Al-Aqsa is in DANGER!

The mosque in our dear country Palestine
The mosque that is pumping in our hearts
The mosque that should belong to all Muslims
The mosque that is slowly falling apart
Where the Zionists have stepped in
With their dirty hands and shoes
They have touched our holy mosque’s walls
The Zionists including the Jews
They are digging tunnels under our mosque
Hoping the Al-Aqsa mosque to collapse one day
They are hoping to build their own Jewish temple as a replacement
That they won’t even let the Muslims enter their mosque and pray
the Jews and the Zionists have stepped in our Holy Mosque
Doing what they please
Purposely stepping in with their dirty shoes
And forcing our Muslim brothers and sisters to leave
How can we stay silent?
And our silence is the cause
Of all of the destruction happening in our holy mosque
Caused by our enemies’ filthy jaws
Al Aqsa mosque belongs to all Muslims
Not just the Palestinians alone
This mosque is our life
This mosque is our home
The Jews and the Zionists have stepped in
Where the prophet (peace be upon him) and his followers once stayed
Our enemies are standing in our mosque with their unclean bodies
On top of the grounds where our beloved ones once prayed!
The Arabs’ silence MUST end
Where we can finally pray in our mosque and here the prophet’s beautiful, echoing sound
And we shall say “No, you Zionists and Jews. THIS IS OUR MOSQUE! ”
“AND YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO STEP A FOOT ON ITS GROUND! ”

Arabian Questions That Must Be Asked

They say that the mosque is being built
To promote American/ Arab ties
But you know that’s all a lie.
If you want to heal the American wound
Move it away- it’s much too soon.

You are adding insult to injury
That is something I can not see.
You say that the burning of the koran
Is disrespectful to the Arab world.

Well! How do you think that America feels
When our rights you are trying to steal.
We have the right to protect something
That is sacred to us.
So in your decision we’ll put GODS trust.

We must both ask ourselves some questions
Before you make that decision.

How can the Arab nations build a mosque
In the area of devastation?
What if Americans did something to your
Mosque in retaliation?

Or is it that you want the u.s. citizens to retaliate
So you can say that it is fate?
What is it that you have planned
That you’re determined to take this stand?

Are you going to build the mosque
To blow it up yourselves and blame the u.s.
To get support from other Arab nations?
These are questions that we must ask
Before you start on that task.
“GOD” no matter what he may be called
Is in us one and all.
Let us all stand up for one another
Let us really become sister and brother.
Let us stand up to hunger, poverty, and hate
Let us stand up before it’s too late.
Let us stand up for 9/11
So that all the world can see
That this will live throughout history.

Build your mosque if you must
But let us keep the memory
Of where the twin towers used to be.

Put your mosque far enough away
Where Americans can go to pray
And honor the ones who died that day.

Mosque

A place of worship
Where muslims bow down before
Their Maker with utter devotion
Irrespective of race, cast and colour.
Mosque is the symbol of their unity,
The unity which distinguishes them from others.
Mosque is the citadel of Islam,
It is the symbol of its glory,
Mosque removes the distance
Between God and muslims.

How Do I Pray?

Pray, pray
How do I pray?
Usually at the
end of my day.

Pray, pray
For what do I pray?
I pray for peace
in everyone's day.

Pray, pray
To whom do I pray?
To my soul giver
that's not far away.

Pray, pray
Why do I pray?
For if there's a heaven
maybe someday

The praying was worth it
and then I'll know
where those that don't pray
will have to stay.
And pray and pray
and pray all day.

Visit From God

God came to me today...
He showed me how to pray...
In Heavenly words spoken on this day--
He blessed my way-he blessed my way;

He came unto my heart and soul...
And altered my aims and my goals...
Taught me how to truly live---
Taught me compassion and how to forgive;

His words are so very wise...
They are as shining rays from Heavens skies...
He taught me to love and not to despise...!
He wiped the tears from my eyes;

God came to me today...
And now i will always pray...
His words i continually replay--
He blessed my way-he blessed my way;

Sometimes I Pray

Sometimes I pray before I sleep;
Sometimes I pray, the lord; my soul to keep,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray in the morning;
Sometimes I pray for those in mourning,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray for rain;
Sometimes I pray for nomore pain,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray before i eat;
Sometimes I pray for good bread and meat,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray, my baby; that you'll stay;
But only sometimes for these things do I pray,
For I talk to my Lord everyday...

Pray To God In Heart's Need

do you teach your children to pray?
children taught to pray often pray by rote?
rote prayer often lacks heart motivation

children who pray to God in heart's need
pray with integrity love sincerity expectations
such children remember to turn to God in need

why do so many adults have difficulty
in praying to God during testing times of need?
why do so many adults not know how to pray?

Ch 04 On The Advantages Of Silence Story 13

A man used to shout superfluous calls to prayers in the mosque of Sinjar and in a voice which displeased all who heard it. The owner of the mosque, who was a just and virtuous amir, not desirous to give him pain, said: ‘My good fellow, in this mosque there are old muezzins’ to each of whom I pay five dinars monthly but to thee I shall give ten, if thou wilt go to another place.’ The man agreed and went away. Some time afterwards however, he returned to the amir and said: ‘My lord, thou hast injured me by turning me away for ten dinars from this place because where I next went they offered me twenty dinars to go to another locality but I refused.’ The amir smiled and said: ‘By no means accept them because will give thee even fifty dinars.’

No one can scrape the mud from gravel with an axe
As thy discordant shouting scrapes the heart.

Pray

I pray for your safety my love
Pray your dreams be fulfilled
Pray for help from God above
Pray a shattered world rebuild

Pray with me, that all are fed
Pray our Lord God will listen
Pray we see what lay ahead
Pray our mortal souls be risen

Pray for all who now do suffer
Pray for respite from their pain
Pray empathy provides a buffer
Pray for those few gone insane

Believe sincere prayers always work
Believe prayer lights where Satan lurks

What's Donne is Donne

As militant Mullahs mutter and pray

And plan their Mosque near ground Zero

Protesters march and people say:

“This isn't right! They'll have to go.”

But let's demur and make no noise

No tears, no threats, no signs approve.

It would profane our civic faith

To tell the Mullah he must move.

The Towers’ fall brought harm and fear

Men reckon what that did and meant;

But building a “cultural Center” near

Though demonized, is innocent.

Dull couch potatoes of the Right

Those ditto heads who can't admit

Tolerance, cause it doth reprove

Those thoughts that have them in a snit.

But we, my love, are so refined

that we ourselves don't care one whit.

Let them build it, come what may

But build a brothel next to it.

Two buildings place there, cheek to cheek:

the Mosque and “Annie’s House of Pain”.

One dealing with things spiritual,

The other deals with things profane.

In both, salvation is for sale

It seems to me a perfect fit.

For do not both invoke God's name?

-and both, I fear, use whips a bit.

students at the Madrasah may

hear the cries of Joy next door

on her mattress, hard at play

While they use prayer mats on the floor.

.

Will they too prove as tolerant?

Live and let live, for now- they say

When they enforce Sharia law,

The folks next door will learn to pray.

Evening Prayer

NOT to the terrible God, avenging, bright,
Whose altars struck their roots in flame and blood,
Not to the jealous God, whose merciless might
The infamy of unclean years withstood;
But to the God who lit the evening star,
Who taught the flower to blossom in delight,
Who taught His world what love and worship are
We pray, we two, to-night.

To no vast Presence too immense to love,
To no enthronèd King too great to care,
To no strange Spirit human needs above
We bring our little, intimate, heart-warm prayer;
But to the God who is a Father too,
The Father who loved and gave His only Son
We pray across the cradle, I and you,
For ours, our little one!

In My Soul

In
my soul
there is a temple, a shrine, a mosque, a church
where I kneel.

Prayer should bring us to an altar where no walls or names exist.

Is there not a region of love where the sovereignty is
illumined nothing,

where ecstasy gets poured into itself
and becomes
lost,

where the wing is fully alive
but has no mind or
body?

In
my soul
there is a temple, a shrine, a mosque,
a church

that dissolve, that
dissolve in

God.

How to Pray?

Pray incessantly;
Pray most fervently;
Pray with all your heart;
God will do His part!

Pray most sensibly;
Pray most effectively;
Pray deep from your heart;
Pray as if an art!

Pray for prolonged time;
Pray in any clime;
Pray by singing rhymes;
God’s answers chime!

Pray in holy place;
Pray with heav’nly gaze;
Pray for human race;
Pray in many ways.

Let prayers rise up high;
Let prayers pierce the sky;
Let prayers touch God’s heart,
As blessings divine start!

Gunface

Gonna go downtown
Gonna get my gun
Gonna dress real sharp
Gonna beat my drum
I ain't gonna lie

Gonna walk so slow
Gonna talk just right
And my diamond ring
Gonna shine so bright
I ain't gonna lie

I've got a debt to repay
I ain't gonna cry
I put a gun in your face
You'll pay with your life

And I got my ears
And I got my eyes
And I got my narks
And my alibis
I won't waste your time

You made one false move
You made one mistake
When the juice is squeezed
That's the way it breaks
You'll pay for your crime

Your tongue lickin' way out of place
I'll rip it out
I'll stick a gun in your face
You'll pay with your life

I taught her everything I taught her how to dream
I taught her everything
I'm gonna teach her how to scream
I taught her all she knows
I taught her how to lie
I taught her everything
I'm gonna teach her how to cry

And you cause me hurt
And you cause me pain
And you turned the tap
On my burning rage
And I can't put it out

Gonna leave no sign
Gonna leave no trace
Gonna leave this town
In a state of grace
Give me the power

I got a debt to repay
I ain't gonna lie
I put a gun in your face
You'll pay for the crime

I taught her everything
I taught her how to speak
I taught her all she knows
I taught her how to eat
I half invented her
And now she acts so chic
I taught her everything
But now she's obselete

I taught her everything
How to read and write
I taught her all she knows
She was a neophyte
I taught her everything
I loved to watch her grow
I taught her everything
And now I want to see her go

I taught her everything
I got a debt to repay
I ain't gonna cry
I'll put a gun in your face
You're playing with your life

I taught her everything
I taught her how to cheat
I taught her all she knows
She was so indiscreet
I taught her everything
I taught her how to lie
I taught her everything
I'm gonna teach her how to cry

Taught To Fear And Suffer

Taught not born,
To hate.
Taught not born,
To fear.
Taught not born,
To discriminate.
And taught not born,
To jeer.

Taught not born,
To give.
Taught not born,
To take.
Taught not born to be of benefit to others.
But many bigots interfere...
With an infliction of their insecurities,
That smother one another.

Some are taught they are better than most human beings.
With a stunting of their own growth,
In isolated dreams.

And then their are those who confront others,
With obvious legitimate needs.
Ultimately to suffer from these misdeeds.

Taught not born,
To hate.
Taught not born,
To fear.
Taught not born,
To discriminate.
And taught not born,
To jeer.

Taught to greed selfishly!
Taught to deceive and steal like thieves!
And taught to cheat to succeed...
No matter who does the suffering and bleeds.

Taught to fear and suffer.
As a right,
To incite and ignite...
Fear.
As a right,
To incite and ignite...
Suffering,
Inflicted.
As a right to incite and ignite,
Fear!

Taught to fear and suffer.
As a right,
To incite and ignite...
Fear.
As a right,
To incite and ignite...
Suffering,
Inflicted.
As a right to incite and ignite,
Fear!
