Vicodin

Pills, Pills, Pills
Pills I do adore

Pills, Pills, Pills
Yes, that's right-
Give me more!

'Look at her!
She's such a fien'd! '
'No, I'm not! '
-I try to scream
But, I know the truth
And, so do they
I'v got no chance
In them believing what I say
I'm addicted now
Completely hooked
It's not only my life
But, my sanity they took
All of my pain
All of my frustration
My pills took away
My fantasies of self mutilation
They make feel great
They make me complete
My neurosis they erase
My paranoia they delete
So I eat them for breakfast
For lunch, and for dinner
And, I no longer care whether
I'm a loser or a winner
I eat them all day
Shovel in one right after another
As I try to erase the pained faces
Of my Father and my Mother
And, it's like everybody watches
Yes, they just sit and they listen
As my eyes are tear streaked
So shiny they glisten
It is my pills that I love
It is my pills that I need
It is my pills that I live off of-
Live off of and feed
They make me feel happy
When I'm feeling sad
They make me feel good
When I'm feeling bad
They stop all the thoughts
They seem to flood through my brain
And, they make me feel normal
Even though we all know I'm not sane
Yummy.
I ate them again.
You know its funny?
They have become my only friend
All of this I explain
I scream and I shout
I just want my pills!
I don't care what anything else is about!
You can't have my pills
Give me them back
Give me ten more
Hell-give me a stack!
'Cause I'll die on these things
And, I'll do it in vain!
Because they feel so fu*kin' good
Painkillers really do kill all the pain.

Pain Pills

I took too many pain pills
To see what it would do
I took too many pain pills
Now i'm thinking about you

I took too many pain pills
My body's shutting down
I took too many pain pills
I'm lying on the ground

I took too many pain pills
I'm wishing you were here
I took too many pain pills
My death is drawing near

I took too many pain pills
It's messing with my head
I took too many pain pills......

And I think i'm finnaly dead....

The Great OD

One Pill
Two Pills
Three Pills
FOUR.

Ten Pills
Twenty Pills
Fifty Pills
FLOOR.

Fall down-
Hit the gorund.

Eyes they blur,
Can't make out a word.

Spinning in circles
Can't seem to breathe
Legs they are swollen
Feet they feel weak
Laughing and crying
It seems like a joke
Like a game you're not playing
With the clear of the smoke
Reaching for help
Needing a hand
Can't even try
To sit
Or to stand
Falling back down
Breaths become weaker
You're starting to drift
Drift even deeper
Hopsital visit
At four in the 'mourn
Heart it seems broken
Yes, heart it seems torn
Parents-awake!
Daughter is dying...
She's left in a heap
On the floor crying
Carted away-
Strapped to a bed
'You're luck you're still-
Alive and not dead! '
But, it seems like a play
It just doesn't seem real
Yet, it's this pulse that they want
It's this life that they steal
Vials of blood
They seem to take
As smiles and sanity
You continue to fake
Grinning through tears
You try to hide
All of the pain
You hold onto your pride
Regurgitation
Takes over now
Out with the bottle;
Out with it somehow
'Everything will be okay-'
You hear in your sleep
You hear them say
But, then you are choking
And, dreaming and done
And, there just simply is no way
That it's these pills that have won
When you awake
When you come to
The pills are now gone
And, you are once again you
And, the pain it subsides
For merely one day
As you fall to your knees
And you begin to pray
You thank the lord
You're still alive
And, you let out a breath
And, you let out a sigh
As you finally see
You finally realize
That it just simply was not
Your time to die.

Pills for Pain. Blood for hurt

How much can a person endure
Before realising pills make the pain stop
They numb all feeling and leave you cold
Cold and dead inside
Pills for pain blood for hurt

It trickles slowly out
The harder you push the faster the hurt escapes
How can a person hurt themselves
When all they do is hurt
When you hurt emotionally physically is easier
Pills for pain blood for hurt

To be nobody to no one
To be unloved and unknown
I am know by the pills
They know me
They make me a someone
Pills for pain blood for hurt

To have a heart broken
Shattered and screaming for less hurt
To feel so much love and the next day non
Pills for pain blood for hurt

Love leads to pain
Caring leads to hurt
Pills for pain
Blood for hurt
Nobody to save me

Purple Pill Palarver

I take my little purple pills each morning and each night.
My Doctor says I need them and he thinks that he is right.
But I don't really think i need them I just wanted you to know
I take 'em, 'cause I like 'em and they really make me go...

They make me hop and skip and jump and do the things I please.
They make me walk on water and talk to birds and trees.
I love my little purple pills and what they do for me.
They fill me with the feeling of pure ecstasy...

Though I'm really not addicted I can stop 'em if I must
But why take drastic measures my purple pills I trust
My Doctor called me in last week and said 'You'll have to stop.'
But I jumped up on his shiny desk in one tremendous hop.

I said 'Listen you old geezer, and listen very close.
You write a script out here and now and double up me dose.
Try to think about the suffering, try to think about the pain,
When my fingers wrap around ya' throat and strangle off your brain.'

I love my little purple pills and what they do for me.
They keep me calm and regular as you can plainly see.
If my Doctors say they're needed then who am I to doubt them.
But I'm really not addicted I just can't seem to live without 'em.

Overdose

As I overdose these pills,
Watch me die,
Bring me back to life if you can,
Pump these pills out of me,
Save me,
Can you save yourself,
Overdo on things,
Watch me as I overdose,
Watch as these doctors pump these pills out of me,
Go up on the hill,
Go scream your heart out,
I might hear you but I might be dead,
Poison leading through my body,
As I lay dying on floor,
Overdose these pills,
As I sleep,
Sleeping forever,
For know one knows what had happen to me,
The story of my life will end soon,
As soon as I overdose these pills,
Remember me when I am done,
Just one memory of me,
As I overdose on these pills that will end my life,
Thinking why should I end my life or how I should I get it,
I guess it natural for me to think these thoughts,
But someday soon I will overdose.

Purple Pills

Purple pills
cure all ills.
Keep them close
to mop up spills.

Fractured temple,
Cursed mind,
Not unstable,
Not unkind,
Not instructive.
Understood,
Purple pills
for greater good.

Take them first,
Take them last,
Take them always,
Take them fast.
Lesser evil,
Greater score.
Purple pills
will give you more.

Purple pills
cure all ills.
Take them quickly,
fill our tills.

Pills

Some have side effects
Some don't
Some will help you
Some won't,

Some will damage kidneys
Some your heart
Some will make you sick
Some will give you a new start,

Pills that make you sick
And pills that make you well
We have to have them
Or we feel like hell!

Conversations Angels And Demons (Part Four)

standing in the middle of a parking
lot, talking to an old man...

he said: 'i've never seen it
this bad... everybody on edge,
struggling, scared...
nobody knows what's going to
happen...
and hell, half of everybody you
meet, or more, taking them damn
pills...'

'yea, they come in here all the
time, middle of the day, whacked out...'

'pills and poverty go together... you
cant make it, cant stand the pressure,
they prescribe you the pills.'

'i think the medical profession got it
started, and it's mushroomed... into
some kind of evil disease.'

'i know a man, worked with him for twenty
years... him and his wife used to come over
and eat with us, play cards... they were
like family.
him and her got to having problems, he started
beating her... found out he was on the pills.'

'what happened to them? '

'well, he lost his job. they lost the house,
pretty much all they had. she left him. he tried
to kill her, but the law stopped him.
i tried to talk to him the other day. he told
me 'he couldnt live without her'...
i told him, 'no, he couldnt live without the
pills'...
tried to talk him into getting some help...
but he wouldnt listen...'

'yea, it's tough. you cant help somebody
that wont admit they need help... the woman
all right? '

'she's working, trying to start over... it's
hard for her...'

i shook his hand, and walked away. pills...
another weapon of ignorance!

Insomnia

Reading magazines and counting sheep to pass the time away
Hoping that tomorrows gonna bring a smile home again
Images of palm trees swaying in the wind on south beach
Takes me back to better days, summer days the everglades in june
My brain, my poor brain
My brain, my poor brain
Im drinking myself to sleep again, nightnurse pills to keep me sane
Drinking myself to sleep again, insomnia
Flying high in golden skies, Im flicking channels in my mind
Finding my utopia a different chapter in a book
Thinking back to younger days as I escape in coopers break
It takes me back to 84 the futures knocking at my door
My brain, my poor brain
My brain, my poor brain
Im drinking myself to sleep again, nightnurse pills to keep me sane
Drinking myself to sleep again, insomnia Im drinking myself to sleep again, nightnurse pills to keep me sane
Drinking myself to sleep again, insomnia
Turning off a switch inside me, leaving all the stress behind me
Flying over streams and houses, passing over the wye valley
It takes me back to 84 the futures knocking at my door
My brain, my poor brain
Im drinking myself to sleep again, nightnurse pills to keep me sane
Drinking myself to sleep again, insomnia Im drinking myself to sleep again, nightnurse pills to keep me sane
Drinking myself to sleep again, insomnia Im drinking myself to sleep again, nightnurse pills to keep me sane
Drinking myself to sleep again, insomnia.

I am going Insane

I feel like I am going insane,
Take away this pain I feel inside,
I feel like as if I lost my mind,
I do drugs to get rid of this pain I feel,
Please take away this pain that hurts me,
I don't want to be the one that kills myself,
I don't want to be the one that gets blamed,
I can't be tamed,
I am who I am,
I smoke cigarettes like there is no tomorrow,
I have fallen down,
No way of getting up,
I am going insane,
I don't want to die,
Please lie to me and tell me everything will be fine once more,
Let the rain fall to wash away this large pain I feel inside of me,
I pop pills after pills to forget about the past,
As my past comes and haunts me,
Watch me run,
No way out,
Stuck with this pain,
Stuck thinking about the past,
Its time for me to let go and never look back.

(Drugs&Suicide Poem) A Last Resort

I'm on the pills again
I'm on the drugs again
I'm on a binge again
So high tonight
The lights are just to bright
Blinding

Defining you and me
Who are we going to really be
My thought are my needs
My blood looks like thick red water
I will not wake tomorrow
Death comes so slowly
You are never ready
Its like that pop up confetti
Did you bring it to the party

I'm on the pills again
I'm on the drugs again
I'm on a binge again
So high tonight
The lights are just to bright
Blinding

I'm rewinding my video of memories
Which lies in my head
The good
The bad
The sad
The cationic state
That most will never be able to relate
Why do I lie still
Have I lost all my will

I'm on the pills again
I'm on the drugs again
I'm on a binge again
So high tonight
The lights are just to bright
Blinding

Never ending
Is this a game of pretending
The screams
The shouts
They are the clouds reflections
They can be seen from the inside
The oceans comes with the high tides
The hole has gotten so wide
I need a fix

Give me the pills
Give me the drugs
I'm going on my very last binge
Before life hands me my sweet revenge
Angel of darkness take me to a place
I would not other wise ever know
Please lets go
Lets just go

Vitamin C

How I love you, Vitamin C

bouncer of the body's toxicity

firming up the skin, we see

speeding neural signals over
synapses..
so that we more quickly see

*********
(It's better to get Vitamin C in
uncooked fruit than in pills, but
if one purchases pills know that
stearate, glycerine, whey, MSG,
and natural flavor are terms for
animal products and other toxins
added to pills.

No animal product has vitamin C and
it is destroyed by cooking heat.
Linus Pauling, only person to win Nobel
Prizes both in peace and biochemistry..
studied vitamin C.)

What's My Name Again

Heads a mess, can't think straight,
mental status is up for debate.
Constant state of delusion,
eyes only see optical illusion.
Inner voices cloud the mind,
can't deal with the daily grind.
Popping pills helps to think,
otherwise would be driven to drink.
Pills in the morning, pills in the night,
without warning, could start a fight.
One minute Jekyll, one minute Hyde,
split personality standing side by side.
Sometimes country, sometimes rock,
sometimes pussy, sometimes cock.
Sometimes naughty, sometimes nice,
sometimes fire, sometimes ice.
Pills must not be working,
more personalities are slowly lurking.
Every day is something new,
remembering the days of just a few.
Not alone in this padded cell,
its very obvious I'm not well.
Sometimes Mike, sometimes Dave,
both of them to young to shave.
Sometimes John, sometimes Frank,
together their plotting to rob a bank.
Sometimes Mary, sometimes Beth,
Sam shoots heroin, Amy smokes meth.
What's my name again?
Maybe Gary, maybe Glen,
can't remember way back when.

Tonight's The Night

Tonight’s the night,
I said in my head,
I don’t care anymore,
I wish I was dead.

Tonight’s the night,
I thought deep inside,
I haven’t the energy,
To keep trying to hide.

Tonight’s the night,
I said out loud,
So I took the pills;
Not feeling proud.

Tonight’s the night,
I thought for sure,
This pain won’t end,
There is no cure.

Tonight’s the night,
Or so I thought,
I hadn’t taken enough pills;
I was soon taught.

Tonight’s not the night,
I thought as I was sick,
I’ve achieved nothing,
I feel like a prick.

Tonight’s not the night,
I told my friend,
I can’t stand this nightmare,
Will it ever end?

Tonight’s not the night,
My friend said to me,
He’s over the moon,
But I just want to be free.

Horse Pills

So your ex got a mansion where you kick it on the hill,
your boy comes to see you, he's your Hollywood thrill.
He's a Spanish fly, that bucks like a stallion.
In the suits that you got him, he looks more Italian.
You worry bout your tan when the weather's gettin' clammy,
summer in the city and winters in Miami.
You get so high on the high life pills,
cruisin' and boozin' and rockin' on the horse size pills.
You could even take more thrills- you could even take more spills,
pills, thrills, chills and ills man, kills.
And rockin' on the horse size.
Butt's gettin' bigger, do you think he'll notice maybe?
That's ok, don't worry bout it baby!
Cause everybody knows he pumps you for your money, that's alright,
don't worry bout it honey!
In your itsy bitsy teenie weenie riding up your butt bikini.
Keepin' on the heels cause you're saggin'
just a teenie bit more than the girls he pretends he doesn't thrill.
Rubbin' on the lotion, and rockin' on the horse size pills.
You could even take more thrills,
you could even take more spills, pills, thrills, chills, and ills man, kills.
And rockin' on the horse size.
Sometimes you feel like Moses, that's when you're toasted.
Yeah, kick it.
Yo bitch.
That's right, yeah.
Rockin' on the horse size

Here and now

Right here and now.
All I want to dod is cry!
Here and now I want to die
Here and now I swallow the pills.
Drowned with the vodka.
Soon right here and now.
I will be dead by morning.
Cold and stiff In my bed.
Atleast I can be at peace.
No more of lifes troubles to face.
For the pain I felt I just couldnt brace.

Right here and now.
I am dying.
I took the plunge.
I did what I thought was best.
I swallowed the pills.
Drowned with vodka.
Please dont save me

It's Getting Ugly

They want to live
You want to die
You don't know why
You feel the pain
You scream his name
Crying
Trying
Unsuccessfully dying

Is this how it was meant to be?
You
Without me?
Is everything you say a lie?
Why the hell do we even try?
Why do we care?
Take the plunge
Do the dare

And then the day comes:
'I don't love you anymore.'
What is this life...
Worth living for?
Did I love you?
Do I now?
Could it be true
Someway, somehow?

Did you really
Shatter my dreams?
My voice is begging
For you to hear me scream
'Why me? ! '
I scream outloud
And, soon enough
We have a crowd

'She's going to jump! '
Somebody yells
TIC-TOC
The time tells
'Goodbye, ' I whisper
Oh-so-low
I hear some pleas
Of 'please don't go! '

So, forgetting life
Love, and hate
I dive into the air
Accepting my fate
Gasps, and cries
And, begs of 'NO! '
As I reach down
To closer below

And, then it's over
In a flash
My body is mangled
My head is smashed
I can no longer think things through
I can no longer think of you
A new escape-
I now begin
But, in the end
Did I win?

Life With A Rolled Up Dollar Bill

Its just another moment. Its just another story. Its just another worry. The aggravation of knowing so much, and being so powerless. It creates a void that must be filled. So you lean back on bad habits. Take another pill. Crush cut and line em up. Rolling up another dollar. Bout the best damn use for it. If it wasn't illegal i would say burn it. I'm looking to be numb. I'm looking to be drunk. I'm looking to get f*cked up any way i can. I'm sometimes my worse enemy. They say practice what you preach. Such contradictions in words. its quite absurd. I scream stop me and no one comes. Careless whisper in the night. A constantly moving twilight. The lighting effects are dizzying. My head is spinning. I just want it all to stop. Off to never ever land they say. Some believe that it makes it okay. Well I'm here to say, the hell it does, the hell it was, the hell with the because. Reasons change with the season. And where i was for it, now I'm against it. Indecisiveness uncertainty brings nothing but misery. Skip all the pleasantries, and tell me what you are gonna do. You have no clue. But it doesnt involve me. Party with some fake coffettii to celebrate distant years to come. It was a good run, but im done, it lost its fun and flavor. And i feel if I'm staving off vultures. Each wants a little piece of me. But none will ever have it. As such i need the pills to remove all the pain. It hurts to say it but sometimes you should no better. Hate her, hate him, hate them all for what they stand for. A liar with such a pretty face. What a disgrace. Ohwell just f*ck it like any other day. I can only pray my persevernce wins in end till then the life i shall live will be good. Feel no pain. Give me the drugs, give me the pills. All for the thrills. All for something no longer real.

She looked for all pills

She looked for all pills
that she could get hold of,
in a hurry
arranged them
on the cabinet next to the bed.

Perplexed from crying
counted the pills
and half ironically
tried to arrange them in a kind of order
while she tried
to lay her life down.

She almost choked
from the first mouth full
and chewed the pills like Smarties
and it tasted almost vomit arousing.

There were Syndol, Tegratol, Prozak,
Sleep Eeze and who knows what
that she took hands full of
and drank down with brandy
to try and forget
the jamming pain
and how pathetic
she had become in her own eyes.

For long moments she stared
and looked at her own life,
at dreams that were smashed
to pieces
and like a record
that jams
she played messages on her cellular phone
over and over again,

but suddenly she became unstoppable nauseas
and vomited right over the bed
until she was empty
tasting gall
and cried out
and the stench
rose in her nose
and she took all the sheets
to the washing machine.

Ways to Leave, Reasons to Leave

Pills, blade gun
ways to leave
Hurt, fate, not worthy
Reasones to leave

Lies, love, life
nothing to live for
no one to love
all of it, lies

Pills, blade, gun
Ways to leave
Hurt, fate, not worthy
Reasons to leave

Blood, scars, hide
Fire, scars, no problem
Food, smaller, its who I am
Ways to leave

Pills, blade, gun
Ways to leave
Hurt, fate, not worthy
Reasons to leave

Blood, crying, death
Torture, crying, gone
Questions, crying, done

Pills, blade, gun
Ways to leave
Hurt, fate, not worthy
Reasons to leave
