Job Proposal
The community has no immunity from the systematic demise
Of inner city enterprise
This demise creates economic development for administrations
In the midst of inner city death cries
Poverty, an opportunity for the business community to procure
Appropriations for the revitalization of bureaucratic relations
Poverty works, it is the hidden agenda that doth lurk
Anti-poverty programs comprehensive and coordinated
Jobs for social workers, counselors and bureaucrats created
While communities, neighborhoods and ghettos waited and waited

The community has no immunity from the systematice demise
Of inner city enterprise
Poverty and crime are permitted to murder the inner city
Without remorse, without mercy, without justice, without pity
The need for the slums sanctions traditional deterioration of
Social humanity

The community has no immunity from systematic demise
Of inner city enterprise

Education
Education is the key to
Development of human resource
Development of human resource
Is the key to economic development
High demand of skilled manpower
Exists in every country
Therefore
The governments should
Emphasize on education
More than any other sector
Especially
In least developed countries
In order to meet local demand
And export manpower as well
However
In LDCs
Education for all
Is still a dream
That’s why
Governments of LDCs
Should turn this dream into reality
As soon as possible

Government alone cannot solve the problems we deal with in our correctional facilities, treatment centers, homeless shelters and crisis centers - we need our faith-based and community partners.

Storm
The silken threads of darkness
weave their way across the sky
causing day to turn to night.
Rolling clouds clash together
bringing spears of light and sound
and then one cries a million teardrops
to splash upon the ground.
More dark clouds rumble together
and blue streaks momentarily
light up the darkened sky.
Everything shelters best it can
from the wanton storm
as it continues to fight
its way above their heads.
Soon the last teardrops are shed
and day returns again.
A single arch of colours
lingers under the sun
once the storm has passed
angrily on its way.

I suspect that many corporations have begun to understand that they have an important role to play in the lives of their communities, and that allocating funds to support local groups helps them discharge that function and also burnish their image.

States get to improve transportation infrastructure; that creates economic development, puts people back to work and, most important, enhances safety and improves local communities.

One of my beliefs is that there are certain institutions within a community which stand for the spirit and heart of that community, there's the church, the local football team, the local pub and the theatre.

He who shelters under a tree gets twice as wet.
There will not be one kind of community existing and one kind of life led in utopia. Utopia will consist of utopias, of many different and divergent communities in which people lead different kinds of lives under different institutions. Some kinds of communities will be more attractive to most than others; communities will wax and wane. People will leave some for others or spend their whole lives in one. Utopia is a framework for utopias, a place where people are at liberty to join together voluntarily to pursue and attempt to realize their own vision of the good life in the ideal community but where no one can impose his
own utopian vision upon others.

While I believe our Constitution allows for State and local governments to execute the power of eminent domain for those purposes that specifically serve the public good, condemning property solely to implement economic development plans is not serving the public good.

A Storm Is A Storm
Everyday we seek shelter
from an approaching storm.
Whether it comes naturally
or is a homemade one.
A storm is a storm
and its turbulence is always felt.
Where it be rain, snow, flood,
hurricane or tornado,
or someone playing mind games
to try to hurt us in someway.
A storm is a storm.
