Pretending To See The Future
Avoiding this is like avoiding a plague
We cant understand the advances we made
Weve tried to resist but its so hard to say no
Were pretending to see what the future will hold
We appear to be in control of our fate
Just like soldiers believe theyre in control of a war
But its moving so fast we cannot see what weve done
Were losing our eyes just to say that weve won
My minds made up, my heart is broke

This neglect is final its a stage we must

Shattering the Quiet
For freedom she awoke
And for freedom she broke
Her spell of silence and spoke.
And when freedom never came
She wiped her tears and rose again.
Many times she almost broke,

In The Midst Of This
There seems to be a duality switch,
As an evolution progresses.
Leaving all that lives...
In the midst of this as if part of a quiz!
Everything upon the Earth is going through a change.
And people are conflicted,
As to what will remain untouched.
And what will stay to become restricted.
Fast on a pace is the past phasing out.
With understandings being rearranged...
While minds thought to be conscious,
Are being tossed about.
Those unaccepting of what is going on today...
Find themselves with no defense,
To control or comprehend...
The totality of disarray.
There seems to be a duality switch,

I’m not concerned about your religion
Matters not if you’re Christian, Muslim or a Jew
How you chose to worship God is your decision
Fighting over whose god is best is of no value
Be you Hindu, Buddhist or a Jain
Consider;
Belief in God resides within the human soul
A cloud does not choose upon whose head it rains
Where the sun decides to shine is out of our control
We must forevermore set fear and misdeeds aside
Lay down our fearsome weapons on the ground
