Al-Aqsa is in DANGER!
The mosque in our dear country Palestine
The mosque that is pumping in our hearts
The mosque that should belong to all Muslims
The mosque that is slowly falling apart
Where the Zionists have stepped in
With their dirty hands and shoes
They have touched our holy mosque’s walls
The Zionists including the Jews
They are digging tunnels under our mosque
Hoping the Al-Aqsa mosque to collapse one day
They are hoping to build their own Jewish temple as a replacement
That they won’t even let the Muslims enter their mosque and pray
the Jews and the Zionists have stepped in our Holy Mosque
Doing what they please
Purposely stepping in with their dirty shoes
And forcing our Muslim brothers and sisters to leave
How can we stay silent?
And our silence is the cause
Of all of the destruction happening in our holy mosque
Caused by our enemies’ filthy jaws
Al Aqsa mosque belongs to all Muslims
Not just the Palestinians alone
This mosque is our life
This mosque is our home
The Jews and the Zionists have stepped in
Where the prophet (peace be upon him) and his followers once stayed
Our enemies are standing in our mosque with their unclean bodies
On top of the grounds where our beloved ones once prayed!
The Arabs’ silence MUST end
Where we can finally pray in our mosque and here the prophet’s beautiful, echoing sound
And we shall say “No, you Zionists and Jews. THIS IS OUR MOSQUE! ”
“AND YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO STEP A FOOT ON ITS GROUND! ”

Mosque
A place of worship
Where muslims bow down before
Their Maker with utter devotion
Irrespective of race, cast and colour.
Mosque is the symbol of their unity,
The unity which distinguishes them from others.
Mosque is the citadel of Islam,
It is the symbol of its glory,
Mosque removes the distance
Between God and muslims.

Arabian Questions That Must Be Asked
They say that the mosque is being built
To promote American/ Arab ties
But you know that’s all a lie.
If you want to heal the American wound
Move it away- it’s much too soon.
You are adding insult to injury
That is something I can not see.
You say that the burning of the koran
Is disrespectful to the Arab world.
Well! How do you think that America feels
When our rights you are trying to steal.
We have the right to protect something
That is sacred to us.
So in your decision we’ll put GODS trust.
We must both ask ourselves some questions
Before you make that decision.
How can the Arab nations build a mosque
In the area of devastation?
What if Americans did something to your
Mosque in retaliation?
Or is it that you want the u.s. citizens to retaliate
So you can say that it is fate?
What is it that you have planned
That you’re determined to take this stand?
Are you going to build the mosque
To blow it up yourselves and blame the u.s.
To get support from other Arab nations?
These are questions that we must ask
Before you start on that task.
“GOD” no matter what he may be called
Is in us one and all.
Let us all stand up for one another
Let us really become sister and brother.
Let us stand up to hunger, poverty, and hate
Let us stand up before it’s too late.
Let us stand up for 9/11
So that all the world can see
That this will live throughout history.
Build your mosque if you must
But let us keep the memory
Of where the twin towers used to be.
Put your mosque far enough away
Where Americans can go to pray
And honor the ones who died that day.

Ch 04 On The Advantages Of Silence Story 13
A man used to shout superfluous calls to prayers in the mosque of Sinjar and in a voice which displeased all who heard it. The owner of the mosque, who was a just and virtuous amir, not desirous to give him pain, said: ‘My good fellow, in this mosque there are old muezzins’ to each of whom I pay five dinars monthly but to thee I shall give ten, if thou wilt go to another place.’ The man agreed and went away. Some time afterwards however, he returned to the amir and said: ‘My lord, thou hast injured me by turning me away for ten dinars from this place because where I next went they offered me twenty dinars to go to another locality but I refused.’ The amir smiled and said: ‘By no means accept them because will give thee even fifty dinars.’
No one can scrape the mud from gravel with an axe
As thy discordant shouting scrapes the heart.
In My Soul
In
my soul
there is a temple, a shrine, a mosque, a church
where I kneel.
Prayer should bring us to an altar where no walls or names exist.
Is there not a region of love where the sovereignty is
illumined nothing,
where ecstasy gets poured into itself
and becomes
lost,
where the wing is fully alive
but has no mind or
body?
In
my soul
there is a temple, a shrine, a mosque,
a church
that dissolve, that
dissolve in
God.

Jerusalem
The holy land of children of Israel
Has been staining with the blood
Of innocent people for such along time!
The Jews, the Christians and the Muslims
Should live in peace and harmony
Side by side on the much disputed land
Since it’s holy to all of them.
The mosque of the prophets
Should be extended
With a view to make space
For all the three adherents of faith.
I know it’s a small piece of land
But we can solve the problem
By building skyscrapers.
O Jerusalem can’t you see
Your children are fighting against each other?
Please pray to God to end the conflict

Does the imam have a legal right to build the mosque at Ground Zero? The answer is yes. But is it the right thing to do? The answer is no. And most Americans, and most moderate Muslims, join with me in that call.

We taught them to pray, they got to the Mosque before us
I love you when you bow in your mosque, kneel in your temple, pray in your church. For you and I are sons of one religion, and it is the spirit.

The Muslims have, as everyone else says, the right to practice their religion and they have the right to construct a mosque at ground zero if they wish. What I am saying, though, is that they should listen to public opinion, they should listen to the deep wounds and anguish that this is causing to so many good people.

A Dream of Innocence
(A dream I dreamt when I was only four years old)
Hardly was I old years four,
Went through an experience unforgettable.
It was the month of monsoon winds,
In the clear sunny morn I went out of the village,
And beheld the sun rising in the west,
Beyond the yonder peaks of the hills,
In the same place where it descends.
Fear gripped my mind and I ran to the mosque,
Lest the Door of Penitence should be closed.
I ran and ran through the streets shouting,
“O! People come! Come to the mosques!
The Doom is encroaching, beg apology of the sins,
Lest the Door of Deliverance be shut.”
No sooner did I find myself in front of the door
Than I found the mosque running,
With moderate speed, as the train leaves the station.
I ran and ran with the petty steps
Beside the walls, with increasing rapidity,
But ever the door remained out of the reach,
Then the mosques went afar; I began to gasp behind,
On the hot ground with bare feet.

Light your lamp first at home and afterwards at the mosque.
He who wants to kill a dog says that he has urinated against the mosque.
Moon
I'm playing, I‘m climbing
I'm singing, I'm gossiping
I‘m dancing, I‘m dying
She is so close to me
My relation with her
Not new,
She is loved by all
Such a nice face she has
Ever young, ever youth
I loved her from my child hood
When I used to ask with my Granny
"Why she is always moving with me
Wherever I go, she goes with me? "
"She is a friend of yours.".
Now I'm not a Baby
That kid hid in me
Somewhere and lost
I can't disclose to thee//
Once in my dream
Where there is a mosque
Near to my home, just right of it
If looked from my home/
She hung along with the rubies
In a glass like cage
Above the ground
Like a laden tree
I threw a stone
It broke the cage
Rubies scattered all round
Near the door of the mosque
She vertically climbed and went
Where she supposed to be
I picked up a red ruby
I was happy...
When I woke up
Searched the Stone...
Nothing was there except
Haunted memories
Now I'm asking a question
Whether I loved her or not?
Or it means something
Unknown to me.....
O Moon! O Mirror!
How can I see my face in thy face///.
