Mr. Brown
[Bob Marley]
(Ooh - ooh - ooh - ooh)
(It's Mr Brown) Mr Brown is a clown who rides to town in a coffin.
(Well, here he comes) In the top is ... three rows on top and two inside there.
Oh, what a confusion! Ooh, yeah, yeah!
What a botheration! Ooh, now, now!
Who is Mr Brown? I wanna know now!
He is nowhere to be found.
From Mandeville to slide-a-ville, coffin runnin' around,
Upsetting, upsetting, upsetting the town,
Asking for Mr Brown.
From Mandeville to slide-a-ville, coffin runnin' around,
upsetting, upsetting, upsetting the town,
Asking for Mr Brown.
I wanna know who (is Mr Brown)?
Is Mr Brown controlled by remote?
O-o-oh, calling duppy conqueror,
I'm the ghost-catcher!
This is your chance, oh big, big Bill bull-bucka,
Take your chance! Prove yourself! Oh, yeah!
Down in parade
People runnin like a masquerade.
The police make a raid,
But the people - oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah - they think it
fade.
What a thing in town
Crows chauffeur-driven around,
Skankin' as if they had never known
The man they call "Mr Brown".
I can tell you where he's from now:
From Mandeville to slide-a-ville, coffin runnin' around,
Upsetting, upsetting, upsetting the town,
Asking for Mr Brown.
From Mandeville to slide-a-ville -
/fadeout/

Older They Grow But Not Up
Older they grow,
But not up!
Many never experience a maturity.
Raised on entertaining limited thoughts.
And few have abilities,
To comprehend little of what they read.
Or take the responsibility,
To hold themselves accountable...
For actions begun and those they leave.
Older they grow,
But not up!
And demands they make,
To satisfy their spoiled ways.
Since no one around them wants to hear them fuss.
Realizing not one of those fussers who also cuss,
Wants to take a position,
To make a decisive decision.
Since accusations are prioritized in their lives lived,
As a must.
And expectations are less for them.
For those exposed to them growing older...
Knowing these minds have no time left.
For them to show a growing up,
With a thoughtfulness.
Older they may grow...
But for them it sure is not up!

Everyone Is Growing Older
Between warring Countries hostilities do not last
And 'tis true your friend of tomorrow may be your foe of the past
But life goes on as usual that's how it seems to be
And we make friends with the old foe to fight our new common enemy
And everyone grows older but few grow wise and gray
For we still glorify the folly of war in the World of today
And we find things in common when we have a common foe
But as we do grow older few of us do wiser grow,
We celebrate war heroes to die in war is not seen as a sin
And when one war it is over another war begin
To use the name of God in war seems hypocritical that would seem fair to say
And to Moses fifth commandment respect we never pay
Crimes of hate and xenophobia sad to say are on the rise
And everyone is growing older but so few are growing wise.

The Bent And The Broken
THE BENT AND THE BROKEN
The bent and the broken
And the mind-lost and the mad
Canes walkers wheelchairs
Irritable angry sad.
Older and older
Sadder and more sad
I am growing older
How can life be glad?

With Beliefs Their Misdeeds Are Not Perceived
No one achieves heights of success,
Professing what they have done...
Is at their best.
When what they have taken,
Is from someone else's nest.
To impress with accolades,
They expect to get!
Perhaps 'temporarily'...
They may strut in a charading,
With claims to attest!
But a theft is what it is.
And eventually faces protest and regret.
Upsetting not the victim...
But those who deceive,
With beliefs their misdeeds are not perceived!

Life Of A Salesman
What's a dad for dad?
Tell me why I'm here dad
Whisper in my ear that I'm growing up to be a better man, dad
Everything is fine dad
Proud that you are mine dad
Cause I know I'm growing up to be a better man
Father I will always be
That same boy that stood by the sea
And watched you tower over me
Now I'm older I wanna be the same as you
What's a dad for dad?
Taught me how to stand, dad
Took me by the hand and you showed me how to be a bigger man, dad
Listen when you talk, dad
Follow where you walk, dad
And you know that I will always do the best I can
I can
Father I will always be (always be)
That same boy that stood by the sea
And watched you tower over me (over me)
Now I'm older I wanna be the same as you
The same as you
Father I will always be
That same boy that stood by the sea
And watched you tower over me
Now I'm older I wanna be the same as you
When I am a dad, dad x2
I'm gonna be a good dad x2
Do the best you could, dad x2
Always understood, dad x2
Tell me I was right, dad x2
Opened up my eyes, dad x2
Glad to call you my, dad x2
Thank you for my dad x2

You know, my hair is very upsetting to people, but it's upsetting on purpose. It is important to look old so that the young will not be afraid of dying. People don't like old women. We don't honor age in our society, and we certainly don't honor it in Hollywood.
If I Was Older
you should have seen her she was about 17 and knew that i was to young but I knew she was the oneand if I was oldershe would be my girl and i would be her man there's no doubt I knew ther's no doubt
cause if i could be so older to her and give her everything that she wants everything that she wants but until then imma keep on thinking of ways to let this girl really know i gotta let her know
if I was older she would be my girl if I was older I'd give her the world ifnI was older I'd treat her like a queen if I was older always take her out if I was older always ice her out if I was older treat her like a queen if I was older
Now listenshe's so pretty (yea) If I was only (yea) a little bit older (yea) I would tell her (yea) that i like her (that I like her) really like her (really like her) and to me she's just a dime piece all of my friends think my friends think that im crazy to be in love with her the way that i do but they don't know what i do so until them i keep thinking of ways to let this girl really no i gotta let her know if I was older (if I was older) I'd treat her like a queen If I was older (older) if I was older (eyy)
If I was older I would always take her out if I was older always ice her out If I was older (older) and i gotta let her know (i gotta let her know) How i feel (how I feel)and i gotta let her know that love is real (and i gotta let her know its real) ohh ohh yea yea ohh ohh ohh un hun If I was older say she would be my girl
If I wsa older I'd treat her like a queen if I was older (older) If i was older I'd treat her like a queen If I was older always take her out (always take her out) If I was older always ice her out (keep her iced out)
If i was older treat her like a queen (treat her like a queen) If i was older say only If i was older only If i was older

Reasons I Cheat
A working day to long when everything goes wrong
And a boss who dont know Im alive
I once had a notion Id get that promotion,
But now I barley survive
A wife to demanding with no understanding
Of why I stay dead on my feet
A dimly lit tavern a willing young woman
Are some of the reasons I cheat
The hair that Im losing and a women whos choosing
To lay sound asleep by my side
The bills they are mounting thats when I start counting
On someone to help sooth my pride
A lady that knows me affection she shows me and a smile so easy and sweet
The dreams that Ive buried the load that Ive carried
Are some of the reasons I cheat
My children keep on growing me age keeps on showing
Like all of my old friends I meet
So Im getting older my lifes growing colder
Just some of the reasons I cheat
Yes Im getting older my lifes growing colder
Just some of the reasons I cheat

Old Gold Veterans
Build a new ship in the shipyard of Mankind
That never sinks in the Seven Seas
And sail the ship with all the Veterans in an auspicious time
That heads to the land of Hermits
Where there are no any wars at all.
* Almost Heaven!
Life is older there
Older than the trees
Younger than the Mountains
Growing like a breeze.

Soul Of Sin
The sorrowful soul collects dirt that drives us down in sin,
Inner workings of the organ that collapses are huge;
This mishmash of thoughts and sentiments is immense,
Offering us no explanation, no controversy but nature.
To highlight one opinion carries the harm of upsetting,
And if upsetting is absurd then let torture be not.
For the mind works so hard in its quest to fineness,
Total disregard for it relies on willpower and ardour.

I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy And All I Got Was This
About Me
I found the cure to growing older
And you're the only place that feels like home
Just so you know, you'll never know
And some secrets weren't meant to be told
I found the cure to growing older
I'm the first kid to write of hearts, lies, and friends
And I am sorry my conscience called in sick again
And I've got arrogance down to a science
Douse yourself in cheap perfume it's
So fitting of the way you are
You can't cover it up
Find a safe place, brace yourself, bite your lip
I'm sending your fingernails and empty bottles you've sipped
Back to your family cause I know you will be missed
They call kids like us vicious and carved out of stone
But for what we've become, we just feel more alone
Always weigh what I've lost against what I left
Progress report: I am missing you to death
Someone old
No one new
Feeling borrowed
always blue
Someone old
No one new
Always borrowed
Always you

Getting Older
it's nine o'clock
i'm getting tired
i'm sick of all my records
and the clothes i bought today
am i cracking up
or just getting older?
staying in
i can't be bothered
making conversation
with the friends that i don't know
am i cracking up
or just getting older?
and i bet that this is how life
turns out when you're finally grown
and you know if this my life
sit around all day on my own
i'm halfway up to the bottom
of another bottle
of my next best favourite friend
am i cracking up
or just getting older?
you're not cracking up
you're just getting older
we're not cracking up
we're just getting older
