Words
Words on this paper
Words in my head
Words while I'm texting
Computing
Unsaid
Words between people
Words on the phone
Words upon words
Even when I'm alone
Words from the Bible
I question
Don't mesh
Words from pornography
Making them flesh
Words with flat letters
Written in black
Good words and bad words
You cannot take back
Words that are shallow
Words that are deep
When they're too many
They put me to sleep
Words that I'm writing
And rhyming you read
Whatever I'm saying
There's prolly no need
Words from the alphabet
Words that can't be
When you are blind
And it's Braile that you see
Words that are worthless
And said on the fly
My words or your words
Are most likely lies
Words in a sentence
Wise words or fair
The only words earnest
Are those said in prayer

Prayer
I ASK good things that I detest,
With speeches fair;
Heed not, I pray Thee, Lord, my breast,
But hear my prayer.
I say ill things I would not say -
Things unaware:
Regard my breast, Lord, in Thy day,
And not my prayer.
My heart is evil in Thy sight:
My good thoughts flee:
O Lord, I cannot wish aright -
Wish Thou for me.
O bend my words and acts to Thee,
However ill,
That I, whate'er I say or be,
May serve Thee still.
O let my thoughts abide in Thee
Lest I should fall:
Show me Thyself in all I see,
Thou Lord of all.

No publication is a staple of life. It's not bread and water. You have to make it noteworthy in people's minds and even in their hands as they're holding it.

Godhood
A perplexed THOUGHT loomed in a pondering CONSCIOUSNESS
To ask a desperate question:
who is GOD so that we may know
What is of GOD so that we may serve
Where is GOD so that we may go to worship
An answer from the deep a biding WISDOM surged:
GOD, there is no such as of particular PERSON
GOD, there is no such as in need of your WORSHIP
GOD, there is no such as of individualized
outside YOU
In all sparks the might O God
In all dwells the essence of GOD
In all moves the creative power of God
That and that comprises GODHOOD
That and that comprises GOD BEING
That and that comprises GOD CONSCIOUSNESS
All is : GOD the PRIME
GOD the PROCESS
GOD the PRODUCT
The overall PRINCIPLE OF THIS COSMICTRINITY is LOVE
Attune to it in PRAYER and MEDITATION
Therein lies service to GODHOOD

My Father Like Lincoln
MY FATHER LIKE LINCOLN
My father like Lincoln
Lean and tall and dark and depressed
A man capable of simple and great kindnesses-
My father scribbled
On the back of his envelopes
Junk prices-
No Gettysburg Address,
No Second Inaugural
Dollars for deals.
My father weary from work recited himself to sleep,
From the copper- slim volume of Lincoln’s words,
Or the wisdom of Pirke Avot,
No full rest and relief
From never becoming
Like railsplitter Abe
The Greatness he should have been.
And I the son
Now an old man
Far far away
In gratitude for the awkward grace
Of their Integrity,
Write these words of Praise and Love
In their Memory.

Song of the Little White Girl
Cabbage tree, cabbage tree, what is the matter?
Why are you shaking so? Why do you chatter?
Because it is just a white baby you see,
And it's the black ones you like, cabbage tree?
Cabbage tree, cabbage tree, you're a strange fellow
With your green hair and your legs browny-yellow.
Wouldn't you like to have curls, dear, like me?
What! No one to make them? O poor cabbage tree!
Never mind, cabbage tree, when I am taller,
And if you grow, please, a little bit smaller,
I shall be able by that time, bay be,
To make you the loveliest curls, cabbage tree.

Big Brother He Is Listening
His ears are ever vigilant be careful of what you do say
Big Brother he is listening from you he's never far away
Your words he may put a slant on and one word in the wrong place
Could see you in deep trouble the court you might have to face.
The Government allows free speech free to a point maybe
But when mere words can land you in trouble that does not seem free to me
And big brother is listening and he hears what he wants to hear
The best way of freedom curtailment is the weapon known as fear
And big brother he takes note every time you speak your mind
And if he sees something he does not like in trouble yourself you will find
He is the Government watchdog your words can see you in jail
Big brother is always watching you he even checks your mail.
Big brother he is listening even when your friends you phone
And even those who live on their own in truth are not alone
For big brother is with them though him they cannot see
He remains as invisible and few as treacherous as he.

Lip Service
Words inspire and words destroy
Words conspire and words annoy
Words spread freedom and words detain
Words believe them in sound refrain
Words of passion in words misleading
Words without action are words without meaning

My Beautiful One
Let me introduce you,
to my beautiful one
who lyk the morning sun
brightens up my day.
Without mincing words,
my beautiful one than beauty beautiful,
wonderfully make my world
loving, lovely and delightful.
My beautiful one can't be compared
to any wonder earth can offer.
Truly, in the tempest of all tides
makes me an excited overcoma.
You are one in a million,
honestly, one in a trillion
be there gods together in a zillion
none can match your awe.
My beautiful one,
words lack I to describe you,
you the universe with words won
your glory I declare above all.
Above all, truly I declare
your Lordship over they
that are the works of mere men,
mere men that worship imperfect gods
Glory to you lord of lords,
honor to you master of masters.
To you my beautiful one,
I will love to the latter

My Birthday!
It's your birthday oh my life congratulations
The re-publication of the pain in my heart ah not a recent innovation
Civilization of the ugliness worldwide's because of peep's pities limitation
My nearest ones ignorance of my existence ah speechless are my words as well as my heart's situation
The provence of unfairness's existence across the world and the probation's limited realization
Provocation of the fear and the lone that never got recognition
Oh 'selfishness' welcomed you'll be after now on in my life sending you an invitation.

Weight of Words
The autumn like this
I am facing for the very first time.
I am writing to you
although I have no address.
My words are like a hunger,
never the same, never with the same weight.
While this autumn
travels with the rain through my heart
I am sending you regard
with the wind, blown off my lips.

The Things You Say
Words
Said in a careless huff as you walked away
Hurt
Words
Said in a whispered excited voice
Caused electricity in me
Words
Said in a caring loving way
Were a balm for the wound in me
Words
Said in an angry menacing way
Felt like daggers thrown at me
Words
Said like sugary sweet morning due
Caused my knees to go weak
Words
Words, Words, Words..
Your words have so much power over me
Words
Said like a magic spell
Have enchanted me
Words
You throw around those words so carelessly
Do you know
Words
How they have been affecting and inflicting me..

My Prayer
Words and music by jimmy kennedy and georges boulanger
When the twilight is gone and no songbirds are singing
When the twilight is gone you come into my heart
And here in my heart you will stay while I pray
My prayer is to linger with you
At the end of the day in a dream thats divine
My prayer is a rapture in blue
With the world far away and your lips close to mine
Tonight while our hearts are aglow
Oh tell me the words that Im longing to know
My prayer and the answer you give
May they still be the same for as long as we live
That youll always be there at the end of my prayer

Olney Hymn 29: Exhortation To Prayer
What various hindrances we meet
In coming to a mercy seat!
Yet who that knows the worth of prayer,
But wishes to be often there?
Prayer makes the darken'd cloud withdraw,
Prayer climbs the ladder Jacob saw,
Gives exercise to faith and love,
Brings every blessing from above.
Restraining prayer, we cease to fight;
Prayer makes the Christian's armour bright;
And Satan trembles when he sees
The weakest saint upon his knees.
While Moses stood with arms spread wide,
Success was found on Israel's side;
But when through weariness they fail'd,
That moment Amalek prevail'd.
Have you no words? Ah, think again,
Words flow apace when you complain,
And fill your fellow-creature's ear
With the sad tale of all your care.
Were half the breath thus vainly spent
To heaven in supplication sent,
Your cheerful song would oftener be,
'Hear what the Lord has done for me.'

Oh Words and More Words
Oh words and more words
What can you mean now?
A prayer for the health
Of one we love
Is so much more than words-
All our being says ‘Please Help’ to God -
And will God answer
Even those who need God so much?
