You Have Become A Bone In My Throat
have the conscience
set me free
for you have become a fish bone
inside my throat
clinging to a tissue that starts to rot
and smell
i sound as harsh as a stone grating
on the banks of the river
raging to be free
i gnash my teeth like pebbles
thrown upon the tiled floors of the house
where no one wants
to live.

Free River
Free River flow, Free River
so cold, Free River
you’re getting old.
Free River don’t cry, Free River
you’ve run dry.
I still see you through my youth’s eyes.
Free River you told no lies, Free River
your path has been made, Free River
all things change.
Free River you made it to the sea.
The friends I swam with once
are now gone, left only me.
Free River you’re worth more than gold, Free River
I've grown old.
I’ve lived by you my whole life and
I’ve left my seed through my wife, Free River
I lie at your shore; now dry,
Free River it’s my time to die.

Freedom Now
They throwed him in jail
And they kept him there
Hoping soo hed die
That his body and spirit would waste away
And soon after that his mind
But every day is born a fool
One who thinks that he can rule
One who says tomorrows mine
One who wakes one day to find
The prison doors open the shackles broken
And chaos in the street
Everybody sing were free free free free
Everybody sing were free free free free
Everybody sing were free free free free
They throwed him in jail
And they kept him there
Hoping his memoryd die
That the people forget how he once led
And fought for justice in their lives
But every day is born a man
Who hates what he cant understand
Who thinks the answer is to kill
Who thinks his actions are gods will
And he thinks hes free free free free
Yes he thinks hes free free free free
He thinks hes free free free free
Soon must come the day
Whe the righteous have their way
Unjustly tried are free
And people live in peace I say
Give the man release
Go on and set your conscience free
Right the wrongs you made
Even a fool can have his day
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
Free our bodies free our minds
Free our hearts
Freedom for everyone
And freedom now
Freedom now
Freedom now
Freedom now
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free
Let us all be free free free free

Sprouting As A Phoenix By Em
does no less than denude its object of the one thing which he has which is of value, and so it degrades him effectively.'
subjectify me?
where?
it is only through our
communion
that you make me a
subject
when you go away again
you may think
that i have become a stone
you are wrong
you have already subjectified me as a
bird with eight wings
did you not see it in the navel of my body?
did you not smell it on the scent of my armpits?
when you were inside me did you not feel that i am someone so different
than before
when you only caressed my hair and kissed my neck
and licked my butt?
lover, do not underestimate my being
for i am being and you are being
in fact
i am more free than what you are
to your pebbles i am the river
to your twigs i am the leaves
to your clouds i am now the winds of chances
i now own the world
inside my mouth
and my tongue knows how to play your games
i am now a goddess transformed by your love
from the mud that i used to be
it is enough then
as you leave to your world where your heart belongs
i have already sprouted as a
Phoenix.

The Face Of Your Anger
the face of anger
stares at you
and you ask yourself
what is it that i have done
that causes this
storm inside you
your cheeks bury the
teeth that gnash
your lips are the prison
wall of past wars
you were defeated there
conquered but was set free
for your humiliation
you hair runs against the wind
wet with the tears
of the earth
your nose protrude like a spear
longing to strike the
kill
she runs away from you
and hides in the forest for safety
all night
she sees your face
there is love
growing in her heart
moss to the stone
wet with dew.

I Am Free
Once I was a prisoner
Lost inside myself
With the world surrounding me
Wandering through the misery
But now I am free
You gave me a breath of life
Unclouded my eyes
With a sweet serenity
Lighting a ray of hope for me
And now I am free
Free to live
Free to laugh
Free to soar
Free to shine
Free to give
Free to love
Free enough to fly
Once I was all so alone
Unsteady and cold
But your love rained down upon me
Washing away uncertainty
But now
I am free

Beneath The Lush Of The Nipa Palms
beneath the lush of the nipa palms
are the homes of crabs beside is
the river the niche for the schools of
fish and on the river banks are
glossy pebbles some silent greens
of moss and ferns,
amidst all these beauteous secrets
perhaps we shall remember
how sweetly once we spent the
passionate night together...

This Is The Sea (Galway, The Leisureland 29.7.87)
These things you keep
you'd better throw them away
You wanna turn your back
on your soulless days
Once you were tethered
and now you are free
Once you were tethered
well now you are free
That was the river
this is the sea!
Now if you're feelin' weary
if you've been alone too long
Maybe you've been suffering from
a few too many
Plans that have gone wrong
and you're trying to remember
How fine your life used to be
running around banging your drum
Like it's 1973
well that was the river
This is the sea!
wooo!
Now you say you've got trouble
you say you've got pain
You say've got nothing left to believe in
nothing to hold on to
Nothing to trust
nothing but chains
You're scouring your conscience
raking through your memories
Scouring your conscience
raking through your memories
But that was the river
this is the sea yeah!
Now I can see you wavering
as you try to decide
You've got a war in your head
and it's tearing you up inside
You're trying to make sense
of something that you just can't see
Trying to make sense now
and you know you once held the key
But that was the river
and this is the sea!
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah!
Now I hear there's a train
it's coming on down the line
It's yours if you hurry
you've got still enough time
And you don't need no ticket
and you don't pay no fee
No you don't need no ticket
you don't pay no fee
Because that was the river
and this is the sea!
Behold the sea!

They Thought I Was A Thief Too
They thought I was a thief too
Get those handcuffs jiffily
Let us brace him
How I quaked!
In terror we pray
Gnash our teeth
Our knees knock,
Our hearts resigned to fate.
It was my voice and identification
That affected my release
I was simply lucky
One of them knew me.
In terror we pray
Gnash our teeth
Our knees knock,
Our hearts resigned to fate.
Now I can exhale
I came closely calamity
Jaws of exclusion closed in on me
But Samson's grip loosed them again.
In terror we pray
Gnash our teeth
Our knees knock,
Our hearts resigned to fate.
I swing and exalt like Lekeleke
But I also quiz;
If God dwells in thick darkness,
Must I too?
In terror we pray
Gnash our teeth
Our knees knock,
Our hearts resigned to fate.

I'm Free
I'm free
as free as the birds
as free as the clouds
as free as the wind.
I'm free to sing
even if my voice
is not like the voice of an angel
I'm free to dance
even if I'm out of the rhythm
I'm free to cry
even if it means to worry you
I'm free to laugh
even if my heart is aching
I'm free to love
even if it will only hurt me
I'm free to dream
even if I cannot reach it.
I'm free
as free as the birds
as free as the clouds
as free as the wind.
I'm free to be happy
even if I'm in the middle of crisis
I'm free to live
even if it will then
end in dying.
I'm free
as free as the birds
as free as the clouds
as free as the wind.
I'm free...
I'm free!

Relax Free
Clour...
Clour...
Fishes
Dance at
Water glass pot...
At my home...
Move a fish...
With fish...
Mouth shake...
A wonder full
Relax of mind...
Watching fish...
Fish can not relax...
With inside of glass pot...
Live...
Ok...
You relax Free...
For clour fishes...
Swim and move...
Relax free...

Oh Jordan River Lord Say Lay My Burdens On Thee
Oh Jordan River Lord Say Lay My Burdens On Thee
Oh Jordan River down yonder where the
Black sea sings,
Oh Jordan River, cry loud with me
Oh Jordan River the blood in my hand
Oh Jordan River, the black sea sings
Oh Jordan River, lord come for me
Oh Jordan River lord say I be free
Oh Jordan River, lord protect me
Negroes at the river wanna be free
Oh Jordan river put chains on me
Oh Jordan river take my baby from me
Oh Jordan river lord waits for me
Going to break the chains
Down yonder by the black sea
Oh Jordan river I sing to thee
Oh Jordan River the master say
Nigger’s got to serve them
But lord say I free
Oh Jordan River, I'm bound to lord savior,
walking in the black river,
Oh Jordan River saves me.
I‘sa a free mind train
I set me free
Oh Jordan River
Lord say I Free

Free Man
I sold my house, I sold my car
I took a job at millys bar
I met a man who was running from the government
Ah he wants to be a free man yeah
Ah he wants to be a free man yeah
He took me out to his campsite
I met his friends
They seemed alright
Until I noticed everybody seemed real upright
They just wanna be a free man now
They just wanna be a free man now
They just wanna be a free man now
Pardon me man
Oh but whos your mother
Oh and didnt she say
You should love one another
He showed me how to load a piece
To shoot it straight between the teeth
And the next thing I know I think Ive fallen in love
And Im living with a free man now
Now Im cooking for the free man now
He took me out in his old truck
He told me anyone who aint white sucks
Thats when I realized Id made a big mistake
Oh Im running from the free man now
Oh Im running from the free man now
Oh Im running from the free man now
Oh but pardon me man
Oh whos your mother
And didnt she teach you
She should love one another
Late one night I snuck away
To use the phone so I could say
Id appreciate a little bit of government
Cause Im married to a free man now
Oh Im married to a free man now
Yeah Im married to a free man now
Well Im married to a free man now
Yeah Im married to a free man now
Oh Im married to a free man now
I think Im running from a free man,
Running from a free man,
Running from a free man now
Oh Im running from a free man now
Oh Im running from a free man now

Live Your Life Be Free
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
I see you walking with her
I see you all around
But you don't seem very happy now
You seem very down
I know you feel an obligation
To her emotional state of mind
This is the time in your life baby
When you should be having a good time
And if you want me I'll be there
To run my fingers through your hair
And if you need me its alright
Come on over baby, and see me tonight
You got to
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You know that I'll be waiting
You know my heart is true
I will be your everything
And give everything to you
So if you want me baby I know
Don't have to knock knock down my doors
Her heart was meant to be broken that day
You got a lot of love to live
So why dont you
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
And when you free your mind
You will leave your past behind
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me

Freedom
Butterflies are free
To sail the breeze
To wonder up in the sky.
To float around
With natures sound
To live, and float and then die.
Flowers are free
Along with the trees
To grow upon our Earth.
With their beauties to be seen
To fulfill Mans dreams
That is their greatest worth.
Birds are free
Like the fish in the sea
To sail upon mighty waves.
To sing their song
To swim their quests
I wish I could, as I pray.
Man Isn't free
Though He wish He could be
To grasp life by the hand.
To reach for the Stars
And not knowing, “Too Far! ”
But sadly, Man is but Man.

I Never Had Time To Explain Myself
there were stones thrown
on the water and so there were ripples
like the pain
the pain goes on and on
like circles spreading beyond a certain point
of my tolerance
my tongue forms some words like hammers
to hit the nails right on their faces
to break the monotony of destruction
without rivets no dovetails but
the story has become like a code of the samurai
to you, and you swing your head like arms
in disbelief how can all these be true he is not like this
and you become like a bone in my throat and i like
to remove every obstruction one by one
but i do not have the pleasure of keeping you
my hands inside my pocket are mine alone
the pebble inside it is warm and smooth
my treasure and like my conscience i keep it
inside my heart. I keep seeing ripples and then
i do not mind how many stones how far they spread.
i owe no one and no one owes me
i am an island and i wish there are no boats docked on my shore
any time, somewhere, any more.

A Fish Bone In Your Throat...
now as a final episode
of this learning
you must learn to remove
a fish bone in
your throat and repeat after me
'everything is fiction! '
slowly
and with one stroke of your
learned hand
take away the fish bone
burn it
it is what is rightly
termed as
fictional
cremation
you must believe
that someone just died and
that happily
he was buried pursuant to
his last wish
as written in his
last will and
testament.......

If My Life Were a Fairytale
I wish my life were a fairytale,
wher there's a big house,
with a loving family,
and best of all
Prince Charming who I love
And live happily ever after with.
: If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have a perfect,
loveing family.
That spends quality
time with eachother,
Free from negativity.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect body.
Tall, skinny, perfect skin,
hair and teeth.
Free from fighting with that
girl looking back at me in the mirror.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect friends,
with the perfect families,
and sharre so many
good memories with.
Free from all the drama.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have a big house,
that was spotless,
wish so much to do.
Free from dirtyness.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have all the money
in the worl, where I could
buy anything in the world.
Free from the worry of debt.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect man,
who'd I'd call my prince charming,
who is loving and caring.
Free from feeling lonely.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect life,
that everyone would wish for.
Free from judging.
But my life's not a fairytale,
It will never be.
Life is ful of challenges,
and obstacles that you have to fight
throught everyday.
Life is not a fairytale,
It never is.
If only the Cinderella Story
were true.
