Use of a mentally ill person's involuntary confession is antithetical to the notion of fundamental fairness embodied in the due process clause.

Battles of Fairness

Fairness?
To honesty, fairness is Fair,
To sincerity, fairness is Accuracy,
To integrity, fairness is Absolute!
To the law, fairness is JUSTICE!
To dedicated public servant
FAIRNESS IS MORE THAN A SALARY,
MORE THAN TEARS, MORE THAN JUSTICE,
MORE THAN SWEAT, MORE THAN HONOR,
MORE THAN LOVE and
MORE THAN JUSTICE.
But to the twisted society
FAIRNESS is
BEYOND DOUBT
and BEYOND
QUESTION!

I have no doubt,
I have no question.
The gavel is yours.
But...
you can't stop me
remembering
December 10,2010.

Fundamental Humans

Fundamental Christianity
Fundamental Islam
Fundamental Judaism
Fundamental Buddhism
Fundamental?

What happened to fundamental humans?

Why so many God brokers?

Have humans forgotten how to speak directly to God?

Jihad?
Crusade?
Inquisition?
Forced missionary conversion?
Dogma?
Why have so many innocent people died in the name of God?

Fundamental religion has robbed fundamental humans,
of their sovereignty, freedom and connection to God.

An age nears;

When people awaken to inner truth
Establish a personal relationship with Creator
Restore balance within themselves
Restore balance to Mother Earth
Establish a lasting peace

Indigenous people around the world have been right all along;

“We’re all One”

We have reversed the usual classical notion that the independent "elementary parts" of the world are the fundamental reality, and that the various systems are merely particular contingent forms and arrangements of these parts. Rather, we say that inseparable quantum interconnectedness of the whole universe is the fundamental reality, and that relatively independent behaving parts are merely particular and contingent forms within this whole.

Involuntary Solitude

How is

Involuntary solitude, the abyss,

Different in temperament

From solitary confinement?

Involuntary solitude

Bothersome with certitude.

Solitary confinement

Painful with infinitude.

Involuntary solitude

Taken advantage of, by some.

Solitary confinement

Feared by all and one.

The Simple Person

and when you’re a child, you learn so much
of ‘grown-up’ life, of ‘grown-up’ values –

by the tone of voice
in which they say things

my mother, saying of a particular person
whom I’d never met – or if I had,
would not have known what to make of them –

‘She’s a simple person’

and the tone of voice with which she said this
was full of compassion, without a touch of criticism:

it meant, she has no mind with which to make complexity.
Not a hint there of some label like mentally challenged,
or mentally under-privileged;

rather, the purity of a soul untrammelled;
indeed, a state of grace

for in her day, the honourable poor
looked after, were at one with their simpler kin;
while free to honour the skilled and fortunate

and I listening, wondered if I could rise to life’s challenges
as a simple person.

Confession

Listen up
This is confession
This machine motion is sure to break my heart
Listen up
This is confession
Recorded music sticks in the throat of god.
I o u, you dont own me
I o u, you dont own me
Party time, one mor night, everybodys affected
Listen up
This is confession
You are a poison that flows into my veins.
Listen up
This is confession
Ive never been so scared of letting you down.
You know me, so come closer
You know me, so come closer
Party time, one more town, everybodys affected.
I know you, you dont need me
I know you, you dont need me
Party time, one more girl, everybodys affected
Listen up
This is confession
They tell me heaven just has to be somewhere
Listen up
This is confession
Id lie to God if I could make him believe.
You owe me, and I need you
You owe me, and I need you
Party time, one more game, everybodys affected
This is my confession
This is my confession
Party time, one more lie, everybodys affected

It Is Too Late To Appease With Trite Apologies

Let me bring you up to date,
And clarify that notion...
What you 'assume' for you,
Is not too late to do.

To believe someone stands by and waits,
For you to comprehend...
What should have been comprehended,
During times that have come to an end...
Way back when...and 'then'?
It is too late to announce your understanding.
For an effect you expect to get.
To cleanse a slate.

Feelings you purposely hurt have healed.
And reminiscing a pain no one finds ideal.
Your appearance someone might appreciate.
But your conversation with excuses made...
Has long been outdated.
And it is too late to appease with trite apologies.

Your enlightenment that has awakened you,
To the feelings of others you had abused...
Is good for 'your' experience to process and digest.
But that painful healing that took place,
With a patience someone left alone to manifest...
Without your heartfelt confession to put at rest,
Has occurred with the grace only received from God.

Unincorporated Insights IX

Fallacies that we believe in argue,
Challenging each other—conflicting lies.
Veracity wallows out of our view—
In either a subterfuge or disguise.
We become confused, trying to translate
The coded hieroglyphics that carom
Over lofty expectations— to spate
Our process like a gyrating maelstrom.
Glabrous, fulgurated electrical
Strikes beam through the core of the whirling storm,
And the skies rain an antithetical
Slathering as the dry climates deform.
The weather is forced— through harsh coercion—
By the Holy right of their assertions.

To Finally Accept The Process

As much as I hesitated,
And debated with myself...
To finally accept the process,
I 'allowed' myself to age.
Yes!

I 'allowed' myself to do this in stages.
Since I did not want to become overwhelmed,
By an event I was not sure I wanted to attend.
Although others I viewed seemed surprised by it too...
With a protesting shown and much unhappiness.

However, unlike them...
I decided I would not get too comfortable,
With any stage that came to end.
Some chose a stage with a wish to stay.
And fighting with themselves along the way.

I even witnessed others,
Doing their best to prevent maturity.
None physically succeeded,
But mentally...
Many could easily claim a success.

As much as I hesitated,
And debated with myself...
To finally accept the process,
I 'allowed' myself to age.
Yes!

And as each day passes,
I feel more and more blessed.
I no longer feel I should 'allow' this process.
Since I now do it without thinking about it,
With an acceptance felt for me that is best.

Mentally Mad

[ced] with the power ammunition
[kool] bombs and hand grenades
[ced] are concealed
[kool] to blow your ? up
[ced] distort your blood vessels
[both] with treble, dissolvin human skin
Into liquid, flaming acid
As we enter your skull, cause we're mental
Mentally mad!
[ced] aiyyo keith, i know you tired of all this
("i'm tryin to tell you now!")
But tell me son, how mentally deranged are you?
[kool keith]
I'm like a sniper, when unloadin my gun
I got the suckers paranoid and they're on the run
To the next corner, while i shoot up a forest
Out of nowhere, bullets coming your way
Just duck, grab your girl and sway
I'm aimin, i'm searchin for the brain
That i need to destruct any lyric combined
As well as designed
To behold, and tell the untold
I'm crazy, destructive any radical
I love static, i got a automatic
If a sucker don't believe, touch my pocket
Padding, just feel the steel barrel
Please look out, and watch your next cookout
While i stake out, and find a person to rust
Cause i'm mental, mentally mad!
[ced gee]
Just like a timebomb, i blow up your arm
Alarm -- check it
And when a sucker ask to battle me, i'm very calm
Manipulated plans, to blow away you germs
A term, that i use like glue
To confuse, plus move you
More and more, to the level of a black hole
In space, as i, proceed to erase
And alleviate, furthermore dictate, my pace
Of pressure, which crush the human skull
Into mess, there's no contest
I'm ?, and nevertheless i'm mental
Mentally mad!
I'm mental!
Son, i'm mentally mad!
Mental!
Mentally mad!
[kool keith]
Well i'm a revolutionist, with skills to malcolm x
To improve my intellect, while another man checks
My information, relayed identity
I'm john doe, and far for him to see
I'm known as terrorist, well armed and dangerous
I run committees, connect cities to cities
And overseas, i'm movin quick as a breeze
Into a meeting, with flame i will be heating
Up the booby trap, while suckers take naps
And go to sleep, i'ma sneak up and peep
Like a tom, i'm here to blow up your arm
With a rifle, me, i'm more trifle
I should be towers, call me the eiffel in paris
London, even rome
I won't quit til i break off your dome
Cause i'm mental, mentally mad!
Mental!
Mentally mad!
Mental!
Mentally mad!
Mental!
Mentally mad!
Mentally mad! mentally mad! mentally mad!
Mentally mad! mentally mad! .. *fades*

A quality is something capable of being completely embodied. A law never can be embodied in its character as a law except by determining a habit. A quality is how something may or might have been. A law is how an endless future must continue to be.

A Most Famous I Am Poem

The most famous 'I Am' poem came from the pen of John Clare
When in Northampton mental asylum his type of person rare
Since when mentally unwell his best poems he did pen
One of the most amazing in his time of literary men.

The most famous 'I Am' poem of self does not boast
From the pen of one who to self never drunk a toast
A poor and mentally ill and near forgotten man
One close to the end of his tragic life span.

The most famous 'I Am' poem to it has a sad ring
'Tis not of the wonderful life it does sing
Now used as the anthem poem of the mentally ill
The most famous 'I Am' poem life's cup of dark sorrows does fill.

The most famous 'I Am' poem not a great song of life
But of one who had struggled with his inner strife
From the heart of a poor poet a cry of despair
The most famous 'I Am' poem from the pen of John Clare.
