The health care system is really designed to reward you for being unhealthy. If you are a healthy person and work hard to be healthy, there are no benefits.

Strong Health Makes Life Prolong
Protect your precious health
Neither smoke nor drink
Let not body be abused
Pray for peace of mind
Let exercise be done
Do if possible cycling
Swimming is a fine drill
Running is incomparable
Meditation calms the soul
Walking is the safest
Jogging is concentration
Exercising is ever wise
Food habits if are healthy
Colossal benefits are got
When healthy food is eaten
Health will pick up very fast
Very easily health is nourished
As our body is a great warrior
It possesses plenty of strength
Our duty is to tap it very well.

Healthy people are those who live in healthy homes on a healthy diet; in an environment equally fit for birth, growth work, healing, and dying... Healthy people need no bureaucratic interference to mate, give birth, share the human condition and die.

Take proper care
Take proper care
Else you may land somewhere
You may find it hard to carry
You will curse and forget to merry
Better wake up and nurse properly
Shape it well and in manner very orderly
Enjoy the fruits and stand erect
With nice posture and stand correct
The healthy body and mind go together
Worry free life and need not to bother
Full activeness through out the time
Prevents a person from committing any crime
Think well and perform too well
There won’t be any bad story to tell
Helps the society and nation too
Great substance in it and very true
Any nation is prosperous if citizens are healthy
I may lead to stability and called also wealthy
Less spending on health and more on welfare
If we contribute little and take care

Be healthy
You should eat healthy
and be healthy.
Instead of having juice,
have fruits.
Instead of having junk,
have some green fun.
So, stay healthy
by eating green
and advise others also the same green fun
you should eat healthy
and be healthy! ! !

I believe that if you're healthy, you're capable of doing everything. There's no one else who can give you health but God, and by being healthy I believe that God is listening to me.

Man does not live by soap alone; and hygiene, or even health, is not much good unless you can take a healthy view of it or, better still, feel a healthy indifference to it.

First Love Yourself..
When you love yourself, others will love you too
Taking the best care of your body, the best you can do.
Knowing that your body is the temple of God,
Will work for you well, gives you health and save you from the rod.
If you love and respect yourself you will do same with others,
They'll give you back same and you'll never be part of the losers.
Perfect health comes from an organized, healthy mind,
Work on that and you will never be left behind.

The healthy person experiences a healthy world.
The perfect lacks love.
Drugs make the unhealthy, healthy.
The healthy one needs no more drugs.
Love makes the imperfect, perfect.
The perfect one needs no more love?

Wandering Justice
Wandering Justice
O! Dear, have I hit a miss?
With wandering justice
When society systems fail
And someone goes to jail
Without any chance of bail
Or ever setting out again on sea to sail
For something they did not do; it is a sad tale
When there is war instead of peace
And dignified people are looking for ass to kiss
Where is justice?
Countries are suffering in health and poverty
Whilst others are enjoying wealth and property
Where is justice?
O! Dear, have I hit a miss?
With wandering justice
When someone you love
Is taken away to the skies above
Where is the justice?
When you read endlessly to take exams
Another passes it with some fraudulent scam
Where is the justice?
When all your life you work so hard
Doesn’t it get you viciously mad?
When the jackpot hits another who is bad
Where is the justice?
When life takes away your child
Because you ignored health symptoms as mild
Where is the justice?
At work when your original innovations
Reward your boss with a standing ovation
Followed by a double or triple promotion
And all you get from the boss is a caution
Where is the justice?
When living a healthy life is nothing but a trick
As destiny picks on you for the sake of a kick
With illnesses for the unhealthy and the weak
All the same you are the one who ends up sick
Where is the justice?
O! Dear, have I hit a miss?
With wandering justice
Fair for all is what I call justice
Moments of rewarding bliss
When a man plants his seeds
Creating numerous mouths to feed
And he provides them with all their needs
I call it Justice!
When you work hard
Indulging in good not bad
And life rewards make you so glad
I call it Justice!
Yet justice often wanders away
Before you have your chance of say
When it wanders, the price is often high to pay
O! Dear, have I hit a miss?
With wandering justice
As it leaves behind a trail of flaws
That is not within the confinement of fair law!

You may be FAT but are you BEAUTIFUL?
The definition of beauty doesn't point singularly to physical appearance.
It is undeniable that it is good to be healthy
but it is idolatry to believe only the society's desire is acceptable.
God allowed us look the way we do and loves us thus
He loves the big, the small, the slim, the fat, the muscular, the average, the overweight, the underweight
One that cheers you on physically when you really are unhealthy is the friend to be avoided
If 'you are fat' is a fact, deal with it
Why seek to feel good about ones state when it leads an unhealthy regret down the road.
Pride in one's skin is more than just belief in one's being
It is a fertilizer for ones sense of appreciation
And a reinforcement for a bold mind unfazed by agents that taunt resilience.
Another thought that should not be entertained for a second
Is the idea that though one is healthy, there is a size for the society's perfect
One may work towards feeling better about ones physical look or keeping ones size
but that there is a perfect size to be met is a false attempt geared toward pleasing a fantasial idol
Don't let Barbie dictate what ought and what not
Neither should the yard stick of some models be a taunt
It is all a false representation that in no wise is natural
Life is more than present and joy is far from derived through looks
Down the road of time, the youthful pressure dwindles as wisdom replaces 'knowledge'.
For friends that desire to be true, deception is evil but discrimination likewise is
Love the unhealthy and aid in their physical need through truthful words and example
Respect the healthy and leave comparison to individuals
Be a model by the way you appreciate your healthful state.
Tell those that need to know that:
Beauty is an inner thing,
We attract who we are not what we look like,
It is the connection inside that results in the ultimate choice not the first impression.

Most extremely healthy people frequently experience of intense affirmation and certainty; Maslow called these "peak experiences." No one had made this discovery before because it had never struck anyone that a science calling itself "psychology" and professing to be a science of the human mind (not merely the sick mind), ought to form its estimate of human beings by taking into account healthy minds as well as sick ones. A sick man talks obsessively about his illness; a healthy man never talks about his health; for as Pirandello points out, we take happiness for granted, and only begin to question life when we are unhappy.
