Some Of Their Laws Are Nothing But Farce

Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall,
Humpty Dumpty never did fall,
All the kings horses and all the kings men,
Weren't needed to put Humpty together again.

Why was this I hear you all say,
It has always been that is the way,
By saying it's not you are causing affray,
I'ts the reason Humpty's alive today.

When Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall,
It couldn't be built more than four inches tall,
So if and when he decides to fall,
The kings men and their horses won't need a call.

When Jack and Jill went up the hill,
They didn't fetch a pail of water,
Jack didn't fall down or break his crown,
Nor did Jill come tumbling after.

What is this nonsense I hear you all ask,
Tell us the truth or we'll take you to task,
Well Jack and Jill get their water by stealth,
That way they both remain in good health.

To ask children to work you must be a rotter,
Especially your son and your daughter,
It's like putting lambs to the bloody slaughter,
For that you'll find yourself in very hot water.

When Simple Simon met the pieman,
On his way to the fair,
He said you think that you're a fly man,
So eat my food if you dare.

Simon said I can't because your pie is far too cold,
As it doesn't have a sell by date, I can't say how old,
I've afraid I've got to tell you that your business must now fold,
My gift gift of observation is a power to behold.

Food unheated you must never eat,
If it's went cold you must not reheat,
Especially when it's a type of meat.
Or for sure you'll end up on the toilet seat.

Ring a ring of rosies,
No need to carry posies,
Atishoo atishoo,
Nobody fell down.

This was based on fact you know,
You cannot change all that,
Yes I can I'll tell you so,
You can't blame the poor old rat.

By allowing rats to thrive you see,
Is good for all as they run free,
Killing them all I trust you'll agree,
Is bloody murder we must let them be.

Three blind mice three blind mice,
They no longer run they no longer run,
They got the police to the farmers wife,
Who was arrested for carrying a carving knife.

Now she's in jail for a very long time,
For attempting to commit such a heinous crime,
The mice have a life that is really sublime,
As over the bread and cheese they climb.

Mice are creatures that easily please,
It's wrong to say that they spread disease,
That statement can only be classed as sleaze,
As for cutting their tails off their must be a freeze.

These prime examples I'm sure you will find,
They are not just barbaric they are so unkind,
You all now must get it into your mind,
In Health and Safety they are all now enshrined.

Though it's something the majority really deplore,
You can no longer do what you want anymore,
Big brother is watching your every chore,
It would destroy your soul to the very core.

If we obeyed all the rules Health and Safety impose,
The worlds economies would come to a close,
Their guidelines for working are unclear and sparse,

Look To You

Look to you
I sit and stare but my vision is blurry
I settle down to gaze but my eyes see not what's clear
They are drowned and drenched in the tears from deep within
Tears of the pain and sorrow of my broken heart
Humpty dumpty sat on a wall, humpty dumpty had a great fall
All the kings' horses and all the kings' men couldn't put humpty back together again
Ashley's heart sat on a wall, my heart in one lifetime took a great blow
No king's horses, no kings men but you alone ohh God put it back together again
So I know even a blind man can my eyes" I'll look to you

A friend loves at all times, a brother is born for adversity
If you hear not these words, let me say it again
A friend shows their love at all time, true relatives share the troubles
But who are my friends
When the ones who claim to love me leave as soon as trouble rings the door bell
Are we related ye scribes and Pharisees when you leave me on the road to die
Or maybe my blood is linked to the "sinner' who saved me, the Samaritan who came to help me
Not because I deserve it but because God loved me
So I'll live and say "ohh God I'll look to you"

I take a seat to reflect on life but it never seems to add up
I lie down to clear my head and hear my thoughts
But they sound like the nonsense I heard from people
Echoes and noisy gongs but empty sounds
I wish they made sense but they never do
Self centered, minds made up, hearts deceived
I'll shake my head for none of it makes sense but even when none of this makes
I'll open your word for I know it will make sense
So I'll look to you

Whatever Humpty Use to Be

A bail out administered...
To end what?
An economy based upon temptation,
And lust that feeds unending greed?
A welcomed bail out will diminish,
Credit condoned on loans alone...
And this is going to be a return to prosperity?

What nursery rhyme is this...
Wished upon unconscious minds,
To absorb and believe?

Wasn't it Humpty Dumpty who sat on a wall...
Falling off to crack?
Did he not break up into pieces...
Never able to crawl at all?
Never to come back?

Since pieces sitting into crumbling bits,
Would not allow any of it!
And whatever Humpty use to be,
Never again to fit...
As a Humpty Dumpty once perceived.
As reality arrives to stun and surprise.
While chunks of a falling wall is seized!

Brain Washing

Ooh-ooh
Old mr. joe, he build a house away
On top of some hill
Old mr. joe knew he had to go, so he
He got right down and wrote bank will
He say now, heres to mother hen
And her chicken, lord have mercy now
Master, will you take a roll in the mud
Like you know you should?
The old barnyard, the old barnyard
Birds and the chick, ooh-wee
Whos got to watch out for brother mongoose
With his top hap and walking-stick?
Its just the poors brain washing
(poors ...) they told me a long time ago,
Its just the poors brain washing, ooh-wee
(poors brain washing) now look at a thing like this
Cinderella and her long lost fellow
In the midnight hour, she lost her silver slipper
Humpty dumpty sat on a wall
While jack and jill had themselves a fall
Its just the poors (... brain washing)
And I dont need it no longer (... washing)
Its just the poors brain washing
Coming through to a poor mans child, ooh-wee, look at this
Little miss muffet she sat on a tuffet
While little red riding hood delivered her grandmoms food
Ooh-wee ooh-wee
Ooh-wee, look at one more thing like this
The cow jumping over the moon
While the dish got jealous, he grabbed the handy spoon
Its just the poors brain washing
And I dont need it no longer, I dont want it no longer
I dont need it no longer (...washing)
And I dont care for no more brain washing (... washing) ...

Saturday Nite

Maurice white, al mckay & philip bailey
It was saturday nite, the moon was bright
Shining down, its harvest light
Music all around to hear, set the stage
And atmosphere--many dress to suit
Their taste, participate in the ego race
Tonites the night, for you to be
Biggest man in history
Saturday nites your curtain call
You found your place after all
I saw a face in the crowd
Sayin nothin, yet talking loud
Life is just a day
Living games we play
London bridge is fallin down
Do what simon says
Doing what you feel,
Games can be unreal
Humpty-dumpty when you fall
There be no one here to call
Life is stil your mystery
You see, you see, you see
Many friends, who gather round
In hope, to feel safe and sound
We emphasize, to make it clear
Our stumbling nations atmosphere
While looking thru the looking glass
Our vision show, a stormy past
When you gonna wake, and see the sun--
Stop wasting time and having fun
Life is just a day
Daily games we play
London bridge has fallen down
You did what simon said
Doing what you feel
Games are so unreal
Humpty-dumpty whyd you fall
You see theres no one here to call
Now weve solved this mystery
You see, you see, you see

So safely down the track

Romp with jack and jill
Up and down the hill
And try to put humpty together again
Close your sleepy eyes and listen
While we take a little hop

Pleasant dreams to you, oh tot

To Be A Child Again

To Be a Child Again by Kenny Davis

I see the children of today
Their smiles take me away
To my times as a child
And the games that I would play

To be a child again
Means to be taken to an imaginary place
Where a box could be a house or race car
Or a ship in outer space

To be a child again
Means Mother is God in my eyes
My father is like my hero
Like Superman in the skies

To be a child again
There are many times, I would smile from ear to ear
I would jump into my parent’s loving arms
With nothing left to fear

To be a child again
Full of bedtime stories and fairy tales
Whether it was Jack and the Beanstalk
Or Jack and Jill with their water pails

To be a child again
My life filled with Mother Goose
The tails of Humpty Dumpty
And Green Eggs and Ham from Dr. Seuss

Now that I have grown
I recall my times as a child
So young, so innocent
So reckless and wild

To be a child again
My parents would wipe away every tear
It is all of those tender moments as a child
That I will always hold dear

Jack And Jill

this is not the usual story of Jack and Jill,
this is reality
welcome. Jack married Jill
in 1985
the first year was bliss
until the second year
when Jack
was so pressured
in his work
and Jill who was left at
home
got so bored with nothing
to do
except to listen
to Jack's shifting
towards the corners
of insanity
and then one day
Jill cooked Chinese noddles
for their wedding anniversary
which of course
she did not recall
but Jack still had it vivid
in his mind
the expensive wedding gown
the diamond ring
and flashy car
and the well attended
grand reception

Jack went wild
and throw the hot noddles
in Jill's face

Jill went to the U.S.
married a white man
Jack finally landed
in a mental asylum

The house where they once
lived
got burned

nothing remained
except the vacant lot
foreclosed by
the bank

sad
Jack and Jill
did not live happily everafter

tell me what am I?

Sometimes I get tired too
Asking some philosophical questions about
My existence, purpose, and life becomes like one
Security guard asking me a lot
As I am about to enter a building

What floor?
What for?
Whom would you want to see?
Your ID please
Leave it,

And I pretend I have a very important purpose in my life
A very important vision for a very important mission
And upon a certain arrival
On the topmost floor
I end up, so this is the floor,

what for?

What am I doing here?
Like a scratch paper I crumple myself
This is not my paper, I have not written the right thing
This is waste for a wastebasket
I crumple this scratch of scribblings without
Any real meaning,
She calls it cranky
I call this a nursery rhyme of my life

Questions which seem hard
But actually there are none of such
But playful stuff of

who am i?

Try these:

1) There was a girl in our town,
Silk an’ satin was her gown,
Silk an’ satin, gold an’ velvet,
Guess her name, three times I’ve told it.

2) As soft as silk, as white as milk,
As bitter as gall, a thick green wall,
And a green coat covers me all.
What am i?

3) Make three fourths of a cross,
And a circle complete;
And let two semicircles
On a perpendicular meet;
Next add a triangle
That stands on two feet;
Next two semicircles,
And a circle complete.
What am i?

4) Flour of England, fruit of Spain,
Met together in a shower of rain;
Put in a bag tied round with a string,
If you’ll tell me this riddle, I’ll give you a ring.
What am i?

5) In marble walls as white as milk,
Lined with a skin as soft as silk,
Within a fountain crystal clear,
A golden apple doth appear.
No doors there are to this stronghold,
Yet thieves break in and steal the gold.
What am i?

6) Long legs, crooked thighs,
Little head and no eyes.
What am i?

7) Formed long ago, yet made to-day,
Employed while others sleep;
What few would like to give away,
Nor any wish to keep.
What am i?

8) Lives in winter,
Dies in summer,
And grows with its root upwards.
What am i?

9) Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall;
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men
Cannot put Humpty Dumpty together again.
What am I?

You will answer.

And you laugh, these are for kindergarten kids
Not for me, but honestly I figure out
Kindergarten stuff
In truth, that is what my life is all about

What am i?
What am i?
come play with me

Pin pin de sirapin de cuchillo de almacen
How how the carabao the batuten

Amy Susie and the rosemarie
Amy Susie and the rosemary

Do you remember all of these?
When you remember what do you feel?
Does not life itself
Smile and laugh a bit
Relieved from its hazards
Rested like a head on a hammock on my arms?

Actually, that is what I am all about
Seeing everything thorugh the eye of the child

Thru an eye of a needle.

For The Crime Of Murder There Is No Defence

The good Lords commandments have been cast to the side,
If you commit murder there's no need to hide,
We no longer heed the words of our God,
With self-interest society has become overawed.

Material goods are more important than health,
Regardless of how you obtain that wealth,
Stealing by force is now classed as routine,
Our society is in the worst state it's ever been.

All religions dictate, thou shalt not kill,
It's a commandment we humans can't seem to fulfill,
Of killings there's always an endless supply,
We've an insatiable appetite to watch others die.

Be it in wars or through mindless disputes,
Violence towards others is what it recruits,
If someone's being killed we just stop and stare,
Fact is nowadays we no longer care.

We see it daily while watching the news,
It's a crime that some lawyers try to excuse,
We no longer see murder as a heinous act,
It's looked on as minor that is a sad fact.

Violence towards others is a daily routine,
We will turn away to avoid being seen,
If you don't enjoy violence you are way out of tune,
From murder and mayhem we've become immune.

From an early age we learn all about death,
How to make someone take that final breath,
From computer games to movies of hate,
Our thirst for killing we find hard to abate.

We're taught that it's wrong but we don't seem to hear,
The destruction of others we no longer fear,
We look upon murder as a way of life,
It doesn't bother us it be it with gun or a knife.

There's no deterrent to killing another,
Conscience nowadays is so easy to smother,
A luxury prison will be your reward,
What happened to living and dying by the sword?

A few years in jail and soon you'll be free,
That's not a punishment I'm sure you'd agree?
Killing for fun is now classed as the norm,
Then the victims are told you need to reform.

While they and their families find it hard to live on,
The perpetrators complain they feel put upon,
By pandering to murderers we encourage their crimes,
Laughing at killing is a sign of the times.

Unless we change now our society will fail,
We'll no longer bother putting murderers in jail,
The decent will be scared just to be alive,
Lawlessness and anarchy are what we'll see thrive.

If you're honest you'll be classed as totally insane,
Then cast to the side if you dare to complain,
Society as we know it will no longer exist,
The good among us will no longer be missed.

It's to future generations this legacy we endow,
Killing others means nothing, it's happening now,
If you think it's okay then you're totally dense,

Prospero Burns His Books

Forgive and forget, says Prospero.

Forgiveness is for the weak
who are unable to forget.
They make a virtue of their weakness
and preserve their self–respect
with the broken pieces

You keep the moon in tow.

All who yield must fall.

I'll sing you a lullaby of baba black sheep
Don't be naughty, don't peep through the sheets

Now the day is done and the night is deep
The fox are howling beneath the trees
The cow just jumped over the moon
Humpty Dumpty fell down holding a balloon
The mice hid in a burrow now to sleep
And a sheep was lost by little Bo Peep
Now close your eyes and dream away
Of stars and moon and the Milky Way
Ah! ...I now see you falling asleep

All around the world same song
All all around the world same song
[Shock G]
I came for the party to get naughty get my rocks on
eat popcorn watch you move your body to the pop song
that I'm singing dinga linging funky beats ringing
everybody's swinging in the place
as I kick the J A Z Z Y is my style
R&B mixing it with the hip hop swing beat
Champagne in my hand, it wont be long till I'm gone
It's just the same old song
[Humpty Hump]
It's just a freestyle, meanwhile, we keep the beat kickin
sweat drippin, girlies in the limo eatin chicken
oops don't get the grease on your pantyhose
I love ya Rover, move over, I gotta blow my nose
Sneezin, but still I'm pleasin to all the slimmies
Pull out my jimmie, time to get busy wit a Jenny
if it's good and plenty, dont you know
there I go, there I go, there I go
But I dont go nowhere without my jim hat
If I'm rappin, cause she's clappin
then I'm strappin cause I'm smarter than that
then girlie maybe we can get along
Cutie after cutie, it's just the same old song
[Chorus: repeat 3X]
[Money B]
Money B, the freaky deaky, the sqeaky meaky up and down
as a matter of fact ill be right back i gotta take a leak
So I'm drainin entertainin, but I got fame
and the bases I touch to much for me tryin to be namin
Aiyyo, you saw me on cable and gip
I busted in and I was goin legit
Clark Gable back in Pakland its the same old song
sport these shorties, same freckles and hat
drinkin the same 40's
[Humpty Hump]
hypothetical, political, lyrical, miracle whip
just like butter, my ryhmes are legit
Cause I'm the humpty. not humpty dumpty, but humpty hump
here a hump, there a hump, everywhere a hump
[Shock G]
ah shut up and just listen
not dissin dont get me wrong
but to me its just the same old song
so just watch, my name is shock, and i like to rock
and you cant stop this
2Pac go ahead and rock this
[2Pac]
Now I clown around when I hang around with the Underground
Girls use to frown, say I'm down, when I come around
gas me and when they pass me they use to diss me
harrass me, but now they ask me if they can kiss me
Get some fame, people change, wanna live they life high
same song, can't go wrong, if I play the nice guy
(clamin that they must have changed, just because we came strong)
I remain, still the same (why Tu'?) cause it's the same song

And I Am An Idiot, Right?

Seven years after they fell from the hill,
In a live-in relation were Jack and Jill.
They had found themselves a graduate course,
Jill was this learning's driving force.

So one fine day, back from the institute,
She said 'listen jack, i don't wanna talk to you'.
Of such an experience was jack destitute,
and so he asked 'can you tell me, what i did do? '

'No' she said, 'go find out if you want'.
'If you don't tell me baby, I sincerely can't'.
I don't care about that, she said, twitching her lips,
Clueless and insane he, already missing her hips.

'Don't touch me jack, you don't like me anymore',
Whats come to this woman he thought.
In the next two days, things got so sour,
that they did not even share the damned cot.

A week went by and he gets a call,
'How are you jack, my baby doll'.
Exclamation marks popped up his mind,
Why is this bitch acting so kind?

She wanted him to help with her Labor law work,
and he felt like the labor himself, just another clerk.
She thanked him as if nothing had happened,
What bloody character sketch, for women had god penned?

and then it was, 'come on jack lets make the bed'.
hey what happened to the big fight?
Definitely love, am coming in a minute, he said,
and thought 'and I am an idiot right? '
