apj Indonesia’s Torturous Democracy?

Indonesia is a sprawling
archipelago nation
of 237 million people.

Indonesia emerged
from decades
of dictatorship
as recently as 1998.

Indonesia continues
to make
strides toward democracy...

however a weak
limp legal system
continues to be
a hot black spot.

torturing suspects
'the norm' in Indonesia
routine police perks

routine law enforcement
torture suspects convicts
extract corrupt confessions

“Indonesian law enforcers
routinely torture suspects
and convicts to extract
confessions or obtain

information... beatings,
intimidation and rape are
so commonplace they are
considered the norm.”

Jakarta-based Legal Aid Foundation Report

Restaria Hutabarat said the group's report
found police beatings intimidation rape
are commonplace considered routine norm

“few victims believe
they have the right
to lodge complaints”

police intimidation beatings raping suspects
few terrorized victims lodge complaints
Boy Rafli Amar will make changes if necessary

Indonesian National Police Spokesman Col. Boy Rafli Amar

said he would study
a 21-page legal report
would make changes
in the force if necessary.

Make changes in
the Police force
if necessary?

Beatings raping suspects
is not urgent grounds
for necessary changes?

Beatings raping
innocent people
is not a serious

crime when wearing
a badge of immunity?

Are police perks
more honourable
than paying a prostitute

in the world's
largest Islamic nation
a nation shamed?

Proven Criminality Of Mubarak Terror Regime

“Thousands of WikiLeaks
released documents,
diplomatic cables from
2009 and 2010 from
the US embassy in Cairo.
Prove the Barak Obama
administration knew
a dictator Hosni Mubarak
regime held onto power
by terrorizing Egyptians.”

“US Ambassador Margaret
Scobey in a cable dated
January 15,2009. The letter
calls police brutality “routine
and pervasive” and states that
“police using force to extract
confessions from criminals [is]
a daily event.” A daily shame
written in blood screaming pain
“routine and pervasive” torture.”

Embassy informants “estimate
there are literally hundreds of
torture incidents every day in
Cairo police stations alone.”
Did you ever calculate the cost?
Credibility cost of supporting
a torture terror evil vile regime?
Did you never wonder why
Egypt's police are hated feared?
Loathed with justified intensity?

The first two stanzas are the poem ‘The Mubarak Torture Regime’.

Self Bleeding Beatings

I will not and can't stand back...
To standby,
To see you in tears!
I wont!
Nor will I watch your head...
Going through the motions,
Over something that has been said!
By someone you don't know.
Or know us.
To keep you that upset.

If you,
Don't keep your ears on someone's lips...
You'll prove,
That you've freed yourself from pettiness...
And give the boot to excuses suffered.

Don't bluff.
Just do it.
We both could use the experience.

Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!

Just because life seems extreme!

Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!

Even though you wanted your Rooster to rule.
With a stronger cock hold on the doodle-dee-doo!

Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!

Just because life seems extreme!
With an absence on the streets...
Of meaning.

I will not and can't stand back,
Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!

Nope!
No need to keep up with 'those' self bleeding beatings!
I will not and can't stand back,
Nope!
Just because life seems extreme!
With an absence on the streets...
Of meaning.

Mexicans

Why is it that when a police officer sees a group of white friends he smiles, waves, and even stops bye to say hello, But When he sees a groups of brown people playing soccer he stops gives a fake smile and leaves, but after a while he comes back and checks on them ask what their doing or why there there he suspects of them more than anyone else he hides and stares he looks at every play he wait till everyones gone while the group of white people laugh, making the browns feel like criminals, so when everyone leaves the officer gets down from his poloce car and checks for any drugs so....why is it that when police sees a white group he smiles and stops to say hello when at the browns he stops and says whats going on? ..suspecting

Nowhere but INDONESIA

Nowhere but Indonesia
Thousands island lies on equator
Sun shines brightly along the year
Welcoming smiles are free of charge

Nowhere but Indonesia
Thousands lie covered those islands
Son shy to says that He is right
Full of charge are those who lies

Nowhere but Indonesia
Hope and pain live in peace
For hope is shadow of the pain
And pain is a charge of the hope

Nowhere but Indonesia
Plant and animals live in harmony
For it was said beyond the ages
and should be paid without objection

Nowhere but Indonesia
Children built their little dream
Tear it off when they grew up
Comes denial when getting old

Nowhere but Indonesia
We smile when we smile
We smile when we not smile
We not smile when you smile

Nowhere but Indonesia
Am on my knee lift up a prayer
God bless my country is what I plea
Coz my country long time no smile

Nowhere but Indonesia
Thousands island lie on equator
Hope and pain live in peace
We smile when we not smile

We and our Laws

Our laws permit the police
to lay a trap to catch,
the worst criminal at large,
only on receiving complaints.

The people are cut into size
by the laws of our land
and those of the chopper-rowdies.
The weak and the meek can’t dare
file complaints against the killers
and the cops ignore the unruly deeds.

Some doctors loot the kidneys
and make a quick fortune.
They land in jails after a decade
when the police receive complaints.
Some feign as tax-officers
crush the flowers in the cine-films
and rob their hard-earned money.
The cops won’t act till those girls
come and report with flashing cameras around.

Some unlawful youths kill and scare,
amass wealth in crores,
pipe funds to ruling parties;
the public and the police remain tight-lipped.
The officers need to praise them on dais
in fear of being transferred or blackmailed.
The people feel insecure to see some cops
or the culprits reaching atop the public life.

The politicians too feel uneasy
When the reporters hired or bought step in
as they of the Fourth Estate
could make or mar someone’s repute.
The factors of caste, religion, dinner and cash
spur the newsmen to turn their cameras
and wield their pens to belch out fire and filth.
May God bless those who haven’t joined parties!

It's just a suggestion

Just incase tomorrow never come
tell that person you love that you love him/her it will ease your heart well its just a suggestion

leave drugs and alcohol it doesnt help you with anything. You gain nothing instead you loose everything.
I didnt force you to do it but its just a suggestion

just incase tomorrow never come
tell the police that you were raped that your pants or skirt was pulled down so that no one else fall on your trap
report to the police that child was stolen or that man was hijacked or that woman was mugged or that boy was killed

tell the police you know of someone who does human trafficking
tell them you were used and made a slave didnt eat at all.

Tell someone you need help you were not involved in that incident
mostly just tell yourself you are a success

it was just a suggestion to suggest a suggestion but that was just a suggestion to suggest you are the best and
I
am THE LEGEND

Carl Sagan

Your religion assumes that people are children and need a boogeyman so they'll behave. You want people to believe in God so they'll obey the law. That's the only means that occurs to you: a strict secular police force, and the threat of punishment by an all-seeing God for whatever the police overlook.

W. M. A.

He won the lottery when he was born
Took his mothers white breast to his tongue
Trained like dogs, color and smell
Walks by me to get to him police man (2x)
He won the lottery by being born
Big hand slapped a white male merican
Do no wrong, so clean cut...
Dirty his hands, it comes right off
Police man (2x)
Police stopped my brother again (3x)
Police man (2x)
Jesus greets me...looks just like me...
Do no wrong, so clean cut
Dirty his hands, it comes right off
Police man (3x)
Police stopped my brother again (3x)
Police man (2x)
Police stopped my brother again (3x)
Police man (3x)
All my pieces set me free...human devices set me free...
All my pieces set me free... (2x) } (2x)
Human devices set me free... (2x) }

Public Safety

You have no 'constitutional' rights,
To police protection.
The police are there to uphold the 'law'.
Public safety...
That's all!

And 'if' it has been determined,
That 'law' has been broken...
Guess who is going to jail?
That is certain.
Those 'laws' will prevail!
People yelling, 'Protect me and mine! '
Will find themselves ignored,
Most of the time!
Police are trained to deal with you psychologically...
However,
Your individual needs...
Are not theirs to feed!

Your rights to protect yourself is best.
And that's why the streets are full of such unrest!
IF you have problems with this as it is...
Know what those laws are!
And why crime has risen...
Bringing folks to tears.
And your individual feelings,
Are not part of constitutional business!

You have no 'constitutional' rights,
To police protection.
The police are there to uphold the 'law'.
Public safety...
That's all!
And your taxes 'may' be used,
To fill a pothole!
