The difference between a healthy person and one who is mentally ill is the fact that the healthy one has all the mental illnesses, and the mentally ill person has only one.

Mentally Mad
[ced] with the power ammunition
[kool] bombs and hand grenades
[ced] are concealed
[kool] to blow your ? up
[ced] distort your blood vessels
[both] with treble, dissolvin human skin
Into liquid, flaming acid
As we enter your skull, cause we're mental
Mentally mad!
[ced] aiyyo keith, i know you tired of all this
("i'm tryin to tell you now!")
But tell me son, how mentally deranged are you?
[kool keith]
I'm like a sniper, when unloadin my gun
I got the suckers paranoid and they're on the run
To the next corner, while i shoot up a forest
Out of nowhere, bullets coming your way
Just duck, grab your girl and sway
I'm aimin, i'm searchin for the brain
That i need to destruct any lyric combined
As well as designed
To behold, and tell the untold
I'm crazy, destructive any radical
I love static, i got a automatic
If a sucker don't believe, touch my pocket
Padding, just feel the steel barrel
Please look out, and watch your next cookout
While i stake out, and find a person to rust
Cause i'm mental, mentally mad!
[ced gee]
Just like a timebomb, i blow up your arm
Alarm -- check it
And when a sucker ask to battle me, i'm very calm
Manipulated plans, to blow away you germs
A term, that i use like glue
To confuse, plus move you
More and more, to the level of a black hole
In space, as i, proceed to erase
And alleviate, furthermore dictate, my pace
Of pressure, which crush the human skull
Into mess, there's no contest
I'm ?, and nevertheless i'm mental
Mentally mad!
I'm mental!
Son, i'm mentally mad!

Well i'm a revolutionist, with skills to malcolm x
To improve my intellect, while another man checks
My information, relayed identity
I'm john doe, and far for him to see
I'm known as terrorist, well armed and dangerous
I run committees, connect cities to cities
And overseas, i'm movin quick as a breeze
Into a meeting, with flame i will be heating
Up the booby trap, while suckers take naps
And go to sleep, i'ma sneak up and peep
Like a tom, i'm here to blow up your arm
With a rifle, me, i'm more trifle
I should be towers, call me the eiffel in paris
London, even rome
I won't quit til i break off your dome
Cause i'm mental, mentally mad!

A Most Famous I Am Poem
The most famous 'I Am' poem came from the pen of John Clare
When in Northampton mental asylum his type of person rare
Since when mentally unwell his best poems he did pen
One of the most amazing in his time of literary men.
The most famous 'I Am' poem of self does not boast
From the pen of one who to self never drunk a toast
A poor and mentally ill and near forgotten man
One close to the end of his tragic life span.
The most famous 'I Am' poem to it has a sad ring
'Tis not of the wonderful life it does sing
Now used as the anthem poem of the mentally ill
The most famous 'I Am' poem life's cup of dark sorrows does fill.
The most famous 'I Am' poem not a great song of life
But of one who had struggled with his inner strife
From the heart of a poor poet a cry of despair
The most famous 'I Am' poem from the pen of John Clare.

The Simple Person
and when you’re a child, you learn so much
of ‘grown-up’ life, of ‘grown-up’ values –
by the tone of voice
in which they say things
my mother, saying of a particular person
whom I’d never met – or if I had,
would not have known what to make of them –
‘She’s a simple person’
and the tone of voice with which she said this
was full of compassion, without a touch of criticism:
it meant, she has no mind with which to make complexity.
Not a hint there of some label like mentally challenged,
or mentally under-privileged;
rather, the purity of a soul untrammelled;
indeed, a state of grace
for in her day, the honourable poor
looked after, were at one with their simpler kin;
while free to honour the skilled and fortunate
and I listening, wondered if I could rise to life’s challenges
as a simple person.

The healthy person experiences a healthy world.
The health care system is really designed to reward you for being unhealthy. If you are a healthy person and work hard to be healthy, there are no benefits.

Be healthy
You should eat healthy
and be healthy.
Instead of having juice,
have fruits.
Instead of having junk,
have some green fun.
So, stay healthy
by eating green
and advise others also the same green fun
you should eat healthy
and be healthy! ! !

One person can make a difference. In fact, it's not only possible for one person to make a difference, it's essential that one person makes a difference. And believe it or not, that person is you.
Healthy people are those who live in healthy homes on a healthy diet; in an environment equally fit for birth, growth work, healing, and dying... Healthy people need no bureaucratic interference to mate, give birth, share the human condition and die.

Weaklings Are Blessed
Healthy fruits are plucked;
Healthy plants are infested.
Healthy animals are slaughtered.
The weaklings have longer life.

I have never yet met a healthy person who worried very much about his health, or a really good person who worried much about his own soul.

As If To Make Fashion Statements
Observing a segment of the population,
Walking around as best as they can...
With accepted self inflicted disabilities,
As if to make fashion statements...
Huge profits are being made,
To keep them mentally attached...
And kept conditioned to beliefs,
A suffering done they do...
Represents an honorable existence.
And those who appear to be perfectly healthy,
Are 'assumed' to be visitors from out of town.

I don't know if I was a desirable person, not just physically but emotionally and mentally and intellectually. I still have a long way go and a lot to learn, but I'm on my way, I don't think I'm terribly attractive, but I'm comfortable with my looks.

Epigram 101
To the Almighty Creator we believe with faith
To Him we pray to merit us the better fate
But if a strong, healthy person such so lazy
Relies only from somebody to feed him if hungry
To starvation if that person dies, that's total defeat
And that's not Almighty Creator's given fate

A healthy person who begs for food is an insult to a generous farmer.
I don't think it's necessarily healthy to go into relationships as a needy person. Better to go in with a full deck.
