Dwell upon things that can so please the mind,
That quell all duress, and combat all stress.
And as the dark clouds disperse, you then will find,
Such gentle peace ascend, and the senses mend.
In a world that delivers so many hard constraints,
Pulling us all apart, and trying to outsmart.
It's hard to strive to be as perfect as the Saints,
The pressures are vast, and our sky's overcast.
Why is it that in these days and this new age,
We suffer from tension, without comprehension,
Struggling as though, we're held tight inside a cage,
Hoping for a measure, of quiet mental leisure
Time rushes along, how swiftly now it flies,
Travelling at speed, yet we do not proceed.

And realise that if we don't, we're going to drop!
We are not machines that can go on forever,
We may be bright, and OK we may be clever.
But what use is that if we no longer function,
When we have gone and reached the final junction,
There's one way left and that is up to you,
Look after yourself, and to yourself be true.
Be happy, be cheerful, be relaxed and calm,
Do nothing that is too quick to cause alarm
Your body and brain, you must keep steady and sure,
And you will undoubtedly live, to one hundred and four!

The Power Of Being Patient
On the energy flowing through these veins, with ink and a quill I have a soul to steal, writing for the cause, writing just because I can. Many wounds it can mend. Seal away the evil locked inside. Disperse all your pride. Bring you face to face with your sacrifice. The insanity of it, all for a cause that now seems so wasted. But still it lies right in front of me. Giving the finger as it passes by. Makes me feel like a fool. The way whims, follow or lead. Fail or succeed. Give to take. Make or break. A symphony of words flow through the mind. Yes it stings, but look what it brings. So much strength in a mistake. Hard is ground in which at one time quaked of.solid rock, and no longer falling for simplicity of that which i see. Just cause its there doesn't mean you should chase. Its not a race. Its a long walk in which you should take it in all. Patients wins the game. A virtue hard to overcome. But your smarter because of it. You become the wanted instead of wanting, the needed instead of trying to please. You have it or you don't, and for now its there. Hopefully it stays, for it makes these more brighter days.

Stress Away
Stress can be brought on by many ways
family fights, work, love, bills, illness
whatever it is it can make us or break us
to find a way to relieve the stress can be a pain
walks, talks, separations, meditations can help
we all find a way. by the way we clear our minds
the true answer is hidden inside our souls
till we find the answer, bad things happen
fights, separations, loneliness, mind games
it eats at our minds and drains our energies
from wandering minds thru sleepless night
appetites loses as well, depression sets in
we wonder is there no end, will something bend

for we need to find a cure, before it consumes us
craziness, lies, fights, works can hurt

Death Of A Dream
Dreams do not turn to dust. They simply disperse away from you, for as you are in pursuit of those dreams they seem to never come through. You try and try to but things would not say, and as you think about life, you realize how karma's a witch, and prays she stays out of your way. I try to stay way from you karma because my God is all I need, to stay focus on my dreams, and finally succeed.
I can handle the stress of trying to succeed, for my God I feel as though this is my plead, to accomplish something that I can calm as mine, so now, but eternal, that last from the end of time.
Oh lord I need help with my dreams, for with such things nothing is as it seems. Things can be hard, things may be tough, but things are never as rough as the failure of a chased dream. Oh Lord support me at my time of need because my opportunity comes as though it was a stream, because Lord I need your help so this won't be a death of a dream.

Time To Get Crazy
Ive been working and slaving,no time for misbehaving
till Im just about to lose my mind
And Im starting now to wonder if Ill make it out from underneath
The pressures of the daily grind
Ive had it bottled up for so long Im gonna have to pop the top

The world begins to test me once again...

I've been working too hard at the office all year

I am broken from inside.
