Woeing' Themselves Along
I too could carry around a list of tragedies.
A long one.
But...
To prove what to who and why?
That I am familiar with suffering?
To prove what to who and why?
That I can endure more of it?
To prove what to who and why?
That I have become immuned...
Or that I am seeking to add to my list,
To enable me to point out my scars...
As if I did this to brag.
I don't drag my feet to shuffle through my past.
I am not seeking companionship,
Amongst the many observed...
'Woeing' themselves along.
I don't believe pain with me belongs!
Although I may tolerate the feeling of it.
It's there attached and in masquerade.
I am not in need to be reminded of agonies.

Uprooted To Be Uplifted To Reach
Uprooted to be uplifted to reach.
And to climb from valleys low,
Is much easier to do...
Without burdens on one's back,
To carry to dropp on new scenes...
Clear and unobstructed.
As if to do this would prove,
One has been blessed...
With a strengthened tolerance,
To endure the view...
One has been made to be convenienced,
Can not be appreciated...
Without being reminded of suffering.

With A Pity That You Want
With a pity that you want,
To prove it.
With a pity that you want.
And with a pity that you want,
To prove it.
With a pity that you want.
You weep too deep,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
To realize...
A pain you keep.
With a pity that you want,
To prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Other people who have less,
Do their best to not in public bleed.
But...
You're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Yes you're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
You weep too deep,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
And your wants are weak.
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Other people who have less,
Do their best to not in public bleed.
But...
You're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Yes you're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
You're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Yes you're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Other people who have less,
Do their best to not in public bleed.
Oh...
But you're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
Yes you're one of those,
With a pity that you want to prove it.
With a pity that you want.
With a pity that you want,
To prove it.
With a pity that you want.
And with a pity that you want,
To prove it.
With a pity that you want,
To show you're one of those...
With a pity that you want,
To show exposed.
With a pity that you want,
To be one of those!

Prove Your Love
Written by christine mcvie.
Ooh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, ooooooh...
I want to be, inside your heart
Thats place, the place for me
But I could understand, it wont be easy
Youve got to prove, prove your love to me
Youve got to prove, prove your love to me
Like I say it aint easy
To let your heart run wild
So if you want to please me baby
Then dont act like a child
But I can understand, it won t be easy
Youve got to prove, prove your love to me
Youve got to prove, prove your love to me
It doesnt matter if youre far away
Or right here by my side
Thats the way I feel about it
We cant let the whole thing slide...
So if you cant see me
Right where you are
They why dont you send for me baby
By the nearest star
It wont be easy, and youve got to prove
Youve got to prove, prove your love to me
Youve got to prove, prove your love to me
Ooooohhhh, oooooohh, ooooooh...

Already Had To Be Used
A quality achieve will not leave,
Because of how it is rated.
Or placed on a list.
Ratings and kept lists,
Does not prove one comprehends,
With either common sense or intelligence.
Some flavors that may or may not taste better,
Aren't given that opportunity...
Until folks get bored with familiarity.
To then welcome more variety and spice they do,
In their lives seeking something different...
That does not necessarily have to be good,
But chosen over something proven to be dependable.
And this is nothing new to those who have already had...
To be used,
Their fifteen minutes.

We Wait And We Wonder
We stand, hang our heads disbelieving
then not knowing how could such a thing be wrong
we wonder just what must they be thinking
to take a life of one so young
So tell me when will it be over now, how soon?
how far must they go, to prove to you?
We wait and we wonder how this happened
killing the old, the innocent, the young
while sons follow in fathers footsteps not understanding
that what they do could somehow be so wrong
So tell me when will tit be over now, how soon?
how far must they go, to prove to you?
So we will wait and we'll wonder
No regrets, no forgiveness, no compassion
these brave heroes only know to hit and run
slowly my sadness turns to rage and we wonder
how can these scars ever heal, when all is said and done
So tell me when will it be over now, how soon?
how many tears must fall to prove to you?
please tell me, when will it be over now, how soon?
and how far must they go, to prove to you?
So we wait and we wonder

Prove It All Night
Ive been working real hard, trying to get my hands clean,
Tonight well drive that dusty road from monroe to angeline,
To buy you a gold ring and pretty dress of blue,
Baby just one kiss will get these things for you,
A kiss to seal our fate tonight,
A kiss to prove it all night.
(chorus)
Prove it all night,
Girl theres nothing else that we can do,
Sp prove it all night, prove it all night,
And girl Ill prove it all night for you.
Everybodys got a hunger, a hunger they cant resist,
Theres so much that you want, you deserve much more than this,
But if dreams came true, oh, wouldnt that be nice,
But this aint no dream were living through tonight,
Girl, you want it, you take it, you pay the price.
(chorus)
Prove it all night, prove it all night girl and call the bluff,
Prove it all night, prove it all night and girl,
I prove it all night for your love.
Baby, tie your hair back in a long white bow,
Meet me in the fields out behind the dynamo,
You hear the voices telling you not to go,
They made their choices and theyll never know,
What it means to steal, to cheat, to lie,
What its like to live and die.
(chorus)
To prove it all night...

Just Too Brand New To Do A Stoop
Just too brand new to do a stoop.
To seek a lover.
Just too brand new to do a stoop.
To fulfill a need.
Just too brand new to do a stoop...
To be loved.
But wanting to be snuggled up,
In a cuddle meant for me.
I want somebody who can prove to me,
They could be my lover.
I want somebody who can prove,
They know what to do to me.
And...
I want somebody who can prove to me,
They could be my lover.
With a knowing that I'm not as bold...
As I may wish them to see.
I want somebody who can prove to me,
They could be my lover.
I want somebody who can prove,
They know what to do to me.
Just too brand new to do a stoop.
To seek a lover.
Just too brand new to do a stoop.
To fulfill a need.
Just too brand new to do a stoop.
To be seeking a lover.
Just too brand new to do a stoop.
To fulfill a need.

Prove that He is not God
Why should I prove that
I am nothing but a slave to Almighty?
First thou prove that the sky,
the planets,
the earth,
And the whole universe
do not belong to Him.
Prove that He is not the creator,
the cherisher,
the sustainer,
And I will prove that I am His slave.

Say, Say
Are you thinking what Im thinking
Every little moment
Every special word
Has so much meaning that Im feeling youre completing my world
But Ive tried to say this so long
But the words dont come when you love someone
Its just too hard to say
How do I say, say
Say this to you
How do I prove my love
(how can I prove my love)
How do I say this to you
How do I prove my love
How do I say, say
Oooh yeah

Valued And Precious
To prove one's might,
Does not have to be with weapons.
In fact...
The proving of one's ability to show,
A power that is most effective...
Can be done economically.
To bring people to their knees in agony.
And the use of weapons is done,
To prove to anyone...
An ability to destroy possessions kept,
That are deemed valued and precious!
And lives lived and the quality of them,
Fit as prioritized on that list.
This...
Is NOT rocket science.

However This Is Perceived
I am in no mood,
To prove I'm familiar with those same tired games.
I've graduated to another playground.
Consider it an upgrade.
Or...
At least a fading of immaturity.
However this is perceived,
Makes no difference to me.
Just scratch me off your list of playmates.
Take your time.
Or do that as quickly as you please.
Whether that is before or after,
You have digested from your prolonged recess.
Too long regressed...
In an outdated and overdone self repression.
Needing to be addressed.

We Wait & We Wonder
to the outsider it seems that we in britain live daily under the cloud of terrorism. that familiarity sometimes makes you think of it as almost normal, then suddenly something will happen...

We wonder just what they must be thinking
To take a life of one so young
So tell me when will it be over now, how soon?
How far must we go, to prove to you?

While sons follow in fathers footsteps not understanding
That what they do could somehow be so wrong
So tell me when will it be over now, how soon?
How far must we go, to prove to you?

No regrets, no forgiveness, no compasssion

You Seem to Have a Purpose in Life
What am I out to prove?
What would make you think,
I am out to prove something?
'Well...
You seem to have a purpose in life.'
And...?
'You seem to have a positive disposition.'
Oookkaayy. And..?
'Well...
You just seem to know where you are going.'
Hmmm...
And you can tell all of that,
By me just standing here waiting for a bus?
'Well,
You have that...
Prosperous demeanor.
You carry yourself like you sniff money all day.
And...
Well,
I was 'hoping' you were standing here,
And waiting for your bus...
With an extra ten bucks in your pocket.'
Are you part of this new job program,
The President is going to announce this Fall?
Huh?
Are you in training to be a tax collector?
Or a comedian?
Which one?
Both of those fields look promising for you.
People are seeking more ways to be entertained.
And you,
My friend...
Sold me on your presence alone,
Immediately.
But no!
If I carried around an extra of anything...
You and I would have never met.
Not at a bustop.
With my wishes it doesn't rain,
Before I get home.

Pitching Away Bales Of Daily Nonsense
My scars and wounds,
You will never see.
A pain to relive...
Is not for me.
And it is not that I heal quickly.
Sharing that process,
Is something I do not believe.
Why should I wear my heart on my sleeve?
To prove my life has not been struggle free.
My scars and wounds,
You will never see.
A pain to relive...
Is not for me.
There is no reason for you or me,
To validate something we both can agree...
No one familiar with digging out of ditches.
Or pitching away bales of daily nonsense,
Is going to be doing that without a bruise.

Under Hobbies And Interests
This could be a good idea for those competitive,
And considering as a device to separate themselves...
From those also seeking employment,
A doing of something that is guaranteed...
To get one attention and an interview for a job.
One should list under 'Hobbies and Interests'.
Of having to take isolation days,
For the purpose to relax and clear one's head.
That's right.
Isolation Days
Try it.
In nothing else...
This will prove to anyone reviewing a resume,
That the one applying for a position is loyal and dedicated.
And is flexible and can multi-task under pressure.
Without the use of a weapon sought to ease frustration.
Or frightening fellow employees with a demostration,
By coming into work one day looking totally crazed,
And armed.
Yes...
Under 'Hobbies and Interests',
List those isolation days you have experienced and taken.
Let them know who you are from the beginning,
To avoid them selecting someone who can dress to impress...
But suppresses a killer instinct.
Let them know you come in peace,
And can be expected to leave that way...
No matter who has been discovered to be incompetent.

Break It To Me Gently
Words and music: paul dean, mike reno
Face to face, I can see that look in your eye
But are you looking at me
Cause you know things arent what they seem to be
Does it matter to you
Or have you played that game before
I can feel you across the room
I wanna know just what it takes
Cause you know that Ive made some mistakes
Ive been down that rood before
Dont want to feel like a wolf when im
Banging on your door
So, break it to me gentiy all night long
Break it to me gently or prove me wrong
Take me to the point of no return, oh yeah
Break it to me gently all night long
All night long
So tell me if Im wrong
But wasnt it you that gave up
Without a fight, last night
So tell me if Im reading you right
Thats when I felt that there was something going on
And now I know what I wanna see
When you walk that way
Do you walk that way for me
Gotta know
Or are you just putting on a show
Cause youre everything I want
And a little bit more
Break it to me gently all night long
Break it to me gently or prove me wrong
Take me to the point of no return, oh yeah
Break it to me gently all night long
So break it baby
Here we go
Oh, oh, oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh, oh oh, oh oh
Oh, oh oh, oh oh
Break it to me gently all night long
Break it to me gently or prove me wrong
Take me to the point of no return, oh yeah
Break it to me gentry all night long
Break it to me gently all night long
Break it to me gently or prove me wrong
Take me to the point of no return, oh yeah
Break it to me gently all night long
All night

A free hand
I have alloweed free hand to friends
As they stand by and beautiful messages always send
What do they try to prove me as an individual?
It is real feeling and not casual
There is still something hidden in heart
I fear somethiung may happen at the start
Will they come on my way and obstruct?
Will they unnecessarily advise and instruct?
I am so much attached to their presence
I sometimes do miss their absence
Is it true feeling wth its essence?
They relieve my pain when I am so much tense
This is one aspect and rules the scene
I wish to continue and am very keen
But I have some other priorities too
They are equally inportant and true
I feel it may detract my steps
Their atachmenet may prove as trap
It will be hinderence to what I think
It may take me down and sink
I can’t allow them to cross my way
They should reasonably kept away
I have clear perception in mind
I may go positively for it to find
It may leave some bad remark
But I got to over come and embark
I will have to separate frienship and ship
I am the only person to sail or dip
It may prove hazardous or smooth
It may still speak the truth
This was purely my humble adventure
I had set it and seen the future
I may go down or sail through
Friends may try to rescue too
It will be still called a personal victory
I shall be able to raise the head without feeling sorry

Faith And Gratitude
In the midst of seeking joy,
Where is the search one makes...
To show and express faith and gratitude?
Many pleased with their lives,
Seem to be absent in the display of it.
Although complaining quite a bit is heard and done.
Everyone enjoys some attention when they get it.
Even if not admitted...
Statistics will prove that is why conflicts are commited.
In the midst of seeking joy,
Where is the search one makes...
To show and express faith and gratitude.
I am not too heavily traveled,
But there are days I wish I observed more people...
Determined with a purpose just to express this.

You are my opium
Is it a mystery to love you so,
Is it a myth that i cant forget you,
Is it a joke that i cry at times,
Is it a spell that im addicted
I search answers but reach none,
I search thought and reach some,
Its true, you are my opium
Did i forget to say bye,
Did i just shed a tear,
Did i just walk away,
Manhood and bravity,
Just to prove im a gentleman
Kiss me again and again
Just to prove you are my opium
I tell you i love you,
Just to prove im a gentleman,
You tell me i can go far,
Just to prove you are my opium
I tell you im sorry,
But you tell me otherwise
Just to prove you are my opium
Where are the stars,
Where is my old life,
You made me new,
You shuffled my life,
Just to prove you are my opium

Am I Evil or Am I Not
evil has came down to earth
haunting people that nows
right from wrong
am i the the one to cause this
if i did show me prof
Am i evil for believing what i do?
Am i evil for not agreeing with you?
Can't i be right and you wrong,
maybe your weak and im strong
you never now when
you walk out of place
saying i wish i could go back
and re-take
my steps but
i want to now if
i am evil or am i not
show me a sign
that i never forgot
and then i will
now from the day
i start
what i did to be
on the evil's list
the evil is planting
his plot
showing people
that may
never forgot
what should i say
to be off your list
and what i
did to be on it
your list
but i just want to
prove you that
your wrong
and i'm right
so what should i do
to be not evil
in my way
or not
