The Curse....

as you must have observed,
she speaks, in tatters, disconnected
but transparent, and
transcendent, having that grip of
psychic possession,
witnessing what passed
and what shall come

have you read about such words
as awe, horror and pity?
and the helplessness that follows
next,
those frightened sing and
always will be unable to understand
her,
she goes backstage,
with the fall comprehension of
what's there waiting

her own murder.

Observed With Comprehension

With failure wished upon others,
Comes failure granted for all.

To support the success for one,
All doing it will witness the benefits.

And this is not assumed,
By those who have already...
Observed with comprehension,
Both sides of this as it exists!

And this is not assumed,
By those who have already...
Observed with comprehension,
Both sides of this as it exists!

But those proceeding with their own needs wished,
Forget one tree has many branches...
And if many leaves begin to fall from it,
Those believing they will not be affected...
Will find they too have no tree to cling to.
As the tree will remind what is left behind,
Is that which nourishes all to benefit.

And this is not assumed,
By those who have already...
Observed with comprehension,
Both sides of this as it exists!

One slice of pie,
Can not be tasted...
If the oneness of it is not baked.
And many will never come to see,
How the greeding to feed only their needs connect...
To affect and flourish their own nourishment expected.

About Cassandra...

'She evokes the same awe, horror and pity
as do schizophrenics', an observer has noted,
'who often combine deep, true insight
with utter helplessness,
and who retreat into madness.'

facing the stones that
rise into figures of her own horror
she goes outside
and asks for the help of
someone who must believe her
there is no one
and that is the main agony
of her days
turning instantly into nights.

Seeking To Uncover Hidden Meanings

If more people read words actually written,
Less time would be spent by them...
Seeking to uncover hidden meanings,
Or trying to find a way to define the mind...
Of the writer.

Or...
Make attempts to read between the lines,
When there is a lack of comprehension...
Of the lines already there that appear.

But like most folks,
Who obtain their knowledge from gossip...
A title to them given speaks,
More than their reading of words.

The Words That I Have Not Written

for the words i have not written
i accept i have been a coward
the moment these words become transparent
in my mind, i always tell them gently
i have not the strength to write you
you have become subjects beyond
my power and please understand
the consequences of having to write
all of you: waiting to be printed and read

like the Sphinx and its riddle before
Oedipus, if i were to write all of you
i may be able to save a kingdom in distress

but please understand what happens to me next
for like Oedipus i may be compelled to pluck my eyes out
from my face
and i may roam the earth begging for forgiveness
throughout my life
because i have been blind by fate for all those years

writing you is honesty
and it is this honesty that may at the end kill me
and so
i am very sorry

Knife

Slit and
Slither knife
Penetrate in phallic push
To perforate the pulse of tissues in the flesh
Slice a vein to drain the unsuspecting victim
E’er they bleed and plea
Their scream
Of death

You Ain't Got It Like a Psychic

You can't tell me what I'm thinking...
Until I tell you what that is!

Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

You can run around and tell folks,
What you think my business is!

But,
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

You can sneak across the floor.
And put your ear to the door.
Tell my neighbors and friends,
What I do and who for!
But,
Uh-uh,
You ain't got it like a psychic.

It's too bad your lips don't seal.
You need to hush 'em.
You need to keep them closed.

It's so sad you have a mind that reveals...
It's gonna crack!
It's ripe for that.
Waiting to set you back with a heart attack.

It's too bad your lips don't seal.
You need to hush 'em.
You need to keep them closed.

It's so sad you have a mind that reveals...
It's gonna crack!
It's ripe for that.

You can run around and tell folks,
What you think my business is!

Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

You may not like it.
My name ain't Mike,
And I'm 'bout to take a hike!

Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

If you were a psychic,
You would know where you can bite it!

Bite this!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Bite this!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Bite this!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.

If you were a psychic,
You would know where you can bite it!

A Soilder’s Anguish

A SOILDER’S ANGUISH

In a flash a flashback
The transmission of images forgotten
Images that halted time
And tamed a lion

The gory of lost sons
His eyes swells
Like that of a widowed woman
The egos of men

With or without consideration
Those who decided the fate of others
The horror of a haunted night
The cry of departing brothers

Brothers turned enemies overnight
Over the change of interest
The trauma of witnessing a murder
Murder of one’s beloved

War is but a super volcano
That can destroys the unrecoverable

Waiting For The Bell To Ring

Astley/west
Do you believe it what the papers say?
Theyre driving me insane they push me over my limit
Do you believe it they catch me every time?
It ought to be a crime. wo, the things they say
There ought to be a reason for turning black to white
Sometimes get the feeling that its done to spite
They dont need a reason to turn your world around
(chorus)
Im waiting for the bell to ring
I want the children to sing
And Im waiting for the bad man to fall
Im just about done with it all
Do you believe it, when politicians talk
And make, make the people walk into the fire
Do, you concede, is there no reprieve
From their power game, I know theres someone to blame
We ought to be forgiven for taking in their words
They dont even write them now is that absurd
They dont need a reason to tear your world apart
(repeat chorus)
And Im just about done with it all
With it all
And Im waiting, you know Im waiting
For the angels to sing for the freedom it brings
For the bad man to fall
When the children call, I want the angels to sing
And Im just about done with it all
And Im waiting for the bell to ring
I want the children to sing
And Im waiting for the bad man to fall
Im done with it all
(repeat chorus)

Addictive Personalities

All that 'is'
Will change.
All that 'has'
Will not.

And you expect,
Something from yesterday to be repeated?
Children who can not read,
Are passed along from grade to grade.
Without any comprehension at all being done.
There are folks hired in executive positions,
Because of their looks.
There are few women chefs who cook in restaurants.
And I have never seen a fireman direct traffic!
Have you?

'You make absolutely no sense.'

And neither do you.
All I asked if you will loan me another $10,
Like you did yesterday.
I will pay you back!

And you expect,
Something from yesterday to be repeated?
Children who can not read,
Are passed along from grade to grade.
Without any comprehension at all being done.
There are folks hired in executive positions,
Because of their looks.
There are...

'I get the picture! '

I don't think you do.
I don't think you will.
We both have addictive personalities.

Premeditation

Oh blade you'll warm tonight!
Awash in crimson-purple flows,
Your sheen will dull with aching flesh:
Palpating anatomic mounds
Caressing, dancing, writhing round
Your metal form-
Whetted ‘gainst a lonely bone,
Then to probe the pounding, begging heart.

And all the while the prey will howl
Before they crumple; greet the mud-
A taut and unbelieving jowl
Will open out for giving blood-
A vent from down below,
Once a brutal show
Of metal in the man.

Kingdom Come

See the white light
The light within
Be your own disciple
Fan the sparks of will
For all of us waiting
Our kingdom has come

Rays of power shinning
Rays of magic fall
On the golden voice that speaks within us all
For all of us waiting
Your kingdom will come

Kingdom Come

Feel the white light
The light within
Yea it burns a fire that drives a man to win
For all of us waiting
Your kingdom will come

Kingdom Come

Words of power
Calling to us all
Holding us together while other kingdoms fall
No longer waiting
Our kingdom has come

Kingdom Come

Kingdom comming
Another kingdom falls
The rightful are waiting
But all are not rightful
Wait and receive the weight of the fall

Kingdom Come

Dire Wolf

In the timbers to fennario, the wolves are running round,
The winter was so hard and cold, froze ten feet neath the ground.
Dont murder me, I beg of you, dont murder me. please, dont murder me.
I sat down to my supper, twas a bottle of red whisky,
I said my prayers and went to bed, thats the last they saw of me.
Dont murder me, I beg of you, dont murder me. please, dont murder me.
When I awoke, the dire wolf, six hundred pounds of sin,
Was grinning at my window, all I said was come on in.
Dont murder me, I beg of you, dont murder me. please, dont murder me.
The wolf came in, I got my cards, we sat down for a game.
I cut my deck to the queen of spades, but the cards were all the same.
Dont murder me, I beg of you, dont murder me. please, dont murder me.
In the backwash of fennario, the black and bloody mire,
The dire wolf collects his dues, while the boys sing round the fire.
Dont murder me, I beg of you, dont murder me. please, dont murder me.
No, no, no dont murder me. I beg of you,
Dont murder me. please, dont murder me.

The Anonymous....

when i look at you for
a long time
i feel pity for you

somehow you do not
deserve this
i am at a loss of words
i want to tell you
everything

you are always silent
and i like you for that

and then i look at myself
a very long searching gaze
and there is anger there

somehow i must have done
you
injustice, and the pity expands
like an oil pollution spilling to the
ocean

many innocent birds suffer
and waddle in
the helplessness of their
situation

i want to be away from you
to pull you out from me
but that is impossible because

you are myself

you are in me
and i am in you

we are one and somehow
we are beginning to be a dichotomy of
two words

it is not the either or of the
situation
it is the immersion of an
impossibility of
a separation

i am you and
you are i,

no one has ever escaped on this
phenomenon
not even in the syntax of
our human grammar
our way of using words as
forms of liberation

or escape the way they tell us
that you and i
can be free in some unknown

or undiscovered formulation

i look at you with pity
and you look at me with anger

the two blend together
in the inevitable acceptance of who we
really are

we are one
in two mouths

our hands remain
a pair of
helpless parts

two people are talking
within
this one soul one body

A Reluctance To Comprehend Basic Concepts

To express ignorance these days,
Is not suggested...
For someone equipped with common sense,
And accessible intelligence.
The kind expressed and understood.

Anyone focused on speaking above one's head,
Has already shown a reluctance to comprehend...
Basic concepts.
And that is revealed the moment their mouths open,
With the first word spoken to impress.

And the words that follow next,
Are remarkably more hollow.
With nothing to digest from the emptiness.
And disconnected is the mind from the lips.
As observed by anyone's eyes consciously witnessing this.

To express ignorance these days,
Is not suggested...
For someone equipped with common sense,
And accessible intelligence.
The kind expressed and understood.

But then again...
To do this and not offend.
And be able to fit in without attracting attention,
Is a gift that comes with unlimited potential!
And one that is given with blessings,
That amazingly goes unnoticed!

Unwritten Words

There is so many things I need to say,
There is this unwritten words that I can not understand,
Who is this girl who had become the girl she is not,
What is this unwritten words say,
How do I know if this was meant to be,
How can I understand something that wasn’t meant to be read,
Unwritten words that shall not say,
Unwritten words that shall not be read,
What is this,
What am I doing,
Why can’t I just read the unwritten words that are meant to be said by me,
Why am I out of place,
What does it mean,
Why am I confused about this unwritten words,
These words that can not be read,
These feelings can not be controlled,
Please tell me what this unwritten words say.
