Everyone has a talent. What is rare is the courage to nurture it in solitude and to follow the talent to the dark places where it leads.

The Road
I've walked the road for quite a while,
Through weather bad and weather fair;
Through foreign lands in self exile
And then back home for mile on mile,
And when I've taken time to care
I've stopped and rested here and there.
And while my eyes were kept ahead
And didn't stray to look behind
I clearly saw the signs that lead
To places strange, and these I read;
The signs these places, clear defined;
Some roads I took and some declined.
But when distracted by the past
These signs I missed and never read
And so the dice of fate were cast
And I by turns to better passed.
The road leads on, a winding thread;
I gaze ahead as on I tread.

Drinkin' Dark Whiskey
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
One leads to another
On a Saturday night
Don't ya cross your heart
Unless you hope to die
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
Well, the first drop burns
But the second one goes down smooth
Then that old black label
Gets a hold of you
It loosens your tongue
But it never tells the truth
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
One leads to another
On a Saturday night
Don't ya cross your heart
Unless you hope to die
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
When the bottle starts talkin'
Be careful what he might say
He talks in the dark
Like he never would in the day
Then he gets in trouble
Just as soon as he gets away
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
One leads to another
On a Saturday night
Don't ya cross your heart
Unless you hope to die
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
Well a little white lie
Don't mean anyone no good
When it's makin' the rounds
All over the neighborhood
Next thing you know
You're all misunderstood
When you're...
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
One leads to another
On a Saturday night
Don't ya cross your heart
Unless you hope to die
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies
Drinkin' dark whiskey
Tellin' white lies..

Lifes a nightmare
A smack on my face a slit on my wrists
When everyday ends I feel like this
I'm sick of my heart leaving me defending
It leads me to places where there is no happy ending
Lifes a nightmare I just want to escape
But I don't think I can i've lost my fate
Tears and scars I try to hide
But theres always someone who noties after i've cried
I feel like crying out but I don't want to know it
I'd love some help but I don't want to show it
I'd rather it get deeper than look really sad
But the cuts are getting worse and it looks really bad

Three Dark Shadows
Three dark
Shadows lurking
In the dark park
On a dark night
One leads
The two others
Follow wearing
Black raincoats
On a dark road
I lead
I tell them
My name
My work
My place
The two
Did not follow
Since then
They realized
Perhaps that
With what
I tell them
I am blacker
Than black
On a dark
Raincoat
On a dark
Park
On a dark
Road
&
In my dark
Mind
It would
Be so hard
For them
To follow
Through &
Through.
They quit
They split
&
So I
Walk alone
In the dark
As one lonely
Shadow
Darker than
Dark
&
Now
It is you
Here
Following me?
In fact
We change
And it is
You
In effect
Who is
Leading me
Through
These lines
Flowing
Slowly
Gradually
Getting
Darker than
Dark
You have
Indulged &
Surely
You are
Involved
Deeply
Long enough
You win
& lose…

There Is No One There
in trying to forget he escapes from the house of pain
time teaches him about doors that he needs to enter
time leads him to the doors of pleasures and one door
leads to another,
different lights and warmth and glitter
different scents and dance steps of love
lust as he must say
later in his life,
some names and places
soon he is undressed and he sees his body and face in the mirror
his hollow eyes
his thirsting heart
his emaciated soul radiating the inner glow of what is about to be lost
completely
he takes the exit and turns back
to the familiar places of this heart
under the tree the bark where two names are written
a heart carved, an arrow piercing
there is no one there
there is no bird singing anymore
the clouds drift and then go away

A Victim of The Unseen Corner of Life
everyday i used to see her,
sitting on the sand,
playing with the dust of dreams..
her loneliness is growing up with her..
the other kids are playing on th field..
her eyes are following them as they run, jump and share fun..
her sad look falls down on the ground..
days went by..
none is there..
next the door..
they are still playing but she.. she.. she is.. where?
my little poor girl!
they hide her
in a tight room,
with her epilepsy,
with that monster

in silence..
12 years old
and the story of her cold
had been told
but they just said (her fate)
NO..!
it's not a fate
to live alone
in that pain...
it's not a fate
to feel nothing
except the four walls...
it's not a fate
to lose her happinness
next that door...
it's not a fate
to have none
by her side...
it's not a fate
to be frightened
in her little age...
it's not a fate
to be different
from the others
to see the future
as mirage...
It Is Not A Fate..!
it's not...!
there is a story behind
this fate;
it's their fault..
their own fault...
as once they killed her peace
before 8 dark scary years...!

Where Your Road Leads
(written by victoria shaw and desmond child)
I believe in miracles
I believe in signs
And I believe that mountains move
One prayer at a time
If I could be an angel
Id make your every wish come true
But I am only human
Just a woman
Lovin you
Where your road leads
I will follow
When your heart bleeds
Ill be there for you
When your night grows dark
And you cant find your tomorrow
Then you can follow me
Someday well look back and see
Our footprints in the sand
Sometimes you would carry me
And sometimes youd be in my hands
If we can love forever
That wont be long enough for me
I want to hold you tender
Be your shelter
All you need
Where your road leads
I will follow
When your heart bleeds
Ill be there for you
When your night grows dark
And you cant find your tomorrow
Then you can follow me
Oh, we can be each others guiding light
Through this long and winding life
Where your road leads
I will follow
When your heart bleeds
Ill be there for you
When your night grows dark
And you cant find your tomorrow
When youve lost sight of your dreams
Then you can follow me

Soul Dance
I will dance with you
It will be the dance of my soul
I will be open and honest
Show you my inner being
I will trust you
Take you to places in my soul that have been broken and restored
Places that cause pain and healing
Places that have hated and loved
Places I have forgotten and remembered
Places I have not visited in a long time and places I go every day
I will dance with you the dance of my soul
And feel your soul dance with mine to those same places in yours

Prelude - Tristan And Isolde
Fate, out of the deep sea's gloom,
When a man's heart's pride grows great,
And nought seems now to foredoom
Fate,
Fate, laden with fears in wait,
Draws close through the clouds that loom,
Till the soul see, all too late,
More dark than a dead world's tomb,
More high than the sheer dawn's gate,
More deep than the wide sea's womb,
Fate.

Fate leads those who are willing but must push those who are not.

Fate leads him who follows it, and drags him who resist.
Dark Dreams
Even to this day dark dreams haunt me. Once said by a friend that it was all inside my head. Dark places Dark beings and dead angels are what these dreams consist of.
Screams and deathly cries all because of the Dark king daimao inside. I watch as the innocent get killed and I sand there in a fiery ring. Dark Dreams are what my night consist of..

Fate-2
Divine`s shape is the fate
hell`s wisdom is the fate
and your success to dwell is the fate
and worthless to become rich is the fate
and the worthful beg to live is the fate
and what we can`t is the fate....

Fate
Sometimes fate gives us a hand to play.
It might not be the hand
we were looking for,
but we play it just the same
and it can lead us to places
we never dreamed of.
Fate has a habit
through unconnected things
of putting us on a road
where we should have been.

Pacing The Cage
By: bruce cockburn
Sunset is an angel weeping
Holding out a bloody sword
No matter how I squint I cannot
Make out what its pointing toward
Sometimes you feel like youve lived too long
Days drip slowly on the page
And you catch yourself
Pacing the cage
Ive proven who I am so many times
The magnetic strips worn thin
And each time I was someone else
And everyone was taken in
Powers chatter in high places
Stir up eddies in the dust of rage
Set me to pacing the cage
I never knew what you all wanted
So I gave you everything
All that I could pillage
All the spells that I could sing
Its as if the thing were written
In the constitution of the age
Sooner or later youll wind up
Pacing the cage
Sometimes the best map will not guide you
You cant see whats round the bend
Sometimes the road leads through dark places
Sometimes the darkness is your friend
Today these eyes scan bleached-out land
For the coming of the outbound stage
Pacing the cage
Pacing the cage

Soul, Life...
no poem teaches us poetry
not an ant
thology of laureated
poets, the books of grammar
teaches only
places and the pauses
like a flower arrangement
do you still have life?
it is the one that teaches
all things and leads you
to all places
grammar and then
metaphors of
what sorrows, lamentations,
grief, greed,
joys, ecstacies.
bliss,
it is the vase with water
the one in the garden that you choose to cut
and aver and adore
not books, not other person's poems
yours truly....
do you have a soul?
it is

Life Keeps On Revolving Around Fate
We came
To this world
Because of Fate
We all think of fate
Pray and meditate
Look at god in hope
Because of faith
He is the one
Who decides the fate?
Happiness, unhappiness
Success and failure
Are all one’s fate
Death is unavoidable
But when one get’s it?
Is fate
Some believe some don’t
Life keeps on
Revolving around fate
