pure render soul response fo bitter trial
What one feels truth another terms deceit
can kil[l]ometer translate into [s]mile?
Time passes slow to some, to others fleet
flies, flees, to some seems modesty vain guile
Brass or fool's gold? Old chaff or golden wheat?
It's always difficult to reconcile
philosophies where time, place, fail to meet

Re...Motivations
Motivations vary, life's scheme stream
Advances under winds of time and tide
Unties response/reaction knots, fills dream,
Destined idea[l]s in harmony abide.
Empowerment and Destiny may seem
Contradictory, common sense defied,
Our free will's voice for choice may weave Way's theme,
Refuting seasons' treason reasoned ride.
Real zest within maintains truth's laser beam
In ways few dare decypher, spirit guide
Ever reflects reflections unforeseen -
Reel karmic? Knowledge? Matrix seek and hide?
All life's [s]pent s[t]age enacting causal link:
Seek cause/effect? I AM because YOU think...

Bitter End
Since were feeling so anesthetised
In our comfort zone
Reminds me of the second time
That I followed you home
Were running out of alibis
From the second of may
Reminds me of the summer time
On this winters day
See you at the bitter end
See you at the bitter end
Every step we take thats synchronized
Every broken bone
Reminds me of the second time
That I followed you home
You shower me with lullabies
As youre walking away
Reminds me that its killing time
On this fateful day
See you at the bitter end
See you at the bitter end
See you at the bitter end
See you at the bitter end
From the time we intercepted
Feels more like suicide...
See you at the bitter end

Bitter Truth
How can truth be bitter?
When it is told
It should be accepted
And treasured as gold
But when you are
On the other side of the truth,
It could become bitter
If you hate the truth
One thing about truth is
You can bank it,
And go to sleep
It becomes bitter
When you refuse it
It will make or mar you
Period, though you have
A choice in the matter
But, when you posses it
You walk tall
And fear no foe,
But when you don’t have it
You become a coward
And apologetic.

Wasted Breath Ceases
WASTED BREATH CEASES
Who seemed to smile
A little while
Showed promise now proved vain,
Time's heartless trial
Ends, closing file...
Dare others shoulder pain?
Blame seems servile,
Reaction's rile;
Exit well trodden lane
As life's exile
To worm from wile,
Hear now... what moral gain?
Can mortal bile
E'er reconcile
A life of strife when wane
Sinks fast, stills guile,
Expels time's dial,
Split seconds, death's disdain.

Unbroken
Fallen to pieces (I am undone)
The things you said the (manipulation)
I trusted you like a fool while you made all the rules
So you searched me out
And you took me down
-TO BE UNBROKEN, WHAT WOULD THAT BE
IF WORDS THAT WERE SPOKEN HAD NOT SHATTERED ME
IF I WAS UNBROKEN, I'D NEVER KNOW
THE BEAUTY OF HOPE AND HOW FAR GRACE WILL GO
TO BE UNBROKEN, TO BE UNBROKEN-
The things you found (to use against me)
Have lost their sound (where mercy and truth meet)
I fell to the Father's feet, His words washed all over me
And all the scars you made
Watch them fade away
[refrain]
I've tasted bitter, tasted sweet
Embraced the victory and some defeat
I've tasted bitter, tasted sweet
I've found the beauty in the place they meet
[refrain]

How Often?
How often may one meet
‘antidisestablishmentarianism’
in a poem, complete?
How many rant, defeat
harmony spewing sackcloth and ash aneurism,
heart-break volcanoes tie_rant cheat!
Is contemporary muse's seat
based more upon unchannelled antagonism's
compensatory self-deceit
than prose which flows slow to beat fleet
Time’s tempo and bigotry’s authoritarianism
monosyllabic feet?
Soul-song symphony seeks beat
juxtaposing sound sense's synchronism
with sounds' sensitivity sweet.

Time And Love
Time flies. The swift hours hurry by
And speed us on to untried ways;
New seasons ripen, perish, die,
And yet love stays.
The old, old love – like sweet at first,
At last like bitter wine –
I know not if it blest or curst,
Thy life and mine.
Time flies. In vain our prayers, our tears,
We cannot tempt him to delays;
Down to the past he bears the years,
And yet love stays.
Through changing task and varying dream
We hear the same refrain,
As one can hear a plaintive theme
Run through each strain.
Time flies. He steals out pulsing youth,
He robs us of our care-free days,
He takes away our trust and truth,
And yet love stays.
O Time! take love! When love is vain,
When all its best joys die –
When only its regrets remain –
Let love, too, fly.

Dark Meat Of Darkness
Discover a land so shadowed with darkness,
It spreads like dark flowers around the land.
The reality is bitter, falling away like silver has dropped
Into a chasm to be rebuilt as gold.
Retrieve this gold, when the goats of meat
Are cooked above a burning fire,
And then the gold can be filling the meat
So that it is worth more to eat.
To eat the gold, you must defeat
Shadows of the land, and the goats
Of meat have clung to the land then,
And after this you have paid for the good.

aLL AbOuT FaThEr
Tough from the out, soft inside,
With him begins life's ride.
A friend in enemy's disguise,
Will he ever take a son's side?
Answers concealed behind bitter questions,
His words often seem potent than his action.
He fails everytime a son succeeds, one feels,
Only to realize the truth as time flees.
Pa, Dad, Abbu, and the names son's keep,
When he's gone he makes a son's soul weep.

Difficult as friend
I cared not to understand
She was proving difficult as friend
Did I need to change my trend?
I was pushed to very far end
What was so difficult to get at her?
Why all the time it rode over head and bothered?
I am not in position to answer all
She looks at me in suspicion and considers at as downfall
Time is fast running out and may not come again
The dark clouds are hovering over head and may rain
What can I expect from this unasserted stage?
How long I have to pull on and manage?
One day I will be assured of and consented
That love will be appreciated and not resented
He may agree to walk for an extra mile
I shall accept it as fate meanwhile
You have come to me by choice
It was purely on good promise
I was impatient to hear her voice
Now finally she is with me to feel vary nice
There was no ignorance
But not much was given as importance
We were very clear in our stance
You were to be accepted at once

Strangers But Strangers And Strangers
strangers but strangers and strangers
life goes on truth goes gos on humanity goes on
meaning goes on time goes on rain goes on storms go on
animals kingdom s go on in the forest of Darwin
strangers but strangers and strangers
images go on in the line of alternative realities
images are close relationship with human existence
strangers but strangers and strangers
facts are not strange but language is strange
strangers but strangers and strangers
Someone Somewhere In Summertime
Stay, Im burning slow
With me in the rain, walking in the soft rain
Calling out my name
See me burning slow
Brilliant days, wake up on brilliant days
Shadows of brilliant ways will change all the time
Memories, burning gold memories
Gold of day memories change me in these times
Somewhere there is some place, that one million eyes cant see
And somewhere there is someone, who can see what I can see
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Moments burn, slow burning golden nights
Once more see city lights, holding candles to the flame
Brilliant days, wake up on brilliant days
Shadows of brilliant ways will change me all the time
Somewhere there is some place, that one million eyes cant see
And somewhere there is someone, who can see what I can see
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Someone, somewhere in summertime
Someone, somewhere in summertime

We Live, Borrow, Die
We mooch from Time which holds our souls in fee,
Each second stretches short, few make ends meet,
Lies most greet with more lies, man's span spins fleet
In wayward venture, tenure scans Fate's see.
Voice for choice can't stall Eternity,
End sighted, bold goals slighted, none Chance cheat,
Born just to fizzle, phut, bust, worm in wheat,
Our die's cry's fast cast on life's heedless sea.
Responses weak in sect some seek, fear free,
Reviving karma some rewards seek sweet,
On some hearts falls fell drawbridge, self-deceit
Where cause, effect are twisted out of key.

Echoes ignores, core's terminus: - vain t[r]ip.

Deceit They Perceive Is Hidden
I have never believed,
I was always right.
Or believed my opinions expressed,
Were the best.
No! An operating done on fumes of ego,
Is such a waste of reality.
And seeking excuses to make for my actions,
Is too exhausting for my peace of mind.
And there are more offended,
By the appearance of truth.
Than they are disrespecting someone,
With a deceit they perceive is hidden from others.
And the concealing of truth is difficult to do,
For anyone keeping it with them to introduce.
Since a truth introduced is not to be disputed.
It is what it is to defeat deceit each and every time.

The Bitter End
there's no doubt in my mind when it's over
what is done will be
you will find when life gets colder there's no sympathy
there's no point trying you can't escape the bitter end
well who will greet you when you're at the bitter end
all your choices chosen you've got no say
your decisions made
face your consequences as your life begins to fade
as time keeps spinning closer to the bitter end
well who will greet you when you're at the bitter end
take a look at yourself as time keeps racing
is all you've come to be
what you expected or are you still chasing possibilities
cause all your prayers won't save you from the bitter end
well who will greet you when you're at the bitter end

Man In The Middle
Rewrite of Michael Jackson's Man In The Mirror
Girl, I'm about to make a change
Through loving you in this life
It don't feel so good
But I know I gotta do it
I gotta try to make a difference
I gotta make this love affair right
As I turn up the collar on this tattered old Winter coat
This rumor about you I just heard is blowin' my mind
They're all talkin' it up in the streets
About how out of your most personal
You let other guys eat
How could I have been so blind
Trying so desperatly to pretend not to see
Your greedy needs
A lover's disregard
A broken heart shattered even more
By your too low cut tube top
Long ago now I realize
Lost the mate of my soul
Led each other on
'Cause we nowhere else to go
That's why now, babe, I just gotta let you know
I'm done being the man in the middle
I'm through asking you to change your ways
Don't know how I can make this final message any clearer
Girl, once you made my world
A better place
Now all your loves me with is a bitter taste
Took a look at myself
Fed up with you
Now I'm gonna make a change
Took a look at myself
So very unhappy
Solo in love with you
Now I gotta, just gotta make this change
(Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na, Nah, yeah)
Too long I've been a victim of your selfish love
It's way past time I became a man and realized
That with you I can no longer share my heart, bed or home
So much better for me, babe
Living now on my own
Alone
A flower you are
Deeply flawed
Broke my heart
Washed out my dream
Ooh babe, I gotta follow the pattern of the wind now, you see
Cause with you is not a good place to be
That's why I'm telling you to leave me
Leave me alone!
I'm done being the man in the middle (Ooh)
I'm through asking you to change your ways (Ooh)
Don't know how I can make this final message any clearer
Girl, once you made my world
A better place
Now all your loves me with is a bitter taste
Took a look at myself
Fed up with you
Now I'm gonna make a change
Took a look at myself
So very unhappy
Solo in love with you
Now I gotta, just gotta make this change
(Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na, Nah, yeah)
I'm done being the man in the middle (Ooh, Ooh)
I'm through asking you to change your ways (Ooh, Ooh)
Don't know how I can make this final message any clearer
Girl, once you made my world
A better place
Now all your love leaves me with is a bitter taste
Took a look at myself
Fed up with you
Now I'm gonna make a change
Took a look at myself
So very unhappy
Solo in love with you
Now I gotta, just gotta make this change
(Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na, Nah, yeah)
I'm done being the man in the middle
(Man in the middle-Oh yeah!)
Girl, I'm through asking you to change your ways
(You know you'll never change!)
Don't know how I can make this final message any clearer
Girl, once you made my world
A better place
Now all your love leaves me with a bitter taste
Took a look at myself
Fed up with you
Now I'm gonna make a change
(This time I'm gonna get it right, so over wasting my time)
(Cause when you closed your heart)
You shattered mine....shattered mine!
Oh girl, when you closed your heart
You left me with no choice but to quit being
That man, that man, that man, that man
Ooh, that man in the middle
(Man in the middle, oh yeah!)
That man, that man, that man
Girl, I'm so done asking you to change your ways
(Girl, we both know you're never gonna change!)
We both know I can no longer be.....that man
Don't know how to make this final message any clearer
Girl, you used to make my world a better place
Now all your love leaves me with is a bad taste
Took a look at myself
Fed up with you
Now I'm gonna make a change
Took a look at myself
So very unhappy
Solo in love with you
Now I'm gonna make a change
Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na Nah
(Oh yeah!)
For you
Not gonna feel so good now!
For me
It's gonna be better now!
Yeah yeah! Yeah yeah!
Yeah yeah!
Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na Nah
Na Nah
(Oooh...)
Oh no, no, no
I'm gonna make a change
It's gonna feel real good!
I know!
Rock on!
(Change....)
Girl, you can just go....yourself
You ho
I'm putting a stop to it
Just go.....yourself
(Yeah! I'm making a change!)
I'm gonna make that change today!
Hoo!
(Man in the middle)
Girl, you did this to yourself
Lover
Hoo!
(Yeah! I'm gonna make a change!)
You know-I've just got to quit being
That man, that man
(Man in the middle)
I've got to
I've got to move on!
Move on! Move on!
I've got to....
Stand up! Stand up!
Stand up and be a man now!
(Yeah-make that change)
Girl, you can just go.....yourself now
(Man in the middle)
Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!
Aaow!
(Yeah-I'm gonna make that change
Gonna make that change and move....on!
(Man in the middle)
Girl, you better believe it!
Better believe it!
You better believe it!
You better believe....
(Change...)
Girl, I'm gonna make that change!

An Irish Mile
In my dream I walk in the times gone by
On the western edge of a heartbreak shore
Where sleep’s dark fears are howling ‘round
In the bitter bitter dark of a cold wet world
Near the edge of a cliff there’s an angry
crowd with hungry faces crowding around
’fear in their eyes when they hear the drum
In the bitter bitter dark of a cold wet world
The troops come on with bayonets fixed
Pushing the people to the mountain’s lip
A cry goes out as the first goes down
in the bitter bitter dark of a cold wet world
The troops move off in single file.
The Empire grows by an Irish mile.
A voice cries out from the rocks below in
the bitter bitter dark of a cold wet world
In my dream I walk in the times gone by
As close to the edge as my fears allow
in the air there's a prayer for pity and revenge
In the bitter bitter dark of a cold wet world

Bitter Man
Bitter man
Feels very angry inside
That he wants to scream
Bitter man
Feels hurt
Bitter man
Hates to be put down
Bitter man
Doesn't know how to stop
The jealousy that other people feel about him
Bitter man
Doesn't have a peace of mind
Because the other people doesn't have respect for him
And he does have respect for other people

Feet Dont Fail Me Now
Cant you see, she dont want you around no more
Cant you see, that her hands pointing at the door
Feet dont fail me now
How could anyone stay
Anyone could see its time to go away
Time to take a powder
Open up your eyes
But it feels like my legs have been paralyzed
Feet dont fail me now
Begging please dont make a fool of me
Feet dont fail me now
Please dont keep me where I should not be
Feet dont fail me now
Stop pretending that youve gone to sleep
Feet dont fail me now
Begging please dont make a fool of me
See your things piled in the hall
Turn around, theres a new picture on the wall
Feet dont fail me now
Were the last ones to know
Anyone could see its time for us to go
Time to hit the highway
Nothing left to do
But it feels like my shoes have been crazy glued

Dangers Pass
Dangers pass and collapse for the entry,
Going to them is like golden influence.
The level of pride attained by some men
Is loathed, and their arrogance is set.
Let the dangerous men be helpful to themselves,
Their thinking and emotions are so solid
As the solidity of rocks and strong materials,
But this talking of the strengths and weaknesses
Will weigh on you until the bitter end.
