Stalin

Stalin was a lovely guy,
He let 42 million people die.
In case you wonder why,
He said it was 'just a statistic'.

I'm one in a million

I’m one in a million
Of people who claims to be
But no one knows me
One in a million
Of people who are writing
But no one is willing to read

I’m one in a million
Of people who has serious
Entertaining issues
But no one is interested in them
One in a million
Of people who sings
But no one recognize me

I’m one in a million
Of people who voice out clearly
But no one is listening to me
One in a million
Of people who are renaissance
But no one sees it

I’m one in a million
Of people who are searched and looked for
But no one finds me
Because I’M ONE IN A MILLION

Another statistic

i Don't wanna be another statistic
some girl who has no money
who steals to help and support
a girl who has nothing
or no one anymore

i dont wanna be another statistic
some suicidal teen
who has nothing left to live for
and nothing to believe

i dont wanna be another statistic
someone who gets in trouble
for nothing and everything
someone with bad grades
who has no chance of graduating

i dont wanna be another statistic
a girl who doesnt go to college
and one who doesnt graduate
or has a college degree
to be a young girl, a slum in the streets

i dont wanna be another statistic
another girl locked up
who doesnt have a famiy
cause they cant keep thenselves straight

i dont wanna be another statistic
a girl who just wanted fun
didnt use protection
didnt think the consequences
pregnant without a father
no money or support

i dont wanna be a statistic
a girl without a dream
crushed by other people
cause they didnt think it could ever be
now shes living on the streets
begging people for money

i dont wanna be another statistic
a girl so well behaved
so sweet
with everything going for her
left alone one night
trauma turned her around
now shes gone
i dont wanna end up dead, poor, pregnant or even a dropp out.
i dont wanna get in trouble, locked up, or homeless
i'll be me
i wont let anyone change who i am

A Sad Story

How was one a travesty
And genocide but another
Statistic daily

Who was here first
Man or Earth or
God

And if the farm
Be for the people
Why do we rush and wish
Other people gone

In today's statistic daily
Another million gone

Or is it because the earth
Has to ventilate

No excuses made

If i had to choose
Between my farm and my son
The farm is surely gone

If i had to choose
Between my son and my God
Surely the son be gone

But thankfully
There is no choice
To be made today

But travesty and statistics
Still have their way

Happy Fourth of July America!

Wanna' know how many lil' kids
Go to bed hungry in the U.SA
Each night?

If I said "over a million"
Would you sleep any
less sound tonight?

And how many of you
Would agree with me
That being a kid can be rough?

Well…over six million American kids
Get either very little food…each day
Or simply not enough.

Feelin' uncomfortable yet? I hope so! ! !
Think about it, when you're chowin' down
This bountiful 4th of July

Foreign aid paid in one year to 150 countries
Including some enemies, is 58 billion, more or less
All paid by you and I

Our roads and bridges need 2.2 trillion dollars
To be repaired and fixed
And brought up to a safe state

And all the while America crumbles
We've spent more than a trillion (not including Libya)
If futile wars in Afghanistan and Iraq… to date

And one other lil' statistic That I carped about before
on the 4th of July a couple years ago
In a little noticed, seemingly inconsequential poem

Has grown to 6440 American boys killed in action
I hate this statistic! ! It's cruel and sadistic! !
And By God… they should have been kept home! ! !

These are numbers and statistics
Too great for comprehension… by
Ordinary people like you and I

But I hope there's someone out there
That I've made a little bit more aware
And… to my complacent, naïve fellow Americans

A bountiful, happy Fourth of July

(To our leaders)

Posthuman

Shes got eyes like zapruder
And a mouth like heroin
She wants me to be
Perfect like kennedy
This isnt god, this isnt god
God is just a statistic,
God is just a statistic
Say,
Show me the dead stars,
All of them sing.
This is a riot
Religious and clean
God is a number you cannot count to
You are posthuman and hardwired
Shes pilgrim and pagan
Softworn and so-cial
In all of her dreams
Shes a saint like jackie-o
This isnt god, this isnt god
God is just a statistic,
God is just a statistic
Say,
Show me the dead stars,
All of them sing.
This is a riot
Religious and clean
Coma white:
All that glitters is cold, all that glitters is cold

The Pursuit Of Happiness

A million of Places
A million of people
A million traffic jams

All of these things
That lead to you
Holding onto my hand

I could kiss you
I could hold you anytime
You make me smile so wide

I can't believe i've met you
A million times i've cried
Of happiness

There is a place
On hearts motherland
Where a people
Die in bantu stands
Manchild at eight
Will face guns of hate
Womanchilds fate
Is life second rate
Just because theyre dark n lovely

They do a dance
Called mbaqana jive
Rainbow people
Dancin to stay alive
After hours
Party hand in hand
After shebeen
Terror strikes again
Just because theyre dark n lovely

Just because theyre dark n lovely
Dark n lovely
The whole planets watchin
And the sun God is watchin, too
Hey there botha
Yes, we are watcin you
Spirits can do
Jah will stop this reign
Watch our world turn
To help those in pain
Just because theyre dark n lovely

Hard Up Case

You told me once I was your pride and joy
I guess those days are dead and gone
You must have took me for some golden boy
You didnt know what you were taking on
It was a hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
Now all the angles have been played in threes
There isnt much that I can say
I know you gave your little heart to me
I guess I threw the thing away
It was a hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
Sometimes the truth is kind of hard to find
But dont you worry I can read your mind
And you dont have to tell me to my face
You put some other joker in my place
They dealt us houses full with the queens and kings
And now theyre calling out our bluff
cause you and me girl we had everything
But it just wasnt quite enough
Now thats a hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
You say the truth is gonna set me free
Like you might throw a dog a bone
I know youre thinking that the jokes on me
Just take a look at what you re dragging home --
Another hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case
It was a hard up case
Just another hard up case

Well, I - all cases to me have interest. Every case is important to somebody, the people litigating that case. But the most difficult case for me is the case where one person says a, the other person says b, and you just don't know for certain who is not telling you the truth.

Lovely, Lovely

Lovely lovely,
colored in black,
Lovely lovely,
On its way back,
Lovely lovely,
Finding its snack,
Lovely lovely;
With its pack,
The lovely lovely,
The irony of its name,
The fear it puts,
Is but nothing to its looks,
Lovely lovely,
Colored in black......

I'm trying to communicate here. I'm a communicator, I like to communicate, and if a million people buy it then we've touched a million people, if only 10 people buy it, then we've only touched 10, and that's important, because I'm satisfied with only 10. But, I love a million.
