Prosecution I have managed to avoid; but I have been arrested, charged in a police court, have refused to be bound over, and thereupon have been unconditionally released - to my great regret; for I have always wanted to know what going to prison was like.

The culprit can sleep well.
Charged for corruption, I slept well.
I can influence witnesses, police,
The prosecution and the judgment
Or at least the jailor or his staff.

Police arrested two kids yesterday, one was drinking battery acid, the other was eating fireworks. They charged one and let the other one off.

Not The Perpetrators Of The Crime
I caught a burglar in my home,
He was armed with a knife,
When I asked him why he just replied,
You'd better not give me strife
I told him I would call the police,
If he refused to leave,
He looked at me then laughed and said,
What will that achieve.
He said he'd claim it was all my fault,
For trying to get him nabbed,
Because I'd threatened him with arrest,
That would justify me being stabbed.
At that I drew my firearm,
I warned him I would shoot,
He just stood there laughing,
He didn't give a hoot.
He told me he would have me charged,
If I did him any harm,
He also said he'd sue me,
For causing him alarm.
He pointed out that I was cruel,
For locking all my doors,
He said It was inconsiderate,
As breaking in gave him sores.
Because he was classed as vulnerable,
He said he'd make the claim,
That I was the one harassing him,
He said I'd get the blame.
I told him that I'd had enough,
It was time to call the police,
He laughed and said, go for it,
It's me they will release.
I looked at him and said, you're mad,
He replied, that talk incites,
You've not only hurt my feelings now,
You have breached my human rights.
Just at that the police arrived,
He told them he was shattered,
Then claimed that I'd assaulted him,
I had left him bruised and battered.
He told the police he was on drugs,
A method well tried and tested,
For when he said I'd terrorised him,
It was me that they arrested.
As he walked away after being released,
He said he was full of elation,
I'd be hearing from his solicitor soon,
With a claim for compensation.
He claimed not only would he win,
But I'd be paying the fee,
As he'd never worked a day in his life,
His lawyer was entirely free.
Society is in meltdown now,
The victims are forgotten,
The scum can do whatever they like,
To the core our system's rotten.
When will the do-gooders realise,
Criminals are nothing but slime,
It's the victims that should be protected,

Witness 4 The Prosecution
I am a witness 4 the prosecution of a hate in this love affair
I who am guilty of nothing but always wantin' 2 be there
Mama, I swear I love U, I always have
In school I once traded chairs
If I couldn't be near U, I wanted what was yours
Now I just want U 2 care

Incarceration Cause And Effect
bad choices usually
have bad outcomes
cause and event
crime and time
everyone is innocent in prison
is the perpetual not guilty plea
blame it on de man who taught
blame it on de man who fought
blame it on de fool who wanted to be cool
blame it on de location of a bar room stole
blame it on de hard drug pushed or alcohol
blame it on de police sting or sell out mole
prison incarceration in punitive prison
result of poor self choice made decision
locked inside can result in fatal incision
from this education few great have arisen

Connived
Investigations,
Alleged,
Robbery,
Arrested,
Connived,
Armed with a knife!
But, a digital camera took your image;
And you were arrested.
Personal,
Logistics,
Effects,
Collected,
Efforts,
Quietly,
Cross minds!
But you entered her room and,
You were arrested.
Expressed,
Operations,
Gathered,
facilitate,
Mentioned,
And to express surprises! !
But you were easily busted by the police.

There's no regret. You can't regret. I mean, I've felt regret but I've also refused to allow regret to sow a seed and live in me because I don't believe it. You feel it, it's like guilt, it's like jealousy, it's like all those horrible things. You've just got to snip them and get them out, because they're no good.
A Swiss Constitution
We are all going to die whether we like it or not,
It will happen sooner or later even if you think you're a big shot,
It can't be organized or scheduled for this or that reason,
It's against the law and considered to be next to treason.
The Swiss and Dutch have it figured out and have death with dignity,
But it's not allowed in Canada - High Court activity.
Sue Rodriguez was refused though she had Lou Gehrig's disease,
Canadian Supreme Court dressed in red, refused her please.
So we should amend our constitution like the Swiss and the Dutch,
Because under the present system our Supreme Court has too much,
If we had binding referendums we could get back in control,
Instead, nowadays many murderers seem to get parole.

Sue Rodriguez A Great Lady Feb 20th,2011
They say that no one wants to die but apparently some do,
Sue Rodriguez did but our appointed Supreme Court refused,
“Whose life is it anyway? ” she asked and she wasn’t amused,
Media moguls, priests and bishops were not in the least bit confused.
Hope you never end up in a bad situation like that,
And expect our Supreme Court or politicians to go to bat,
Death with dignity should be discussed on every veranda,
Assisted suicide should should be on every political agenda.
Because there is no way out of it; we are all approaching death,
A subject most of us would like to avoid; you can bet,
And politicians seem to think that they will live forever,
Canadians can’t interfere with their lifestyle whatsoever.

Dressed In Personas
Yes...
You may come in to sit and chat!
You may come in...
Feel welcomed and relaxed.
You are invited to explore beliefs,
Released from tensions created by deceit.
I will not greet you with conceit,
Or provide an atmosphere teased to defeat!
I too have known flight from misunderstanding.
And I stood my ground...
When I found I refused to fail my mission
To be unconditionally 'me'!
And I learned how upsetting that can be...
For those still dressed
In personas that keep them hidden,
Cloaked and tested.
Yes...
You may come in to sit and chat!
I recognize where you are at!
And it feels so good we both are here...
Without seeking direction.
Focused with introspection free,
And undenied.
Being who we are...
Unthreatened with nothing to hide!

Pompous Parole Boards
Why are they released after doing two thirds of their time?
Means a substantial reduction in a court sentence for a crime,
And the bureaucratic Parole Board believe that this is great,
Proud politicians are not interested in this debate.
Because they know that our parole system is obviously flawed,
Though they behave as though they were obeying the word of god,
While criminals are released and their sentences are reduced,
And the politically correct public is once again seduced.
Just another example of our complete lack of referendums,
Then add death with dignity to that dreary memorandum,
Then add plebiscites and proportional representation,
Then add a list of released prisoners on Parole-Board vacation.

Unseen Visitor
You imprisoned in
Mother’s womb
When I was arrested and imprisoned
In social prison womb
Without seeking the sun and moon
Days and weeks
Months and years passed
And in the meantime you released from uterus
Keeping eternal pain
in my heart no one seen
Without a name and a born father
Grew up in a transitional time
And I put a name after three months
Relatives knew
But it concealed to neighbors
“Her father has been in abroad”
After almost six months
My daughter with mother
In front of the prison
Where crowding packed room in prison
Between the wall and through a small window fixed a
Small holes net
They have come to see me
.
Touching the iron bar
She was looking at me
Tears collapsed
Out of eyes of mother
But my eyes dried up
As the heart weeping
“This is your father”
Asked with sighs
She smiled
Looking at me
Touching the iron bar

The Court
Marked, you see me as you wish to
But that’s not all that is in my being
Mocked, you find humor in my faults
Only because you are insecure
Tried, placed before a court of skeptics
I fight my case but all in vain
Judged, you have perceived the way I am
Time to reveal what I have become
Arrested, placed in isolation
I can not escape my monochrome prison
Sentenced, I am given my fate
Your system unfair, I stop fighting it
Punished, I will get what I “deserve”
My sins have caught up with me, and I will pay
Killed, I sink into darkness
And look back to what could have been

Unconditional Love
Written by gerry beckley, 1984
Found on perspective.
Unconditional love
Unconditional fear
Unconditional support
In your time of need
Oo, its unconditionally true
Oo, its unconditionally me
Unconditionally you
Its a spiritual world
When the darkness comes
But you gotta hold your head up
Hold your head up high
Oo, you got to take a look around
Oo, and listen when you hear the sound
Unconditional love (love)
This is right, this I know
I found out, long time ago
Someday baby well get there I know, oh, oh
Unconditional love
Unconditional hope
Unconditional desire
To have it work out fine
Oo, its unconditionally true
These things were dreamin of
Oo, its unconditionally yours
Unconditional love (love)
Oo, its unconditionally true
These things were dreamin of
Oo, its unconditionally yours
Unconditional love (love)
(love)

Let Him Dangle
Bentley said to craig let him have it chris
They still dont know today just what he meant by this
Craig fired the pistol, but was too young to swing
So the police took bentley and the very next thing
Let him dangle
Let him dangle
Bentley had surrendered, he was under arrest,
When he gave chris craig that fatal request
Craig shot sidney miles, he took bentleys word
The prosecution claimed as they charged them with murder
Let him dangle
Let him dangle
They say derek bentley was easily led
Well whats that to the woman that sidney miles wed
Though guilty was the verdict, and craig had shot him dead
The gallows were for bentley and still she never said
Let him dangle
Let him dangle
Well its hard to imagine its the times that have changed
When theres a murder in the kitchen that is brutal and strange
If killing anybody is a terrible crime
Why does this bloodthirsty chorus come round from time to time
Let him dangle
Not many people thought that bentley would hang
But the word never came, the phone never rang
Outside wandsworth prison there was horror and hate
As the hangman shook bentleys hand to calculate his weight
Let him dangle
From a welfare state to society murder
Bring back the noose is always heard
Whenever those swine are under attack
But it wont make you even
It wont bring him back
Let him dangle
Let him dangle (string him up)

All We Ever Look For
Just look at your father
And youll see how you took after him.
Me, Im just another
Like my brothers
Of my mothers genes.
All they ever want for you
Are the things they didnt do.
All they ever wanted--a little clue.
All they ever wanted--the truth.
All they ever wanted--a little bit of you.
All they ever wanted,
But they never did get.
The whims that were weeping for
Our parents would be beaten for
Leave the breast
And then the rest
And then regret you ever left.
All were ever looking for
Is another open door.
All we ever look for--another womb.
All we ever look for--our own tomb.
All we ever look for--ooh, la lune.
All we ever look for--a little bit of you, too.
All we ever look for,
But we never do score.
All we ever look for--a god.
All we ever look for--ooh, a drug.
All we ever look for--a great big hug.
All we ever look for--a little bit of you.
All we ever look for--a little bit of you, too.
All we ever look for,
But we never do score.

Bound
I am bound in he prison of love and,
To gather herbs in the fields of love;
But take my son and take care of him,
Because a large pot of stew is now set before me!
She is deeply distress so,
Lay my staff on your face;
Because the boy sneezed seven times!
And i am now bound in the prison of love.

Mama Tried
The first I remember knowin was that lonesome whistle blowin
And a youngins dream of growin up to ride.
On a freight train leavin town, not knowin where I was bound
No one could steer me right, but mama tried.
Was the only rebel child from a family meek and mild
Mama seemed to know what lay in store
In spite of all my sunday learnin
For the bad I kept on turnin and mama couldnt hold me anymore.
And I turned 21 in prison, doin life without parole
No one could steer me right, but mama tried, mama tried
Mama tried to raise me better, but her pleadin I denied
That leaves no one but me to blame cause mama tried.
Dear old daddy rest his soul, left my mom a heavy load
She tried so very hard to fill his shoes
Workin hours without rest, wanted me to have the best
Oh she tried to raise me right, but I refused.
And I turned 21 in prison, doin life without parole
No one could steer me right, but mama tried, mama tried
Mama tried to raise me better, but her pleadin I denied
That leaves no one but me to blame cause mama tried.
