Spreading out the particle into a string is a step in the direction of making everything we're familiar with fuzzy. You enter a completely new world where things aren't at all what you're used to.

String theory is an attempt at a deeper description of nature by thinking of an elementary particle not as a little point but as a little loop of vibrating string.

It's indeed surprising that replacing the elementary particle with a string leads to such a big change in things. I'm tempted to say that it has to do with the fuzziness it introduces.

The Magic Wand Of The Too Familiar
it happens all the time
the most familiar things and events and people
come daily and they become so ordinary
and then
you wonder
somehow
something
unfamiliar begins to strike you
making some furrows in your face
it becomes magical
a wand of the familiar
turns you into a prince
a sword is handed to you
a horse for you to mount
upon
a heart that begins its journey
on some adventures
that were there once
in your youth
you become alive
then the world changes its colors
and you realize
you never notice
something had long been put here
how foolish you have been
for not noticing such a familiar thing?

Mandatory Voting Now
Mandatory voting would be a step in the right direction,
A major right step in our democratic discretion,
Unfortunately the powers that be, like things the way they are,
With less than half Canadians voting - this is bizarre.
Therefore something is very wrong that has to be put right,
But media moguls are pleased the way things are though not bright,
But we also need binding referendums and death with dignity,
But our aristocrats consider this as adversity.
Big money should not be allowed to dominate an election,
Or influence us going in any democratic direction,
Politicians should be compelled to do what they said they would do,
Not disappear for a few years doing nothing but who knew?

Schoolchildren Singing Particle Man
Particle man, particle man
Doing the things a particle can
Whats he like? its not important
Particle man
Is he a dot, or is he a speck?
When hes underwater does he get wet?
Or does the water get him instead?
Nobody knows, particle man
Triangle man, triangle man
Triangle man hates particle man
They have a fight, triangle wins
Triangle man
Universe man, universe man
Size of the entire universe man
Usually kind to smaller man
Universe man
Hes got a watch with a minute hand,
Millenium hand and an eon hand
When they meet its a happy land
Powerful man, universe man
Person man, person man
Hit on the head with a frying pan
Lives his life in a garbage can
Person man
Is he depressed or is he a mess?
Does he feel totally worthless?
Who came up with person man?
Degraded man, person man
Triangle man, triangle man
Triangle man hates person man
They have a fight, triangle wins
Triangle man

For when we talk about the spreading power and influence of globalization, aren't we really referring to the spreading economic and military might of the US?

The fact is there's a lot of better actors than I am who are out there and aren't working, so I'm still trying to come into my own. I think if I thought I had a distinguishing quality, I think that might be a step in the wrong direction. I think trying to remain as humble as possible is the best way to aid that progression with your acting.

God Particle
A God Particle has the name, Higgs Boson.
Higgs Boson gives mass to a particle.
A particle nearby acquires more mass.
The mass of a particle is the amount of matter.
Matter, unknown of the Universe is missing energy.
The energy missing or dark is 94% of the Universe.
For the Universe and its creation, Higgs Boson was the cause.
The cause of the Universe was the God Particle.
The God Particle gave mass to even dusts where there're all gods.
The gods of all the religions were born out of this particle.
But this particle is a wonderful invention.
This invention will hurt the minds of the priests.
The priests won't nod to the Big Bang Theory.
The theory may solve the universal mystery.
The untied mystery will make the priests angry.
Their angry will make them refuse the single God Particle.

Priceless Discovery!
Barely conscious
Or hardly caring which way
I face the World,
I took a border step,
Traveling steadily
Against the furious wind
That was sometimes too strong
And so cold it mumbled my senses
Until I felt myself
Completely turned inside out...
I tried to keep the direction
That I have set for
So that somehow,
I will arrive somewhere
Knowing that this path
I have followed faithfully
Has brought me to a state of mind
Where I have proudly
Become myself...

Let's Get Back
Get back together aah
This is a very interesting situation
I sense a gradual loss of communication
Don't you think I can see you're changing on
me
You're heading into a completely new direction
And I am having trouble making the adaptation
Don't you think I can see you're changing on me
Let's get back together
Let's get back forever
Let's get back together
Let's get back
Let's get back together
Let's get back forever
Let's get back together
Let's get back
If I may be so bold by making a suggestion
Please ask yourself why you are making this
transition
Don't you think I can see

Just Don't Need This
Album: Angels With Dirty Faces (2002)
Look across the room
I see some guy
Steaming over me
He's smirking sleazy
Probably be older than daddy
Since you smiled
My expression has changed
Come any closer
Things will be constrained
I walk pass looking good
Doesn't give you the right
To put that hand where you think that you should
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
I don't want any man to tell me what to do
Anyone to say to me my feelings are not true
For your information
I maintain my station
Feel so incredible
Don't need no man to tell me where yo go
Cos this is all you know
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
I'll go wherever I know that you won't go
I don't have to tango with your ego
And it's just because I said so
They way I'm feeling now is mental
The problem first starts in your dentail
I can't believe they let you in 'dis place
But have they seen the look on your face
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
Not this girl, not this world
Just step off, had enough
You're no good, I'm no fool
I just don't need this
Not this girl, not this world

I just don't need this

String Of Lies
I've got no politics no influential friend or two
I've got ideas but it's nothing I picked up at school
I might be running but I'm never running back to you
And here's a letter from the real world I don't expect you'll reply
And anything you're gonna tell me it's just another lie
I had to wait so long that weeks and months that passed me by
You've got no power and my situation don't apply
You ask me how I am I lie and say I'm doing fine
And with your sugar sweetened alibi there was a truth I never knew
And all the attitude you gave me it's coming back to you
String of lies it's always compromise with you
String of lies you know there's nothing left to do
String of lies it's been a string of lies with you
And here's a letter from the real world I don't expect your reply
And anything you're gonna tell me it's just another lie
String of lies we always compromise for you
String of lies you know there's nothing left to do
String of lies it's been a string of lies with you
String of lies we always compromise for you
And here's a letter from the real world

Insignificantly Significant
Millions of particles,
Making up my body.
Millions of bodies,
Making up a world.
Millions of worlds,
Making up a universe.
Removed from this,
I feel alone.
Yet, I am a piece of the puzzle.
A part of a bigger picture.
Insignificantly significant.
One infected cell spreading.
Affecting the body,
Eventually, killing the host.
One infected host spreading.
Eventually killing the world.
One cell at a time,
One person at a time.
But in order to heal the world,
The host must heal first.
For if an infected host can destroy,
Then a well host can build.
A body will heal,
One cell at a time.
Until it is healthy.
A world will heal,
One person at a time.
Until it is done.

Fog
As I walk along the coastal road, to the neighbouring bay,
A curtain of thick fog suddenly comes swirling my way.
Through the dense haze, I can spot the odd car headlight,
But everything else is now completely hidden from sight.
With my journey, I decide it isn’t wise to carry on,
As my sense of direction has now completely gone.
I begin to retrace my footsteps back towards the town,
Unable to believe how quickly the fog has come down.
With familiar sights now totally obscured from view,
I feel a little bit lost, and, I admit, a little anxious too.
All around me, there is a dense veil of consuming whiteness,
But it is tinged with a gloomy grey, so there is no brightness.
I spotted the fog earlier, obscuring the nearby hilltops,
But, I carried on, assuming that’s where it would stop.
But the fog came tumbling down, on to the land below;
There wasn’t any nook or cranny, where the fog didn’t go.
As I walk through the fog, I feel cold and get very wet,
But, unfortunately for me, I have a mile or so to go yet.
A seafront shelter, which I passed earlier, looms up ahead;
From this point, there aren’t too many more steps to tread.
As quickly as it came, the thick fog begins to roll away,
Leaving, in its wake, a, fairly decent, midsummer’s day.
Back within the boundary of the town, I feel safe at last,
And feel glad that the thick fog, has now drifted on past.

I've Got The World On A String
I've got the world on a string
Sitting on a rainbow
Got the string around my finger
What a world, what a life - I'm in love
I've got a song that I sing
I can make the rain go
Any time I move my finger
Lucky me, can't you see - I'm in love
Life's is a beautiful thing
As long as I hold the string
I'd be a silly so-and-so
If I should ever let it go
I've got the world on a string
Sitting on a rainbow
Got the string around my finger
What a world, what a life - I'm in love
Life's is a beautiful thing
As long as I hold the string
I'd be a silly so-and-so
If I should ever let it go
I've got the world on a string
Sitting on a rainbow
Got the string around my finger
I'm walking around with my head in a clouds
And I'm feeling so good
I don't want to come down
And I'm shouting it out
I'm in love

Of Deceit and Honorable Hypocrisy!
People aren't just thrusted into the limelight,
For doing absolutely nothing.
They may be seen doing absolutely nothing noteworthy,
When they are actually there.
But to come from nowhere...
To then be everywhere?
With a hype unlike found under microscope,
Day and night!
To then proclaim...
An unawareness?
Not too many of us 'trip' like this!
And not to intentionally bring attention upon oneself?
Even lunatics can create better excuses.
People aren't just thrusted into the limelight,
For doing absolutely nothing.
That's been done too many times by those who create wars.
Those who stick their busy noses into places...
Then proclaim an innocence.
Like a child found with a mouthful of mints.
After being told too many times...
Lieing does not make sense!
When their misdeeds are exposed,
With a spreading of the evidence.
And pictures of them posing wickedly,
Smiling in front of unusually familiar...
Although conquered foreign doors.
Knowing they've been warned many times before.
People aren't just thrusted into the limelight,
For doing absolutely nothing.
Something done that they did or do,
Got them exactly what they wanted.
With the aid of those who empathize,
With lies reeking...
Of deceit and honorable hypocrisy!

I've Got The World On A String
I've got the world on a string, sittin' on a rainbow,
Got that string around my finger
What a world, what a life,

I've got a new song I sing, I can make the rain go,
Anytime I move my finger, lucky me, can't you see?
I'm in love
Life's a wonderful thing, long as I hold that string,
I'd be a silly so and so, if I should ever let you go
I've got the world on a string, sittin' on a rainbow,
Got that string around my finger, what a world, what a life,
I'm in love
Life's a crazy thing, long as I hold that string,
I'd be a silly so and so, if I should ever let you go
I've got the world on a string, sittin' on a rainbow,
Got that string around my finger, what a world,
man this is the life,
Hey now I'm in love

Speak Me
Speak Me
Night has awaken water at scarf of river
Air of cold star at fan of sky
The girl who is crying at this deep night hiding face by pillow
Speak me which flower I shall string together.
The river gull looks for starfish at river
As poet looks for word’s procession of azure
What will jingle at foot of stone culture diamond!
Speak me which flower I shall string together.
The petals of flower excluded from her eye
Could butterfly hold up the rainbow in his earth?
His wants and obtains as like that of white ant-
Speak me which flower I shall string together.
Flower bloom at that earth where first step was kept
We have built this earth by that nectar of breast
I find trace of all things exchanging that glance
Speak me which flower I shall string together.
