Anechoic Chambers

The anechoic chambers of my heart
Reflect the acoustic reverberations
Of silence's muted susurrations,
The resting notes too defeaned to depart.
What melodic contour, in sequence, starts
The harmonic depth of orchestration,
The fully dynamic augmentation
Of the symphony I'd like to impart?
The enclosed, infinite dimensions
Of quiet, interior space remain
Insulated from open influence,
Suspended from the sonic ascension
Of electromagnetic pulses gained-
Static feedback phasing for confluence.

Charlie Parker

I realized by using the high notes of the chords as a melodic line, and by the right harmonic progression, I could play what I heard inside me. That's when I was born.

Motionless Flight

The best soundtrack that ever heard
which anyone may depart
by its own dramatic lyric
along it...
with no word
almost a harmonic silence chord...

It may not be the most popular but there is a place for it. I think about the kind of music I love, acoustic, melodic, and I guess it kind of took a bit of courage on my part to think I could be one of those songwriters.

Music has to be written while people are still excited about a particular melodic or rhythmic sequence. The idea doesn't come out the same if we're not really excited about it.

Let me keep watch

Let me keep watch
Over your body when
You are resting in peace.
Let me sacrifice
My meditation to you
When you are resting in peace
Let me protect your body
From rotting
When you are resting in peace.
Let me protect your memories
And dreamless dreams
When you are resting in peace.
Let me plant a fruit tree
Above you that I may still eat
When you are resting in peace.
Let me storm the gates of heaven
When you are resting in peace.
Let me give you oblation
Of our experience
When you are resting in peace.
Let me breathe for you
When you are resting in peace.
Let me douse the fires of hell
When you are resting in peace.
Let me glorify your name
When you are resting in peace.
Let me be your counterpoint
When you are resting in peace.
Let me overcome the light
When you are resting in peace.
Let me touch your organs
When you are resting in peace.
Let me drink your water
When you are resting in peace.
Let me describe your bones
When you are resting in peace.
Let me dream your dreams
When you are resting in peace.

I'm pursuing soundtrack work in the southern California area and down the line I plan to make a moody, intense acoustic album. Not all acoustic, but an acoustic - oriented guitar record that I've already written most of the material for.

Departure Points

once I would have written verse symphonies
sound serenade as mists enlightenment
soul transform into notes on harmonic journey

few have had ear
heart eye soul tuned
for performance

desire to sit
in rapture enthralled
orchestra sound

now I scribble but a few brief notes
ciphers sound in rush hour traffic
heard pauses amazed with awe blinks

forgets rapidly
rushes on to
departure points

Break The Silence

Silence shall triumph
And silence must be heard
But silence must be broken
And noise should be spoken

For all the dead souls....
They won’t be awake
They are resting....
Lost in the depth of the lake

Melt your stone heart....
Show some courage....
Make a believe in yourself...
Speak up! Break the silence for God Sake

Let's Talk About Love!

Let's talk about love! Let's give hate the shove!
Let's celebrate all that love is!
Reflect on the joy for each girl and boy
Enmeshed in the thrill of a kiss!

Love glides round in style! Love guides with a smile!
Love looks up with hope in its eyes!
Reflect on the prayers of sweethearts in pairs
And listen to all of their sighs!

Let's talk about love! Let's think of the dove!
Let's cherish the heart's great reward!
Reflect on the peace that starts to increase
Whenever true love is outpoured!

Let's learn a love song! Let's sing it out strong!
Let's pass on Good News every day!
Reflect on God's grace! God's kindness embrace!
Determined to share love some way!

Let's visit Loveland! Let's walk hand-in-hand!
Let's honour the blessings we've known!
Reflect on this truth: Love's never aloof!
For true love cannot walk alone...

Dark Chambers

There are some dark chambers in the riding school,
One answers the interrogation, the reality is such.
A month will accept, slaves slowly slumber,
Yet the real success rests in the majority of thinkers,
The philosophers so good in thinking out for life.
My darkness applauds me when the chambers empty,
The prisoners accuse me of some resting and pleasure.
I have a solution to make, and you are my problem
So great, so awesome is the star above at day.

Even The Planets

Pieces of day falling like
severed limbs of time.
Acoustic shadows
drinking the pain.

Exodus has started
of thoughts to find an
enabler, for misting voices
of indecisiveness.

Obscene contour abrupts
the ink. Now there is blank
depression, behind the globes.
Cubes have become toeless.

The night has locked itself in,
when suddenly grief becomes the sun.
The celestial makeup was melting.
We are becoming naked, like pupils.

Is It Hard

Is it hard,
To depart...
From a broken heart?

Is it hard,
To give up...
A feeling creeping to weep?

And is it hard,
To leave that feeling...
Felt so deep.

Is it hard to leave that feeling that is felt so deep.
Is it hard.
Is it hard.
Is it hard to close your eyes and to fall to sleep.
Is it hard.
Is it hard.

Is it difficult to stop a heart from yearning.
Is it hard.
To depart.
Is it difficult to stop a fire burning?
Yes it's hard,
When it starts.

Some say that nothing's difficult.
Or too critical to let things go.
To then restart,
A mending heart.

Is it difficult to stop a fire burning?
Yes it's hard,
When it starts.

Some say that nothing's difficult.
Or too critical to let things go.
To then restart,
A mending heart.

Is it difficult to stop a fire burning?
Yes it's hard,
When it starts.

Silence Him

when julian gets to sweden
they will
SILENCE HIM
they will lock him up,
throw away the key &
SILENCE HIM,
they'll keep the trial under wraps
away from the public eye &
they will
SILENCE HIM,
under strict orders from daddy
'democracy, '
the empire itself,
they will
SILENCE HIM &
the conditions he'll undergo
being muted in solitary will
all be part of the program to
SILENCE HIM,
cause' that
bad bad bad boy,
mr. julian assange,
never ever shoulda' thought
that allowing the people of the world
to hear just exactly what their
governments really do
would be something that he could
get away with,
since
EVERY WESTERN HAND
WILL REACH TO STRANGLE HIM &
PREVENT HIM FROM EVER
SPEAKING AGAIN.

Look Like That

I like his shoes I like his hat
Id like me better if I looked like that
Uh -huh uh-huh
I like her shoes I like her hat
Id like you better if you looked like that
Uh-huh uh-huh
But then my love starts burning
For what we are yearning to ignore
I like her clothes I love her dress
Id like her better if she loved me best
I like his shoes I love his pants
Id want him better if he wanted to dance
Uh-huh uh-huh
But then our love starts turning
For what we are learning to adore
Im meeting people nice people too
Im meeting people nice people like you
Were meeting people nice people too
Were meeting people nice people like you

Sounds of Silence

Nature’s greatest gifts attacked by disquieted nations,
Leaving nothing in place but mechanical reverberations.
Melodies of the woods serenading shooting stars
Surrender to hammers pounding and boisterous cars.

Silence, soothing silence, you have spoken a world to me.
A partner with whisperings always meant to set me free.
Now a threatened companion once always at my side;
When juxtaposed with greed I often ignored your guide.

Silence, I beseech you, use tones soft, but clear
So no matter where I am, I’ll know you can be near.
At times when myriad noises distract or voices demur,
Hypnotize me into your world where all thought is pure.

Silence oh silence; I need you more each and every day.
Clear my mind; destroy that grind with your gentle way.
Silence my silence; I promise to hear your every word.
Give me peace and help me cease to value the absurd.
