We couldn't get the car back until well after the end of the race and we had very little time for repairs.

Words I Couldn't Say
Words I couldn't say
Out of my mouth was so hard
I was just speechless when it came to you
I regret myself for not saying what I want to say too you
Now you are annoy me and just looking at me all sad
I will never get that year back to do it right again
I will never know what you really feel about me all because
Words I couldn't say
This feeling inside of me keep hurting me because I'm feeling guilty
This making me more stress
I have this in my hand
I let slip away all because I don't want to do at that time
No second chance, or a back up plan
What am I supposed to do?
Now you won't say a word and avoiding me
Words I couldn't say

Needing Details And Specifics
Please don't say you understand,
Because you couldn't.
And I know you don't.
Please don't say you've got my back,
When most of the time...
I don't know where you are at.
When I decided to heal and cure,
From my own hidden agonies...
Knowing they were mine alone,
It was as if folks I had not seen...
Most of my life,
Appeared from nowhere wanting to assist.
I felt something very wrong with this.
And I could not imagine how.
Or why 'now'?
I felt preyed upon by those ready to leech.
Those who saw me again healthy.
And wanted to see,
How quickly they could weaken me.
I don't have to hear people are evil.
Countless are my personal experiences.
When I decided to heal and cure,
From my own hidden agonies...
Nowhere in between my decision to do that,
And my healing process...
Were you seen.
Why didn't you return my calls?
AND you say you understand?
Please don't say you understand,
Because you couldn't.
And I know you don't.
Please don't say you've got my back,
When most of the time...
I don't know where you are at.
And please don't ask what it is you can do for me.
When the only thing I know you can do,
Since you have proven you can do this well...
You are not dependable or accountable for your actions.
And when you are available...
You have said to me you had nothing else to do!
And if I may...
I am going to 'assume' you have nothing else to do?
Well...
I have many things to do.
And one of them is not going to be accessible,
To people like you skilled in playing the role of deceiver.
I've seen that performance too much with a waste of my time.
Please don't say you understand,
Because you couldn't.
And I know you don't.
Please don't say you've got my back,
When most of the time...
I don't know where you are at.
But this is guaranteed?
I know you will not be here and around me.
And THAT I hope is understood,
Without you needing details and specifics.
Please don't say you understand,
Because you couldn't.
And I know you don't.
So never say it again.

The End Of The World
Go if you want to
I never tried to stop you
Know there's a reason
For all of this you're feeling
Low, it's not my call
You couldn't ever love me more
You couldn't love me more
You couldn't love...
Me - I don't show much
It's not that hard to hide you
See in a moment
I can't remember how to
Be all you wanted
I couldn't ever love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love...
You want me to cry and play my part
I want you to sigh and fall apart
We want this like everyone else
Stay if you want to
I always wait to hear you say
There's a last kiss
For all the times you run this way
It's not my fault
You couldn't ever love me more
You couldn't love me more
You couldn't love...
Love me more
Couldn't ever love me more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love
You want me to lie not break your heart
I want you to fly not stop and start
We want us like everything else
Maybe we didn't understand
Not just a boy and a girl
It's just the end of the
End of the world
Me - I don't say much
It's far too hard to make you
See in a moment
I still forget just how to
Be all you wanted
I couldn't ever love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love you more

Dying of non-expression
discuss me flat
carpets and a doormat
fill me fridge
buy me chairs
fix all repairs
love me so much
take me to lunch
let me get it straight
i am not great
not grateful at all
regardless of chairs
repairs and all the cares
when my hosts are gone
i just want to be alone
guess i'm my best
household guest
deep in the night
turning on the light
and finally begin
to write

Sub Race
A sub-race of human race
It comes back
With the eyes
Flashing by blood!
A sub-race of human race
Sowing the panic
With the existence
Of sick faces!
From the dusk reborn
Of ancient time
Titanic Shadow
Black wing of death!
Forgotten warriors
They come back
Embracing us again
Reborn from the ashes!
A sub-race of human race
It comes back
With the eyes
Flashing by blood!
From the dusk reborn
Of ancient time
Titanic Shadow
Black wing of death!
A sub-race of human race
It comes back
With the eyes
Flashing by blood!
A sub-race of human race
Sowing the panic
With the existence
Of sick faces!

Lost
Body could take a bath
Cloth could be washed
Face could be masked
But stained heart couldn’t be cleaned easily
Wound could be stitched
Chair could be repaired
House could be renovated
But broken soul couldn’t be mended easily
Hair could grow
Glass could be replaced
Rope could be knot
But cracking faith couldn’t be set easily
Love could be searched
Money could buy
Power could cover
But precious time couldn’t be back again
Man could be killed
Evident could be erased
Truth could be forgotten
But dirty secret couldn’t be sealed forever

Race Of Veterans
RACE of veterans! Race of victors!
Race of the soil, ready for conflict! race of the conquering march!
(No more credulity's race, abiding-temper'd race;)
Race henceforth owning no law but the law of itself;
Race of passion and the storm.

Photo Finish
His weary obedient horse skipped its meals
And had no proper sleep for few days.
He checked the stable and found some horseflies cause to the sickness.
He cleaned the premises well
And everything back to normal.
But it neighs again; 'Master, still I couldn't win a race and you spent me a lot in vain.'
He said; 'Do not worry my dear Tattoo and I am sure that you will be the winner of incoming grand race.'
Though it showed its talent,
They say that the winner has to be decided from a photograph.
[ I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness......]

The Exploding Boy
I couldn't hear a word you said
I couldn't hear at all
You talked until your tongue fell out
And then you talked some more
I knew if i turned
I'd turn away from you
And i couldn't look back
Tell yourself we'll start again
Tell yourself it's not the end
Tell yourself it couldn't happen
Not this way
Not today

The old Watch Maker in my schooldays
One day I took my Grandpa's 'Damas' pocket watch for repairs
As he complains it goes ten minutes faster and he doesn't want to die soon!
I call him uncle who does watch repairs in his cubicle in the shopping complex.
When I entered I saw he's watching the Sun a long time
And laughed continuously.
I asked; 'What's wrong with you uncle? '
Then he started the story;
'You must know this sonny, I was really amazed of my next door spinster those days and she's in her naughty forties!
You cannot see her blue eyes straight away a minute
And you feel like burning inside yourself.
You know what happened at last?
My wife put up a parapet wall but ten feet high from her father's pension
As I was unemployed.
Afterwards she has moved to another place and I heard no more.'

'87 And Cry
It's just a one dollar secret
A lover's secrets in the UK
Torn apart in the UK
In the dribble of May-Day
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
And there's nothing inside
And there's nothing in mind no
And only you
Rocket on thru the sky
Well it couldn't be done without dogs
Yeah it couldn't be once without us
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
When the days were the days boys
When blue ties were for the bigg guys
Frannie dressing down for the enemy
You saw him hangin' on the enemy
And there's no one in love
And there's nowhere to scream no
And only you
Race on to wonder where
Well it couldn't be done without dogs
It couldn't be once without us
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
You can't make love with money
You can't make mistakes with babies
Nothing looked good on you
That's how I liked you best
Now you're ready for the real McCoy
Deep in the heart of Cupid
Murder on the heels of love
Just a ghost of a story
Just a one dollar secret
Baby these were the sounds
Baby these were the sounds
And only you
Whisper these things aren't true
Well it couldn't be done with dogs
Well it couldn't be once without us
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Early Works - Race For Space
In long corridors of time and space
linger men caught within a race
to get to the stars and back
gaining knowledge that they lack.
Opening door yet unknown to man
finding things untouchable by hand,
but what will happen to the human race
when someone wins the race for space.
Astronauts fly into outer space
helping these men caught within this race
to find the difficult answer
of how to conquer
the unknown out there
far aloft from our atmosphere,
and what will happen to the human race
when someone wins the race for space.
Through the decades, men have pondered
what ship could be propelled
to visit plants and stars
like Jupiter and mars,
and break from earth’s gravity
from which we’re held,
but what will happen to the human race
when someone wins the race for space.

Calendar
The winds couldn't blow it
The storm couldn't uproot it
Rain couldn't drench it
Sun couldn't bake it
Fire couldn't burn it
Despair couldn't strike it.
It remained on the wall
Little faded but neat
Unruffled by the rolling years-

Back In Time
Last night; I went back in time
To see my wife if we never had met
I saw my ways, and my upcoming days
And my soul, was full of regret.
She wasn't there, but was in my prayer
As I surveyed the new life that I lived
And I walked alone, in my empty home
As my love for her I couldn't give.
I looked for her, and she couldn't be found
Last night when I went back in time,
So I searched her world, left nothing unfurled
But for her, nothing about her could I find.
So without me she took another path
Because then we had never met
But I stayed on that road, until I died old
Because no other woman in my heart would I let.
Then I had my thought when I awoke from my dream
And my woman she couldn't be found
So I closed my eyes and I sat down to cry
As my world was flipped upside down.
I remember now that she had left me
To be in the arms of another man
She was my love my life, my woman my wife
Now she's holding another mans heart and hand.
Why she left me; GOD will only know
But the love I felt once will never be mine,
I did nothing wrong, just loved her to strong,
Now again I wish, to go back in time.

God and Satan are in order.
I couldn’t but acknowledge Fortune
As I couldn’t denounce Fate
I couldn’t but admit Spirits
As I couldn’t ignore Ghosts
I couldn’t but belief God
As I couldn’t dethrone Satan.
All inventions are man’s necessity.
The invention of God and Satan by man
Is of no exception and in order.

Hurt
His hurt
I saw
In his
Eyes...
A tale of
Treachery,
Deceit and
Lies...
Yet he told me
He still loved
The girl
Could never
Sever his ties
And say his
Final goodbyes
The girl
Couldn't
Hear his
Heart's
Cries…
Yet he simply
Couldn't bother,
As he just couldn't
Live without her…
Come what may,
He pledged to be
With her…
You may say
A decision -
Not so wise.
Only fools
Fall in love
Yet, as time flies…
He's living with the hope
That she'll love him back,
And be his before he dies.

Inbetween Days
Yesterday i got so old
I felt like i could die
Yesterday i got so old
It made me want to cry
Go on go on
Just walk away
Your choice is made
Go on go on
And disappear
Go on go on
Away from here
And i know i was wrong
When i said it was true
That it couldn't be me and be her
Inbetween without you
Without you
Yesterday i got so scared
I shivered like a child
Yesterday away from you
It froze me deep inside
Come back come back
Don't walk away
Come back come back
Come back today
Come back come back
Why can't you see
Come back come back
Come back to me
And i know i was wrong
When i said it was true
That it couldn't be me and be her
Inbetween without you
Without you

The Race Is On
Words:deborah d. smith
Music: michael w. smith
Got our feet on a narrow road
Got our eyes on the one who will be our goal
And our brothers at our side
If we stumble we wont fall
If we miss the mark hell be there after all
With an everlasting prize
The race is on
Chorus:
Cone on and go
Leave behind the sin you find
That slows your time
Come on and go
You know the race is on
Come on and go
Straight ahead be safely led
By him instead
Come on and go
You know the race is on
Lord I try running my own race
Losin ground, losin hope
Losin sight of your face
And Im ready to retire
Then Im back on your solid ground
You remind me of the strength
That in you Ive found
And you fill me with your fire
The race is on
Chorus
