You're Thinking of Me
How can I stay in your mind,
And drench myself with longing?
How can I do this,
When it seems of late...
You have no time for me.
I remember when I could barely finish,
A completed sentence.
And there you were,
Sighing.
Anticipating my next breath.
And now your absence leads me to believe,
You have found someone else to pest.
'Pest?
PEST?
I 'know' you did not say that? '
Ahhh...
The fresh air!
Isn't it sweet?
'Pest?
Did you say I was a pest? '
Have you notice the quietness,
Just before dawn?
And when the Sun makes its appearance,
There is such welcomed activity.
Don't you agree?
'You called me a pest?
Is that what you think of me? '
You're thinking of 'me'.
And that's all that matters.

Coco
Beautiful coco all the hues in between…
The sun shows off your beauty…
Your smiles makes it flow…
It is you that I am respected to know…
Coco…not yet sifted…
Still smooth and mellow…
(damn so blessed)
Not yet at your best…test, test, test….
Me…pest, pest, pest…
Sweet coco smooth and mellow…
I desire to be your fellow…
Can…I fill your courage and fortitude bag…?
Is my spirit high enough…?
AM I MAN…enough…?
To handle you…that inner woman…
SELF, woman, lady, and queen…
Can…I…?
Beautiful coco and all the hues in between…
The sun shows off your beauty…
AM…I…CAN…I…?

When Am I Going To Rest
When am I going to rest?
When I'm going to fetch water
You are on my back
When I'm going to fetch firewood
You are on my back
Oh! When am I going to rest?
When am I going to rest?
When I want to rest
You are on my breast
Suckling like a calf
Yet you have little sharpened teeth
I can even scream if you bite my breast.
All you know is to wee wee, eat and cry
Without giving me time to rest
To my breast
You are the pest
Applying pepper might be a pest control
But still I will not rest
Because there is much to do for you
Perhaps death will be my rest.

If someone cheats you, get your money back. If someone slanders you, call him to account. If someone makes a promise, see that it is kept If you have to be a pest, then be one, and be proud of it.

Am told a limerick should have Anna Pest.
First of all let me say I have searched East and West
and found that no one sane
can go by that name
Who she is and what she does - is anybody's guess.

Passive pain
To say not ‘no’ when you want to
And to say no when you want not to
Inflict on you a passive pain
That can kill you more than a pest.

There once was a poet of Ireland, a bore an' a pest...
If a dactyl’s reversed, it’s then called by the name ‘anapest’,
Used by Browning and Swinburne for horses and wolves in their haste;
Though Matt Arnold of Rugby found sadness could be to its taste,
It’s the writers of limericks use it – alas – to excess...

With Me You Belong
I want to know,
Just how you feel...
For me,
Deep inside my enclosing room of gloom!
Satisfy my emptiness!
Come and comfort me.
I'm through with tests that pest.
And draining requests to see my needs bleed.
You have the magic,
That puts a smile on my face.
You have to notice when it's 'on'.
What must I do...
To convince you it is with me,
You belong?

On Vacation
My family went on a vacation
I gave my father all the persuasion
Can I go and wander in the forest
To catch at least a tiny little pest
Very dangerous it is for you to go there
There will be a lion, tiger or a big black bear
He told me, to these things pay heed
But I thought these are things I don’t need
I went to the depth of the forest
But couldn’t catch a single pest
Thinking about things I shouldn’t care
A lion, tiger or a big black bear
I started going towards a cave
Suddenly a loud roar it gave
I thought this was a good part of my vacation
When suddenly I felt suffocation
I heard the loud roar again
I felt as if I was trapped in a monster’s den
The loud roar had really given me a scare
It could be a lion, tiger or a big black bear
First it’s my life I have to save
I quickly ran out of the cave
To these things I should pay heed
Go to that cave I won’t dare indeed

My Fat Cat
My cat is funny and she Loves days that are sunny
also loves to chase bunnies
She is fat and she wears a hat.
She is such a thief
She stole all my sweets.
Though my cat hides under the mat when she's in trouble
She sleeps in my bed she makes a mess
So I have to weep all her mess
Even though she's such a pest
She is still my best sweet cat.
Herein lies our problem. If we level that much land to grow rice and whatever, then no other animal could live there except for some insect pest species. Which is very unfortunate.

If the banana pest doesn't die it will always reach at the ripe banana.
Be Common
A healthy shoot gets pest attack.
A tall tree gets snaps from wind.
A heavy bearing breaks the bough.
Be common to go unnoticed.

Smash You
Hangin' out on the avenue
Looking for something to do
Didn't know when we first met
That you would be such a pest
Didn't go callin' on the phone
I don't need your dial tone
You been treatin' me so bad
You're the best girl that I ever had, so
Oh, oh, oh, oh, baby
Go, go, go, go, honey
Oh don't you know
You make me wanna smash you
Fighting on the avenue
I knocked some sense into you
Oh I know it's not enough
You think you're so damn tough
All this talk about suicide
Too many pills
Too many lies
Oh baby
You're no good you see
One, one, one get away from me
Oh, oh, oh, oh, baby
Go, go, go, go, honey
Oh don't you know
You make me wanna smash you
Oh, oh, oh, oh, baby
Go, go, go, go, honey
Oh don't you know
You make me wanna smash you
Ah, go!
Fighting on the avenue
You make me wanna smash you
You make me wanna smash you
Oh!
Hanging out on the avenue
Lookin' for something to do
He didn't know when we first met
That you would be such a pest
I picked up the phone it rings
Baby make me wanna smash your head
You been treatin' me so bad
You're the best girl I ever had, so
Oh, oh, oh, oh, baby
Go, go, go, go, honey
Oh don't you know
You make me wanna smash you
Oh, oh, oh, oh, baby
Go, go, go, go, honey
Oh don't you know
I know you know
You make me wanna smash you
Smash you
