Ch 03 On The Excellence Of Contentment Story 04
One of the kings of Persia had sent an able physician to wait upon the Mustafa, the benediction of Allah and peace be on him; and he remained for some years in the Arab country without anyone coming to him to make a trial of his ability or desiring to be treated by him. He went to the Prophet, salutation to him, and complained that although he had been sent to treat the companions, none of them had up to this time taken notice of him or required the services incumbent upon him. The Apostle, salutation to him, replied: ‘It is a law with these people not to eat until appetite overpowers them and when some of it yet remains they withdraw their hands from food.’ The doctor said: ‘This is the cause of health’, and kissing the earth of service departed.
The sage begins to speak
Or points his fingers to the dish
When silence would be dangerous
Or abstinance would bring on death.
No doubt his wisdom is in speaking
And his eating bears the fruit of health.

Salutation
In one salutation to thee, my God,
let all my senses spread out and touch this world at thy feet.
Like a rain-cloud of July
hung low with its burden of unshed showers
let all my mind bend down at thy door in one salutation to thee.
Let all my songs gather together their diverse strains into a single current
and flow to a sea of silence in one salutation to thee.
Like a flock of homesick cranes flying night and day
back to their mountain nests
let all my life take its voyage to its eternal home
in one salutation to thee.

Ch 01 Manner Of Kings Story 02
One of the kings of Khorasan had a vision in a dream of Sultan
Mahmud, one hundred years after his death. His whole person appeared
to have been dissolved and turned to dust, except his eyes, which were
revolving in their orbits and looking about. All the sages were unable
to give an interpretation, except a dervish who made his salutation
and said: 'He is still looking amazed how his kingdom belongs to
others.'
Many famous men have been buried under ground
Of whose existence on earth not a trace has remained
And that old corpse which had been surrendered to the earth
Was so consumed by the soil that not a bone remains.
The glorious name of Nushirvan survives in good repute
Although much time elapsed since he passed away.
Do good, O man, and consider life as a good fortune,
The more so, as when a shout is raised, a man exists no more.
To Dine
The night we dine is a fine old time,
Worst health happens to those who abstain from fun.
The nights are cold to the touch,
Dinner awaits.
We have health as we speak, and eat,
The worry of limping and being lame has gone.
The dinner we eat cancels our sleep,
And my legs are enough to satisfy my health.
She points to my head, and my heart jumps,
Insults are rapid and food has been dumped.
On me, on me, and on me,
Me and my legs,
The drink is on my face.
The night we dine, we fight for good health
And never speak again.

Ch 03 On The Excellence Of Contentment Story 06
It is narrated in the life of Ardeshir Babekan that he asked an Arab physician how much food he must consume daily. He replied: ‘The weight of one hundred dirhems will be enough.’ The king queried: ‘What strength will this quantity give me?’ He replied: ‘This quantity will carry thee, and whatever is more than that, thou wilt be the carrier of it.’
Eating is for living and praying.
Thou thinkest living is for eating.
Health Deteriorated
Health deteriorated and nobody care it.
And we say health is wealth.
The health worker the doctor all paid
And the patients died
And all are apathetic towards health.
In this Hitech age cholera measeales
Malaria are the cause of our death.
Common man died due to diseases
Died due to hunger due to neglect
By our own man and we all remain silent.

Your (pbuy) Love's Miracles
The space is full of small droplets, delicate
But all of the don't have the same fate,
Only those the colors of the rainbow create
Who are blessed with your love, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Countless flowers smile in parks and valleys
Not for months and years but some dailies
Only those give forth sweet smell in rallies
Who want to see you, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
A large variety of herbs spreads on the ground
Some with ease and some with hardship found
Only those for good health are the most sound
That want to kiss your feet, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Numberless particles lie down on earth's face
Humility stays with them in close, fast embrace
Only those shine with marvelous, high grace
Who wait for you, o dear peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Countless oysters live in the lap of ocean
Pearls are not found in the same proportion
But in those who have your love's passion
Are blessed with pearls, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Countless stars roam about in endless heaven
All the time, in all seasons, round the days seven
But only those flames dark night does enliven
That pray for you o dear, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Homeless clouds float in the sea of sky
Some crawl low some move on high
Only those quench the thirst of earth dry
That saturate with your love, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Countless breaths come to us and depart
With them moves ahead life's slow cart
But only those give life to the beating heart
That are filled with your love, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
Endless tears trickle down the walls of eyes
Along with repeated sobs and fast sighs
But only that to the high heaven flies
That is shed in your love, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!
May we also become fortunate Amen!
May we also get your love's charming sheen!
May we get a glance of your kindness keen!
Life and death in your love, peace be upon you!
O Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon you!

The Birth of Holy Quran
The angels gathered and Allah proclaimed
The Quran will guide you as explained
Ask HIM for forgiveness…for tonight is the night
The night of Meeraj, when the Holy Book came to light
It's the birth of Holy Quran that teaches to cultivate love
And not massacre or repugnance towards people on this earth
It's the night when Prophet Muhammad travelled the seven skies
To bring joyous tidings and Quran for us to recite
Islam is a religion of peace, yet some have gone astray
No religion teaches to kill as some may portray
It's a book of blessings sent from heaven above
So follow the righteous path and let Allah be the judge.

Ch 03 On The Excellence Of Contentment Story 16
Moses, to whom be salutation, beheld a dervish who had on account of his nudity concealed himself in the sand exclaiming: ‘O Moses, utter a supplication to God the most high to give me an allowance because I am, on account of my distress, on the point of starvation.’ Moses accordingly prayed and departed but returning a few days afterwards he saw that the dervish was a prisoner and surrounded by a crowd of people. On asking for the reason he was informed that the dervish had drunk wine, quarrelled, slain a man and was to be executed in retaliation.
If the humble cat possessed wings
He would rob the world of every sparrow-egg.
It may happen that when a weak man obtains power
He arises and twists the hands of the weak.
And if Allah were to bestow abundance upon his servants, they would certainly rebel upon earth.
What has made thee wade into danger, O fool,
Till thou hast perished. Would that the ant had not been able to fly!
When a base fellow obtains dignity, silver and gold,
His head necessarily demands to be knocked.
Was not after all this maxim uttered by a sage?
‘That ant is the best which possesses no wings.’
The heavenly father has plenty of honey but the son has a hot disease.
He who does not make thee rich
Knows better what is good for thee than thyself.
Ch 02 The Morals Of Dervishes Story 09
One of the devotees of Mount Lebanon, whose piety was famed in the Arab country and his miracles well known, entered the cathedral mosque of Damascus and was performing his purificatory ablution on the edge
of a tank when his feet slipped and he fell into the reservoir but saved himself with great trouble. After the congregation had finished their prayers, one of his companions said: ‘I have a difficulty.’ He asked: ‘What is it?’ He continued: ‘I remember that the sheikh walked on the surface of the African sea without his feet getting wetted and today he nearly perished in this paltry water which is not deeper than a man’s stature. What reason is there in this?’ The sheikh drooped his head into the bosom of meditation and said after a long pause: ‘Hast thou not heard that the prince of the world, Muhammad the chosen, upon whom be the benediction of Allah and peace, has said: I have time with Allah during which no cherubim nor inspired prophet is equal to me?’ But he did not say that such was always the case. The time alluded to was when Gabriel or Michael inspired him whilst on other occasions he was satisfied with the society of Hafsah and Zainab. The visions of the righteous one are between brilliancy and obscurity.
Thou showest thy countenance and then hidest it
Enhancing thy value and augmenting our desire.
I behold whom I love without an intervention.
Then a trance befalls me; I lose the road;
It kindles fire, then quenches it with a sprinkling shower.
Wherefore thou seest me burning and drowning.
Food For Thought
If you have been eating
those foods, you should be skipping.
It's time to change your game.
It's not really what they claim.
Your health you gain.
I do speak plain.
Pick right the oils,
then you may foil,
effects that really spoil.
Your body's health,
Which is your wealth.
There is no measure,
you should treasure.
Seldom Won
Independence, liberty and freedom
Bloodlessly won seldom
Stalwarts and leaders had shown wisdom
This all we now read in class rooms
Who will not want to be in free country?
Where it is classless, non racial and sans misery
What else can be dreamed of to lead it happily?
And country is surging ahead steadily
Foreign occupants are taken as cruel and marauders
Their position is that of land hungry and invaders
They might have plundered the country in process
And brutally murdered for gaining the access
All said and done and now they have packed
No more claims on our land is staked
We are fully independent and sovereign
Free from any yoke as independence is regained
What is scenario there after?
Is country leading towards disaster?
Is the freedom struggle really a boom?
Is there any scope for poor with room?
It has tuned into grim reality
It has proved our incompetence and inability
We have pushed country into Dark Age
We failed to look after people and manage
Farmers are coming suicide
Politicians are asking for free ride
Everybody is on rampage and hands are full of corruption
The loot is clearly seen and going on without any interruption
Yes, death is wealth
To take pride for Poor’s health
Where are we today on this freedom day?
Can they take us to peaceful way?
Can we not dream for two square meals?
Can they not strike a simple deal?
They come once in five years
To feed with oasis waters in deaf years
No answer may ever be found
Out economy is claimed to be sound
All well but country is in ill health
Entire country is robbed of its wealth

Gone very far
Once in million years one prophet is sent
With long wait almighty makes one strong movement
His emissary is sent to propagate love message
His work and messages are remembered through out the ages
Like galaxy of stars they have stayed in the minds of people
Taken all blunts to self and saved people from agony and troubles
How many faiths are there on the surface of earth?
With different culture and followers to provide fresh breath
Somewhere down the lines they have provided rightful means
So much blood was shed and many battles were made to win
Ultimate goal was to bring people under one umbrella or roof
Make them to believe in one faith by proving worth with proof
In recent history of mankind one great soul descended on earth
It took over complete world by surprise with easy breath
She was later on known as mother and proved to be precise
For orphans, destitute and downtrodden she was tall promise
Nothing to self and everything to mankind with symbol of peace
Whole world recognized her dedication and selfless service
Word was charity and action was to wipe off the tears
Children were to be offered all care and no more agony or pain to bear
Such type of kind mother is not among us today
Yet we go on with same mission all the way
World has realized the hidden message form her death
Whole life of selfless service with no attachment to any faith
We must all pay tribute to such peace emissary
Without her we should have failed in delivering necessary
Health care, education and home for homeless
We find the satisfaction on mother's shining face
Many statesmen have born and disappeared
Many god fathers have taken birth and forgotten
Mother may remain in vast sky as shining star
Her dream may realize one day even if she has gone very far

Health economists have estimated that an injection of $250 million per year in Indigenous clinical care, and $50 million in preventative care, is required to provide services at the same level as for any other group with the health conditions of Indigenous Australians.

Addiction should never be treated as a crime. It has to be treated as a health problem. We do not send alcoholics to jail in this country. Over 500,000 people are in our jails who are nonviolent drug users.

Love of Fame, The Universal Passion (excerpt)
Man's rich with little, were his judgment true;
Nature is frugal, and her wants are few;
Those few wants answer'd, bring sincere delights;
But fools create themselves new appetites:
Fancy and pride seek things at vast expense,
Which relish not to reason, nor to sense.
When surfeit, or unthankfulness, destroys,
In nature's narrow sphere, our solid joys,
In fancy's airy land of noise and show,
Where nought but dreams, no real pleasures grow;
Like cats in air-pumps, to subsist we strive
On joys too thin to keep the soul alive.
Lemira's sick; make haste; the doctor call:
He comes; but where's his patient? At the ball.
The doctor stares; her woman curt'sies low,
And cries, "My lady, sir, is always so:
Diversions put her maladies to flight;
True, she can't stand, but she can dance all night:
I've known my lady (for she loves a tune)
For fevers take an opera in June:
And, though perhaps you'll think the practice bold,
A midnight park is sovereign for a cold:
With colics, breakfasts of green fruit agree;
With indigestions, supper just at three."
A strange alternative, replied Sir Hans,
Must women have a doctor, or a dance?
Though sick to death, abroad they safely roam,
But droop and die, in perfect health, at home:
For want--but not of health, are ladies ill;
And tickets cure beyond the doctor's bill.

My Hands Are Folded
My Hands Are Folded
my hands are folded in supplication
I need your help, i need to relax
i need calm, rest, light, peace
courage, forgiveness
my hands are folded
i bow down to my only Saviour
my anchor of safety
my harbor of protection
my heaven of peace
my eyes look up to you
with confidence, with hope
i come as one sick
to his physician
as one poor and needy
to the Lord of heaven and earth
grant that i may see you
in all things
in good and ill health
in joy as in sorrow
grant me oh Lord
the grace to accept with patience
the monotony of daily tasks
to embrace with resignation
the fatigue and exhaustion
of days too long and too full
for my physical strength
grant me the ability to be relaxed
and be calm in the thought of your love
to find rest in the assurance
that you are with me
always and forever...Amen

Take Care Of Your Health
Stop using it,
Stop eating it,
Stop taking it,
And take care of yourt health;
For, it is better to live longer than to die so early!
You need the clean food in life,
You need the clean water in life,
You need to take care of your health in the right way;
For death is just at the corner waiting for our own mistakes!
So, take care of your health and live longer.

Health hazards
What is happening all around?
Nothing seems well and sound,
Anarchy, fraud witness and found,
All taking we to down ward bound,
Health hazard and playing with food,
Toxic mixed with milk and served as good,
Trees treated with chemicals at root,
Yield is more but day time loot,
Country’s fortune is at stake,
Fishes are dying and extinct in lake,
Can this be not stopped for God’s sake?
Even butter and milk is poisoned in cake,
Vegetables are nurtured with poisonous waste,
We praise its colour and appreciate the taste,
Nothing is safe and dangerous to health,
What is use of having less or more wealth?
Urea and chemicals added to milk powder,
Nothing can be found and everything in order,
Millions may be dying of cancer and hunger,
Still no steps and action of anger,
We are all used to subjugation and slavery,
Adding to sufferings and worsening misery,
Tomorrow may be difficult and things out of hand,
Health may be in despair with infertility of land,
Even sweets are not spared,
Child health is not cared,
No one can deny and not even dare,
Silence on part lead us no where,
Where does it matter where millions boom?
Population increasing with not enough rooms,
No shed, no cloths with enough power looms
It is not progress but living hell and doom,
This is simple try for awakening the masses,
It doesn’t require any special classes,
Mass issuance of appeals and rejection of goods,
May it then happen when out of woods?

Health and Wealth
When I had health, I strived to earn more wealth;
I toiled so hard that I soon lost my health!
When I got wealth, more vice crept in by stealth;
My wealth was gone, so also my good health!
So, keep your health and earn some wealth;
Don't earn more wealth and lose all health;
Just use your wealth to keep your health;
In life on earth, Health is your wealth!

How We Think, We Are.
How we think in our mind
According we pick up our food, just to remind,
From the food we eat the energy will let us move or relax,
Which in turn determines our health index.
And all these will bring us back to the fact,
That in the whole body there is a whole spirit.,
Which with wisdom we can attract,
So, find wisdom & get understanding as Solomon said.
Life is a journey, not a destination,
As the wise ones said after meditation.
Life is not your enemy, don't keep opposing & fighting,
Let go, follow your feelings after you learned good manners
Then peace, contentment & happiness comes to you from every teachers.
