Splatter
Splash

A single droplet
Glistens

Splatter
Splash

It slowly runs
Down

Splatter
Splash

The gentle kiss of
Cool metal

Splatter
Splash

Nipping at the
Skin

Splatter

A network of
Webs

Splatter
Splash

A beautiful pattern
Turning red

Splatter

Hidden in the
Fabric

Splatter
Splash

Reinf orced
By the grin

Splatter

Walking on
Nothing's wrong

Splatter

Only everything
Is

I called you on the phone
You knew it was me all along
You didn't even say hello
Cause you don't need words to let me know
All the things that you do to me
You fulfill my every fantasy
Splash - I'm under your power
Splash - I could go for hours
Splash - You could devour me
And I'd only want you more
Oh, when you make love to me
There's things I never thought I'd see
I cherish [...]
[...] in every sea
Oh, I love when you play with me
Ask your mom if you could stay with me
Splash - I'm under your power
Splash - I could go for hours
Splash - You could devour me
And I'd only want you more
Our love is a rhythm
Together we'll have so much fun
You go from room to room
Leaving traces of your sweet perfume
If I could I'd bottle it
Everybody should know the feelin' I get
When I'm in your cool embrace
Your lips, your arms, your legs, your face
Splash - I'm under your power
Splash - I could go for hours
Splash - You could devour me
And I'd only want you more
I want you more and more and more

Splitter Splatter

Splitter splatter, splitter splatter
The rain tumbles, the rain scatters
Such a day for rubber boots
Such a day for a poncho suit
What a moment to kiss my fella
Under this polka dot umbrella
The muddy puddles, we straddle
Should have brought a wooden paddle
The rain's no more a pitter patter
The rain is now a splitter splatter
Splitter splatter, splitter splatter
The rain tumbles, the rain scatters

Splash

[intro]
Welcome into ecstasy baby
Oh yes, I got to know, can i
Splash, splash, splash
Baby I wanna jump and dive and splash in your love, yes
Can I splash in your love baby?
I used to be afraid of water till I got a lifejacket
Now I always seem to find myself
Laughing and splashing, oh yeah
Theres no waters that fall quite like yours
How I love to swim your sticky shores
Can I splash?
Can I take a dip, can I take a dip
Inside your love, I just wanna swim, baby let me swim
Let me come, I just wanna splash in your lake of love
Can I take a dip, can I take a dip
Inside your love, I just wanna swim, baby let me swim
Let me come, I just wanna splash in your lake of love
Can I splash?
As I used to play across you chocolate beaches
I would always vision your love canal
Dreaming I could reach it, oh yeah yeah
And as I wade in your waters of passionate cream
I realized, its not a dream
I can finally splash, I dont have ask, no
Can I take a dip, can I take a dip
Inside your love, I just wanna swim, baby let me swim
Let me come, I just wanna splash in your lake of love
Can I take a dip, can I take a dip
Inside your love, I just wanna swim, baby let me swim
Let me come, I just wanna splash in your lake of love
Ooh, let me dive inside your love
Can I splash inside just once
Let me go Ill make you come
Oh, let me just feel it
S is for sexual
P is for pleasure
L is for love me, cause baby you better
A is for anytime
S is for special
H is for happiness
Whenever were together
I splash, well baby give me the chance
To get in your pants
To make sure that you feel good
I wanna know, can I feel your love?
Splash, thinking I wanna sneak
That Im a sexual freak, you gotta meet
Come and see me baby
If you let me toss youll get it proper I know
When it comes to the sexual
You know how next flow, its like incredible
R. l., tweety and t-low wanna know can we
For the moment to last, just let me splash
Can I take a dip inside your love
Youve got to let me
Can I take a dip, can I take a dip
Inside your love, I just wanna swim, baby let me swim
Let me come, I just wanna splash in your lake of love
Can I take a dip, can I take a dip
Inside your love, I just wanna swim, baby let me swim
Let me come, I just wanna splash in your lake of love

Splash!

The tiger strolled quite merrily,
As if without a qualm
And those that watched could plainly see
That he was mighty calm.
It was as if the stream was his,
To do with as he pleased.
It was a sight no-one should miss,
As tiger tension eased...
So there he was, content to play,
As kittens often do
And suddenly to splash away,
As if this game were new.
The fish were off, they scattered fast,
They had no furry friends.
The tiger didn't feel downcast,
Why should he take offence?
The day was young, he was there first,
The others had to wait...
This was his time to quench his thirst...
Next time, they won't be late.
Splash here, splash there, splash everywhere.
Who cares if it annoys?
As long as he had time to spare,
The pebbles were his toys.
He moved them left, he moved them right,
He flicked one so it flew.
Some birds above him soon took flight,
For all at once fear grew.
The tiger grinned to see such fun.
He knew they were perplexed.
That's when he flicked another one,
Amused that they were vexed.
He strolled along then slowly drank...
He sipped it like champagne.
Then in deep waters slowly sank
Till he was clean again...
When he was through, he left it all...
The sun would dry him soon.
Then through the tall grass he would crawl
And hunt that afternoon...

The poem is based on the magnificent painting
by Stephen Gayford called 'Splash'.

How I wish to be Remembered

like an old well
that has served well
and still serving well

and still sings
every morning
noon and night
as young and old
boys, men and women
greet it with songs
earnestly echoed
from the depth of its soul

and the water....
my hands
clap and clap
splash and splash
shaking every hand
that cares to draw
from my heart

Teleman, viola concerto

We were three close
Friends
When we were young
We go to a river
At the back
Of our house
There is a big
Plank of driftwood
And we all ride
On it as though
It were a big
Boat and our
Hands are paddles

We sail
And we laugh
The place
Is off limits
For us children
In fact
Father says
Beware
A big crocodile
Lives there
And swallows
A child in whole

We did not take
Heed
We are the
Hardheaded
Children and this
Something
Traumatic
On that river
At the back of
The house
Where the
Big plank
Of wood which
We ride on
Carried us
All laughing
To the other
Side

Only the two
Of us
Survived
What we heard
Was only a
Splash
And the river
Was staining
The color
Of blood

It was the splash
That swallowed
My hardheaded
Youth.

I remember
This teleman
Viola concerto
A burial
Without a
Dead body
Twas a simple
Floating of
A candle boat
On the river
And then
All the violins
And the viola
Sounded to the
Cry of the mother
Who never
Believed my
Story of a splash.

how Sunday ended upon its own trembling

the waves are bigger than my dreams
i sit on the sandy shore waiting

you come like a shadow of an afternoon Sunday
broad and firm and strong as you claim yourself
in a name carved in stone

it is late and i am weak

you run to the sea and plunge yourself
you wave your hand before that

i am looking at the horizon

and then the sunset completes itself
with your silence
in that single splash

i think it is horrible but on the other hand
it is divine

i cannot remember how that Sunday ends
i will again say it ends with the splash and then the edifying silence

let me stop and think awhile, a moment of silence

how can i tell you that there is this deleted version of the story
in trembling i arrive home and then i scream

In Gordon bay

There’s a light breeze blowing
and the waves
have white horses,
where they splash on the beach.

I can smell the freshness
of the sea
and hear it breaking
and breathing,
on the other side
of the street.

The chef is frying
some sea-pike on an open grill
and is chilling
a bottle of JC Le Roux champagne.

The sun is falling hot
next to the cold blue pool
and your body shines,
from the sun tan lotion
and you tan reading a book.

I splash into the pool
and you look up annoyed
for a moment,
before you slip into the water.

I feel free with you with me
and even the beach
and the sea
can wait for a better day
and everything is really great.

Sunset On The Beach

Warm wind blows on my skin,
waves splash as I splash my fin.
Warm blue water of the ocean,
fish swim around me in motion.
I stare up at the setting sun,
clouds of yellow, pink, purple
wrapped into clouds swirling into one.
A lonely pelican flies by,
as more clouds cross the sky.
I see lovers walk through sand,
each holding each other hands.
Then waves become white with force,
I realize I’ve stayed my course,
leaving before rain starts to pour,
I say “goodbye sunset” as I transform and walk to shore.

A Knight's Meeting

splash splash, the waves came onto the shore
the knight on horseback, rode toward the maiden
oh the vision was so lovely and the sea so blue
across the golden sand he rode
big fluffy clouds floated across the evening sky
the full moon was just now, coming into view
could any scene be more lovely
the knight was mesmerized
the closer he came to the maiden, the more so-
who was this lovely maiden, by the aqua blue sea
when his horse drew near, 'whoa' he cried,
he saw the beauty and was unable to speak
for the first time ever in his life
the knight was speechless, lost in a trance

Never Ask Twice Aka Airplane

Please observe my continental alligator skin line shoulder bag
Ive covered it in stickers from far and wide
And stuffed it full of suits and matching ties
Ive travelled on the seas and Ive travelled on the land
And theres not a single person I cant understand
Ive forgotten the languages and wave my cash
Ive enjoyed every minute of it with a splash
I wear a panama on my brilcremed hair
I think I carry it with a certain flair
When travelling abroad I know the score
With the voice of authority from the first a-world war
I went all through to congo on a magic pleasure knock
Staving off disease with hallucinogenic drugs
With a mind-bending root from a local native source
Made my mind and my body have a premature divorce
I felt like I was sliding from a massive height
It seemed like it was morning in the middle of the night
My eyes were open, though theres nothing much to see
A swirling mist of images
The seas are my friend and the skies my home
When clinging to the arm-rests, I travel alone
Im always ready to give advice
Travelling companions never ask twice
Ive travelled on the seas and Ive travelled on the land
And theres not a single person I cant understand
Ive forgotten the languages and wave my cash
Ive enjoyed every minute of it with a splash
Ive travelled on the seas and Ive travelled on the land
And theres not a single person I cant understand
Ive forgotten the languages and wave my cash
Ive enjoyed every minute of it with a splash

I'm dreaming of a red Christmas

I'm dreaming of a red Christmas
Snow red with blood of those I killed
And the Snow turns reder
The more I Splatter
I see corpses in the Snow

I'm dreaming of a red Christmas
My Scythe it slices through your Flesh
May you loose your limbs and your head
And may all your Cristmases be red

Five Images

I
A naked body
bronze as the sun
poises against the sky
to dive,
then flings his form
into the tide,
parting waters
without a splash,
like the day sliding
beneath the sky.

II
The day is sliding
beneath the sky,
slipping away soundlessly,
like a diver
parting waters without a splash.

III
The bronze that tanned his body
slips below the lip of earth,
as bit by bit blue turns to gray;
And the sea darkens as it swallows
the single diver and the sun.

IV
The day drains
beneath the sky
as the lip of earth
fuses with and enters
the blue-gray parted waters
of the eastern sky,
and stars bit by bit
find their light.

V
The sun beneath the sky
so silently sank away,
I had not noticed its descent,
until I rubbed my eyed from strain
and turned on the light.

A Tangled Web Of Words

Victory beyond our senses
in the bright congealing light
makes nonsense of our thoughts
that spill out through the night.
A tangled web of words
of which we have no control
splatter themselves
upon the blank pages
of our mind for all time.
We are captives to our thoughts
whether they be right or wrong
as they plan to captivate our mind.
We can only capitulate
under the onslaught they bring,
lowering our defences
to the power in gifts they bring.

Port Fairy In January

Port Fairy in January on a warm and humid saturday
The beach full of people the young splash and play
In the shallows where the small waves splash onto the beach
In a place safe to swim where the life savers can reach
Anyone who gets in trouble and for help have to shout
To the beach for safety they will drag them out
And if necessary so give them mouth to mouth
The worth of the Life Saver is never in doubt
In the prime of the Summer at the start of the New Year
When people still enjoy the Seasonal cheer
Ageing and younger people and many girl and boy
A dip in salt-water do seem to enjoy
People of all ages and colours and mostly every Race
Make Port Fairy in January quite a busy place.

Ode to Old Smiley

See, a smiley or a lack thereof
doth not a writer make

but dressing-up like Antoinette
doth usually win the cake

what equine sacrifice will meet
agreement for disagreeing?

for if a quill with parchment wed
shan't send the torments fleeing

pour ale, splatter ink, mine friends
send Smiley-in-trousers twirling!
