The Strongest Man (Aphorism)
The man who is strongest
Has himself subdued
Temper held at rest
His words are never rude.

Move On
Hey, Shake It, Shake It, Shake It
There's A Monkey On My Back
Been There Much Too Long
Every Time I Kick It Off
Another One Comes Along
I Used To Be In Another World
I Used To Be Alone
It's So Hard To Be Yourself
When You Feel Like Something's Wrong
(chorus)
There Are No Words That Could Explain
You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain
There Are No Words That Could Explain
Oh You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain
She Said, "I've Had Enough Of Your Lies
Can't Wait For Anyone
The Beginning Of The End
Don't You Know That's All Wrong
When You Said Nothing Changes
You Meant To Say It Won't Take Long"
I Used To Be In Another World
I Used To Be Alone
It's So Hard To Be Yourself
When You Feel Like Something's Wrong
Move On
There Are No Words That Could Explain
You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain
There Are No Words That Could Explain
I Said Move, You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain
There Are No Words That Could Explain
You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain
There Are No Words That Could Explain
Oh You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain
Move It
Move On
There's A Question In My Head
Been There All Night Long
Well I Toss And Turn Inside My Head
But I Won't Let It Tear Me Down
Yeah, Used To Be In Another World
I Used To Be Alone, Yeah
There Are No Words That Could Explain
The Strongest Love In Vain
Oh You Gotta Move On
There Are No Words That Could Explain
You Gotta Move On
The Strongest Love In Vain

My Strongest Weakness
The keeper of the gates of wisdom
Please let me in
cause I just cant go through
Another heartache again
Pretty lies and alibis
How could I be so blind?
Now Im all alone and scared to stay
Slowly going out of my mind
(chorus)
He was my strongest weakness
I surrendered heart and soul
Its gonna be a long, long time
til I regain control
Im still a prisoner
Held captive by his memory
He was my strongest weakness
And Im afraid hell always be
I gave my faithful heart to someone
I couldnt understand
How he held my little world
In the palm of his hand
Now hes gone and life goes on
So if this pain will ever end
Will I be afraid to risk it all
Ever fall in love again?
(repeat chorus)

The Strong and The Weak
The strongest man is he who has
Conquered himself and his fears
Subdued all the bitterness thus
He's released from the hurts and tears.
The weakest man remains captive
Chained to sad and bitter memories
Ruled by the Past that he cannot give
Love and forgiveness and have his Peace.

Hold On
I was doomed riding on top a black horse.
Whatever prize there was I could only observe where the troubles starts.
Where does it end?
I cannot be cured...mmm...but if...
I know life would be different if I held on, held on.
I know I could be something if I held on.
Gave her life away. Put it in my pocket when it should've been framed.
Oh lost it's shine. Gotta' get this out of my head, out of my head.
How could it end...end like this?
I could've been...
I know life would be different had I held on, held on.
I know I could've been something had I held on, held on.
I know I could be something if I held on, held on.
I know life would be different if I held on, held on.
Held on, held on, if I held on, held on, if I held on, held on, if I held on.

The Demon Within
When I was eleven years of age
my mother whispered in my ear
that everyman has a demon inside
and it lives within men’s fear.
When he struggles to get his way,
the demon will show a mood.
Find fault with all manner of things,
and become extremely rude.
And when it’s feeling sorry for itself,
it will say as it raises its ugly head,
“No one thinks or cares about me, ”
and throws a tantrum, and goes to bed.
After having a long stressful day at work,
the inner demon is straining at the leash.
Its temper is fermenting and ready to explode
at anyone within easy reach.
When a man is in a quiet subdued mood,
and something weighs upon his mind.
The demon is stirring up another volcano,
and an eruption is only a matter of time.
If a man is losing his way in an argument,
it will prompt them to raise his voice.
At the very least this will overpower everyone,
of course it’s a last bastion of intercourse.
When you grow up my son and become a man
remember your hidden demon.
For everyone’s sake keep it locked away
and don’t release it for any reason.

In silence..
Sssst..
The most meningfull words I speak I say in silence
My dearest memories I know I remember in silence
The strongest emotions I have I show in silence
In silence worlds best conversations are held
It’s the language of the world
- In silence I wrote -

Written At Bracknell
Thy dewy looks sink in my breast;
Thy gentle words stir poison there;
Thou hast disturbed the only rest
That was the portion of despair!
Subdued to Duty's hard control,
I could have borne my wayward lot:
The chains that bind this ruined soul
Had cankered then-but crushed it not.

Words say so much
Words are everywhere you look
in the paper and in the book
we all use them when we speak
in languages like French and Greek.
A baby uses them to speak to it's Mum
that's why she knows it wants talc on it's bum
but teenagers say words we don't understand
and singers sing them like Elvis and Streisand.
People lose their temper and shout and cuss
like when they stub a toe or miss a bus
that's when swear words can be heard
words you won't find in the Times crossword.
Someone who's drunk will talk in a strange way
these words can be heard in pubs on a Saturday
there's short words, and some which are long,
and some words that are nearly always spelt wong.
But that's enough words for now I'll put down my pen,
it's the end, over, ceased, finished, stopped, AMEN.

To Be Held And Gently Touched
To prove I have the inner strength,
To deal with all my sorrows...
I show I can be,
Obnoxious, rude and indifferent!
To show I am brave,
Inspite of fearful obstacles...
I walk in the pouring rain,
Just to maintain my claimed dignity!
I will not abandoned my journey.
Like many who are quick,
To detach from a mate.
I can not reveal that I hate,
Being alone feeling a dependency.
When I secretly wish to be held,
And gently touched!
To prove I have the inner strength,
To deal with all my sorrows...
I show I can be,
Obnoxious, rude and indifferent!
When I...
Secretly wish,
To be held and gently touched!

Other one's words
We all go to sleep
With someone’s words
In our minds
Words of kindness
Words of anger
Words of every kind
They carry us off to sleep
And perhaps temper
And shape our dreams
Words said in caring
The most soothing
it seems
In anger or sadness
In calm and in madness
Words in our minds, we’ll find
As we drift off to sleep
Be it fretful or deep…and
Our mind slowly lowers it’s blinds
We all go to sleep… be it shallow or deep
Hearing some other one’s…
Words in our minds

I'm Not Alone I'm With Someone
I'm not alone
In the night I look at the bright light of the moon
I'm not alone
When I go to sleep I dream about someone or something
I'm not alone
When I play by myself I feel subdued
I'm not alone
When i see myself in a mirror my reflection goes away
I'm not alone
When i see my shadow it goes away
I'm not alone
I have to control myself not to be subdued
I'm not alone
The only thing I could see is my dreams

Dont Lose Your Temper
Dont lose your temper
Dont lose your temper
Dont lose your temper
cos I love you when youre wild
Dont lose your temper
Dont lose your temper
Dont lose your temper
cos Id hate you to grow mild
Since you took that job with a company
Youve changed so much you just wont recognise me
They have you dressed up like a secretary
You mustnt change the things that make you what you are
Since youve been listening to that linguaphone
Youre speaking in a voice that is not your own
Im not sure if its you when I call home
You mustnt change the things that make you what you are
Whatever happened to my fighting, biting, lightning lioness
Little girl, little girl, little girl, little girl
I think I preferred it when your hair was in a mess
Brittle girl, brittle girl
Theyre not your real curls
Dont lose it
Dont lose it
Dont lose it
Dont lose it

Angry Words
Angry words can wound the strongest heart
and sour the brightest smile.
Bringing tears to the fairest eyes
and making the weakest howl.
We always hurt the ones
we should never hurt at all.
Our friends and family,
those would never wish us harm.
In an argument angry words are said,
they just tumble out of our head.
We wish afterwards we could turn back time,
but the words have been spoken and the damage done.

Held Up With Just A Stick
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick,
It seems...
Held up with just a stick,
One's head...
Held up with just a stick,
Their arms and their legs...
Needing to be fed.
And...
Held up with just a stick,
One's pride...
Held up with just a stick,
Two eyes and two ears...
Living poverty so near,
To...
Famish it is clear.
And...
Held up with just a stick,
Hunger.
Held up with just a stick,
Life!
Held up with just a stick,
Blight!
And those who fight death in their sight.
Held up with just a stick,
Life!
Held up with just a stick,
Pride!
Held up with just a stick,
Blight!
And those who fight death in their sight.
Held up with just a stick,
And...
There's no benefit to it.
Held up with just a stick,
Life!
Held up with just a stick,
Pride!
Held up with just a stick,
Blight!
And living this is NOT a gift.
Held up with just a stick,
And...
There's no benefit to it.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.

Sestina/Creation
When all supply was in the hands of Cause,
Effect was molten primal chaos, held
Within a universal cauldren, rest
Was given to consider what the blend
Would yield. What distillation might there come
When left to steep upon the flame of time?
What essence to be poured or spooned, when time
Had separated dross from grime; When Cause
Congealed Effect as form? What shape would come?
Omniscience knew the liqued luster held
Within an orbed mold to cool, would blend
A tear so pure, that Genesis could rest.
An orb within the plumbless steep, no rest
Was had as crystal creep began. In time
A metamorphic stress; a grinding blend
Of blasting heaves had splayed the plates to cause
The core to spill its viscous blaze. Not held,
A spew and fall of flaming rock had come.
As fluid land had ceased to flow, then come
Awaking, as purpose changed the rest
Of earth's most fragil face. Creation held
Expressive mind as conscious force, with time,
Embraced the law of Cosmic Will to cause
The 'Seeds of Season' to sprout forth and blend.
Profound, prestine, profusion was its blend
Of manifest raw beauty. Light had come,
Divine desire had found demension. Cause
Became the tangible of thought. The rest
Of thought, the fractured Self of God, In time,
As Souls, would pierce the veil of flesh then held.
Within the folded fist of night dawn held
Ignited eastern skies, until the blend
Of feathered morning light with time.
Through Holy Emulation, life would come
As reasoning pushed out, first breath, then rest,
Effect emerged as man, awakened Cause.
Creative Reason held the souls to come.
His law combined with Will, would blend the rest
Of mortal clay, with time, to temple Cause.
