The morning is precious
The best part of the day
for one to exert energy
is the early hours of mornings
that we squander on daily chores.
Drop it. Do equipping jobs.

With millions of family wage manufacturing jobs lost since 2001, we need an energy bill that takes bold action to tap into American ingenuity in order to lead the world in new clean energy technology, rather than playing catch-up to the Japanese, Danish, and Germans.

God has no role on you
Everything is on move.
Nothing is constant.
All are subject to change.
Nothing is intact.
‘Cause and effect’ acts.
Matter turns energy;
Energy turns matter.
Nothing is lost;
Nothing is gained.
One is made of the other.
One comes off the other.
You and I are pebbles,
Beset by counter forces,
In the flow of unending rivers.
How we shape is not in our hand.
Who is to blame?
Who is to be rewarded?
The Almighty has no role
On the stage for the actors’ roll
The might of the situation prevails.

Squish removes stress
Play or exercise;
Then sublimated is your aggression.
Craft or write;
Then sublimated is your anxiety.
Help or serve.
Then sublimated is your energy.
When you squish yourself,
Melts down your stress.

You're Gone
(HogarthKellyMosleyRotheryTrewavas)
You're gone. As suddenly as you came to me
Like nightfall followed dawn without a day between
You're gone and suddenly I can't see
I'm in the shadow of you
I'm in the shadow of you
I can see you in my minds rose-tinted eye..
Somewhere you're drifting by
Your heels rolling sparks on the lucky street
While here am I, left behind
Stunned and blind
But I can see you from here
I can see you so clear
You are the light
You are the light
You have the day
I have the night
But we have the early hours together
You're gone, and heaven cries.
A thunderstorm breaks from the northern sky
Chasing you back to the daily grind
You're gone. And where am I?
A haunted life
The ghost of your laughter
The half-empty glass
The half-empty glass
And I wait
'til midnight tolls
Two souls almost touching in the dark
I'll be allright
You are the light
You are the light
You have the day
I have the night
But we have the early hours
We have the early hours
We have the early hours together

Men find it difficult because I've got so much energy and hardly sleep at night, only four or five hours. I wake up in the early hours and potter around.

Hatha Yoga
No kind of physical exercise
is superior to Hatha Yoga.
It gives you suppleness and sturdiness
It cleanses systems and stimulates glands
It preserves will-power and reserves energy.
It conserves stamina and retains youthfulness
It expands aura and adds to personality.
Then women can like you at any age.
What more?

Do we exert our own liberties without injury to others - we exert them justly; do we exert them at the expense of others - unjustly. And, in thus doing, we step from the sure platform of liberty upon the uncertain threshold of tyranny.

A Love Gone
and so she looks
at an old picture
again
telling me
that whatever it was
there is nothing anymore
love is gone
not even pity
but just plainly lookin'
& usin'
like a tissue
for her daily ritual
with the bowl
on early
mornings

The Daily Act of Presence
Eight hours at work, commuting sometimes two,
the daily act of presence is assigned
its p[l]ace, weak celebration paid in kind,
traced race to waste bereft, much left to do.
Eight hours abed, at table almost two,
the daily act of presence, daily grind,
few dare opt out of as life's clocks unwind, -
such haste to conquer Time, whose ride’s askew.
Three hours of leisure, then, without ado,
day's drive departs, leaves most deprived of breath.
Who'd buck luck's trend bends in the end to Death
whose lock mocks motto 'to thyself be true! '
Three hours for chat, sex, net or television,
no wonder Man’s case-study for derision.

The Daily Act of Presence
Eight hours at work, in travel up to two,
the daily act of presence is assigned
and celebrated weakly, paid in kind, -
so much to waste, so little left to do.
Eight hours abed, at table almost two,
the daily act of presence, daily grind,
few dare opt out as life's clocks unwind, -
such haste to conquer Time, whose ride’s askew.
Three hours leisure, then, without ado,
the day departs, leaves most deprived of breath.
Who'd buck the trend bends in the end to Death -
what sense retains 'unto thyself be true'?
Three hours for music, films or television –
no wonder Man’s case-study for derision!

Energies
Mental energy: solving problems
increases it, movie watching reduces.
Emotional energy: flirting increases it
and hatred reduces it.
Physical energy: sports increase it
and book worms reduce it.
See that energy is built up.

Your identity is with your spouse.
Dear woman, when you go with your daughter’s family
Or when you go with your son’s on a journey,
You have back seat. Be it your husband,
Though humble and simple, you can take front seat.
You are not a part of your children’s family.

Twenty Zero One
2001 - where do I belong
I got my mind but I dont know where my head has gone
2001 - baby where you been
Its pornographic, internet, traffic on my screen
2001 - shes just a maniac
Its not for me but my baby really needs a crack
2001 - dont want the sex to stop
I took a pill now its killing me to keep it up
2001 - I know whats goin on
You wanna take my soul and change it for another one
2001 - those liquid crystal eyes, they really suit you honey
Let me get them in your size
2001 - by 2032 you can be me, and with a little luck
I can be you
2001 - let me bless you son
Help you believe with my semi-automatic gun

Elders count
Elephants roam in groups of male and female.
Giants and the gallant old ones take lead from males
To corner the young females to have coitus.
Youth and energy give way to age and dominance.
Pupils beam in groups of lads and lasses.
They are locked in with infatuation.
The teacher hooks the best for consummation.
Physique and spirit give way to skill and security.
Though old a man is,
to him not cold she is.

Work
Work is what we have to do
to put food on the table
we work for years and years
that is until we are unable.
We are asked at school
what we want to be?
I remember telling the teacher
that I want to play football for Coventry.
There's all types of work to do
like in an office or a building site
if your lucky you can do sport
be a Boxer and get paid to fight.
But most of us don't do that
and often we do jobs that we hate
like working in a horrible factory
starting early and finishing late.
But some workers love their jobs
and rarely ever miss a day
they enjoy being there so much
they'd probably work for no pay.
Work is a big part of life
so best do something you like
earn vast amounts of money
buy a flash car instead of a bike.
So be happy wherever you work
no matter what job that may be
but most of us want to retire early
that's why we keep on doing the lottery!

Bop 'Til You Drop
Bop 'til you drop
Bop 'til you drop
Bop 'til you drop
Bop 'til you drop
No matter what
You just can't stop
Bop 'til you drop
Bop 'til you drop
Stick'em up
Give me your money
You act like a big shot
But you're really a dummy
They want your blood
They want every drop
Bop 'til you drop
Bop 'til you drop
Hey!
You tried and tried
But you're a flop
You're thirty five
Still pushing a mop
No time to cop
Do the cretin hop
Bop 'til you drop
Bop 'til you drop

No surrender
Sometimes I wake with a glad smile.
At other times reluctantly
and long to linger for a while
right where I am so comfortably.
But duty calls and I must rise
I wash and shave habitually.
Then realise to my surprise,
I face the day quite happily,
I get on with my daily chores.
Whilst I still have the energy
I’m bound to flag in time of course.
Advancing age the enemy.
My body tells me I must rest
a quick nap will renew my zest.
