Forever isn't long enough
I hope that in my dreams
I get the chance to feel as whole
As when your close to me

I am not an anchor
Time has shifted me
A shattered glass
A broken past
A life left to the breeze

But if there is a method
To mend this fractured heart

Shattered glass
Broken dreams
A nightmare it seems
To miss a boy you loved so much
To sit at his grave and wish to hug
A shattered car is all we have
Broken hearts all around
Sit by his shattered car and frown

A cross left on the side of the road
Reminds us that time is old
Lessons learned and lessons fought

The Risk

Lonely tears upon my face dried
My broken heart replied
Will my shattered heart mend
For time does a broken heart tend
Days dissolve into endless time
Tender memories play across my mind
The bitter and the sweet do blend
For the passing of love does end
My heart keeps asking why
My soul does ache to try
Will love bloom again
Past the fear, past the pain
Does one dare to risk it all
To let the heart take a fall

Broken Down

If you saw me standing there
out in the pouring rain
drowning in days of sorrow
behind the tears and pain
feeling nothing's left anymore
to hold onto here
on this broken down reservation road

You see just another broken down man
trying to make it through
lost in the hope's of tomorrow
of dreaming once again
would you lend a hand
and try to understand

If your children were hungry
with nothing left to eat
broken down in poverty
with no clothes to wear
or no shoes on thier feet
fallen by democracy
with a heart to share
would you give a damn

And would you just walk away
on the young and dying
would you just close the door
on the mother's crying
with no one here to hold
on this broken down reservation road

We use to walk in each other arms
It was one on one, thats what you said
Now the moon is a sliver in our eye
We stumble bleeding on this broken glass
There was too much repetition
(over and over and over again)
You know were past the point of sane
(over and over and over again)
All this broken glass you left behind

Should you ever meet

On a road or some busy street

Snowy winter days once again came!

Ah Winter days

how did you came?

Haven't you met through your road crying summer days?

Haven't you met through your ways crying Autumn days?

while you were coming here

They left us in vain

They Saw our pain

Everywhere I look, I see problems, where I never seen before.
The cracks in the sidewalk, when I get home my key dont even fit the door.

a Photo frame’s glass
has broken

and lies in pieces
like it should be.
