If My Life Were a Fairytale
I wish my life were a fairytale,
wher there's a big house,
with a loving family,
and best of all
Prince Charming who I love
And live happily ever after with.
: If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have a perfect,
loveing family.
That spends quality
time with eachother,
Free from negativity.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect body.
Tall, skinny, perfect skin,
hair and teeth.
Free from fighting with that
girl looking back at me in the mirror.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect friends,
with the perfect families,
and sharre so many
good memories with.
Free from all the drama.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have a big house,
that was spotless,
wish so much to do.
Free from dirtyness.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have all the money
in the worl, where I could
buy anything in the world.
Free from the worry of debt.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect man,
who'd I'd call my prince charming,
who is loving and caring.
Free from feeling lonely.
If my life were a fairytale,
I'd have the perfect life,
that everyone would wish for.
Free from judging.
But my life's not a fairytale,
It will never be.
Life is ful of challenges,
and obstacles that you have to fight
throught everyday.
Life is not a fairytale,
It never is.
If only the Cinderella Story
were true.

Fairytale
Fairytale.
My life was just a fairytale.
I was letting an illusion
Come into this heart of mine.
Fairytale.
Searchin for a fairytale,
Hiding in a world
Where life was simple all the time.
I was just like peter pan in never never land,
Afraid of what the future might be.
Afraid to face the things I couldnt understand.
Afraid of things that I couldnt see.
But fantasy,
I know theres more to life than a fantasy.
Theres so much more that my life was meant to be.
So much more than make-believe.
Fairytale.
It seems just like fairytale.
But theres something in my heart
That says this time the storys real.
Fairytale.
Extraordinary tale.
Of a king who offers love
So far beyond what I can feel.
Theres a world out there that human eyes can never see,
But its just within the reach of the heart.
Two princes wages the battle for eternity,
But the victor has been known from the start.
Now I can see
The truth can seem so much like a fantasy,
But make-believe was never as real to me,
I know this time the storys true.
Just like sleeping beauty in a neverland,
I was dying under a spell,
But then a prince who comes from the foreverland
Awakened me from my fairytale.

Foolish Dreams
Little girls dream,
foolish dreams,
dreams that come,
from fairytales.
Motion pictures,
of Cinderella,
play upon their innocence.
Little girls dream,
of meeting,
their Prince Charming.
They dream of,
fairytale weddings,
and happily ever after.
Fairytale dreams,
of never ending happiness,
for some will never exist,
for life isn't a fairytale.
Fairytales don't tell,
of how you can love someone,
with all your heart,
and they don't love you back.
Fairytales don't tell,
of those who have,
committed suicide,
over lost love.
Fairytales don't tell,
how sometimes,
the ones who are supposed to love you,
take their fists and hit you.
Fairytales don't tell,
how sometimes,
the ones who are supposed to love you,
emotionally abuse you,
scarring your soul.
Life isn't a fairytale.

No Fairytale...
This is not a fairytale,
Let me allow you into my mind,
Where dreams and nightmares are possible,
Where fragtments of scattered dreams live,
And the story of my life is told,
Shards of broken dreams cut me deep,
Slicing through the bullshit of life,
For all that we have become,
Is nought but decievers of truth,
For this is not a fairytale,
And I am not a storyteller...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Magic In The Skies
It was like a fairytale ending.
Walking down the street
my feet were bare
my hair flung back
my finger shaking.
Like a fairytale ending.
Clouds filled my head
my head was filled with clouds.
I carried on walking.
Happiness is my only desire,
Happiness is my only need.
Like a fairytale ending.
I named her Cinderella
magic flew from her silhouette
we built castles in the sun
this tale was our oyster
everything we passed was enchanted.
Like a fairytale ending.
Nobody could stop us,
walking down the street.
The wind dont blow
The rain dont fall.
Only sun shines
on the fluffy clouds.
Like a fairytale ending.

Perfectly Broken
A Cinderella story is what I've been dreaming of,
like an angel a prince will come and save me from my burdened world,
we all know the stories by heart and a fairytale always has a happy ending,
so why does reality have to be different you ask? ,
because a perfect world will never be exciting,
there will never be any sudden movements or surprises.
when you get your first kiss it wont feel as special,
just going through the motions.
I don't live in a perfect world but I am perfectly broken in pieces,
and one day a man will come into my life stronger than me,
and with enough will to mend us both. I cant wait till that day!

Incomplete Fairytale
My cinderella story is going wrong all over again
magic words are fake or was the spell incorrect
b'coz everything seems to be taking twist and turn without any gain..
i'm loosing my prince all over again.
Maybe HAPPY ENDING is not mentioned in my fairytale
tears are falling endlessly, heart is breaking aimlessly, i am
shakened breathlessly.i'm loosing my prince all over again.
Maybe hes's not meant to be my prince charming who would take me far away, b'coz he wont break my heart with a ray
or is it meant to be an INCOMPLETE FAIRYTALE..

A Sorta Fairytale
on my way up north
up on the ventura
i pulled back the hood
and i was talking to you
and i knew then it would be
a life long thing
but i didn't know that we
we could break a silver lining
and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you
things you said that day
up on the 101
the girl had come undone
i tried to downplay it
with a bet about us
you said that-
you'd take it
as long as i could
i could not erase it
and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you
and i ride along side
and i rode along side
you then
and i rode along side
till you lost me there
in the open road
and i rode along side
till the honey spread
itself so thin
for me to break your bread
for me to take your word
i had to steal it
and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you
i could pick back up
whenever i feel
down new mexico way
something about
the open road
i knew that he was
looking for some indian blood and
find a little in you find a little
in me we may be
on this road but
we're just
impostors
in this country you know
so we go along and we said
we'd fake it
feel better with
oliver stone
till i
almost smacked him -
seemed right that night and
i don't know what
takes hold
out there in the
desert cold
these guys think they must
try and just get over on us
and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this
day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you
and i was ridin' by
ridin' along side
for a while till you lost me
and i was ridin' by
ridin' along till you lost me
till you lost
me in
the rear
view
you lost me
i said
way up north i took my day
all in all was a pretty nice
day and i put the hood
right back where
you could taste heaven
perfectly
feel out the summer breeze
didn't know when we'd be back
and i

Fairytale
Now my friend it's time for you
To break the spell
Your heart was torn in two
And somebody revealed the wall...
Now we stand together
Our fight is to be free
We never will surrender
We ride across the fields
Now it's time to break the silence
And the truth shall be revealed
Take the question mark from your head...
Let the fairytale be real
Let the fairytale be real!

Letter To A Friend
I'm alive and you're alive
And don't we both deserve to be happy?
We realize we're not the same
So no one here should take the blame,
It's o.k. to walk away and live to love another day,
This is not a fairytale
This is life
And sometimes life fails
Thought I'd let you know
Just before you go
It's alright
Make your brand new start
But keep me in your heart and you'll be fine
That's reality
As water flows beneath the bridge
We're learning how to forgive,
As milk spreads out across the floor
We both agree it's not worth fighting for
Nothings perfect except for God
and a California sunset,
So we're not perfect it doesn't mean we're bad
There's a place in the sun for everyone
You've just got to find it
Good luck with yours
I have to go and find mine

Fairytales
In fairytales
Everything seems so easy
The prince always has so much courage
And the princess always knows what to do
In fairytales,
The guy always gets the girl
And there's always a happy ending
In fairytales,
The pain only lasts for so long
Sometimes there no pain at all
But my life isn't a fairytale
Nothing is ever easy
My prince won't always have courage
And I almost never know what to do
Because my life isn't a fairytale
The guy won't always get me
The pain could last forever
And I might not get a happy ending
But as long as you're here for me,
There will always be a reason to smile.

(Purpose Poem) Can You Smell The Roses Now?
Oh can you smell the roses now.
Its just after sunset in a fairytale.
Dreams have been bent and molded.
Everything must fit and have its perfect little place.
For theirs no escape.
Trapped within.
A world full of sin.
It's our punishment in the form vengeance.
Redemption is out of our grasp.
So again I must laugh at the simple things
That make this life quaint.
Oh can you smells roses now?
Its just after sunset in a fairytale.
If the rain falls is that what we want?
The rules are ours.
Like children were still trying grasp the concept.
Every day thing changes,
But still at the root they are the same.
Some ambition, with some premonitions
and we build it,
like we always had the need.
Its not greed that we lust.
It a simple got to do something.
It's hard question to answer.
Why were we put here?
Is their something we must sacrifice?
Is their we must learn or teach?
Is their mark we must leave?
Fortune and fame backed by so many names.
Oh can you smell the rose now?
Just after sunset in another fairy tale.

Fairytale
(written by tony arata)
I love cinderella
cause every time that it ends
Somebody gets a fella
Time and again
And the moral of the story is
For everyone theres a love that fits
But it was all
Nothing but a fairytale
Never comin true
It was all
Nothing but a fairytale
Until I found you
And the one about the rainbow
Every time its told
Some lucky old so and so
Gets a promised pot of gold
Its some reward for all our time
Something sweet at the end of the line
All of the same stories
All of the same words
All of them told to me
In a way Ive never heard
By you

Happily Never After
In the beginning it feels like a fairytale
You believe there will be a happily ever after
Your Prince Charming you have finally found
And you are the beautiful Cinderella
Your hopes arise as high as the skies
Your dreams dominate your thoughts
'Mrs Prince Charming' scribbled over your mind
And nobody can tell you that 'He's wrong'
But soon you come to realise
That Prince Chraming is just what he is
He's nothing but a fictional character
Who only appears in dreams
He will never be a reality
He will never sweep you off your feet
You will meet many people who you believe are him
But somewhere you will see,
That Prince Charming is only for storybooks
He's sweet poision for little girls
I refuse to search all my life
For a man who dosen't exist in this world

Perfect Part 2
I don’t need perfect cloth
I don’t need perfect hair
What I need is a confidence
I don’t need perfect score
I don’t need perfect job
What I need is a support
I don’t need perfect word
I don’t need perfect dream
What I need is a chance
I don’t need perfect agreement
I don’t need perfect control
What I need is a solution
I don’t need perfect holiday
I don’t need perfect memories
What I need is a peace of mind
I don’t need perfect home
I don’t need perfect family
What I need is a comfort
I don’t need perfect love
I don’t need perfect life
What I need is an understanding

A fairytale life
I am no Cinderella
And I have no knight and shining amour
Nor am I sleeping beauty,
Whose prince woke her with a kiss.
I am simply the girl,
Whose foot the glass slipper did not fit.
The Rapunzel whose hair the prince could not reach.
The mermaid who did not get kissed before sunset on that fatal third day.
My story doesn’t end with a ‘happy ever after’
I’m no princess and my life is no fairytale.
But who needs fairytales
When everything I have, is all I will ever need.

No Fairytale
I am not living in a fairytale
Not all dreams are breathless
Not all hopes are endless
I am not living in reality
Every tear is endless
And everything is breathless
So Cinderella call Snow White
Say listen up girl
I feel like something isn't right
Ask Prince Charming where is Belle
She's sitting all alone
She didn't know she'd fall until she fell
Sleep Beauty where are you
You toss and turn in bed
You walk around reality while candy dreams fill you head
Reality is not a fairytale
Come back down to earth
Come back down now
I do not forget the way you looked at me
I do not regret putting my trust in you
Not everyone knows who you are
Not everyone knows who I am
But I
I would do it all again
Run away from lies and cheats
Happiness cannot be bought
And yet it can be beat
Work all day and work all night
Throw weariness aside
Not to see without my sight
Endless tears fulfill this fight
But I
I don't abide

Your Perfect Little Girl...
Your perfect little girl dropped a grade on her report card.
Your perfect little girl yelled at you last night.
Your perfect little girl painted her nails black.
Your perfect little girl lied to you all her life.
Your perfect little girl cries herself to sleep.
Your perfect little girl slits her wrists till she bleeds.
Your perfect little girl hates you.
Your perfect little girl hates herself.
Your perfect little girl has given up on life.
Your perfect little girl had a tantrum today.
Your perfect little girl has her head in the toilet after dinner.
Your perfect little girl wants to run away.
Your perfect little girl hasn't let you dry her tears.
Your perfect little girl disobeyed you.
Your perfect little girl hates the world.
Your perfect little girl is hated by the world.
Your perfect little girl is very unhappy.
Your perfect little girl tried to commit suicide.
Your perfect little girl became a disgrace.
Your perfect little girl keeps alot of secrets.
Your perfect little girl deals with everything on her own
Your perfect little girl had to grow up too fast.
Your perfect little girl is on the edge of breakdown.
Your perfect little girl just isn't so perfect anymore.

Avondale
If you're gonna rip my heart out
Could you use a knife that's dull
And rust in color
Once I die
There will be no way that you can cover
That scar. It's hard, I know.
And if I get a little blood on, you
Finally the world will know you're guilty
Know you're wrong
Of taking everything you're gotten from me
No heart. It's hard, I know.
Mighty King of Avondale
I just can't let this go
Real life ain't no fairytale
I just thought you should know
And when you're finished with the surgery, I
Really hope that you will turn to me, and
Tell me all about the fun you had
When you were cuttin up
You were cuttin up
Living like a fairytale
The Mighty King of Avondale
It all went to his head, this royalty
I stuck a knife into his back
Inventiveness is what I lack
He's always hanging up on loyalty
