There Is No One There
in trying to forget he escapes from the house of pain
time teaches him about doors that he needs to enter
time leads him to the doors of pleasures and one door
leads to another,
different lights and warmth and glitter
different scents and dance steps of love
lust as he must say
later in his life,
some names and places
soon he is undressed and he sees his body and face in the mirror
his hollow eyes
his thirsting heart
his emaciated soul radiating the inner glow of what is about to be lost
completely
he takes the exit and turns back
to the familiar places of this heart
under the tree the bark where two names are written
a heart carved, an arrow piercing
there is no one there
there is no bird singing anymore
the clouds drift and then go away

Soul Dance
I will dance with you
It will be the dance of my soul
I will be open and honest
Show you my inner being
I will trust you
Take you to places in my soul that have been broken and restored
Places that cause pain and healing
Places that have hated and loved
Places I have forgotten and remembered
Places I have not visited in a long time and places I go every day
I will dance with you the dance of my soul
And feel your soul dance with mine to those same places in yours

Too Many Of You In One Body
there are too many of you in one body
in one truth
too many faces
jibing with different names in different places
at first you may deceive
and even create surprises
but there is a time for discoveries
islands have been given
their names
marked with specific numbers like some specimens
of stuffed cats and dogs
and preserved amphibians
in the bottles
and here you are again
enticing me with a
wow
on another assumed name
i know it is you
and for what reason you wear so many faces
and have taken so many hands and feet
and so many pairs of eyes
i cannot guess anymore
but this i can say
from the deepest chambers of my heart
i care
i also know how to love
and it does not matter even
if you are one of the thousand illusions in my life
despite
there is only one you in my life
and i know
you also care
you also love
and that is all enough
my dear

A Place In Time
Written by: Wilfred C. Mellers Monday, December 04,2006
I have been to many places
I have known many faces
But I have yet to have met that special someone
I’ve been high and low
Even once my heart was a glow
But no one that’s been the one
I’ve been here and I’ve been there
I have found no one that wants to care
I am still searching for that someone near and dear
I’ve looked around the corner and over the bend
I have still not found a special friend
I’ve met many people that were close
None of them I’ve loved the most
I care for everyone that I have met
Looking back life I can not regret
The feeling of being a pair is still there
Do you really care?
Jump into the fire if you dare
Enter into my world, just walk right in
You will see the places I’ve been
Walk a mile in my shoes
Take a chance if you choose
Take a leap of faith with me
Look into my eyes and you will see
A man that gives himself completely
A man that needs you desperately
A man that will be there not just occasionally
A man that knows responsibility
A man that will never fall for infidelity
A man that will love you down to the bone
A man that would never leave you alone
A man that there through good times or bad
A man that would give you everything he had
To hear your voice makes him exceedingly glad
Now I am a one man show
I hurt more than you’ll ever know
How I would love to see your face a glow
I am sure for me your love would grow
All I need is a chance
I could show you true romance
I could take you places you’ve never been before
I can be the one you adore
I like to know love before I sleep
For you in my heart I’ll always keep
Leap blindly into the dark
Your fire will give my heart a spark
Let me be your all and all
I will be at your beckon call

RagDoll
How you feelin'?
The day has had its way with both of us
And no
I've gone out of my way
But I'm not free
From this pain I'm reelin'
I was a fool to think someday you would come around
But no no no
I'm not thinkin' that way
'Cause now I see
You are not what you seem
You are a mystery to me
Sometimes I just wanna scream
I think you should just go away 'cause
There's no necessity for you to stay, yeah
Next time you come around my way
Forget it baby, you're not comin' in
How's your day been, yeah
'Cause mine has taken strange and lovely turns
But no no no
I feel better today
'Cause I'm off my knees
You are not what you seem
You are a mystery to me
Sometimes I just wanna scream, yeah
I think you should just go away 'cause
There's no necessity for you to stay, yeah
Next time you come around my way
Forget it baby, you're not comin' in
A heart ready for a lot of sorrow
No you can't come back tomorrow
Shut my windows, lock my doors
'Cause my heart won't be your ragdoll anymore
Yeah I think you should just go away 'cause
There's no necessity for you to stay, yeah
Next time you come around my way
Forget it baby, you're not comin' in
A heart ready for a lot of sorrow
No you can't come back tomorrow
Shut my windows, lock my doors
'Cause my heart won't be your ragdoll anymore

The Time Amazed and Dumbfound
The exact time, when heart and brain shall connect
And cut down all other communications
That leads to feel soul and body separately
With tears roll and happiness overflow
The perfect time, when stones can be melt to snow
Flood to flower, threat to treat, desert to daffodils.
That leads to stop thinking about tough times
With extend lips and glowing eyes.
The wonderful time, when my dad saw me with trophy
Giving it a gentle rub and tender touch.
That leads me to fly and to try more
With proud look and photo - lovely took
The breathtaking time, when my child got prize
My focal point towards her future rise
That leads to a change in my life style
With confident look and photo - gorgeously took
The spectacular time, when my son called me 'mum'
My world's is filled with indescribable pleasure
That leads to shape me in extraordinary dimension
With cloudy mood and frequency understood
The striking time, when my husband near lemon tree
Gave his first look with the pink shirt
That leads to carve his picture in heart
As a medicine for every wound and consolation bound
But all the time is same
So register your name
Love not only the fame
Work with a tame

My heart is a mirror
Your face is like my mirror, I can see it all
Your face is like a mirror, a mirror on my heart’s wall
You smile and so does my heart
Frown on your face and my smile breaks apart
The glow on your face has its reflection in my heart
Tear in your eyes and my sorrows start
The love on your face is felt by me
Your success is my ecstasy
If you feel the pain
The sorrow of my heart, I can’t explain
If you go away
My heart will no longer stay
Your face is like my mirror, I can see it all
You have my heart and so you control…

The Revenge Of Love
Oh! Rukmoni, are you listening?
How can you listen!
As you are living in a far away land
By chance if you listen this poem
In the sky or air, take it for granted
That it has been written
For you and if you have time to spare
Go to the silent bank of the river
Or listen to it closed door ever.
Oh! Rukmoni,
I have taken the revenge
Not against you
But against me,
The job why I had not got
In the proper time why I had not.
So when I was breaking the steps
Of the heart of yours
And the houses and the doors.
The steps were trembling
The stars of the sky were whirling
In a fear as if the things might go in a wrong way
Your parents would come out and say
That it would not be possible for them to keep the promise at all
Though to me they would be extremely polite humble.
Suddenly all the hopes would get their wings
Flying like a thread less kite all the dreams.
The job I have got today
And beg to you to pardon me
Why in the proper time I did not!
So you are away from me …apart
Still I feel you in the corner of my heart
And in my every dropp of blood red
And in the every soft touch of the wind.
Just remembering the name of you
I get an immense pleasure in the world of dream
Like a white cloud floating in the paradise
When I am in the ocean of sorrow of my life.
So many brides I have seen
So many brides I have been shown
I have rejected them all
Saying ‘'I am very well alone''
They will not feel the stone
They will not feel the feather
Of my heart and soul
Which I feel lying alone
Looking at the doors of my dream
Tearing down of all the bondage
My love is coming….!
Even though living in the reality
I don't understand why
This is not a truth, it's a lie.
In the multitudes
I am alone and bitterly lonely
With a delirium mind and a heart full of pangs and agony
The eyes are in the sky, I walk down the road
And in my imagination I draw your face in the cloud
Who are sometimes laughing!
Who are sometimes crying!
What is that to me?
Even you are away from me
I got you in the clouds of imagination
In every pose and in every position
Just like that, come to me
And sit down to say sweet or sad story
I promise, I shall not end the journey.
To make me forget your memories
The virtual road ends in my house
I could not do anything but to stand up
In the wall of your picture to draw up
Which sometimes crying!
Which sometimes laughing!
Playing the flute of the dolorous
The nectar of my heart glorious
She talks with me like a mad woman
And saying that I became a mad man.

House Of Four Doors
Walking thru that door
Outside we came
Nowhere at all
Perhaps the answers here
Not there anymore
Then in our hearts the light broke thru
A path lost for years is there in view
House of four doors
You'll be lost now forever
House of four doors
Rest of life's life forever.
House of four doors
You'll be lost now forever
House of four doors
Rest of life's life forever.

It Starts With The Fear of God
It starts with the fear of God my friend and the fear of God alone,
That removes self from the heart and places Jesus on the throne.
Worldly knowledge won't change your heart, won't change it at all,
For my heart and yours, my friend, was tainted way back at the fall.
Even if you read God's Word and thoroughly understand what it said,
It won't benefit you at all my friend, if it only stays in your head.
For a head full of knowledge, even understanding, is only the start,
It becomes a true Saving Faith when you accept Jesus into your heart.
For it is with your heart you believe and are justified in His sight,
And with your mouth you confess and are saved, much to His delight.
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, and will be to the end,
For this world's wisdom is folly, in the eyes of The Lord my friend.
The fear of God is not weakness my friend, as it leads to Salvation,
While no fear or reverence towards God above leads to Damnation.
Man's wisdom and his desire to be God leads down all the wrong paths,
As God who sent His Son, as the Only Way, sits in Heaven and laughs.
These men always learning will never come to The Truth who will save,
And like the nations that forget God will be turned into the grave.
But there still is time for you to turn to The God of all creation,
And with fear in your heart, you can embrace His Truth of Salvation.

Soul, Life...
no poem teaches us poetry
not an ant
thology of laureated
poets, the books of grammar
teaches only
places and the pauses
like a flower arrangement
do you still have life?
it is the one that teaches
all things and leads you
to all places
grammar and then
metaphors of
what sorrows, lamentations,
grief, greed,
joys, ecstacies.
bliss,
it is the vase with water
the one in the garden that you choose to cut
and aver and adore
not books, not other person's poems
yours truly....
do you have a soul?
it is

Hall Of Doors
You walk through the hall of doors
With life in sight with death in mind
You watch people open their doors
And you think of how the doors and fate bind
You watch waiting to see your exit
As you see others turn down their path to their end
You know that the paths can not change
You know even with time fate shall not mend
Down the hall you walk
Doors lining each side
Every person holds the key to one of those locks
All around you people stride
Doors open
As people come to their door mats
You walk by doors just hoping,
hoping the next isn't yours, isn't your mat
You watch parents and children leaving eachothers sides
You see love being torn, hate being sewn
as the doors open wide
Some people leave together, some alone
You wait to see your door, your fate
You watch to see which door your key fits
You watch to see if your heart is with love or hate
You watch untill you find the mat at which you shall sit
You walk through the hall of doors
With life in sight, death in mind
You watch as people open their doors
You wait to see which door your fate lays behind.

Doors Opened And Closed
Our God can open any door, making things better than before,
That last place in which He chose, to permit that door to close.
He takes us on a chosen path, through that uncertain aftermath,
Working out all for our good, doing for us what we never could.
Nothing can hinder God at all, no matter how big, or how small,
He, who moves the heart of a king, is not hindered by anything.
God always works in His time, a schedule that is so unlike mine,
As God deals with me faithfully, I need to wait on God patiently.
Seeing no doors opened now, I must not question why or how?
As all doors still seem closed, to see what is not yet disclosed,
When I do not understand, knowing His heart, I see God’s hand.
As it may be a time for me to wait, while God’s help I anticipate.
Some doors are closed to stay, and inaccessible to our dismay,
Forced out of a comfort zone, but, we’re not forced to go alone,
Moved by God’s plan instead, guided by Grace, to move ahead,
And in His Grace, strength we find, to leave familiar ways behind.
Whether doors are closed or left ajar, in your earthly life thus far,
God will always open one for us, when in Him we place our trust,
And believers need not to despair, as our Lord shall always care,
For each one of us until we see, the Glorious Door up in Eternity.

What Happens When I Go...
so many times will i watch this
there is no way that i can stop watching this
show of a
beautiful body
when i was about to go, i feel the loss
and the grief is like rain at night
there is no ceasing
of the sounding and pounding of the
pain
i have hesitations of course
i am not the familiar kind that goes into
the house of
the mundane
must i bury myself in the terse tension
under my bed?
i cannot betray what myself has been praying
for
to be free for a while and make the most
of what time is left
and so i go
into the familiar places of the heart
meeting everyone
nurturing the wounds and trying to
erase the scars
when i arrive there i feel the shrinking of
my body
my hands are touching my feet
the door when it closes suddenly becomes
a very tall man
i am looking up
to that artificial light
i am lost again
and defeated

Her Torn Heart
The dark clouds hid her heart from view
No one could see it so no one knew.
That this heart of hers had laid dormant
For a very long time.
Afraid to come out of its shell
Cause it knew pain very well.
It had been hurt so many times before
That it decided to close its doors.
It had gotten to a state
That like a bear it would hibernate.
She had a sign outside her door
Love doesn’t live here any more.
Love from this place has moved away
In here it could not stay.
In this house there is too much gloom
How is love supposed to bloom?
There in the corner sits her broken heart
Numerous times it had been torn apart.
So she lives in misery, wondering
When her heart will be free.
Then a light shown from under the door
From a heart who had been here before.
They say that “ misery loves company”
But they found love and are now free.

Another Learning
there is a door
between us as though
we are just
two adjacent rooms
to enter into your door
i need to have that key
you keep on telling me
the key was lost and you
do not know
where to find it anymore
there is another door
and you are allowing someone else to come in
at first i say 'This is unfair! ' and
I thought of forcing
that door open
on the other hand
i have my own door too
and the lock is broken
a long time ago i have
thrown out the key
for what use is a door with
a broken lock?
and for what use is your door
to my prayer?
i do not know what force is &
i already stopped begging
i change the frames of my window
i have some other plans in mind
there are nine planets in our
galaxy
there are many galaxies
in unlimited space
and like all those who still hope
they always know
that someone somewhere keeps
on waiting
in a world where doors welcome me
like arms in half-embrace
and so i go to places where
my feet are welcome
& i have learned the happiness
of forgetting.

Sex Therapy
The pain is so much
That I just cannot bear it
Anymore…
Whatever comes my way
I use them as stop-gap
Measures.
Books, PC and the Net,
Music, Reading and
Writing…
Those healing nature walks.
Anything Goes
For short trips of
Rapid Respite.
Wish it could go
A long way…
For coping and healing.
May be, I should try
Sex Therapy.
All that love is now
Beyond me…
Have had enough of that.
No more for me now.
Your body speaks of
Lust to me.
And I can only talk
Sex now.
I don’t feel love
When I see your Photo.
Just Plain Lust.
So are you thirsting
To take on me?
As much as I am
Famished for some
Sex and sex and sex only
To whip the stress away…
No Holds Barred.
Let’s forget about love
And give in to our passions
With lustful abandonment.
I long for love no more.
Need the warmth of your body
To touch my aches and pains
With your healing sex therapy.
Touch Me –
Where it hurts the most
The bosom of my heart.

Places in the Heart
There are places in the heart,
that are still unmarred by
understanding -
those places that we have
kept hidden for so long
from all those prying eyes,
prowling in the darkness -
There are places in the heart,
filled with childhood memories
of laughter and joy,
hope and new beginnings,
those places that we revisit
secretly and tenderly,
those places that make us
feel alive again -
There are places in the heart
that know no boundaries,
no limitations, but unrestrained
happiness of a smiling child,
filled with wonder and love
for the world, feeling both
godlike and tiny, overtaken
by the invisible presence
that permeates the moon
and the countless stars -
There are places in the heart,
where life is filled with miracles
and questions lead to more
questions, prompted by infinite
curiosity and the desire to know
the essence of things,
there are places that only
you and I know,
those places that remind us
who we really are -
For we are the essence
of life's joy and discovery,
truth and beauty, love and
tenderness, that penetrates
the cracks of a fractured world,
we are those places in the heart
that know no end and no beginning,
but love and only love,
that sings through us like
warm summer rain.

The Symphony Of Life
Sleep to the symphony of life
For your breath is the music
Your thoughts are the lyrics
Your heart is the bass.
Dance in the time that draws your thoughts
For here time is nothing
The dream is your path
The steps of the dance are everything
Lay in the bed of security
For the window is the past
The floor if your foundation
The walls are eternity
Sleep with the lamp of imortality
For the shade is the boundery
The bulb is your heart
THe light is the soul
Live in the house of forgivness
For here you are home
Here you can make mistakes
Here you can be forgiven
Open the doors of change
For the hinges are faith
The entrance is joy
The door mat is hope
Step outside into the endlesness of the soul
For the trees are your neighbors
The animals are your brothers
The sky is your sister
Sleep in the symphony of life
For your breath is the music
Your thoughts are the lyrics
Your heart is the bass
Walk in the endless hall of life
For that shall show you the way
That will be your guide
That will lead you to the ball room of imortality
