If you don't like affirmative action, what is your plan to guarantee a level playing field of opportunity?

A Satease Poem
These Sirene's, These things, These fene's!
keep Appearing when, I see them! then! they!
turn into hymns of horrible scenes! right away!
As I describe below, for ever more, I do emplore!
These sirene's these things, these fene's!
in their horrible scenes! of racial discrimination against
people of color and women.
Where public agencies and schools to use loose Goals
of timetables to! address racial in gender disparities
As humans we all need equal opportunity!
Measures to allow race and gender to be considered
for decisions on promotion better agencies on hiring!
promotion, public schools enrollment! and to reverse
discrimination and affirmative action programs to ensure
a fair criteria for all human applicants!
Available jobs to be advertised for Both men and women!
We need afffirmative action to create a level playing field!
And no more some may not receive the advantage they've
had use to having!
And no racial discrimination and preference have no priviledge
remedy for discrimination never more, no never, for ever,
ever more! I'll emplore! Enough stuff from these sirene's
these things, these fene's,
from their horrible scene's!

The Level Playing Field
A few words need to be said about the level playing field
and the relative benefits to those concerned it does yield.
If those who are in authority are not impartial in their ways
the effect of this is reflected back to all no matter who plays.
There are however some exceptions to the rule
regardless of what we have all learnt at school.
Whether it be sport, business, industry, research or education
the level playing field applies to each and every situation.
When certain people are prejudiced towards one person or group
and show too much favor for one party then the other they'll dupe.
This practice is known to be a form of much corruption and deceipt
and should be recognised by all those who're in the grip of receipt.

Field Of Opportunity
Ive been wrong before
And Ill be there again
I dont have any answers my friend
Just this pile of old questions
My memory left me here
In the field of opportunity
Its plowin time again.
Im going back to my house
But Im not goin now
Its too early to be leaving here, somehow
Let me bore you with this story
How my lover let me down
While I borrow seeds of sadness
From the ground.
In the field of opportunity
Its plowin time again.
There aint no way of telling
Where these seeds will rise or when
Ill just wait around til springtime
And then, Ill find a friend
In the field of opportunity
Its plowin time again.
When Im all done cultivatin
Ill be rockin on the porch
Tryin to picture you and where you are
And therell be no hesitatin
When cupid lights the torch
With those headlights comin down the hill
Between the stars.
In the field of opportunity
Its plowin time again.
There aint no way of telling
Where these seeds will rise or when
Ill just wait around til springtime
And then, Ill find a friend
In the field of opportunity
Its plowin time again.

You Do Know That The Lights Are Out?
You are playing alone.
And in left field.
You do know that the lights are out?
Do you practice for a new game to begin?
With a planning done in my presence.
I am not going to say you are bold...
And cold.
I'd call this...
Straight up heartlessness.
With a tilted head,
And a lot of salt and pepper.
You are playing alone.
And in left field.
You do know that the lights are out?
Why are we arguing between us about faults?
And what had been accepted,
Now hated so that has you hissing.
You do know that the lights are out?
Here!
And you can,
Play the field.
Did you come here...
To hear again,
That reminder?
A pain healed, seldom repeats that process again.
When one's duty is to booty,
Loses compassion...
Don't expect a lost action,
To rekindle itself on memories.
Few...
Were the good ones.
Do you remember your entrance?
That is also your exit.
And...
Those lights that are out?
You did it.
You turned them off.

Violence is the way stupid people try to level the playing field.

There's a lot of Americans, black and white, who think that we've arrived where we need to be and nothing else needs to be done and affirmative action needs to be dismantled.
If they're all so brilliant and I'm such an affirmative-action hire, how come they didn't catch me?

Several of the energy companies want to do the right thing. It's a matter of leveling the playing field though for them and that's why corrective action here is necessary.
Everything Is Going To Be Like My Plan
Duty must be fulfilled
But everything is going to be like my plan
People could lie to me
But everything is going to be like my plan
Pray may be often
But everything is going to be like my plan
Time flies uncontrolled
But everything is going to be like my plan
Destiny may not be cooperated
But everything is going to be like my plan
Other plan may ruin mine
But everything is going to be like my plan
Body is reaching the limit
But everything is going to be like my plan
The will should be strengthened
But everything is going to be like my plan
The anxiety may be doubled
But everything is going to be like my plan
Critics never disappear
But everything is going to be like my plan
Life is unfair
But everything is going to be like my plan
The way seems lost
But everything is going to be like my plan
Regret is gnawing my sense
But everything is going to be like my plan
The goal still far away
But everything is going to be like my plan
The future end may unseen
But everything is going to be like my plan
Source may not be enough
But everything is going to be like my plan
Things always change
But everything is going to be like my plan
Problem keeps occurring
But everything is going to be like my plan
World would laugh
But everything is going to be like my plan
Failure keeps happening
But everything is going to be like my plan
Memories may not help
But everything is going to be like my plan
Luck may test me
But everything is going to be like my plan
Love may not support me
But everything is going to be like my plan
Weather wants to rebel
But everything is going to be like my plan
The form may be different
But everything is going to be like my plan
Hope could fool me
But everything is going to be like my plan

If The Playing Field Was Leveled
If the playing field was leveled,
And those with skills were playing the game...
There would be fewer less disappointed people,
Observed wasting their time, resources and patience.
And bored out of their minds.
While the ones with no apparent talent,
Continue to strike out at everyone's expense.
But...
Are cheered on to convince they too,
Can eventually become great...
If given the opportunity to hit just ONE ball,
Without a fouling to strike out...
Each time they get to hold the bat.

Rogue Male
I saw a man Saturday,
standing at a robot light
with a sign,
which stated that
as a handyman,
he could fix most things
and are willing to work
for food.
His eyes told their own story
and life tried to crucify him,
but nothing could
get him down
You might think
of him as just
another vagrant,
but in his eyes
there was something
deep and the expression
on his face
dug into my soul.
I thought that I knew him
from somewhere
and I learned
that as a engineer
he was stripped from work
by affirmative action
and not able to get a job
by the same racist law
and then remembered
him from the battle field,
where no enemy
could pin him down.
How sad a thing
to see a hero,
who’s country
made less than a zero;
in the name
of progress and prosperity.
