody else will do
Then I awoke
Was this some kind of joke
Much to my surprise
I opened my eyes.
We walked across the sand and the sea and
The sky and the castles were blue.
I stood and held your hand.
And the spray flew high and the feathers floated by
I stood and held your hand.
And nobody else's hand will ever do
Nobody else will do
Then I awoke
Was this some kind of joke
Much to my surprise
When I opened my eyes.
We heard the trumpets blow and the sky
Turned red when I accidently said
That I didn't know how I came to be here
Not fast asleep in bed.
I stood and held your hand.
And nobody else's hand will ever do
Nobody else's hand
Then I awoke
Was this some kind of joke
I opened my eyes.
Much to my surprise.

Time Re Written
Time goes fast
Time goes slow
Time sees love ones pass
Time sees the living grow
Time finds it hard to forget
Time can store up treasures and sorrows, and very hard to let go...
Time rushes fast
Time stops and starts
Time is shown by nights turn into days
Time makes all the seasons change
Time is going slowly at times but
Time can race you across the line
Time awaits for you to have peace but
Time can also hide sadness deep
Time is sometimes patient
Time can be kind
Time often cruel and
Time can be so so unkind
Time is a second
Time is minute, hour, even days and months
Time is not possible for us to keep
But right now...I wish time will not pass me by
Nor it slip back into yesterday day...
For i have much to look forward
In Time...and much more afar
I am certain now that
Time is a precious thing and will bring along amazing things...
Time...more time...and much much time
And somehow i feel a bit lost at this...
Time
Perhaps only when the dark night comes at long last
I will stop thinking about
Time
For time will no longer matter then
And only then... until then
Each second, Every minute...Even hour and all these Endless days
Bientôt mon chéri, venez à moi

Warheads
Hey kid,
Wanna have some fun?
Choose a side
And, heres your gun
Brought up,
Knowing right from wrong,
Squash the meek,
Inherit the strong
Just try and,
Cross the line,
Dont even bother
To waste my time
Whats that
Look in your eyes?
Its time I cut you,
Down to size
This world aint
Big enough for two,
And Ive got my
Sights on you
Would you like to be,
Im a warhead
Youre a warhead
A warhead just like me?
Hes a warhead
Shes a warhead
Watch em scream n yell
Would you like to be,
A warhead too
When I blow them
Straight to hell
Ramboy,
Its us and them
Just like your daddy
In vietnam
Monkey see,
Monkey do,
Your boys grown up
Just like you
This world aint
Big enough for two
And Ive got my
Eye on you
Chorus
Ive seen black heads,
White heads,
Red heads,
Dead heads,
Big heads,
Shit heads,
But, theres no heads
Like warheads!

September Song
When I was a young man courting the girls
I played me the waiting game
If a maid refused me with a tossing curls, oh,
I let the old earth, take a couple of whirls
While I plied her with tears in prays of pearls
And as time came around she came my way
As time came around she came
For its a long, long while, from May to December
And the days grow short, when you reach September
And I have the lost my tears, and the walking in the little rain
Hey honey, I haven't gotta time for gaining Waiting Game
And the days turn to crawl(?grow old?) as they grow few
September, November
And these few colden(?golden?) days I'd like to spend 'em with you
These golden days, I'd like to spend 'em with you
And the days dwindle down to a precious few
September, November
And I'm not quite a quip for the waiting game
I have a little money, and I have a little pain
And these few golden days, as the days grow so few
These golden days, I'd like to spend 'em with you
These precious golden days, I'd like to spend 'em with you

Quest
Somewhere we lost the power
with which change,
could not touch our humanity.
Destiny and time
creeps slowly right through
the world in which we are
and to find solutions,
fades away
like red dust
before a wild storm wind.
We are caught blinded
in our own country and time
and laws that hang
suppressing over us,
without being able
to see the bigger picture
in sharp detail.
Still we strife
and seek for deliverance
in the darkness
that fold around us,
to see a bit of light somewhere
or to get the first rays
of a new tomorrow.
Slowly the pointers
of the clockwork
keeps striking evermore
while our country
falls to pieces
and the hand of the Almighty
or fate,
are continuing pressing
to make us part
of the solution
while criminality, lack of electricity
and ignorance
tears the oppressor
to pieces.
