The coin with one side
The one, not disgruntled
Is not gruntled either.
The one not inimical
Is not friendly either.
The one not a womanizer
Is not a romantic too.
A coin cannot be with one side.

Have a Good Gruntle
'You're the most ept, ert, choate and dolent person I know -
how do you manage it? '
'Excuse me...? ? '
Words are fun.
If your child's school report
declared him or her
'inept, inert, inchoate, and indolent'
you'd have a fairly clear picture
of how things are;
the negatives survive,
as more useful
(ah, sad reflection...)
and then there are the words
that have reversed their meanings
by some really interesting
but alas never yet charted
human failing:
'nice' once meant stupid and ignorant;
'silly' once meant blissful...
But today I'm savouring 'disgruntled':
that is, dissatisfied, and angry with it;
a state not unknown
to a consumer society;
so are you gruntled today -
satisfied and happy?
but it's not quite as easy as that:
if you're gruntled, then officially you're
'uttering little grunts'...
would that be while DIYing
somewhere back of the sink,
or pigging out so fast you can hardly
make time to breathe,
or perhaps being, uh,
sexually favoured?
Words are fun
especially for poets -
Shakespeare made up more than anyone
just like that
without some egghead like Bacon (aha!) or Jonson
looking over his shoulder and saying
you can't say that
they won't know what you mean
in the low-price seats...
Words are fun;
give them a good shake of the kaleidoscope
and they just might play nose-to-tail
and make a poem
though not today it seems

Coin Of Fate
In my hand is my coin of fate
It tells me at who I am to project my hate
With just a flip of the coin we shall see
What fate has determined what is your destiny
On one side is written of forgiviness and prayer
The other side is covered in scratches and shown little care
If me catching the side with prayer is your fate
Then you will be left alone and safe from my hate
But if the side displayed is the latter
Then save your breathe for your pleas will not matter
You will meet the side of me that is deaf to your cries
And know that anyone who meet this twisted being inside me dies
So, now let us play my little game
Let us see what fate has in store
*Flips the coin*
Well, it seems that I will stay tame
What say we play once more

To perfume is to hide odour
At base I am an atheist,
By which I am a sensualist.
So in a sense, a sadist.
Outwardly friendly.
Inwardly inimical.
A perfumed filthy skin.

The inimical
Animals fight for food.
Men do for pleasure too.
Animals hunt for food.
Men do for sport too.
Sixth sense is inimical?

Such Our Love
It was a bus by the corner,
I looked around and found no wheels,
Where are the seats, empty bus
The engine so inimical to locomotion,
Yet we expected it to move,
So was the bus, such our love
It was a clear blue sky,
The sun rays passing through earth,
Where are the clouds, empty sky
The sky so inimical to condensation,
Yet we expected it to rain,
So was the sky, such our love
It was a dead dodo,
So pityful in its dying minutes,
Where is life, dead dodo,
The dodo is inimical to its survival,
Yet we expected it to live and fly,
So was the dodo, such our love
You and I were a shadow,
An empty and stagnant bus,
A clear blue sky,
A lifeless dodo,
Planning was alien to us,
So was opportunism, such our love

Ocean but no water
Everywhere is crowd;
Each one is lonely.
Prosperity is all over;
Honesty is no more.
Knowledge accrues in plenty;
Wisdom evaporates.
Entertainment is round the clock;
Paucity of time chases the flock.
Globally friendly;
Neighbourly inimical.
Why?
Brain expanded;
Heart shrunk.

Coin
Every coin has two side
sun is shine
sun is smile
sun is hope
sun is hot
Night is scared
night is dark
dark is nothing
but it is save
Robber with gun
police with gun
what is good
what is bad
coin has two side
we can chose
Item is a tool
bad and good we can chose

The Coin And A Boy
THE COIN AND A BOY
WHY DO YOU LOOK SO UNHAPPY SONNY? A MAN ASKED A YOUNG LAD WHO HE MET ON THE WAY TO HIS STALL! AND THE BOY REPLIED THUS, SAYING, I LOST MY COIN, AND AS I CRIED, A MAN GAVE ME ANOTHER COIN! HE STATED, AND THE INQUISITIVE MAN ASKED AGAIN, IF THAT BE SO, THEN WHY DO YOU LOOK SO UNHAPPY STILL? AND THE BOY REPLIED, OH, NOW THAT I HAVE THIS COIN, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TWO COINS WITH ME INSTEAD OF ONE, IF I HADNT LOST MY COIN! HE STATED

The latest one stays
I played for long a concord
But ended with a discord.
The listener turned inimical.
I played quite long a discord
But ended with a concord.
The listener was not inimical.
Stays there on a blackboard
What is written latest,
The rest gone to dust.

Have a Nice Day
When you live somewhere
for a very long-time,
street corners gather memories,
friendly memories
you can say Hi to everyday.
They are memories
of your progress through life.
Memories of important events
that moulded and shaped our lives.
Therefore, whenever
we pass the corners
our friendly memories
are always there to say
have a nice day

We aren’t constantly friendly
With anyone for we see him
As we are and not as he is.

See that it is known
To derive joy from gifting
A gold coin, the recipient
Must know that it is gold.
What you convey must be
Understood; else no use.

We All Must Face the Defeat of Our Souls
My ship has been tossed
Helplessly on its side upon the shore.
Even beneath beautiful blue skies,
My heart is sunk and my eyes
Just float in a sea of tears.
No Sunday walks in flowery parks
Or beer toasts in friendly bars
Will find me now.
The only songs I have to sing
Are desolate dirges
To the desperate moon.
My thoughts of love
And romantic sway of words
Sadly give way
To all the loneliness inescapable.

The feather and the cap
With a coin in my pocket,
Shall I buy milk for my child
Or pills for my ailing parent?
A child is a feather to the cap.
An old is a worn out cap.

Romance Books And Poems
I have read many
Romantic things
Twilight
Romeo and Juliet
Sonnet 130
by Shakespeare
the small romantic parts of
Harry Potter
and more
So you can call me
a romantic
and I will
just
agree
because
I am one
